The food might be good but they have a worst management here. Takes 20 mins to take an order and another 30 mins for the food to get to the table. The main course comes first then the appetizer. The serving male person has no patience at all listening to the customers !

Inexpensive, slightly spicy yummy food. A full vegetarian menu that has many new things to try. Everything we had was really good with the exception of the naan. It is dense, not fluffy and bubbly. update: I went back and the food was still delicious and the naan has improved! Also, the staff/owners patiently answer all questions with pride and joy.

Amazing food. Definitely a must visit. Try the vegetarian thali, which is basically 8 foods on one plate - a buffet on a plate! Made fresh every day and really tasty. Everything is generally made to order, so it can take a few minutes to get served depending on what you order; it's a good tradeoff for the quality level of the food.

Good food, friendly service, good value, limited vegan options available, and everything including the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the menu wan't marked for vegans and our server said they didn't have a lot of vegan options. That being said our server seemed to understand our needs and helped us order Bhatoora and Masala Dosa. The bhatoora was underwhelming compared to what I'm used to. It seemed like deep fried store bought flour tortillas. The Masala Dosa was tastey but a bit too crispy for my tastes. I like when a dosa is both crispy and chewey. No complaints on the masala, potato curry, sambar, or chutneys as they were all good. It is a fairly large space with a fair amount of empty space. There are 8 four seat tables and 1 six seat table.

The food is good but staff's attitude is poor. As soon as we entered we had to allow ourselves to choose a seat as we didn't find anyone to address us. I guess they were under staffed then cause we again had to wait for like 15min for someone to take our order. We were eager to have sev Puri but the person misheard it and wrote down bhel Puri. When the order arrived we told him that he got the order wrong. But instead of accepting his mistake he almost got onto us agruing he wrote down bhel Puri. A customer can understand that such mistakes are possible but what's not acceptable is the reaction and attitude. We had heard and read good reviews about the place but cause of the way we were treated we are never going back again.

I went to Annapurna on Wednesday! Let me first begin by saying this restaurant is very spacious and can seat multiple families. The staff is very friendly and catered to all needs. Now to the best part, the food! The food reminded me of eating in India. The taste was very flavorful and delicious! The Thalis are awesome and the quick bites were really good too! The owner Hemant Amin is really dedicated to this restaurant and I see good things happening for Annapurna in the near future! Thanks for a great experience and very delicious food!

I cannot recommend this place enough Last night we had their thali, a platter with various selections from their menu. Also, samosas and Pani Puri. Having tried many different Indian restaurant in the Cleveland area, I was very surprised to be blown away by this places amazing food. The curries were the best I have ever. If you like this type of food, please make your way here some time. I live very close and haven't gone for years because they advertise as a vegetarian restaurant. Do not make my mistake. This will be a regular place for me. They were very friendly, the seating was comfortable, and it was clean. You may have to get someone's attention if you need something, but it seems like a family place with a slow-food attitude. Please consider not going here if you are currently in a rush to eat and leave.

Cons: waited over 7 minutes before anyone can't over to see if we wanted to be seated. They have no ice. I asked I've for my water and was told we don't have ice. Which idk how They only have a limited amount of menus for the place. While we were deciding on what we wanted to order an employee came and asked to take our menu for another table. So now to the food. We order two dishes and appetizer and the appetizer came with onions when I asked for no onions, was easy enough to move them as they were a garnish. Then my main dish came while my wife was over 15 minute wait before we had to ask when her dish was going to come out. The only reason I'm giving it a two Star is cause the food itself wasn't bad it was relatively good. The service needs to improve dramatically.. I have included pics of the food. I could say more but this is enough to form an opinion

Good food, but they seem like they are short staffed. We ordered pretty much all the chaats on the menu and they were great. One of the best Gobi Manchurian I've had in a long time. Looks like a family run restaurant and waiter seemed little rude and rushed as they were busy.

