Wonderful establishment! I have been going here for 3 years now and I absolutely love this place! They have a wide variety of food and all of it is amazing. If you are looking for an absolute unit of a restaurant and bar look not further! Also ask for Sarah H she is hands down the best!

If you can ever get waited on it’s a miracle. Finally got our food (chicken tenders) and one of the four was a fish stick. After waiting forever again they brought me one chicken tender. I asked when they brought the bill if my meal could be taken off since they messed it up and took forever. Manger came over and said they don’t do that since they fixed it and I ate most of my meal. Totally unprofessional and will not be back. Needless to say all the girls at the host stand were on their phone as well while everyone was looking around and waiting to be served. Whoever owns this twin peaks needs to hire new management and wait staff. You can keep your free appetizer for next time!

This restaurant is awesome for sports bar environment. I come here to watch all the games I want to see. Cera was my server last and I’ll be asking for her again, she’s awesome. Nice beer and alcohol selection. Apparently they have ribs coming soon, excited to order those.

A couple of buddies and I always go here to watch the big games. They go for the cold beer while I enjoy their food. In the past we always sat at a table but now we sit at the bar with Sydney. When you go make sure to ask for her. She's always a ton of fun and service is excellent.

Dear friends, This dining experience left me so dumbfounded I had to interview 12 different editors just to find someone to assist me in adequately communicating the magnificence of my server Leila and the mouth-watering delights she brought forth from the heavenly gates of the kitchen. Do yourselves a favor and order one of their craft beers, so cold it is as if they were chiseled from the north pole of Pluto. Perhaps you might enjoy the avocado smash, delicately whipped into an typhoon of flavor. I am left flabbergasted and speechless beyond these words. Go. Now. Ask for Leila. She is the best of the best

Terrible customer service!! We sat at the bar thinking we would be able to order immediately, but the young lady at the bar was overwhelmed and it took over 35 minutes for her to take our order. We had to ask a bus boy to wipe off the top of the bar where we were sitting, for menus and for water. After our order was finally taken we still waited over 30 minutes, I had to ask the waitress about when our food would be coming out. The waitress responded that she couldn’t leave the bar and someone else had to bring the orders, but she could call on the walkie talkie to check on the orders. It still took about 10 more minutes before our food finally came out. We couldn’t understand why the orders were taking so long because the restaurant was not even full. After waiting for over an hour for our food the nachos I received wasn’t what I expected they were greasy, cold and barely had any chicken on it. My brother’s Cobb salad had brown lettuce in it and the wrong dressing was put on it. They had to remake his salad (which left him waiting for his food again) and by this time I had lost my appetite. This was one of the worse dining experiences I have had in Charlotte and it’s really a shame because there are so many places to choose from so you would think businesses would be grateful for you coming in. We spent two hours just trying to enjoy some lunch here, we should have spoken with a manager before leaving. It would be nice for one to respond to this review.

Rushed from Zmax to get over here for Beer, Food, and watch the rest of NASCAR And it took 30 minutes to get two draft beers. We were being told that they were changing the keg. Our waitress didn’t really care to update us on why we were waiting for so long. Then our dinner came out missing an item. The manager was called over to ask about why the beer was taking so long and his excuse was that their was air in the lines preventing the tap to work. He didn’t ask if he could comp our drinks or ask if we wanted something else to drink. At The least as soon as the waitress realizes they had a keg problem she should of either gotten a bottle and filled up a mug or ask us if we would like to order a beer that they could pour from their tap. Second manager came and after telling her about our experience she stated that they were experiencing being busier than usual so I looked around the restaurant and saw at least 70% of the tables were empty and this was around 6:00pm on a Sunday. She then comped the beers for us. The least she could do. All and all Hooters crossed the street would of been the better choice for dinner tonight.

I highly recommend Carolina ale house their service was amazing even the manager came to our table to check to see if everything was going well. Twin peaks is apalling in comparison.

I was not expecting the staff to be so barely clothed... They were nice but close to naked. In a way I'm glad I didn't know that ahead of time because I would not have wanted to go but the place had a good atmosphere and the food was delicious. If you don't mind the scantily clad staff, it's a good place to get some drinks and tasty food.

Our server Cera was very polite and helpful and the food was actually very good (order the salmon!). This is definitely a sports bar environment but I see myself possibly dining there again!

Omg! I've only been to Charlotte a couple times in my life but this is the first time I was there for more than a few hours. My friend and I were there for the weekend looking for a great place to eat and enjoy some drinks, and someone suggested we go to Twin Peaks. When we got there, for starters, the vibe was great! I felt right at home when I walked in and the music selection was awesome! We sat at the bar where we were greeted by this absolutely beautiful girl named Nia! She was super nice and energetic and just dedicated to making sure my friend and I enjoyed ourselves. She was much more than the average bartender. She actually took the time to build rapport and even provide us with recommendations for other things we could do while we were in town! Not to mention she was beyond gorgeous!!! We ate the chipotle queso and chips (which was sooooo delicious for a "Tex-Mex" option) and opened a tab. They have shots for only $3.99!! If you haven't tried Jack Daniel's Honey or Fire, I definitely recommend you try it! We got pretty wasted off of shots so we just enjoyed the music and the good company and went back to our hotel but it was so good we couldn't help coming back the next day before heading back home. Nia was so great we had to request her section, so we went and sat at her bar again. This time we ordered mozzarella cheese bites (which I now like better than cheese sticks) and wings with fries and tater tots. Side note: I'm obsessed with chicken wings and fries. I had the bone-in, smoked and grilled spicy garlic wings with tots. My friend got the boneless, spicy Thai chili with fries. Both were so good, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! And they give you enough food so you're not still hungry 30 minutes later. Long story short, great, inexpensive food and drinks, great vibes, excellent service. If you go, ask for Nia and tell her I sent you lol! The only regret I have is not taking pictures to cherish the memories.

