First time and love the place. Drinks, food and atmosphere is great. Love the TV's at the tables and the staff's demeanor. They really don't have to have the young ladies having to serve in those little shorts to get customers in. Not everyone wants to look at backsides with their dinner. I'm sure my 9 year old got an eye full. Rely on your food, drinks and service.

last night it took our waitress about 15 minutes to bring us our drinks , and when she did she brought me water instead of what I order which was lemonade, I do not recommend the “triple play “ the “salsa” is the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted and both my mom and I got sick as soon as we got home from the chipotle queso !! Thank god it wasn’t food poising ! When they brought out the wings we only had 2 flats and the rest drums and majority of them were burnt..

Went here with some friends to watch the college basketball finals. Restaurant was pretty empty which was probably why they didn't have the air conditioning on! It was very hot inside and asked the waitress numerous times to see what she can do, which was nothing. Food was good not great. Service was the same. Better options around town.

Don't go at 9 pm with your children. The food will not arrive at your table until after you've been there over an hour. And the kids cheeseburgers arrived very pink in the middle. The rest of the food was ok and our drinks got refilled eventually. Also the long island teas that were ordered were not long islands. They tasted like straight lemon juice and had to be sent back. Still got charged for it even though they didnt drink the nasty ones.

Scantily clad waitresses a la Hooters but hunting lodge style. They are paid to be friendly. The decor is rustic except that it's a sports bar with 40 televisions. The food is surprisingly, amazingly, good. Typical pub fare like Carolina ale House but it's really, really good.

Came in for my birthday and I have to say the staff was amazing! My waitress Dovie showed us a great time! Coming into twin peaks I had my doubts but I have to say Dovie definitely made my birthday one to remember! Our food was fresh and out drinks were ice cold! literally! The manager looked like he was busy making sure all the tables and bar was running smoothly! Great Job to Dovie and Michael!

Atmosphere is cool but my food was horrible... I even took a pic of it because it looked great, however when I bit into my BLT sandwich it tasted like the bacon had been at the bottom of the fryer for days... It’s very rare that I return food, however this was one of those occasions. Staff was nice and checked up on us frequently and offered to replace my meal but I declined. I was told it was cooked today, but there was no way... it tasted so terrible. I don’t think I’ll be back here, there’s too many other places in this area that provide stellar and consistent food for me to consider coming back here. Don’t waste your time, try something else.

Been there four times and every time was almost the same. Taken to table, waitress came over, took drinks, waited 15+ minutes for drinks, then waited another 10 or so for waitress to come back to take order, even though we were ready when she came with drinks, and didn't ask if we were ready or needed more time. Just left. Each time, i only got ONE refill, even though my cup was empty majority of my visit. On one occasion, with my best buddy and I, the waitress that brought out the food, set the plate halfway onto the table and let it go before my friend grabbed it, so it spilled all over his shorts. She didn't ask if there was anything she could do or if he wanted another order; nothing. No manager came out and apologized, we just sat and I ate. After we were done, our waitress came by, took plates, and asked if we wanted/needed anything else. We said no, and she said ok, but never brought tickets until we had to flag her down 20 minutes later. An evening and dinner that should have only been 45 minutes ended being almost two hours

well when we arrived. we got set in a corner facing out, could not see any TV's. paid our tab moved to the bar. was going to order food my friends said it was really slow getting food there, better off not ordering bar tender agreed drank a few beers. I just had a cheeseburger from Twin Peaks via DoorDash. My original order was for their Signature Bacon Billionaire Burger but they are out of the bacon. I ended up with a plain cheeseburger with no condiments like I had requested mustard ketchup pickle & onions. The burger was over cooked and the fry’s were cold and soggy. My side order of asparagus was over cooked and had no flavor. Apparently the server Caitlin was not happy about the DoorDash order which caused a most negative opinion of my first time trying Twin Peaks. The DoorDash driver did the best she could to try to expedite the delivery.

Great burgers and an amazing assortment of mixed drinks and beer. The service was pretty good. It is very loud when it's game time. It has a log cabin decor with tons of TVs for sports. If you've ever watched the Red Green Show, It's exactly like the lodge but instead of Harold and Red in plaid & khaki there's pleasant servers in plaid & khaki shorts.

I wanted to watch the uswnt today play sweden, I went to bad daddy's burgers in winston, asked if they covered the game, the hostess/waitress was disrespectful, treated me like I really didn't matter as a customer, so I left, I called twin peaks, not only DoD they cover the game, but it was on so many tvs. My waitress Emily wonderful, trust me ask for her, twin peaks really valued me as a customer, thanks. My line of work I have a lot of top notch customers, you never no who walks thru that door, thanks again twin peaks nice place, I will watch the rest of the world cup games there

Customer service here is TERRIBLE. There’s no reason for me to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by staff. I had to make my presence known at the bar in order to get service. Every time I visit this location it seems like it gets worse and worse. Either new management needs to be put in place or new employees. Or maybe both. But I will make it my business to let any and everyone know NOT to visit this location. I’d rather travel all the way to concord mills just to get decent service. This is utterly ridiculous. If it were possible to give no stars I would gladly do so! Do better!!!

Greeted immediately, taken to a table a waitress came asked us what we wanted to drink my husband ask for a drink I wasn’t sure because we had never been there before, she said she would come back She brought my husband ‘s drink and I ordered my drink When she brought my drink we ordered our food with no help with what was good She brought the food, came by once and ask if we needed anything, we had to wait 30 minutes for her to come back to ask to the ticket when she brought it she disappeared again, we went to the bar to pay and they went to find her to give her the ticket to ring us out. The food was not that good and we made a hour drive to get there we will not be back.

