My favorite restaurant, they make the best rib eye. Its the only place I'll order a steak because I'm picky when it comes to steak, and it always comes out perfect. Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, comfy atmosphere with the quaint smell of burning wood. The food was okay but flavorful. I had their Raspberry BBQ ribs with onion rings. The ribs were over done. The meat was crispy and stringy. Their Onion rings are very crispy but not hot.

Very fast. Walked in told us 30 minute wait or if there was a spot in the bar we could sit there, there was so we got our table immediately the food had a little bit of a wait but It was completely worth it. Very good at refilling your drink

1st time and not impressed. Extremely slow service. One table was served and fed even though they come in 10 minutes after us. Plus it took 45 minutes just to get a bacon cheeseburger that was cold when I got it. Almosted like they sat the plate under a heat lamp for 10 minutes. Won't be going back.

My steak was overcooked, I asked for it medium but when it came to me it was medium well close to well done the manager tryed to tell me it was because of the lighting and I was wrong. I asked for them to remake it and the second times it was better. As I was leaving the manager Tyler made a snarky remark as I was cashing out.

GREAT MEAT! My wife and I went for our anniversary, but ate light. We got appetizers, one that is basically everything they offer and I tried it all. It was cooked and smoked well, absolutely perfect in my opinion. If their main dishes are cooked that well I expect they'll be in business for years to come. Certainly somewhere I expect to go again.

We were seated right away, but we didnt like the 2 chairs close to the fire exit and when a booth opened up, the waitress helped us move. I had 1/4 chicken and 1/2 plank of ribs, both were tasty especially with theed husband, so it hols a special raspberry sauce!! The skinless potato was a first for me, nummy! The restaurant was packed, but, we were seated and served in a timely manner. I would give the Spitfire 10 * !! The first time I ate at the Spitfire was with my beloved husband, it holds a special place in my heart.

My family and I went here for the first time. This place was very busy when we arrived. We had to wait for a little while. When we were seated, the waiter was on the spot to take our orders. I had the chicken and ribs combo. I must say that it was beyond my expectations. The chichen was very tender and juicy and the BBQ ribs were very tender to my liking. After having this meal, it was worth the wait. Complements to the chef! I would recommend this place to anyone and come hungry!! Thanks for the great service and experience!

We walked in not knowing what to expect, the atmosphere was pleasant, lot of brick and wood with a rotisserie cooker in the center of the room, and lots of trophies from bbq contests. The appetizer sampler was great, my wife went for the chicken and ribs, I had the ribeye. The ribeye was so juicy and seasoned perfectly. I've been to steal houses all over the world and at every price range, this was one of the best steaks I've ever had, and at $23 no less! Stealing some of her food, the ribs were dry rubbed and fell off the bone. The rotisserie chicken was juicy and seasoned to perfection.

Saturday, Aug 3rd, 10 of us went to dinner. I love the food. But the lighting was ridiculous! We had to use our flashlight on our phones to read the menu. The people facing the windows only saw silhouettes of the people across from them. It made it hard to visit that way. I just don't understand why you need it so dark. Like I said, ridiculous!!

Normally a great place to eat. Tonight was not $25 steak was over cooked and burnt twice service was slow and it wasnt that busy. Had to ask for every refill was never asked how the food was has to flag them down over the bad steak.

Very good food, had to wait to get seated, but it was well worth the wait. The restaurant has numerous awards on display for cooking, and based on the meal I had they were rightfully earned. Having lived in Texas for 4 years I have eaten good and bad barbeque, Spitfire took me back to very good barbeque, and that you do not normally find in the northern states. Well worth the wait and reasonably priced. Keep up the excellent work.

I've been here enough times to say the food is usually delicious, and I would usually give it five stars. This time though, my steak seemed really small...as in, smaller than it was supposed to be, and it was also kind of charred on the outside. My steak and shrimp combo was 24 bucks, plus I had one bloody Mary and one tall beer. My bill before the tip was 45 bucks. That would mean my two drinks averaged $10.50 a piece. Seems a bit excessive. Maybe I should've asked for an itemized bill to see if they screwed up some how, but I didn't wanna be that guy I guess. I gave the waitress a good tip, but it might be a while before I go back.

Every other establishment that makes chicken wings can now stop. Spitfire has perfected them. Nearly everything at spitfire is perfection. I've had one dish here that was arguably a dud, but for the most part, you can't go wrong.

I'm from Kansas and a big fan of barbeque, be it Texas brisket, Memphis dry rib ribs, or Carolina pulled pork. Spitfire can compete with the best. Try the meat sampler platter to see what grabs your taste buds. Don't eat too much as you will surely get a heaping helping of whatever you order! Great sides also.

It's hard to beat the delicious food Spitfire has to offer. It was, unfortunately easy to beat the service we had on this visit. Overall, this is definitely a must have in Fargo. Service aside, the food was exactly as expected. Weather may have played a part, and regardless, I'd recommend Spitfire for ANY meal, any day.

I would highly recommend the Spitfire Bar and Grill for its tasty cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. We didn't get a chance to try the desserts, reason being, all the portions were huge. The service was also five star. Good Job Spitfire !!

This was our first time at the Fargo Spitfire Bar and Grill and they did not disappoint. I had the Smoked Turkey Supreme sandwich and my mate had the Woodfire Ribeye... both were delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

I really liked the atmosphere, friendly staff, doing their best short 1 server. The tea wasn't very good, was more like water. My husband really enjoyed the full rack of ribs. I think the breading on my Walleye was very greasy and too thick. I removed it to eat the fish. My son enjoyed his selection. Overall, it smelled wonderful when we walked through the restaurant to our booth. I think the prices of the food is higher than other places we've eaten similar dishes. I never give 5 stars because nobody is perfect. Thank you.
