The restaurant itself is relatively small, but don't let that fool you! The staff are kind and knowledgeable on the menu, and the food is great! My sushi came out in a timely manner and was of excellent quality. The nigiri had a little more wasabi than I am used to, but it did not disturb the delicate nature of the fish. The price was reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

The only downside to this restaurant is its size. The food is so good, they are often turning customers away because the dining room is almost always full at peak hours. The sushi is amazing, and never disappoints! The wait staff is all super friendly as well. One of my favorite spots!

Love this place! The sushi (which is all I've ever tried) is delicious. The service is fast and efficient. They have a few tables outside if you prefer outdoor seating. Sushi menu is fairly priced, you should definitely try it out!

Yum!!! First time and loved it! Very close to my Boyfriends place so it’s convenient! We got the Korean Seafood Pancakes and they were so yummy! Bigolgi Bi bin Bop (I’m sure thats not spelled right) was awesome! I happen to have two friends who were there for the first time at the same time and they to loved the food! Its small and popular because of the great food so you may have to wait... but it would be worth it!

Since moving to Raleigh we have looked for a good sushi place and with Oiso we have definitely found our new go-to spot. I was welcomed as soon as I came in and although my husband wasn't there yet, they let me take a table. The entire place very quickly filled up. People were also picking up to-go orders the entire time we were there. The restaurant is very very clean, even the menus, which I loved. It's a smaller place so even full on a Friday night my husband and I could talk and hear each other which I also loved. I had hot sake which was so lovely and their miso soup was delicious and piping hot. Everywhere I go it's always lukewarm. At Oiso it was wonderfully hot and flavorful. The sushi was the star and came out minutes after we ordered. I've never gotten sushi so fast. It was fresh and absolutely delicious!! We thoroughly enjoyed all of our rolls, including the regular ones. We are looking forward to coming back and trying their Bimbimbap and other Korean food too. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. 5 star place!

We were a group of 8 and everything was fabulous. We all enjoyed our dinner. The sushi is creative, fresh and delicious. There was confusion in the dish 2 of us ordered, we thought we had ordered some thing else but they took the 2 dinners back and brought us our new dinners. The service was stellar. Our waiter kept asking if we wanted more condiments (the pickled radish is awesome !!). He gave the perfect suggestion for saki and the chef gave us 2 sushi orders on the house after dinner....just because ! The ribs are incredibly flavorful. I do like the sushi better than the Korean but we will return for sure !

First time coming here, immediately became my favorite sushi spot, tried 6 different kinds of sushi split between my family and each one had really good unique flavor. I don't think you can go wrong with choosing and there's a lot to choose from, service was also good and fast.

Everything was very tasty. I would rate it 5 for food. I took a point off due to that their menu is not kid friendly and very limited options for kids. If you have kids, take a look at the menu before you go. For kids, a good option might be teriyaki beef and tonkatsu. Both dishes are $16.

I absolutely love coming here. The sushi is ALWAYS consistent, and DELICIOUS. Specialty Rolls are 2/$20. The rolls are a great size for that price. My wife and I have been here 9 times in 5 months. We have brought family and friends on 4 different visits. It is 20 minutes from our home, but well worth the drive. We have not tried the Korean BBQ so I cannot speak of that, but I definitely recommend it for sushi!

This is our family's favorite restaurant. The kids won't let us go anywhere else. And when we do go to another restaurant, we usually wish we'd gone to Oiso. They try to take care of you as if you're the only table there, but you can look around and see them taking the same care of each party. Oh, and the food is always delicious. We love this place.

LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️❤️❤️ FRIENDLY PEOPLE! They have great sushi, bulgogi, hot stone bowls, kalbi, and sashimi. The kids love the tonkatsu. This is also a nice place to come with a group of around eight people, but you should definitely call ahead for reservations, as the place can only handle so many groups of this size. It is a quaint place.

Yummy! The sashima regular plate was glowing which was cool. Included octopus which was a treat! My boyfriend really liked the Fire Station roll. The server asked us if we wanted straws which was a nice touch - reducing single use plastic!

I want to come back and try their stone bowls because those look great too. The restaurant's located next to a few other retail stores and a supermarket so there's plenty of parking.

The service here is wonderful!! The wait staff made sure my 1 year old had food he could eat and checked in on us frequently even though the restaurant was busy. As for the food, the bulgolgi and sushi were perfect. I only rate this place at 4 stars because it was a bit pricey and because the udon wasn't very flavorful.

Genuinely one of the best most authentic Korean places I have ever been. This places food tastes absolutely amazing. When I took a bit of my first roll of sushi I was impressed by how flavorful it was. This place has a lot of filling food and it was well worth it. And as a plus the service was excellent and the waiter was very nice and helpful to us. This place is great and the atmosphere is perfect, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's interested.

My god. Can't stop eating there and their sushi ( especially eel rolls like Dragon, Red Bull, Viagra or Dancing Eel ) are so good thet they ruined other sushi experience outside Oiso. Nothing tastes good except their food. That is my reality. They have really good cooks, and meat dishes like Bibimbap, Bulgogi or Spicy pork are just the best in the whole area. Someone already mentioned fried calamari (tempura) from the starters. It is also amazing. Highly recommended. Beside I love the staff there. They are the nicest people on the planet.

This is my go to lunch spot. Presentation is nothing less than perfect and the staff are always super friendly. The lady who works the lunch shift knows who I am and exactly what I want before I even have to order and she always makes a point to talk to me. Prices are great; two speciality rolls for $18, which you can't beat for the Cary area. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly reccomend Oiso.

My favorite sushi in Cary, and they serve Korean too! I usually just get sashimi and miso soup and/or a salad, but the seafood pancake is great. About to try the hamachi kama (only a few area places carry it!) and some rolls I think as they have several that are somewhat unique. A lot of options with lobster I'm curious to try. The staff are really nice and the prices are very reasonable.

OISO Sushi and Korean restaurant is one of the restaurants where we have eaten the best rolls, including restaurants in NY City and suburbs where we lived for 25 years. The service at OISO is excellent, the owners are great, very respectful and friendly people. This is the place where you will be coming back to eat excellent Sushi and great authentic Korean food.
