Heard a lot of good things about this but I couldn't get pass the a**h*** guy that answers the phone when you call to make reservations! But thank you sir (and I use the term loosely) for saving me hundreds of dollars I HAD planned on spending at there. I'll check again in a few months when your rude "1st impression guy" has hopefully moved on to spread his happiness else where. I hope to continue to hear good things about you Cajun Cafe.

Delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Best Chicken and Dumpling soup I've ever had is served every Tuesday. The homemade sweet potato rolls are amazing. The homemade remoulade goes great with almost anything. This restaurant is here to share the joys of cooking delicious food.

I hate to say it. But this place sucks. Looks like a old converted God Fathers Pizza. The waitress was as sweet as could be. This place caught our attention by the name and reviews. But the breakfast was horrible. Caned mushrooms? Sweet potato pancakes were horrific. Come On Fargo it’s not 1975

I am very pleased with my breakfast experience here at the Cajan Cafe. The sweetpotato pancake was like nothing I've had before. My cajan omelet was both flavorful and filling. Service was fast and fantastic. Definitely would recommend and go again over breakfast chains.

Was recommend by a regular, A hidden gem in Fargo. Very good Cajun inspired food at reasonable prices. On Saturday and Sunday they have the Eggs Benedict special with Tasso Ham. They also have a very good “Bourbon Street Pie”. Very friendly staff, would recommend at anytime of the day.

Love the Cajun Cafe. We go there for breakfast every time we visit our family. Sweet potato and regular pancakes are great. The service is great, decor is fun. Our grand kids like the alligator heads, masks, and monster cookies. We've tried many different items from the menu, everything has been wonderful.

Terrific food and very friendly service. This bare-bones diner was great! The beignets are fresh and delicious, the fried okra was wonderful, and the pecan crusted chicken was juicy and tender. The only problem was I was too stuffed to even try the bourbon chocolate pecan pie! I love Cajun food and I’ve visited New Orleans. Cajun Cafe was a surprisingly authentic New Orleans style diner. Well done!

Ten of us went to the Cajun Cafe on Thursday night to celebrate the end of the bitterly cold weather. We called it our Cabin Fever gathering. We were a little skeptical when we were the only ones in the place. We were most pleasantly surprised. 5 stars for service and 5 stars for food. Very, very, very good and enjoyable experience. I preface this with saying I rarely or hardly leave a one star review. To set the scene, Friday morning at about 10am. I have never been turned away before. The waitress said, "I'm alone. I can't do a big table." Looking around before leaving, the restaurant was half full with everyone looking close to finished. I'm disappointed by the rudeness of the service that we met at the door. It is inexcusable to be so dismissive to customers.

Consistently the best breakfast place in Fargo! They have a unique menu full of southern dishes you don't get much of around here. The sweet potato pancakes are amazing for breakfast and their pecan parmesean chicken is my favorite for lunch. This quirky Mardi Gras decor themed restaurant is Fargo's hidden Gem.

Hidden gem in south Fargo. Great breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Be sure to try the sweet potato biscuits for any meal. Especially great brunch. Can get a bit hectic during busy times, but all of the food is worth the wait. Check out their rotating specials or get one of their staples, like crawfish, Baton Rouge omelets, or gumbo.