Food was tasting decent and relatively inexpensive. The concern is with the delay in taking the order and getting the food to the table. I assume there were 2 chefs and 1 person to take the orders. When the restaurant is full (8 groups/tables), there is hardly anyone to take orders. It took almost an hour to order and get the food to our table. Adding few employees would help the situation here.

We visited Cuyahoga for the memorial day weekend and visited Annapurna with great expectations after seeing the 4.7 review in Google. We reached there around 745 pm est and until 20 to 25 mins there was no one to take the order. After repeated requests that my kid s hungry they finally took the order and there after took some more time to give out that dosa as well. Dosa was ok with sambar and chutney below average. Chola battura was good though. The thali was actually costly and it doesn't ve enough food..though the sweet (rasamalai) was too good...am not sure if there was any shortage of personnel today . I had to chase them to get my bill... Only good thing was they kept my takeaway order ready. I recommended this resturant to my friends and I had to cut a sorry figure in front of them due to this experience. I request that they improve in almost all the areas as we cud see lot of demand for indian restaurants near cuyahoga valley.

I was there yesterday (Sunday) for lunch with family. It was an awesome experience. We ordered Gujarati Thali and few other things. and each and every single item reminded me of back home (India). Proper Indian authentic taste and presentation too. I would definitely come back to this place with more family members. Service was excellent too.

We tried their Gujrati thali and Punjabi thali for lunch a couple of weeks ago and they were both excellent. There is a large spread and everything was delicious, tasted homemade and fresh. We spoke to the couple that run the place and they were very friendly and the service was excellent. Their shrikhand was amazing, rotis, naans and parathas were all soft and yummy. If we lived there we would be frequenting this place. I highly recommend it for vegetarians looking for an authentic Indian experience.

The Indian food here is THE BEST in Cleveland! Every time I come here, my stomach feels more than satisfied. Everything is so delicious and comforting! Edit - 5/15 - This place is going down the hill. They closed the hotel at 2 pm on Sunday citing no food left. They just don't know how to staff a restaurant. They had OPEN glow sign with restaurant closed at 2 pm with their open time between 11 am to 9 pm. Please call them to check if they are open & ask them if they have your favorite food in stock. Overall I recommend not to go on weekends with such poor customer service Thali, Gujarati snacks and pure vegetarian place is a distinctive feature which attracts lots of Indians. Pros - Taste of few dishes is close to what you get. Excellent option to have something different from regular Punjabi and South Indian dish. Lilva kachori, khasta kachori, roti, shrikhand, Cons - Both the times, we ordered - one of the dish was stocked out. Vegetarian thali has lot of katori's but veggies choice was bad. A standard aloo subzi, big uncooked brinjal pieces was not edible. Also a gujarati thali with no sweet dal n sambhar instead is a big fail. It can be unbeatable place if it sorts out loose ends. Still it's worth a visit and recommended for offbeat meals.

ABSOLUTELY UNIQUELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!! We went there for their famous thali, only to be told to order something else as they got unexpected crowd that day, so we ordered from regular menu. Next thing we know, they accepted (and delivered) thali orders from people who came right after us and ordered after us !! WORST KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatever we ordered was alright , but it took forever.. don’t go to Annapoorna unless you have one extra hour or if you have small kids with you. And be prepared to be treated unfairly.

Mango lassi was good. Food - gujrati thali was mediocre, all vegetables had the same spice/flavor. Basundi, part of the thali, was good. Food is on the hot/spicy side, tell when placing order if you prefer mild. It is more of a chat place than a typical Indian restaurant.

Annapurna is very close to Shiva Vishnu Temple, Parma. This makes it quite easy to visit and have some snacks while on the drive. This is not limited to Indian snacks but has North Indian, South Indian, Gujrati thali as well. The regional food is good, medium spicy. One could try samosa chat, chola puri there. You should not miss the ice cream. All flavors are so delicious.

Terrible waiting time, I won’t recommend this place if you have allergies. The food was descent and not a great ambiance but it also EXTREMELY BUSY. I would not come again. There are limited menus and food takes a long time. The service needs to improve a lot.