I had dinner. Sat in the bar and had great service from both bartenders. But the food was not as great. I came here for the grilled wings and order the fried ones by mistake. The fried wings were over cooked and dry. Everything else dips and soup I order were good. But how I ordered the wrong wings I placed an order for the grill ones. 45 mins later no wings and the kitchen just told the bartender they were going to get to my order soon. Sorry. I understand they are grill but it shouldn't take 45 mins. I'll try them out again eventually, being from the other end of Charlotte, it's a drive just to get here. So far, it wasn't worth it.

Food was good, took a while to get out on a slow night. Wondering why my husband and I were told to move out of a handicap parking spot when, indeed, we had handicap tags. We were told it was a safety hazard to park in front of the door. Maybe you should block that spot out since a handicap spot is considered a safety hazard... They made it seem as if we weren't allowed to park on that spot. When we left, there was someone one spot over who parked in the handicap and nothing was said to them. Maybe because we were a young family, they expected us not to be handicapped?? Either way, poor call on the manager. Our server did a great job.

Walked in the girl at the reception desk was nice. We were seated promptly. The waitress was lacking. She came off as a little cold. Not the response you would expect from someone who relies pretty much on tips. We ordered steaks. My buddy ordered his med rare. It was over cooked but instead of going through the hassle of reordering and waiting he ate it anyway. What makes a good restaurant is the one thing they lack! Being Consistent on their food and service. Its not a bad place. The views are great yet if you order one thing and you like it you may not if you get it again.

It was a busy Saturday and the only seating available for 6 was a tall table with hard wooden stools. Somehow the waitress didn't put in the order for the birthday person. 45 minutes later after everyone else was finished and ready to leave his order finally arrived. We were so uncomfortable in those stools. There's no excuse for his order to take so long. We were there for well over 1 1/2 hours.

My family and I were looking for dinner after the movies on a Sunday night and we found this place.Didn’t expect half naked women..The hostess who greeted us seemed a bit annoyed. We sat down and started looking at the menu after about 15 minutes we asked the bus boy about our server. He spoke to the hostess and went to the back we waited for about 10 more minutes and then decided to leave. Not sure if they didn’t want to wait on us because we were a family but this has never happened to me ever at a restaurant.

Surprisingly good for a late visit, we went after midnight and they were still many people around the bar and firepit area, they drinks are good and big. The food was excellent, we had the mozzarella bites(best I've ever had) wings perfectly cook and the double stacked nachos with chicken (could use more chicken and where was the sour cream?) first time here but it looks like the perfect place to watch sports. The girls here are amazing. They are not just a pretty faces, but pretty souls.This restaurant is so much more! It is very family oriented. The Manager Frank is very genuine and not only cares about his store or customers, but also his staff. Note - the mozzarella bites are the bomb!

The waitress took 20 minutes to get to the table and then did not even know the products at the bar told my friends that were with me they didn't have that but it was listed on the menu the food came out warm not hot and when I ask for my bill she brought it I said just one moment so I can pay it I gave her a $100 bill on a $15.65 bill and she brought me back $90 in change that is not even correct she shorted me and I do not appreciate that so at this point I would not recommend anyone to go to that store because if I was not paying attention she would have gotten me for $10

Food was really good and the staff was very helpful. I have a colleague who has food allergies and the manager came out and explained everything they can do and cannot do. They said they can fry or cook stuff in a clean pan to reduce the chance of contamination.

It's like they coming to work to chill out and relax in their phones. I've run restaurants and bars and this wouldn't fly with me. Do your job, interact with your customers, make people feel welcome. Your tips depend on it.

Excellent waitstaff. Food was very good. If you like bacon try their billionaire bacon. It's awesome but be careful it's VERY peppery. We had several different appetizers and entrees. All were great.

Clearly you go here for beer/drinks and sports! Oh and scantily clad girls. This menu makes no sense to me and it really isn't typical food you would want to order in this type of environment. The menu truly needs to be revamped! Service is okay nothing spectacular for me...I suppose if your a good looking dude spending $ maybe. Still didn't look consistent. Beer is cold

We wanted to try something different. Were visiting the area. As soon as we walked we realized it was bar with girls dressed in short shorts. We tried anyway, we were sat down and smelled a foul smell and my husband noticed it was the restroom. We moved ourselves. Yuck! Our waitress took our drink orders and appetizers and just forgot for us for15min. The restuarant was empty! Then we finally got our fried pickles and ask for our ticket. So disappointed.

Came in Sat down for 15 MINS !! Not even a greeting. Waitress walk by multiple times not even a “ hi I’ll be with you in moment” had to walk to the host desk and ask who our waitress was and even after that still waited another 5 mins!

Nia is absolutely amazing! Today was my first time coming here and I sat at Nia's bar. She is definitely the reason why I'll be back. She has a great personality and she mad sure I had a great time. You guys should try this restaurant out if you have not been before.
