You have the feddbacks of people who purchased the products and services of Seoul 116 (Restaurant) in the state of North Carolina.
Now the firm gets a score of 4.7 out of 5 and that score is based on 100 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is basically the best, and it is founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can think that the valuation is very accurate. If many people have bothered to give their score when they are satisfied, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to put evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Korean restaurant.
My friend and I went here yesterday to try something new. While they're quiet during the day, I'd like to visit at night or a weekend. Their capri drinks pack a punch both on alcohol and price but the flavor is amazing. Speaking of amazing, their food is top notch. I don't however agree with them on the "family sharing portion size" as I could easily have eaten one serving myself. What we did get though was great in flavor and presentation.

Great, creative dishes with bold flavors and appealing appearance. Highly recommend!
Great place for tapas type dining. One of the best places in Raleigh for Korean food. Cool drink options too!
Fantastic flavors combined with friendly, thoughtful service. Though there is great debate as to whether noodles or dumplings are the superior food, the dumpling soup here is clearly better than any ramen in town.
Get the wings!!!!!
Kinda disappointed. I guess I had too much hope after seeing people rave about this place on my social media feeds. Everything we ordered tasted sweet. Now believe me I am a sugarholic, I like everything sweet. Still I couldn't really like any of the dishes I tried. I had cheese and corn, chicken wings and pork belly- meat was cooked to perfection but I didn't like the dish overall. Service wise it was good, decor was almost the same as the previous restaurant which used to be here. Overall very average experience.
Delicious food, cool atmosphere, and interesting drinks. I recommend the chicken wings, the purple potato, the boozy capri suns, and the kirin slushie topped beer! Plan to get a few items and sharing or just for yourself!
I had been following Seoul 116 on Instagram for a while. We finally got to go last night. We didn't have reservations but the hostess was nice enough to seat us anyway. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. The restaurant is beautiful. It's modern, clean and minimalist. The menu is not huge but we liked that. We loved that the dishes are served tapas style. We ordered Shrimp Pancake, Fried Squid Legs and Bibimbap. Everything was exquisite. Flavorful and fresh. It was fun to share the food. We were so full we didn't get dessert but their green tea churros and ice cream look so good and we will definitely be back.
Korean foods
By far my favorite restaurant in Raleigh!
Intimate setting with a nice bar. Korean food and Asian drinks. Our chicken wings were recommended by the server they looked pretty and came out although we ordered them as an appetizer right after our food. The food all lacked much favor. The presentation seemed to be priority. The service was good.
I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, but felt I needed to leave one here. We went Saturday evening with a group of nine. The food was awesome, 5 stars in my opinion. Everything was cooked well and had tons of flavor. For a group of nine it did take longer to be served our food, but that’s to be expected with a larger group like ours. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is due to the service. The restaurant was not crowded, but there were quite a few mistakes on our orders, mainly items left off. A few drinks here, a meal there, several things. It took a long time to even get a water refill until they decided to bring containers to our table for us to fill as we went. The staff was very friendly and polite, but they seemed to lack proper training/experience. I’ll definitely be back to eat again, but not with more than 4 people. All in all this is an awesome spot to enjoy Korean fusion food, they just need to work on training their staff better to be able to handle a busier restaurant. As they grow in popularity they’ll need to be able to better handle it.
AMAZING food & great service!
Very tasty food. Although no dish with just bulgogi and rice, very nice atmosphere and serves were very friendly and helpful.
The food was really good, but as usual for a tapas style place, they charge too much for small portions. You're supposed to share so you end up spending more than you would have by yourself and leaving hungry. If you don't want to share, the kimchi fried rice and the bibimbap were large enough for one person. I also felt like the servers were unnecessarily aggressive about clearing our plates, especially for a half empty restaurant. The food did taste very good, though, so overall it was a good experience.
Best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Amazing food, atmosphere, alcoholic Capri suns, and service. Thank you!
Great food
Fun spot. Good food and sake.
Service was excellent because we were the only customers in the restaurant at 6:00 PM. The portions were tiny for the price you are paying. The food was OK. Nothing that will want to bring me back. The fire chicken n’ cheese lacked flavor and had no spice even though the server warned us of how spicy it was, which was disappointing. The bulgogi japchae was dripping in oil and had not much bulgogi on it, for $12 I would rather go to Seoul garden and get a full portion. Pretty average food, for an unreasonable price.
Great food
Great service and incredibly tasty food. We will definitely go back. Try the sliders and the short ribs... you won't be disappointed
It's ok. Not really a family place. Atmosphere might be better for a social thing or a date. Korean food is tasty but not in the traditional style, where they bring out a lot of side dishes. Portions are small but it may be enough for some.
We found this place by accident last night. We had a party of seven and they were able to find a table for us within 5 minutes. Everything we ordered was great. Full bar and wine list. We live in California but our daughter lives in Raleigh. We definitely will be back next time we visit.
We are literally lookin’ for fried chicken so here we are. Those are pretty delicious and they really have a great table service!
Great sliders. Excellent blend of traditional korean flavours and western formats. Fun drinks selection too - had a Japanese beer flavoured with salted plum which was amazing (think, saltiness of a michelada and you get the idea.)
