Went here for brunch and I liked it I got the pancakes with chicken and some eggs. The eggs were cooked very well (eggs are easy to do well but also easy to do poorly) and I liked the pancakes. The pancakes were sweet potato pancakes and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to tell if it didn’t say that on the menu. The chicken was a bit dry, sadly. I was hoping it would be up to Beasley’s chicken’s quality. The crust was great, it was just the inside that was dry. Service was great. Our waiter was a nice guy and helped us with what we needed. We also got biscuits at the beginning and the biscuits were pretty freaking good, and they gave us blueberry jam and honey to eat with it.

This is definitely the place you want to be. Each year I come from West coast and count on going there at least twice when I can. The food is fantastic never have had anything bad. Great great service. I encourage you to at least give it a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Erik Newby

Solid dinner, solid drinks we came here for a work team dinner and had a nice time. Our server was very friendly, personable, and helpful. The staff overall was nice. Probably best known for its fried chicken which we all tried some of. The space is unique and enjoyable. It is open with natural lighting and lots of seating. It can get a bit loud depending on what time you are here. Prices are slightly high. Overall very enjoyable. I have also been here for brunch once which was delicious.

Went twice for brunch over Labor Day. Tasty southern cooking and fresh cocktail menu. Our group all enjoyed it. Only downside is that it's brand new, no character.

Ashley Young

Let me start by saying that the service was great, and the food *looked* delicious. The cocktails were a little weak and expensive, and the food was fine. However, for a place that prides itself on its chicken, I must say, the fried chicken on the sandwich I ordered was terribly dry. I just couldn't finish it. Overall, my meal was bland, and I wish I had just made my own cocktail at home and had a spicy chicken deluxe from Chick-fil-A. I would have saved about $50 and been satisfied at the end.

Laurie Pahel

Fried Green Tomatoes, Crispy Brussels, biscuits... Attentive and patient wait staff while we decided what to try next. All delicious!

Jarisa Johnson

I've been here twice, and both times the service has been super slow regardless of the slow times. The food isn't worth the price, but it's good. The biggest perk is the convenient location in Cameron Village.

Sonya Mosher

I waited about a half hour for a table. I recieved the WORST service I've ever had at a restaurant. The server was impersonal, did not bring my drink out with the others, didn't bring my food out, took my flatware and didn't replace it, and didn't bring a child menu even though we had a high chair. We also sat at the table a long time before she even came over. I had to ask another server for flatware and to get my food. My eggs were not fully cooked. I asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and then the cut me off and raised her voice at me and told me I was wrong. Um, no.... bad service and poor management. I will not be going back.

Cody Kemp

A little pricey, but an excellent place to eat. Had my rehearsal dinner there 8 months ago and that was an awesome experience.

Geo Min

Super great good, good priced, friendly staff! I got the breakfast bowl and it was great!!! Lots of flavors in the breakfast bowl and lots of ingredients in it! Tried the blueberry pancakes from a friend and they are super! Would recommend!

Quiana McKenzie

The frozen drink is amazing and only $5 on Wednesdays!

Jeanne Tillman

Wonderful atmosphere. Loved the southern food. Great service. Loved our flight of desserts to share.

Eric Eckenrod

Great brunch spot and honestly good food in general. Their biscuits are amazing. They offer really good cocktails and drink specials. I recommend getting a reservation because the wait times can be long, especially for brunch.

Frank Smith

Service was extremely poor and continues to be poor at this Raleigh location. Waiting 1 hour for food on a slow Wednesday night for the price you pay is not even close to worth it. Bar tender can be heard saying he hates making drinks while other diners are close buy ordering food and drinks. The Manager on duty can not be reached, I was told she will be with you in 5 minutes when I wanted to talk to her. Complete mess and mis managed won't be back or order from here. 08/07/2019

I’ve heard nothing but great things about the food at this restaurant, but I’ll never be trying it. An online order was placed with an estimate of 17-20 minutes for pickup. I arrived to their location 25 minutes later to find out that the order was never sent to the kitchen. While that’s annoying, what completely destroyed my want to ever patronize this restaurant again was the service - or lack thereof. The bartender who handles their online orders was rude from the get-go. Absolutely no apology for it not being done, and then has the audacity to tell me it’ll be 25 minutes to prep the food. When I asked for a manager, I was met with the same lack of concern for their oversight. Beat part yet - it won’t take 25 minutes now - just 15-20 - no inconvenience, right? Morale of the story: if you’re going to invite technology into your business to gain more customers, use it properly or you destroy any reputation you tried to build.