Cool atmosphere, food is always good. Problem is we've been there 5 times and you will die of old age before you get your food. Brought some friends from out of town there, took 30 minutes to get our wings and another 30 to 40 to get our food. There were probably about 20 or 30 people in the place, no reason for that.

Second time visiting can’t say I really enjoyed the experience. First of all like others have expressed the wait time is frustrating. I mean I get it you have other customers but still it shouldn’t to long. Second of all I just didn’t feel to welcomed, the waitress who took my order was bland and just didn’t welcome me or anything and food choices weren’t much to choose from. Other than that I think this place does look really nice with the whole tv setup as well as outdoor fireplace very appealing. I think it’s mostly for people who want to have a couple of beers and watch the game.

The fries were ok but the burger wasn't so good. On top of it being a little undercooked (I asked for well done) the burger was small and didn't taste so great.

Dined on 05/18/19. Walked into 4 waitresses sitting behind receptionist. 2 had their head lying on their arm as if napping, the other 2 using smartphone. Took 45 minutes to receive food. While waiting waitresses came to our table once. Kitchen staff appeared unclean and was constantly walking around and going outside in pairs. Food was cooked, however, was cold. We ordered 2 burgers (cooked but cold), steak with mashed potatoes (cooked but cold) and a salad (good). We did not accept offer to return food due to length of time to receive food. Should have left. Business not at all busy except for bar. Wait staff lazy and inattentive. Good place to go for beer but not food. Manager was made aware of issues and assigned us another waitresses, who did a good job. Manager discounted food and said they were going to keep a check on food leaving kitchen.

I decided to dine here because I wanted to try somewhere new instead of just doing the same ole and going to TGI Fridays and boy am I glad I did. I wasn't that impressed when I went in. It was hot as you know what outside and it was a bit muggie in the restaurant so the mood was not happy. I am also a tad conservative so I did not expect Hooter's style clad waitresses but my waitress Dovie could not have been more awesome. My cup never went empty. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I left a generous tip and felt guilty I couldn't leave more. I had the sirloin and aside from it having a tad too much salt it was the best steak I've had in Winston Salem since moving here in 2019. No A1 was needed.

Ok so I'll be honest I took my dad and my husband for father's day, I was a little worried about the atmosphere. (My 16 year old daughter was there too) I was very pleased. Our waitress was Alayna, she was very sweet and explained the desserts and such when we weren't to sure what we wanted. Will definitely go back!

It was a pretty typically busy Wednesday night when I went. Everything was nice to begin with. I ordered the blackened haddock tacos, and my friend ordered the BBQ burger add bacon. It took almost an hour for our food to come out, and when it did, I ended up getting the buffalo chicken tacos instead of the fish I ordered. I told the waitress, and she said that she could send them back and have them remade, but I told her, we had already waited almost an hour for our food and I didn't want to wait that long again. She also for some reason brought me a side of bacon, which I assumed was for my friend(as he had ordered it for his burger) but there was already bacon on his burger. I told the waitress about that, too, and she said that the person who took our order had written it down. I was like okay, I guess that's cool. Until we got the checks and both me and my friend were charged for extra bacon. There was no attempt at fixing our bill or comping the fact that service took and hour and my order was messed up. I'm not usually one to complain, but man, I was really looking forward to those fish tacos. The beer was good, though *shrugs*

Unlike many others, I had great service here. Was greeted warmly by the hostess upon entering and seated immediately. Waitress promptly stopped by and kept things flowing smoothly. The food was as expected - good, but clearly a chain. Overall, as good of an experience as one can hope for from a chain sports bar/restaurant.

We’ve given this place two tries now. The first time it was just my husband and I. We ordered wings and ribs. Mashed potatoes that came with my plate had a foul taste and the ribs were cold. Sent them back, the manager came out with a professional attitude, took it off the bill and replaced my plate. Fast forward tonight, we brought our family for the first time, talked it up using the highlights of our first visit, and we were highly disappointed. One person out of 4 got their food and we waited over an hour and a half to get that. Myself, my husband and my father ordered the rib plate, came out ice cold. Sent them back, waited another considerable amount of time, and finally told our waitress to just bring us our checks we were not going to continue to wait. A few minutes later the manager comes out (not the same one as our last visit) and gives us our rib plates. We decide okay, fine we will give it a try. Unfortunately the ribs were still cold. We sent them back, asked for our check, paid near $7 for the sweet tea, side salad and a side of broccoli (@ 50% off of our bill) and my parents paid near $20 for my moms order of wings, appetizer and their drinks and side salads (@ 50% off). Needless to say, we won’t be giving it a 3rd try.

Unlike many others, I had great service here. Was greeted warmly by the hostess upon entering and seated immediately. Waitress promptly stopped by and kept things flowing smoothly. The food was as expected - good, but clearly a chain. Overall, as good of an experience as one can hope for from a chain sports bar/restaurant.

Will not be returning to the Winston Salem Twin Peaks. Horrible service. This is the pits compared to the one in Concord. Waitress was not friendly or welcoming at all. Took way too long to get our food and when we did, it was just “dropped” in front of us. I tried multiple times to get out waitresses attention and finally had to stand up and go to her. Husbands food was burnt to the crisp. He tried eating it (he’s never one to send food back) but couldn’t. Waitress comped it but usually when a meal gets comped you see the manager but not here. Waitress came back and said “yeah, he said I can comp it”. Sad thing is we brought people with us that has never been here and now this is the service they got.

$8 49 a little high for 6 chicken wings but if you like wings be my guest. Menu has something for everyone. Same goes for the sweet sexy wait staff and their creative uniforms. They tend to hire staff that have and show off their tattoo's, but that is something I can live with.