Hands down the best Chicken Wings I have ever had in our city! A great place for a date night too! Ask for Joanne; a superb waitress that is very knowledgeable of the Korean menu and wine pairings too! The staff is friendly, efficient, and very hospitable!
Fun place for dinner and sharing plates! Tapas style Korean dishes with a fun flare! My favorite was the chicken wings and squid, my husband liked the friend oysters and corn. Everything was hot and tasty. Didn’t leave anything left on our plate! Try the “caprisun” style drinks. I got the miss Korea which had mint and was refreshing, not as sweet as the berry one my husband got. Fun place with indoor, bar, and patio seating. We had no reservations on a busy night so we got a drink at the nearby brewery while we waited for a text letting us know our table was ready. On a busy night reservations are probably the best bet if you don’t want to wait! Will definitely be back!
Absolutely delicious!
Love this place, so good!
The food was amazing and the wait staff was super attentive and nice.
We called for a last minute reservation on a Saturday with two kids in tow and they were able to get us in. The service and food were both fantastic and I cannot wait to go back.
Great restaurant! Can't believe I just found out about it. Great atmosphere! The Bibimbap tastes very traditional to me. Delicious. The wings are amazing. The chicken and cheese was not my favorite but still okay. The staff is super nice! We will be back with friends!
First time at a tapas style restaurant and it was lots of fun. The food was wonderful. Great variety within the Korean cuisine. Do yourself a favor and go with a large party. The more dishes you can try the better!
Delicious. This location has had quite a few restaurants come and go, and this is finally a great one. Great food and ambience.
Such a kind and courteous staff with absolutely DELICIOUS. FOOD. For any meat or pork eaters, try the pork sliders. Your tastebuds will thank you forever and you won't regret it <3
Awesome service and food!
Very cool Korean restaurant. Great low key vibe, awesome service and good food.
Good food. Authentic flavors with an upscale twist. Corn cheese! Gochuchang edamame! Eat here. Soju cocktail with plum juice = win!!
I really wanted to like this place. We love Korean food, but this place just missed the mark. We ordered the beef tartare, dumpling soup, and the mushroom japchae. Each item came out within minutes, which should tell you enough. Even though the waitress described the food as "authentic, it wasn't. The beef tartare (yukhoe) was decent, although not particularly authentic. Generally it is served with various other seasonings like garlic, spring onion, etc. Instead, it was rather plain and strangely soggy, even before adding the egg. The dumplings in the soup were clearly the same frozen dumplings you can buy at H-mart, and not at all appetizing.
Best Korean restaurant in town
The restaurant has a very trendy atmosphere. It has a very appealing menu of small plates. Overall I thought the food was good, not great. I do recommend their pork sliders. They were excellent
Great service, plenty of choices for food.
This place was very good. For starters, every dish we tried was off the chain good. I had the dumpling soup-it was excellent. We also tried korean fried chicken (so crispy and delicious!) and the green tea ice cream with churros is absolutely worth getting. Make sure to get a saki capri-the miss Korea is very tasty! I was extremely impressed with the service. With a new restaurant, one often expects slow or bumbling service, but that was not the case here. The wait staff were extremely courteous, service was prompt, and were always available. The atmosphere is upscale modern with comfortable seating and pleasant lighting. The restrooms were clean and pleasant. My only critique would be the music. It was often just a smidge too loud for me. I liked the songs for the most part, very upbeat, thankfully not K-pop. Seoul-116 has some of the best Korean food in Raleigh, no doubt. 10/10 would go again.
Delicious food and drinks. Some of the better korean food in the area. Some of the dishes have a unique American spin to them. The bulgogi sliders are absolutely fantastic.
Food is delicious and flavorful. After I finished my food I wanted another order. Paired with the rice beer was a very refreshing meal. Technically you're supposed the share but the eggplant was just too good to share.
Amazing restaurant and atmosphere! Tried so many foods and they all were amazing!!! One of my favorite restaurants now and we will definitely be coming back!
Delicious tapas style korean food. Well worth the money with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had a great dinner here with great appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Highly recommend the pork belly.
Absolutely perfect food. If you enjoy well prepared, foodie food, this will definitely impress you. Don’t go here is you want massive servings. Go here to enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and excellent service. We will be back.
Visited for first time last night. Should have reservations on weekend. We sat at comfortable bar. Service was great from Brandon. Sake and wine selections were great and very reasonably priced. We ordered the corn and cheese appetizer, the shabu shabu salad, dumpling soup, and pork belly on kimchee. Each dish was very good and we highly recommend the soup. This restaurant will be added to our list for regular return visits. Can't wait to introduce our friends.
I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt it necessary to leave something positive about this place. The location is funky, kind of hidden next to clouds and Tobacco Road... but is very modern and relaxed inside. The food was absolutely amazing. Tapas style Korean food. It was hard to rank what was best that we tried, but the chicken wings, shrimp pancake and fried purple potato all stood out. No complaints on the food at all. The service was also extremely efficient and friendly. We walked so I cannot speak to the parking but there is a deck across the street. Overall amazing experience that I would highly reccomend anyone trying.
The worst customer service, they seated us and then said the kitchen is closed . You don’t seat your customers when your kitchen is closed. That is just bad service! Never going again!
The food and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic! Felt transported to Korea town in NYC! Our waiter, Gabe, was friendly and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend!