James Polgar

First time here. Cannot wait to try other menu items. Great service

susan williams

Meat loaf ws fantastic, brussel sprouts, the best and a wonderful biscuit!! Great folks and delicious food

JoAnne Rotach

We enjoyed the delicious biscuits served with their Tupelo honey which is by far the best we have ever tasted. Fried chicken was also very tasty. Try the sweet potato pancakes, you won't be disappointed.

Elena Carling

Food was excellent each time I've been here, but the service seems slow to respond and it always takes a long while for the simplest dishes to arrive to your table. If you have an hour to spare, definitely go for this.

Denise Gaines

My daughter and I had lunch at the Raleigh location on Friday. The Griddled Appalachian Pork, collard greens and mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. My daughter had a cheeseburger and fries and they were also delicious. Service was great.

DANIAL ZAKI

Great place, the food is very good. If the place was just a little more organize and cleaner for the price range it would be a 5

Mark Matthews

Great food. Fills up fast for Sunday Brunch

John Cleary

Great food, delectable. We had buffalo blue dark meat and the honey dusted white meat. Both were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The pickles had just the right amount of dill, and my crispy brussels were incredible. I won't even go into the scratch made biscuit with the honey, blueberry jam and the name sake honey (didn't need dessert after those, perfectly delicious). I hope to return soon

Margaret Bolar

The food is amazing. The farm to table experience is worth it. While you know this is a chain the atmosphere belies the expectation that this is standard fare. Great job and good service. Try the grits too die for.

Brian Castellano

Great food. Great place to hang out with friends or family. Highly recommend!

The complimentary valet service is nice, sometimes parking in Cameron village is quite cringe worthy, so it's really awesome that they've circumvented that experience. Our server was excellent, our food delicious. I would like to mention especially the biscuits, as I am not a biscuit person, but these were above and beyond. I am subtracting 1 star for the fact that I had a reservation that I walked in 3 minutes before and still waited 15 minutes to be seated after checking in. The hostess also walked us past multiple open tables when she did seat us, so I dont understand the wait.

Izzy Kuller

This was a pleasant and easy place to do brunch. I went with my mom and sister for a Sunday brunch and we were seated right away without a reservation. I ordered an omelet with feta cheese and spinach and it was good. It seemed to be stuffed with the feta so there was plenty of cheese. We also ordered french toast to share for the table. It was made with very thick bread and was delicious.

Melanie Clough

No real vegan options. My daughter order the avocado toast points with none of the toppings but there were still some pieces of cheese in the avocado. She ordered the potatoes, but when they brought them out they informed here they deep fry them in the same oil as chicken. I had the avocado toast points with the toppings, which was too spicy for me and the toast was very hard. The goat cheese grits were great. The service was excellent at the bar.

Jane Whitehurst

Bartender very nice when my husband and I stopped in for dinner and drinks at the bar.

Marcus Mclean

Great food and service. Discovered Counter Culture coffee here, and is my new favorite. The sweet potato pancakes are great. And the shops of Cameron village are nearby (pic). Just remember that they open a little later in the day than most places serving breakfast or brunch.

James Phillips

Great service. Food was average. Collard greens was blah, coffee warm, chicken sandwich average, however okra and cauliflower wasn't bad. Overall for the price it wasn't worth it. Need to up their game like they did when they first opened.

clint moser

in order the pancakes and Chicken in and it was the chicken was dry real also order the ribs and the ribs for dry sweet tea was good and the eggs were okay but other than that weren't too impressed. Kind of feel like most things were just reheated for leftover for the weekend

Hilary M

Fun atmosphere mostly all southern brunch style food. Their biscuits with jam they bring after you order are so delicious dusted with sugar and all! Not many options for those with dietary restrictions.

