The burritos are delicious and their salsa has the right amount of zing! Typically a busy place but good service and friendly staff. Kids eat free Sundays! A great place for large or small gatherings. Don't pass this place up! This is the family that was on 13th ave so many years ago. The food is still great, very quick and fast service. The lunch specials and prices are amazing. Dinner menu reasonable as well. By far the best Mexican food in the city.

Not even kidding, this was the best Mexican-style restaurant I have ever been too & for those of you who don't know me, I love tacos. ❤️ I decided to give this place a try for a late Sunday lunch & the service was quick & efficient. I was greeted almost immediately by my server & within 15 minutes of placing my order I had a delicious plate of food in front of me. No other Mexican-style restaurant begins to compare to how authentic & tasty Mango's food was. Thank you so much for lunch! I'll definitely be visiting again soon!

Based on my meal, this is well above a typical Mexican place, not just in Fargo, but anywhere. On Saturday, their special is a Molcajete for $10.50, choose beef or chicken. (This is a dish very similar to fajitas, but with an added light touch of sour cream/cheese sauce.) The waitress suggested the special Molcajete for $4 more. It included both beef and chicken plus sausage and shrimp and it was spectacular. Serving size was very large, so I took home half, with some chips and an excellent guacamole and my daughter wolfed it down. I'm almost afraid to go again. Afraid that I'll eat too much.

Was busy but we were seated and served immediately. Crazy fast from ordering to when we got the food. Food was the best I've had in Fargo. Only one waiter though in our area which she was hard to catch but still quick and kind. Highly recommend.

Busy & always a wait on weekends after 5:00pm. Very quick to take order once seated. Endless complimentary chips/salsa always very good. Food orders come to table fast & steaming hot. Reasonable drink specials !! Owners & some family members work right along w/ other staff, good teamwork & they're usually pretty pleasant. Like it when host/hostess recognize us from previous visits.

Had all you can eat tacos Tuesday afternoon. They were not up to the normal standard of this place. Very soggy and bland, I would recommend not getting these if you're going. Beef or chicken. Get the steak, you know it's fresh and made to order.

Mangos, hands down, has amazing Mexican cuisine. The flavors are on point. They can be quite busy but worth the wait if there's a line out the door but food is served rather quickly! The chips and salsa are fresh. My favorite items include the queso...could eat that with everything, the chicken enchiladas with the chile verde sauce and one of the best items is the molcajete bowl. It's a big mortar bowl filled with a mix grilled veggies, meat, a broth and topped with their delectable queso. Thanks Mangos for the best Mexican food in town.

Go early to beat the lunch rush, they get really busy around noon and stay that way until after 1pm. What a lovely dinner experience. Very authentic dishes and the chips and salsa were amazing. We weren't at our table for more than 30 seconds before we had fresh chips and wonderfully spicy authentic salsa. Definitely more than satisfying. Needed a to go box for sure. Come hungry!

We stopped for lunch on our way from Bismarck to Sioux Falls, SD. Awesome experience!! We will be making this a regular stop. Superb service even with a full house for lunch, minimal wait for your food, chips and salsa were amazing and the food was great!! And very reasonably priced. We especially liked the individual bowls for salsa, so no one had to worry about "double dipping", and the ample supply of salsa and chips. My son said the salsa was so good he could drink it...which he did in order to finish off the last little bit!!

I took a friend from Juarez here and he was impressed. He said that it was very authentic. Not too Americanized like many other "Mexican" restaurants. His only complaint was that the tortillas weren't as good as back home. He was blown away by the portion sizes.

This is one of the best Mexican food places in Fargo, by a wide margin. We had molcajete for two, the portion size was generous, and was paired with beans, rice, Pico, sour cream, and guacamole. With soft flour tortillas, it was a filling and flavorful meal. Loved every bite!

My wife and I went there on Saturday and the food wasn't good. Her hard shell taco was soft, my chimichanga was soft, our enchiladas we're soggy and the meat was mushy and gross. Salsa was water too. Very disappointed and will never return. Rude waitress as well, that barely let me order an appetizer and then didn't bring it.

