What can I say? Anyone whose ever ordered a dozen, or 2, or 3! Already knows what to expect. Sweat and savory donuts with a sprinkle of crack to keep you coming back. You'll probably get diabetes if you come here often. But it will be so worth it!

5 stars for the donuts, 1 star for this location. Had the hot light on and the woman wouldn't give my kids their free donut, even though I asked at the same time I ordered a dozen donuts!!! Not like I'm taking a free donut and not spending money. Location is the only thing that keeps them open

It's Krispy Kreme!! Nothing else needs to be said. BUT, the staff at this location couldn't be nicer. Eventhough the display case was full of the kind of donut I ordered....EVERY TIME the employees will go to the back and fill my order of the absolute freshest donuts available!!

So at 7 am the fresh light isn't on ..but at 4pm it is? Not buying day old donuts on the way to work.And good god lower the prices as they are only glazed donuts they aren't filled with gold.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times because it’s close to my house and every time their customer service has been TERRIBLE!!! When I get just donuts the service is okay but when the workers have to do more than pick donuts from a case- service is awful.

I was disappointed this morning when I went to this location which I do almost every morning. The hot sign was on but I was told they were ONLY serving hot gingerbread glazed doughnuts. I was bringing them for a holiday party at my job. I understand it’s the holidays but not everyone likes gingerbread.

Donuts. If you're from the Carolinas, you know the importance of Krispy Kreme. If you're not from the Carolinas, pro tip - if you have Krispy Kreme donuts you're on your way to blending in. Just add Cheerwine and you're good to go. Side note: Let me take you back a few years...7th grade, project presentations of homemade steerable, rideable "cars" that all students were expected to make and then bring them in to ride down a hill and see how fast/how well they held together. I still remember to this day when a girl in my 7th grade class made a car and the entire thing was decorated as a Krispy Kreme box, with the logo front and center. We were all jealous, and really hungry. That's how embedded Krispy Kreme is in this area.

Everybody knows Krispy Kreme is the best doughnut spot around. I give it a 3 only because they no longer have blueberry filled doughnuts. I have called or stopped by several locations. Their response is ....we just don't make them any more. So I found a Litel that has them.

I can't believe the customer service at this location. Why am I gonna get attitude and eyes rolled at me when I ask about the Kristy Kreme with the nutella? I am super pissed and will NEVER step foot into this Kristy Kreme again!!! Why is corporate allowing employees to treat customers like this!!?? I would like a reason!!! This is NOT making it easy for customers to do business with you! Or business at all for that matter!? Please control your employees and how they react to customers or you will lose a lot more and possibly have the place shut down! I will be reporting this to the BBB and the News for this ridiculousness!

Two stars because they don't do whatever is supposed to happen so the app knows the Hot Light is on. For the last three days in a row for sure, the app has never indicated the light is on when all the other locations do. Maddening. And it's costing you guys money. I went there today and these two employees at the cashier are totally rude. Not even deserve to get 1 star rating. I was in the line and waited, then this black female said "next".. I went and she said "hello" with her awful facial expression and grumpy attitude as if I owe her anything. Her bulging eyes intimidates me, I was like, is she mad because we customers are in here or she's unhappy with her job?? Do they get trained to be awful with customers or what? So I ignored her attitude and tell her that I want to order and she cut me off right there, and raised her voice "just wait a minute!!" I was shocked and embarrassed because there are several more customers behind me and her attitude was nasty.. not sure why I bowed my head and told her "okay, am sorry" then the young black male told me in a nasty tone, if you want doughnuts I can help you over here ( left hand side where the doughnut case are) I don't understand why pulled me to the side away from the cashier area where the line is..which I can pretty much tell them right away what I want. Pulled me to the side which the customer behind me is now going next to the cashier and now that I have to pay.. I have to wait for that customer.. my mind was like you know what? I'll be getting this doughnuts but first I have to deal with your jack asses attitude today?? No it's not worth it. Am sorry that you hate your job, I know why because your nasty attitude towards customers explains it besides, you go to your work and look untidy, your hair looking so filthy matching with your nasty attitude?? No thank you.

Always the best. My papa never asks for anything, but he definitely drops hints about wanting donuts every now and then and not just any donuts but Krispy Kreme specifically. So I usually get 2 dozen because they don't last long at our house and I always have those coupon cards which are very helpful.