Alexander Hashimi

Great food, good service, good drink selection

Nicole Paolucci

The food here is very good! It's definitely one of the top chain restaurants IMO for food quality/price. I like places that have lots of veggie options for sides and where not everything is deep-fried (I love fried food, too, I just like having hearty, filling options when I'm not feeling fried food). I have been here several times and enjoyed everything! My most recent visit I sampled off the Happy Hour menu and was very pleasantly surprised by the size/price of the tacos, and the blostered veggies are so good, lots of spice and a nice, slow heat. The only thing that I am disappointed by is that they don't seem to pay attention to their appearance. Cameron Village has a bit of a polish to it, and this place has been decorated like the clearance aisle of a Kirklands. The walls in the bathroom are scuffed and in need of paint, the servers don't wear a uniform to distinguish themselves and help set the tone, and on my last visit, we were seated at a booth with large duct taped tears in the vinyl. All of this says nothing about the quality of the food, or the fact that I've had great service every time I've visited, just that they need someone to come in and care for the inside so they can keep a casual, polished vibe so people will feel comfortable coming to this location for things like business meetings, birthdays, etc. in addition to family meals

Travis Orr

We've always had great food and great service when we've gone. Wish we lived closer!

Denise Tyler

The maple and sage roasted root vegetables were awesome as well as the pickled cucumbers. Staff was great tonight and our book club thoroughly enjoyed the variety in the menu.

Garland Moore

I had brunch here with my GF on Sunday and it was just what I needed after a stressful week. The food was awesome and our server Micheal was very friendly and hospitable. See you next time!

Laura Doi

Amazing food and atmosphere!! The wait is usually very long so it helps to make a reservation before hand. The free valet parking is a nice touch, especially with how busy it is there. Once again, I will say the food is outstanding and the lavender lemonade is amazing!! Definitely a great place to go by yourself or with friends!!

Racqwell Messick

My first time visiting I was excited, we received a warm welcome and shown to the table. Sat for 9 months without so much as 1 greeting and about 6 servers. Finally, we stopped a server to ask who our server would be, she apologized, took our order and was very kind. After she walked away, I realized our initial server made eye contact with me several times but made no effort to visit our table. Hannah ended up being amazing and turned our experience around. Thank you Hannah, you rock!!

Tiffany Andrews

We came here for a wedding luncheon. Tiffany was our server. She was beyond Awesome, nice, and was always smiling. She gave us fantastic recommendations- try the world famous fried green tomatoes-YES!!! At first we weren’t going to order any appetizers but her description of the tomatoes left our mouths watering. Tiffany also suggested a Jalapeño Margarita. She told us it was super spicy but also that it could be made less spicy. We trusted her- we got ours a little less spicy- OMG best drink ever. Thank you, Tiffany for the great memories we made.

Ava Maldonado

Great food. The Brussels sprouts are great. Our waitress was spectacular. She saw a problem with the eggs Benedict and fixes it before we could even ask her about it. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. Answered all our menu questions and made good suggestions to go with our meal. Makes a reservation, they fill up quick. Great seating and atmosphere. We can't really to go back. Want to try other options next time.

Tony Berry

OMG this Place is Fantastic. Not only is the Food the Best in Raleigh they have an Amazing Crew. Very professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the Menu I will return

Ronald Serafino

Waiter was excellent.Chicken in my wife's brunch was too dry .Service fine

Brian Phillips

Nice location, nice surroundings and layout, but,... Arrived at 7:30 to a essentially empty restaurant. Waited for a table, waited for a drink order, waited for drinks, waited for the orders to be taken, waited for the food, finally got food over an hour after arriving. In an empty restaurant? Food was excellent, but we were at restaurant 2 hours. I would guess not an issue with the staff, rather an issue of being under staffed. Having eaten at most of their restaurants it seems to be common problem.

Faina Shuter

Awesome service. Ricky our waiter was right on point with all of his suggestions. Fried pickles are to die for! Batter is paper thin and fried to perfection. The manager, Scott made a point to stop by the table and engage my daughter in conversation. He gifted her with a dessert of her choosing (she just won a gold medal in state games of America). Highly recommend this restaurant for service and good and not just because of free ice cream. Felt like we were dining at home.

Sarah Kemp

My husband and I love this restaurant! We've eaten here several times and it's always delicious. We had our rehearsal dinner here last year and everyone involved was just so lovely. We always have a good experience with Tupelo Honey.

Robert Anthony

Very good good, nice atmosphere, great ser ice.

Michelle Ellis

Always a great experience. My husband and I absolutely love eating breakfast here. Between the biscuits with blueberry jam and the shoo mercy omelet, it can't be beat!!! Reservations are the way to go if possible but they do a great job of getting you seated too.

Rafik Keith

Oh My! What can I say. The service is outstanding, super friendly and totally attentive. The ambience is sweet and warming, with really cool fan fixtures on like a conveyer belt which is pretty cool. I got the shrimp and grits, and man let me tell you. My mouth hasn't been so happy in a long time. It was a jubilant affair of savory butter with a hint of spice. Perfect cook on the shrimp, and it came out of the kitchen rather quickly. I would suggest this place for anyone at anytime! Get the Brussels they're to die for!