Stopped while we were on the way through town. Lesson learned. Ordered bacon cheese burger and fries. My bacon looked like it has been through the deep frier.....my fries were cold and soggy. My ice tea tasted musty (old). Our waitress (the same one that never came back to see how everything was) told me that there was no way I could be right because they make their ice tea every day and they sell it all the time and that my fries couldn't be cold and soggy because today was kids eat free and they were always making new fries. I just told her I was just trying to inform her of my first experience in that restaurant. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

This restaurant is amazing! Their food and service is phenomenal. We went during lunch hour and despite a full restaurant our food after ordering only took between 6-10 minutes to arrive. The food was warm and the flavor authentic. I will definitely be coming here more. You can call ahead and pick up your food too which is convenient, especially when you're in a hurry but want some good eats.

You're average mexican restaurant. Large portions and okay food. Service was fairly poor. No one was around to refill our water until we were finished eating, so a whole meal without water was strange. Fairly certain they water down just about every type of sauce they can.

Was in Fargo this past weekend and picked Mango’s due to other reviews and I have to say it was excellent. Being a Saturday and the place being packed I figured it would take a bit to get served but it was probably the fastest I’ve ever been served and the service and food was incredible.

This place is amazing. It's ethnically authentic Mexican food. You can tell that each item isn't doused in MSG or is on a hot hold plate. I have never had a stale chip there. It's busy almost constantly but the wait staff and kitchen never fall behind - the longest I've ever waited for food was 15 minutes. It is a pay at the front setting, which I think is great. The workers are very nice and polite but learned or are learning English as a second language, so don't go if you are impatient with mistranslations. It's never bothered me and it would be upsetting to see bad reviews based on that sole fact. You can't get faster, fresher, or tastier Mexican food anywhere in North Dakota and a good chunk of Minnesota.

I couldn't tell you how the food was because sadly we never made it through the front door. We called asked if we could make a reservation for 10 people where the guy on the phone literally said no reservations and hung up. We decided to give one more try because of the rave reviews and went in person where they literally turned us away and told me they wouldn't feed our party. That was a first in my life. So I'm sure their menu is lovely but if you're planning on dining with friends they are not friendly.

Always amazing food, crazy fast, and great value. You always have trouble finding a parking spot at lunch time but they somehow still have room inside, get seated right away. Get chips and drinks. They come back for your order, and before you can eat a couple chips and have a conversation with co-workers or friends the food is out in a wicked hot plate. It's always good and service is excellent. It's super close to my work too, so I end up going a few times a month.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. Not only did our waitress pressure me into ordering immediately, when I asked her if it was ok to change my order to the shirmp fajitas she groaned and rolled her eyes as if she was going out to catch the shrimp herself. As soon as she brought our food she basically threw my food in front of me to show that I was being an inconvenience to her day. When she came to pick up the food off the table she had the audacity to ask me if I had anything to say? This restaurant gave me the worse food experience of my life. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've seen employees at Target on black Friday have more respect for customers then this old glasses wearing sorry excuse for a waitress. If this was the only place open on planet Earth I'd rather starve then deal with thisnladies poor attitude. By the way the food was good.

Staff were very friendly. Fairly big place with three areas (pics included don't do justice to overall size). Complementary chips and salsa were very good . Food was good. Prices were reasonable on initial glance, but if you consider the exceptional serving sizes (chips/salsa considered, you could get away with sharing most dishes) prices were very good.. After we ordered the food came out very fast. Not a big beer selection but staples were included and came out cold.

Came into eat tonight about 6:50ish requesting a table for 6. My mother loves this place so she’s always willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, even though every time we come here the servers are always rude. I had to request for someone to take our drinks after 30 minutes of being there(told the owner). Finally our server came up to rush us into taking our food order, which from 30minutes of sitting there with no drinks, we already had our orders ready to say. Took 10 more minutes for us to actually get our drinks. Finally our food comes out and the waitress yells at my mom for not grabbing the hot plate out of her hands. She forgot some of our drinks as well. I can usually give places the benefit of the doubt because I’m a bartender and I KNOW there’s busy nights. But tonight was just unacceptable because they weren’t as busy as they usually are. Management passes off issues so nobody really cares. My mom unfortunately loves the food so she would love to come back, I on the other hand wouldn’t waste my money again. I used to love this place and the owners were always so welcoming. I would recommend vinyl taco over this place.

Service and prices were great, but, the food was just okay for me. Not horrible, just not great. I had the Super Burrito with beef and it was more like chorizo. If you are looking for a well-priced Mexican restaurant to take your family this is the place. I would rate this place as a step down from Paradiso's in most aspects, including quality of place, food, service, etc, but the portions are excellent for the price and the location is closer to downtown than Paradiso. I was not overwhelmed but I was definitely satisfied.
