The food tasted amazing and it came out fresh and hot! I came to eat with a group of twelve friends and non of us had any complaints to make. Although there isn't much staff, those who work there are lovely! The atmosphere was great and the customer service was nice! Five stars for sure! (The pictures don't do justice for the yummy food XD)

We've had the same server every time we go in here and she is an absolute sweet heart. The ambiance is very nice and the food has been wonderful every time. Takes me straight back to when my Korean aunt would make Bul-go-gi! It's a favorite go to and reasonable for the nights you just don't want to cook.

To be honest compared to the Asian places I've been to in Cleveland, OH. This place did not sit well. It is my first time here just grabbing lunch to go. I'll give it one more shot later on but it was just bad... Straight up. The service and interior are amazing, it's just the food.

This place was awesome!! I got the tofu stonebowl and vegetable dumplings. Very fresh ingredients, super friendly staff. The music was in and out which was a but strange, but not too bad to devalue my experience. Would recommend. Vegetarian options that are quality!

This is a great restaurant choice, not too far from I-26 or the airport. Plenty of parking right out front. Has a non-traditional, modern decor vibe. Staff is efficient and swift. Restrooms are nice. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. Extensive menu with lots of choices for every palate. Try their delicious Vegetable Pancake, an appetizer large enough to share and for an entree, the Beef Bulgogi served on a cast iron hot plate is one of my favorites. (By the way, this is the sister restaurant to Stonebowl on Hendersonville Road. Another excellent restaurant choice.)

o show some friends this place. SEVERELY understaffed. One waitress, for the pretty full restaurant. Understand if. Takes forever, for most things. No drinks in 8+minutes etc. Get our check, 18% gratuity. LOL WHAT. It’s as if she knew she did poorly. Most places do a 6+ more automatic gratuity, cool. We had 5. This place does 5+ person automatic gratuity, ok also cool. However, only 4 people at our table ate or drank. So, refresher. Place had one server for an ENTIRE restaurant. Not personable, skirting terribly rude. Charges entire displeased table 18% gratuity on already higher end prices. No thanks.

I was visiting Asheville and came an hour too early and noticed a paper sign in the window dated March 2017. The restaurant had neglected to update the hours on Google Maps, so I lucked out because I only had an hour available to eat lunch. Subway across the street got my order. When I stopped by, I took a picture of the sign and updated their hours on Google Maps. Even the website was no longer working (Godaddy landing page redirect, I replaced it with their Facebook Page), the number in the street address lacked "B" (found on Facebook Page), and the red map marker for the address was in the wrong location (updated now). The only information being correct, was their phone number. -- I will update this review when I am passing through again.

well, I was pretty sure I already posted on this so now I got to go through it again.. Ok - We had an excellent experience here. The food is absolutely excellent. The bulgogi marinade is fantastic.. Our server was spot-on.. Our server was also the Host and the Cashier and we never went without... and they were fairly busy - she did an excellent job ... This is our first experience here so we will definitely come back.. The price of the food was very reasonable for the food that we got we were very impressed and again I can't say how phenomenal the taste and the food was in quality:-). .

My go to for Korean in Fletcher! Never disappoints and the portion size is good and plenty to share. I always end up with two or three meals after everything. I have always ordered togo and they've never forgotten anything or messed up the order. Joshua answers the phone for me frequently and is always prompt and courteous!

Excellent food and service, modern decor, nice ambience. If you don't do spicy (and I don't), the servers will gladly talk about non-spicy options. The prices are fairly reasonable and you get a lot of food for your $$. I definitely recommend.

I got the lunch box which was not a bad deal foe the amount of food. The spicy pork bulgogi was delicious and remiscent to how my mom used to make it growing up. I loved the baechu kimchi, and the cucumber kimchi was a pleasant surprise. I haven't had it in a while! However, the fried dumplings were cold, and my sushi rice was dry as if it had been sitting out. The miso soup was too bland as well. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and the service was quick. I would say it is worth going again.

They only respect you and act friendly if you are Caucasian. They only have 1 waiter and he has a bad attitude. From the time we entered to the time we left, he judged us as poor class and looked at us like we shouldn't be eating there. We wanted to do Korean BBQ, which they advertised, but the waiter kept doubting us and wouldn't let us use 2 grills because there's only 1 vent and he wasn't sure if we knew how to. By now I'm confused not only at his demeaning behavior but also at the idiotic excuses (in which I need to call the State to verify.) The prices were also ridiculously high for the amount of food given, but I was more upset about the customer service and the way they would judge someone by color and clothes. To top it off, they automatically added 18% gratuity for 5 people without notice. It baffles me that just because the waiter knew he was automatically tipped, he only refilled our drinks once and never checked up on us again, even leaving us to ask for our bill after catching eye contact with him several times after finishing our food. I am appalled and disgusted with such service. I will never eat here again as long as I'm alive. If you hate being judged, do NOT eat here.

A great place for a date! The atmosphere is very good, the decor is wonderful and our waitress was very funny and funomenal (phenomenal) and helped us with our food choices. The food was varied and very good, but when they say "hot" you better believe it! If you are into spicy food, you will want to eat here. Expect to pay more than at other restaurants but only a few dollars more. Not super expensive but not dollar menu either! Please go and enjoy!

Waiter and portions were good but there was a fruit fly in my food. They apologized but I just can’t deal with that. There was one buzzing the table as well. I will pay prices like that for good food but bugs are a definite absolute no. Never again.