Dorothy Turner

Food Awesome! Service great

Blaze Maverick

Food was good but could be better, service was excellent!

2nd time here and it was just as nice as the first time. Food was great, ambience was quiet for a little later brunch which was nice and our waitress was friendly. Food Service was the only place I found needed some improvement. Our order came wrong on one plate and instead of just taking it back to fix it the server took on a bit of an attitude and requested that we explain in detail what was wrong with the dish. She wasn't the person who took our order, but acted as if she were and that she had done it right. "What about this plate isn't right??" . She huffed a bit once we explained (3rd time in the convo) and walked away rolling her eyes. She seemed annoyed from the moment she came to our table. She soured our experience for sure.

David Leake

Fresh when ordered. It had a home cook meal vibe to it!

Kacie Hulick

Very nice restaurant for early Valentine's Day dinner meal. Prior reservation. Original table sat at was an odd choice to sit a couple for dinner. More suitable for the bar, not a couple enjoying a dinner meal comfortably. A quick word with the hostess and we were able to switch with no issue. Our waitress was friendly and awesome. Food was priced well for the quantity and taste. The blueberry punch tasted like a melted red, white and blue popsicle, yum! Definitely would recommend.

Tom Morgan

Delicious, eclectic, pricey, wholesome, and comforting. This place was great. Had the famous chicken. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they got. Service was friendly

Dwayne Henry

Friendly atmosphere and food is good

Christopher Lee

The food is delicious without a doubt, but for the amount you paid for the amount of you food you receive is poor. Not a southern style serving. Tupelo honey grows on a tree for a brief season along the Florida, Gerogia line.. A restraunt with that name should serve Southern style.. Environment loud, but bright and fun. Dont expect to be there for a nice meal and chat, service is short and wants you to eat and pay. Overall I'll go back because the food is top notch.

Aaron Wilder

Food was alright, nothing to write home about. Service was great.

Latousha Jackson

Wonderful food and service. The fried chicken and the shrimp and grits were excellent. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely return!

James Hausler

Great place to eat. Nice variety of different and interesting food. Their chicken is amazing.

April Payseur

Delicious Delicious Delicious! Food was just excellent! I ordered the Shoo Mercy Shrimp & Grits. It was the best version of this dish I have ever eaten. It exploded with flavor in my mouth from the 1st bite to the last. There was a lot of big shrimps. The grilled lemon just sent the dish over the top! Service was great even though our server seemed a little new or maybe just young. He was very attentive and friendly. I can't wait to go back for more Shrimp & Grits. I also tried the Banana Pudding. It was fantastic, of course!

Janet Schulz

Loved it! Very tasty. Had the maple chicken and roasted root vegetables. So good! Sweet tea too! Service was outstanding.

Shaun Cialino

This place was weird and over priced. Very strange dessert selection. It had odd combinations of sweets. The tea chicken was way over priced for the three microscopic pieces that I got. The flavor was basic with very little seasoning. I …

Shelley Ward

Beautiful Sunday brunch outside with my boyfriend. Michael was our server and he was great very prompt and polite. We will be back!

Melissa Edwards

My husband and I are at Tupelo last night. I have been there before but it was his first visit, and I am happy to report it was wonderful. The manager was so helpful and on top of things. She was helping out wherever she was needed. I had the meatloaf and my husband had the chicken, but the honey and biscuits was our favorite! In fact, I wished for another one for dessert after my meal! We will definitely come again!

Skip Bishop

Long wait even WITH reservations. Good food ...service slow. Very noisy. Seated in back bar area with multipleTV's at full blast. Not enjoyable. I will NOT RETURN return.

Christal Silver

My first time dining here with my girlfriend and it was absolutely wonderful. We went during Brunch on Sunday and the weather was great that we sat outside. I order the Shrimp and Grits and she got the Steak and Eggs. The mimos was a great addition to our meal. Everything was appetizing and having great conversation made it all the better.

Mark Spence

Service was excellent. Food was excellent. I had the beet salad. The dressing was just tangy enough to complement the goat cheese. They bring out biscuits with butter honey and jelly to start and they were great as well. I did not try their tea but someone else in our group did and they said was very good. My group had salads burgers and chicken. Everyone thought theirs was excellent. This was at lunchtime. Would definitely recommend you try.

