Called in to place an order and she asked if I could hold. I was ok with holding. I could hear the worker talking and after about 5 minutes she hung up the phone. I called back and she answered the phone with, " We are really busy now, can you call back?" I don't think so after she chose to hang up on me in the first place

Horrible customer service, instead of treating customers with respect the owner and manager are very rude. Spent over $300 there just to have the woman call us stupid for asking to have the window blind open. If you want business and loyal customers then you definitely need some schooling in business & customer etiquette. Have always loved this place until now, my family will never give you our business again.

My first trip to the hibachi side, with Excellent Service and food! The seafood, entrees, sushi rolls and sides were all prepared/cooked perfectly! All the showmanship was spot on, if not repetitive at different tables. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The prices were what one would expect for a dinner "show" such as this. And the chef was very free-handed with the sake shooters!

I just opened my take out order and what a rip off. I spent 35 dollars on a hibachi order of salmon. There's no salad. I wish I could attach pictures of my order to show you what I got. It's definitely not 35 dollars worth. I have had a horrible night figured I'd treat myself with this but now I'm for sure never ordering delivery again. Not will I ever be a patron here either after this experience.

For a hibachi restaurant, I enjoy this place, however, I've been here 3 times, and it truly makes a difference who you go with and who makes your food. Today, I went with a relaxed group, and there was no presentation to our food. No flame, no fireman, no volcano, no sake, no catching the food in your mouth.... It was disappointing. The food tasted great and the portions were enormous, which is a plus. But there was no "performance" aspect to it. My last comment is that the restaurant was beautifully decorated but very unclean. The table tops and sides were sticky and covered with residue. In the bathroom there were sticky floors, toilet paper everywhere, stains on the seat, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers that did not work properly. You can decorate something beautifully, but it isn't worth anything if you don't properly clean it.

Don't bother trying to order off-menu. All we wanted was a side bowl of rice noodles. You would think we asked her to join us in a 3-way. Not only by the reaction, but also the price. The ONLY way to get rice noodles with our dinners was to order an additional entree at full price and have them 'hold' everything else.

The food at the dine in area is good but I recommend sitting at the hibachi grill instead. The cooks are funny and very attentive to your needs and your food comes out fresh off the grill. However, I haven’t necessarily had a terrible experience with the waitresses but they are usually not too friendly or come across as rude. Overall, great food but service could use some work.

We had an amazing first experience at ND Asia. From the moment we walked in the staff went above and beyond. Our server Yuki took care of us and was one of the best servers we ever experienced. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Her customer service was spectacular. The food was the cherry on top. Absolutely delicious, anything steak is our favorite but all the food is amazing. Safe to say ND Asia is the best restaurant in Minot. You must check it out!

Food is great. Sometimes the wait is long. Good is delicious. We went once a month on average. However, the last time we went the prices were $2 more on the bill per meal/item than the menu. Pretty shady if you ask me. Likely won't go back again

I'm not one to complain, but what a disgrace to Asian food, the food was inedible. My Pepsi was even warm when delivered, the salmon was chewy, the rice was dry. My order was placed at 145 and wasnt delivered till 320, and I am only 5 minutes away. Will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never eat here again.

Food was very hit or miss. I got the steak hibachi dinner to go. Get home and find that I had seven very small pieces of lettuce and a sliver of tomato that was my “salad”. The steak was properly cooked and delicious, as was the rice and vegetables. The noodles tasted like cardboard. I’ve yet to have my egg drop soup, but was given a good portion.

We go often and there is one chef who is great! If you don't get him, the flavors aren't strong. You also seem to get less food. The wait time sitting at the games can get a bit much also. My Sushi go -to in Minot I can always get in & get while getting my Sushi fix on! Staff are always friendly and helpful. The Japanese Hibachi Grill Cooks always look like they have good time and everyone seems to enjoy themselves. It's a big restaurant with regular restaurant, sushi bar , regular bar & a Hibachi Grill area. This is a modern fun place to go.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered food and were told 45 minutes, it arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later. When we called to ask what was up, the woman on the phone was really rude and said "ask the owner, he is the one delivering it" then when the food arrived the delivery guy was really rude and refused to compensate since the food was an hour late. Also the food was cold and half of the order was wrong. Never eating there or ordering from there again!!

On average my family goes here at least twice per month. It is very good as the food always comes out hot and tasty. The quality of the ingredients is what keeps us coming back. This prior month we have been here once per week the food was consistently HOT and fresh getting to our table and tasted so good EVERY time. We usually arrive here between 5:00-5:30pm (weekdays)there is never a wait for a table at that time of the day and the food comes out quick too. Eating around the Hibachi is also a very enjoyable experience. Deducted 1 star as drinks are expensive and weak. The wait staff is usually adequate. We don’t usually eat the sushi or the rolls so I can’t rate that part of the menu.

I ordered 3 separate meals, 2 spicy and 1 mild. When my order was delivered the 2 spicy were mild and the 1 mild was spicy. Since all three were not correct they said they would replace all three, but when they delivered the new they only replaced the order they sent that was spicy instead of mild. I would not have minded this if they had not said they were replacing all three and to put our meals in the bag they came in to give back to the delivery guy.

I placed a delivery order and after waiting approximately an hour and a half without my food being delivered I tried calling and continue to get a busy signal for the next 3 hours (I took a break after 3 hours). Finally after my order was 5 hours late I was able to get in contact with them and they informed me they never got my order despite me having an order confirmation email and when I mention that and asked the lady on the phone if she would like that out a confirmation number she responded with no she can't look that up and "are you worried that your card will be charged or something? If it is you can just call us and we can take care of it".... Wow thanks for the help. This is to bad because the food there is good and the first time I had it delivered it was fast.

First off, your options are limited, it’s Minot, but I will say: their food is good. That’s the the two stars. Their service is pretty bad. Last time we ordered, we waited 2 1/2 hours for our delivery. Food was cold and the manager told us they just cooked it. I don’t appreciate being lied to. However, we did it get our food at half price. Thank you for that! The time before this, my wife ordered online, she also paid online. When they delivered the food, they asked for payment. When my wife said she paid online they just argued with her and asked to see her bank account on her phone to prove that she paid. Highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. When my wife refused to show that level of personal information, they refused to give the food. We had to dispute the charge with our bank. Their seems to be a pretty heavy customer service issue at ND Asia, bust as with many who make Minot their home, their is an attitude that has no place in customer service. We still enjoy the food, but carry out is probably your best option.

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. I've had Habachi in multiple restaurants, and this one was by far the best! We were seated in a reasonable time and our service was very hospitable. The positive ambiance creates a relaxing mood, filled with just the right amount of light and colors. There are lights in the table as well. The habachi experience was engaging and pleasant. Our food was well cooked and delicious. Salmon and Shrimp & Chicken was served at our table with sides of fried rice, lo mein and vegetables. The amount of food was appropriate and we all had pieces of shrimp even if that was not the selected habachi meat. If it is the meat selection, you get a few bonus pieces! I appreciated the chef asking if you wanted to catch food in your mouth versus throwing it toward people and saying "Catch!". Me? I am always up for that challenge!
