Online it displays that the restaurant close at 10pm, I get to the restaurant at 9 pm and there was NO ONE there! I am extremely pissed off because how are you going to close early when there is a certain time displayed online, if the real closing time is 9 pm please change it online!

First: This is a take out place, no seating and the service can be a bit slow so call ahead. But the food is what it's about. The ox tails are beyond amazing; fatty, saucy and full of flavor. Jerk chicken is nice and spicy, like it's supposed to be. Meat is on the bone, like it should be. I would rate it as an adventurous eat, but this is how Jamaican is supposed to be. If you don't like this place, then you don't like Jamaican food.

First time looking them up and I called for about a hr & there phone was on busy meaning they didn't put the phone back on the hook...so I still had to drive and still wait about 20 mins for my food...then while expressing that to the lady she looked at me and said "are u going to order or no"?...whhaaaat I almost walked out..my oxtails taste greasy and the rice was dry and the cabbage was terrible. Then they was out of plantens smh!!!! Oh and top it off the grading was a 94 ok...I dnt think ima go back. Waste of $30

Plate was sloppy and did not look appetizing at all. Inside of restaurant looked outdated. Rice was cold and dry. Veggies were dry with no taste. Wayyyyy too much sauce with very little meat. Just all around bad. Staff was rude until they saw I had left a tip. Then it was all smiles and "thank you for coming" AFTER rudely staring at me and not greeting me. This was one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to. Food was not good at all. I got lost finding this place. That was the universe telling me to stay away. What is up with these kind of restaurants in Greensboro?? Where is the quality? Sheesh.

I'm so hurt. I ordered the oxtails and rice & peas and couldnt wait to get home and dig in. Listen....when I tell u I maybe...MAYBE.. got a good whole tablespoon of meat from the whole damn plate. Instead, I got half of a plate of fat and bones. The rice and peas were dry & bland just like the last 2 times I got them and there was a big piece of plastic in it. I didnt even bother with the cabbage this time because it wasn't good last time either. Man I love to support small BOB's but I'm sorry to say I'm done with this one. I'll stick with Da Reggae Cafe & Calypso Mama.

Place is said to open at 11am, but I arrive at 11 and their closed. I've been waiting outside. It is now 1130am and place has still not opened. Yesterday I called in an order they said it would take 15 minutes. I arrive 15 minutes later and still had to wait 20 min. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

When you are in the restaurant business working directly with customers, you need to have people skills. The customers are the ones who bring in profit to the business without them the business will close. As customers paying our money to this business deserve to be treated with respect!!!

Very rude people. I called in to order food. First and foremost they answered the phone with an attitude, I ignored then went on to tell him what I wanted, he asked a question but I couldn't hear, so he yelled with an attitude "SMALL OR LARGE???" Then hung up. I decided not to fool with them after being disrespected. Very nasty people I will never eat from them! Having an attitude when conducting business is not a good look.

Today I experienced the rudest service EVER! I called and ordered a jerk chicken plate. Once I got home I noticed it was curry chicken instead. I called to let them know and the older gentleman immediately began yelling at me. I couldn't get a word in at all. He overtalked me as I was simply attempting to tell him that it's possible I received the wrong plate. Instead I said "that's ok sir, I just won't patronize your business any more." He says "Have a nice life!" Incredible that a business owner would be so incredibly rude.

I have the opportunity to visit this restaurant, and the customer service was horrible. The cashier/cook (Older Black Jamaican man) was extremely rude. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, he comes out and tells myself and other customers that he only can feed us beef patties. The cleanliness of this restaurant was also very questionable. The cashier/cook would take money from customers, then go and prepare food. ALL without washing his hands.

This restaurant serves Jamaican food. I ordered the curry goat. It came with white rice, vegetables and 2 pieces of plaintains. The food here is a little spicy, however I will be returning to eat here. The parking is easy. It is wheelchair excessable. It is not an eat in establishment. There are no public restrooms.

i love this place. im from NYC and im on a college budget. this place really gives you alot of food for what u pay for [in comparison to raggae cafe]. all the jerk chicken in NC seems to be stewed and not grilled [so its alot of jerk sauce on the meat, not in the meat]. but all the other dishes are really good. the oxtails are really good and the stew chicken as well. the curry chicken is okay, its not really spicy. the beef paties w cheese and coco bread are good too. great place to eat... most comparible [IN GREENSBORO] to golden krust if ur from up north.

I have been eating at paradise since my early 20s. I am now in my mid 40s. I no longer reside in North Carolina. However, my family does. Each time I come home I eat at paradise and the owner always comes from behind the counter and show me love. He remembers who I am. The food is very authentic. I have not tasted any Caribbean food better than Paradise. I crave it all the time but I have to wait til I touch the Carolina's to eat the real deal!!:)

I usually eat at Reggae Cafe BUT they were too packed bc their food is just that good. I ordered a vegetarian plate. The plantains were huge and wasn't even fully cooked, the cabbage had NO flavor to it, I asked for beans & only saw about 10, yes 10 literally.