Rachel Finley

Great restaurant! The chicken is really good, and the portions are nice and big.

Jenna A. Robinson

So delicious. However, I wish there were some small plate options. Everything is huge!

elderado hatchett

Wife and I had dinner. We ordered two different drinks and they both taste the same!!! I had shrimp and grits and they were warm. I got mad instantly!!! My wife’s Salmon was just ok. The quality of this place is just not what it use to be!!!

Latina Green

My experience today was amaaaazing!!! The dish I ordered wasn’t exactly what I wanted and my waitress called the manager (I didn’t even ask, she just saw the look on my face) and they got me a replacement dish immediately. I’ve never seen staff so attentive! Five star service!!!

Kevin Pitts

It taste like visiting my older relatives. Real, amazing Southern Food

Ncnursie

Came here for breakfast today. The biscuit was really good (which is why I give this place two stars). Our food was very cold and the potatoes seemed like they were made yesterday. Our server never checked on us and was just rude and miserable. I don’t really care about the server, but I do care about a 45.00 brunch that should have been 5.00 based on the quality of my food. Tupelo Honey used to be good, not sure what happened.

Robert Hernandez

They ran out of pre-meal biscuits so badly that we got them 20 minutes after receiving our entrees. Wait staff seemed unenthusiastic about recommendations, which is always a bad sign. My wife ordered a dish which is supposed to be served warm but came refrigerator cold. Was only offered a free app with purchase on our next visit and the bad dish was not comped like you'd expect. We left the discount card on the table and have no intention on returning.

Yvette Williams

Our visit to Tupelo Honey began with great service. She answered all questions we had about the menu. Our adult beverages were delicious. Our food was also delicious. We all ordered the bone-in chicken with sides that we shared so that everyone could sample. The sides we chose and highly recommend are the baked mac-n- cheese, cheesey potato gratin with biscuit crumble, parmesan and rosemary potatoes, goat cheese grits and collards with bacon. Because we were there to celebrate a birthday, the meal ended with a pancake sprinkled with pecans and butter, later covered with syrup. Absolutely delicious! We will go back

Yeedah Krasowski

We visited here with a large group after my husband achieved one of his many goals. This is a popular place but the staff really worked with us to accommodate our group. I called ahead to let them know about 30 people were coming. And they were busy but once we got seated the wait staff didn't rush us and answered questions about the menu before we ordered. And the food is wonderful and unique! You've got to try this place the atmosphere is fantastic and it's a great experience!

Katie Graves

I don’t know what happened today but our food took FOREVER. not sure if it was our waitress or the chefs but we arrived at 2:45 and got our food an hour later. normally I wouldn’t complain like this but there were only four tables. including ours. I guess their food is really fresh cuz they must’ve killed the cow and made a loaf of bread from scratch. that’s the only reason i can think it would take that long. Service was below average. we were done with our apps but each time our waitress came by she didn’t take the empty plates away. coming by every 2 minutes asking how everything is doesn’t equal quality service. sorry y’all. only gave 2 stars because when the food actually came it was delicious - minus the fries. they were horrible quality.

Tandy Myers

Tried out Tupelo Honey Cafe this past weekend. It was really good. Worth the full 45 min wait. I didn’t know think that it would live up to the hype. The best part was our server Tiffany. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and asked all of the right questions to suggest the best dishes. We started out with the fried green tomatoes- bomb! Tiffany suggested the buttermilk fried chicken for me- bomb. My husband got the salmon- bomb. Best salmon we’ve ever tasted. When we come back, we’re coming and asking for Tiffany. We trust her judgement. Tiffy- bomb!!!!

Sweet p

I was there tonight near closing time. I had to seat myself. No hostess upfront. My first trip, so I ordered the chicken and one side. The portion was great, but the flavor was not so impressive. Fried Brussels sprouts were delicious. They didn't put salt or pepper on them. I used the discount from Raleigh Little Theatre program. That was good.

Ricki Vega

Delicious meals, the drinks were perfect and the service was on point. Will be back in the near future.

Theresa Carpenter

Good beer choices on draft. Great beet salad. Service is great and staff friendly and cheerful.

Brian Finnell

High quality food with a unique menu.

Matthew Grammer

Didn't seat us in the right area, got orders wrong, food was mediocre. Genuinely rough and disappointing experience. Not even willing to give it another try.

