As a first time visitor I wasn't sure what to expect. Wow! Great food and amazing service! The staff was so friendly and helpful. One person in my party has dietary restrictions and the waitress was helpful to answer questions and get the right food for everyone! We visit this area annually and now we have a new spot to visit each year! We will be back!

This was such a cozy little restaurant. The staff was very friendly. We chose the blackened salmon, very flavorful and steaming hot. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Nice portions with a decent price. I will definitely drive the hour for another enjoyable experience at Casa De Emanuel!

My meal was good, but 2 people in my party had the lasagna and both were cold in the middle (not the first time this has happened to them). 2 people in my party had the fettuccine and both said it tasted funny. As a new owner, you will be losing business if this continues.

Fried chicken tonight was horrible...chicken quality on parm sandwich and in chicken Alfredo tasted more like chicken jerky then fresh chicken. Never had such a dry sandwich before. Typically very satisfied here. Will stick to pasta and salads from now on. Restaurant still worth a visit as this is the only questionable visit I have had here.

Best Italian food in this part of Ohio & it has VERY reasonable prices. We all love their Hot Sausage. I usually go with the Manicotti. And one of us always order something Diablo.

What a great spot for homemade Italian food. It was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. Despite it being extremely busy, we were seated promptly and the service was great. The food was good and you could tell it was homemade. Will stop again when we're back in the area.

I was there only once. I am willing to give most places more than one try but we were not treated properly so we will not return. We had a party of 6. Not one member was satisfied with their meal. Service was absolutely terrible. I was under the impression that they had authentic home cooked style Italian food but in my opinion that was not the case.

First off let me say we went for dinner on a Monday at 4:00PM. Very very slow time of day. When we first walked in, the wait staff was too busy giggling and gossiping in the back that the poor bartender had to seat us. As he was seating us the hostess finally comes out and says OH I WOULD OF GOTTEN THAT! We did have a really sweet and attentive waitress though. She was always checking on us and was very prompt with refills. My youngest child ordered a plate of rigatoni with butter. No meat. No sauce. Just buttered noodles. I was charged $7. My son took 1 bite of his grilled chicken and didn't like it. I told the waitress and she didn't offer to get him something else or take 1/2 off his plate on the bill. He didn't even touch the fries. I had the chips and grilled Cajun chicken sandwich. The chips were extremely greasy. They needed drained better. The sandwich was good but for some reason the bun was soggy on the inside. Like the chicken had grease on it. The flavor was spot on though. I also ordered a cheese wheel for an appetizer and it was still cold in the middle. I was sad I didn't get that massive cheese stretch. I just bagged that up and took it home. I would like to return with my fiance for a date night. I just love the pull tab ticket vending machines. I would also love to try another dish without chips or fries. I'm not saying this place is horrible because I feel I just hit it at a bad time. I will be returning.

Always love eating there. The old-time atmosphere is great. The antipasto salad is delicious. The veal Emmanuelle is absolutely to die for. The Shrimp Diablo is out of this world. I brought two guests and they were extremely impressed.

Was highly recommended by friends to eat here. We visited on Friday was myself, my husband and son. We walked in, the hostess was at her station she asked how many and we asked to eat outside. She walked outside came back in walked by us and continued to wrap her silverware. After us a couple came in and asked to be seated outside as well. We were all sitting waiting and another couple came in, a waiter came by and greeted them and started walking them out, I stopped him and told him we have been sitting here for 15 mins, so he immediately sat us, there were 2 tables available outside. The waiter was very nice, he took our order brought our drinks and appetizer of soup. We were waiting for our main dinner and waiting and waiting!! We were saying this better be the best Italian food we ever had, we got our food 40 minutes later. We were seeing bread and rolls other customers were getting we could have eaten some of those during our 40 minute wait. I asked the waiter when we were done, he said oh I'm sorry I forgot. So after the entire experience the food was good but not worth the wait, the dining experience put a Big Damper on it!!

Last night was our first time here and it doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. The service was great, the food fantastic and prices are very reasonable for the quantity you recieve. There were four in our party and everyone was more than pleased with their appetizer, soup and dinner choice. I highly recommend it - you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. I would recommend the lasagna. My wife had the trio, she said the chicken was a little dry. The sauce was very good and the rolls were really good. Service was great and server friendly and attentive.

Me and my wife had dinner here tonight as a suggestion and it was fantastic! The waitress Carly was awesome and did an outstanding job. Answered questions, kept drinks full, asked if we needed anything. She was very helpful when deciding our order. This is a great place to eat. Portions are big and the staff is always eager to help and answer questions. Very satisfied and we will happily be returning for more meals. Wonderful dinner, staff and atmosphere.

One of my biggest fascinations is how a small out of the way town can be the setting for amazing authentic food. Yet here I am again, enjoying one of my best Italian meals ever, in East Liverpool, OH. Every bit of our meal was perfect. The antipasto salad is everything everyone here has raved about. And the bread. Ooooohhhhh the bread!!! Fresh, warm, and the prefect outer crust and inner pillowy goodness. I opted for the Italian trip for dinner and I wasn't disappointed. The lasagna was ON POINT, the chicken parm near perfection, and the Alfredo creamy goodness. I'm seriously impressed with this place and encourage everyone to give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!