Erin Moss

Delicious food. Great atmosphere

Zack Hafner

Very nice spot for a bite of great Southern comfort food. The biscuits and honey were wonderful (the honey is out of this world great). The fried chicken was so good I almost ordered another plate to take with me! The service was equally good, matching the food perfectly. This is a great spot to check out and I might be back sooner than expected.

Xavier Atkinson

Service was nice and the staff all seemed friendly. The decor inside was cool and reminded me of a more country feel. Food was ok, about what I would expect from the area. Sweet tea wasn't really that great to me though, tasted like it didn't have any real sweetness at all to it. I also had a problem on my bill but the waitress was quick to fix the issue with no problems. Overall a nice place to dine.

Dakota Fasciano

The service is great! I had something in Myrtle Beach location that they had not introduced to Raleigh location yet, and the kitchen staff personally offered to make the recipe even though it had not been introduced yet! Grapefruit Mimosa is delicious as well!

Chris Hemedinger

Good food! I had the Avocado Chicken sandwich. Service was pleasant but a bit slow, and our group was on a time table ( heading to a show). So I recommend trying this place when you're not in a rush. Also entrees are a bit pricey, but the other items are reasonable.

Stacie Sanchez

I always stop by for their fried cauliflower or side of salted, black pepper brussels sprouts. The food is always great but the price always makes my wallet cry out a bit. Hence why I usually order the appetizer options. Will you find something great, hell yeah, but probably not at the price you want to pay.

Patsy Tomlinson

Great food and service!! I'm never disappointed when I visit here. Appetizers awesome!

Muktanidhi Dhotrad

It has a great ambience and the staff is very nice. I had taken the lunch combo and the portions were perfect. The cost for two is approx 30-40$.

Angela Henderson

I have heard great things about this place from friends, but I wasn't too impressed. I had the Hanger steak (which was very tender, tasty, and cooked well) but they had no steak sauce(as in they dont carry any). I also had the pan seared(?) green beans which were seasoned well, but they were overcooked and chewy. I guess I'm not high class enough to enjoy this restaurant. I like my food a little more "home cooked" than "high class".

Can H

This was my first time there and I am so glad I made a reservation! It was really busy at 1:30 on a Sunday for Brunch. However, I was seated at about 1:33 which was not a long wait at all. Our server Jesse was a gem! The complimentary biscuits were hot and fresh! The blueberry jam was a great pairing! I ordered the eggs fried hard, potatoes, bacon, and sweet potato pancakes. My eggs did not come out fried hard and that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. The sweet potato pancakes were pretty good. My favorite of the meal were the potatoes! The portion was quite small, so I wish they were not stingy about the potatoes

Kevin Morris

First time here and very pleased! Had a great lunch with coworkers and service was very good !!

Dennis Duffy

First visit, and we walked in early (5pm), so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Appetizer (crispy brussel sprouts) seemed to have been prepped/maybe even cooked from the previous day's prep. Wasn't bad, just shirt of the great dish it could have been. Same with the entrees, not bad, but could have been really good. I had the pork, my wife the roasted chicken. Both were on the dry side. My side of root vegetables in Sage and maple syrup was the highlight, and they were excellent! Hopefully the kitchen gets in gear when the tables start filling up. The experience as a whole was a three star at best, but like I said, I'll cut them a little slack because it was only one visit, and early on for dinner orders.

Alan Cason

7PM on a Thursday and out of an appetizer? Poor cocktail service. Cold food served. Wrong food delivered Need I say more?

Geoffrey Hatfield

Very delicious. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

Remy Heskett

Great little southern food spot. All the sides look great and they have a veggie plate option (even at brunch though it's not called out the menu) I had grits, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and Mac & cheese. Off picture is fried okra which they serve as an appetizer not a side, which is also delicious. Btw the drinks are served in glasses that look like a can soda, which is fun.

Renee Herndon

First time here so I made a reservation because I had a show to go to. Little did I know they would put me in the bar area where the sweet little girl running the bar was definitely wearing too many hats! I hope they pay this young lady good because she was doing the job of 3 people. Unfortunately being in a semi rush this was not it chief. The people seated next to us (out of bar area) had drinks, appetizers, and their order in by the time we had the chance to place our drink order. The fried okra was great as well as the biscuit, it just needed some butter! The chicken was dry but decor was good. Expected more from the chicken. In conclusion the bartender needs to be in upper management! Her multi tasking is on point! I would hire her at my company for that alone.

Earl Power

Interesting entrees but both my wife and I had a dish that had dry, chewy, fried chicken. Hers was breaded different and on a salad while mine was one of the fried chicken specials. It wasn't just a "bad batch", it was two poorly cooked meals.

Jason Lazarus

All day breakfast and fried chicken spot in the Cameron village (read: $$$). Very busy during brunch hours on weekends. Make a reservation or be prepared to wait up to 2 hours. Complimentary valet parking, outdoor seating and happy hour Monday through Thursday.

Nathan Michalik

Tasty trendy modern southern fare. Really great day spot

Audrey Yi

Pretty good. Yummy drinks. Fried chicken was a little dry

Stephanie Miller

The place was gorgeous but the wait is horrible I ordered some kind of Tom to chicken chile soup it was good till I realized there was chicken in it. I just thought the waitress made a mistake and got me the wrong soup because there was …

Marcus Harris

I will not be heading back to this place any time soon. In all fairness, I don't know if my expectations were wrong or if it just wasn't my kind of restaurant? I felt the prices charged for the food they served were too high, and when I …

Amy Northington

This restaurant is amazing in every state I've gone to so far. I love Tupelo Honey. Get the fried green tomatoes, they are the absolute best!!!

Katie Hill

Excellent in every way. Biscuits to write home about. Great staff. Can't wait to go back again!!

What a wonderful place to eat in Downtown Raleigh! Do you ever want to 'brunch' on a weekday? This place had you covered: brunch specials till 4pm on weekdays and plenty of boozy drinks. Their different lime and lemonades are infused with lavender and rosemary. They're, of course, known for their chicken! We started with lemonades and an appetizer of their fried brussel sprouts with lemon and bacon (bonus you get free biscuits with honey, fresh jam and butter to start). The app came out in under 10 minutes and the whole meal was delivered hot & fresh in under 20 from ordering. The honey jalepeno lacquered chicken was out if this world with fried jalapenos on top! Their sides are a la carte & we recommend their roasted maple glazed root vegetables! Their kids menu is also great for little dudes and girls! We got their burger and basil green beans for our son with plenty of other options to choose from. We would eat here every week if we lived closer!

Nice & quaint. Waitress was excellent

Love it, been to three of their locations now. Always been impressed! Great food and service. Very knowledgeable staff.

The service was good and the food was decent. I think they are too focused on the "gimmick" of the honey. Even the mac and cheese had honey in it. It was a bit much, and the rest of the food was solidly meh. But, overall a good experience.

Slow service. Waited 45 minutes for food after ordering. Fried chicken had limp greasy skin. Crispy brussel sprouts were raw on inside. Disappointed

Great staff and food!

My daughter and I stopped here for brunch on our way back home to Virginia Beach. We did not have a reservation, so we had to sit outside on an overcast day. Thankfully it did not rain until we finished. Great food, service and ambience.

This place had great food with everything prepared freshly. Excellent service and reasonable prices

First time here. Had to try shrimp and grits. Nice size spicy shrimp and great cheese taste. I wanted more grits (could barely taste them). Good service. Suggest reservations.

Really good place for southern fare doing brunch or lunch. They do have tasty vegetarian options too. I always get something different and every time I absolutely love the dish

Very tasty. Biscuits were a bit overhyped but I enjoyed the meal thoroughly.

Cute little southern restaurant with delicious fried chicken, huge salads and fancy drinks. Perfect for brunch, lunch or a dinner out.

Customer service was amazing! I mean the best customer service I have had in awhile. I have a toddler, they brought her out some fruit to eat. I was also dining with two vegetarians and they brought out options of alternative sauces for them to try. The food was good but the service and attention to detail is what makes this one of my favorite places.

Found this place on the way to the airport, it's approximately 15 min away which is perfect. The atmosphere is great and the food was delicious. There's parking down the street in the garage or an open lot not much further, no need to valet.

We had a larger group than the 10 we could reserve online. Mary our server and the rest of the crew us feel welcome. The food was good Parking is as issue unless you go on the weekend or after 5pm

Great service, great food! Various chicken flavor assortment is nice and the mini-mason jar desserts are a nice tasty option.

Consistently good food no matter what we order. The kiddos love it. The grownups love it. The bloody marys rule. The shrimp and grits give me life. Everyone ate every bit. We will return again and again.

Amazing experience! One of my favorite restaurants in Raleigh!
