Pretty poor experience all around. Food forgotten after two reminders, canned corn beef hash, semi cooked over easy eggs. Sliced American cheese melted over home fries, could have made everything I had in the microwave. Best part, they did take money off the bill for not bringing out the two pancakes that came with the order, a whopping 55 cents!

My wife got me a bacon and egg biscuit and she got a tall stack of pancakes after seeing the Facebook post of the pancakes and biscuits we were very disappointed the biscuit was so small for 3.50 and the pancakes looked and tasted microwaved and were small they looked nothing like the pictures on Facebook just very disappointed we have been wanting to try the breakfast buffet but at 11.95 and after this morning probably not

Breakfast was simple and delicious. My poached egg was perfect! Our waitress was kind and very attentive to our needs. The cook visited our table to make sure we were happy with our meal and service.

Waited an hour and a half to get our food. We were told every 20 minutes it would be right out. When it did come out it was cold. All the table’s around us were the same way and the food was poor quality on top of everything. I wouldn’t return even if It was the only option.

Great little family restaurant offering a varied menu, but also your favorite" meat & 3 (yes 3) sides, plus a nice complementary surprise at the end of your meal (not gonna tell you). Good service, and food comes out pretty darn quick, especially if you need a quick at lunch. Place is clean and inviting. There's even a bar sitting area if you're a party of one. Definitely family-friendly. Parking is in back and can get crowded. I have not eaten breakfast here (yet), and if lunch was any hint, it's good too. Kelly's is definitely on the lunch rotation list.

Food was very overcooked. Burgers were dry. Literally could not eat the fries. Even ordered loaded fries. Same thing. Fries were so hard, you could break a tooth trying to eat them. Service was bad too. Waited more than 30 min to get food. Never came back to the table for drink refills. Never going there again.

Went for the all you can eat with the hubby it was not at all good the only thing I liked was the pancake and eagg the rest was nasty .sorry but true fillings . we both was sick at tummy's before we left we had to stop eating didn't Raven finish our plate . sorry but true

I have been there twice for lunch. The prices are reasonable and I love the homey choices. The blue plate special is great comfort food. Today, I loved the fried chicken (just like my mom used to make), Mac and cheese and turnip greens. The waitress even knew exactly which sauces to bring. I will definitely be returning.

Service and food is hit and miss and mostly miss. Food is ok, service is slow. Waited for a simple sandwich for 45 min and the server only made excuses for slow service. Observation seems that they have too many chiefs and not enough workers. Owners give the impression that its below them to help in the dining room and only make rounds to tables and when you explain that you have been waiting they don’t seem to care. I hope that they improve on all aspects of this restaurant because we all know Brevard needs a decent place to eat that is affordable and isn’t fast food or Mexican.

Poor service, not enough servers for the amount of people in the restaurant. Ordered pancakes which were barely warm. Coffee was good. Won’t be back. The server we had did a great job with the amount of people she was helping.

Don't waste your time here. My wife and I ordered breakfast just earlier. Over 40 minutes later we still did not have our food. I went to pay for my drink when our server told us to have a nice day. She didn't even realize we never got our food. This is the second time this has happened here. Go to Creekside for breakfast instead. You will be thankful you did.

Breakfast is descent... Dinner was bad went with a group of co-workers , most of us had beef tips and rice. No one ate more than three bites. Servers do a great job with the hand they're delt.

Went for breakfast. They have a good variety menu. The local coffee from Pisgah Coffee Roasters is delicious! Service was great! Ordered pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon. All tasted good and food temperature was fine. I do think the prices for the portions are steep. The breakfast buffet is a better deal. Not sure if we'll be back.

Tried to eat there on 2 occasions 1st time called in a order was told it would take 30 min till ready for pick up..Got to Kelly's and I was told that it was going be another 30-45 min wait on my call in order..I ask for a manager she came out and told me it was going be at least 35 min for my order.. I explained what I was told when I called to place my order and she told me flat out sorry the kitchens behind and unable to keep up w/orders..I left w/no food after almost a hour from calling it in to trying to pick it up.. I gave so time thinking it was due to them just opening up and overwhelmed..So I went back today called in my order was told 15-20 min great..Got my food in 15 mins drove 5min down the road to my work went to eat... Cold Soggy Food..Dry sandwich no condiments in bag, Cold & Soggy Fries ..wethierd pickle on the side..So my experience is not what the original Kelly's restaurant experience would have been.. Sorry will never return . Posted bad review and a representative from the restaurant argued with me that I never even came in..Ok..Disappointed all the way around grew up eating at Kelly's Original Restaurant...

We came in with a party of 15 this morning. Not only were we greeted with smiles, we were quickly seated and our orders taken. The food was fantastic, the service phenomenal, and after speaking with the new owners, we'll definitely be returning. They've turned this place completely around, it's great!!

Great kids menu but most of all extremely friendly service! These girls know their customers and will do whatever they can to make your experience pleasant!

Food & service we're severely lacking in the past, now that Kelly's has new owners the food is fabulous, service is on point, and the new owners make it a priority to make you feel welcome. The burger was just ok. Fried chicken was nasty, so was the corn nibblets (they were rubbery with no flavor), and fried zucchini. The fries were almost black they were cooked so long. And all the food was literally dripping with grease. I'm not picky about food either! We should have taken a hint when there were 3 customers cars in the parking lot...right after church and on father's day!

Update, been here five times total now. First and last time, server was rushed, unpleasant. Seems there are some nice staff, getting friendlier? Service can be slow, think it's kitchen issues... Typical home cooking, good food.

Marbled rye was excellent! Parking is limited in front but plenty out back. Could be a problem walking for someone but we didn't have any issues. Service was fairly quick and food was fresh. There is potential here for a cozy restaurant that could be trendy to certain crowds. Consistency in quick service and food quality has to stay on point or this could be another here today gone tomorrow restaurant like many others in the area.

Our family loves going to Kelly's for breakfast followed by a hike in the woods! Great service, great food, and great orange juice! The layout of the restaurant is nice, as you don't feel like you're sitting too close to other people. We're locals and we both have fond memories of Kelly's from back in the day as well!

This is the second time we have tried the "new" Kelly's and I won't be back. We were regulars at Kelly's back in the day when they were at the old location. At least 1-2 visits a week since our shop was behind the restaurant. Back then the food was consistently good and the service was excellent. Both times I've been to Kelly's since re-opening, I have been disappointed. I'll just leave it at that.

Called a to go order of biscuit and gravy was told it would take 10 15 mins, I waited another 20 mins after I got there (live almost 20 mins away ) that's 40+ mins on 1 biscuit and gravy

Far beyond dissapointed with our meal. Gravy was very bland. Biscuits were stale and too small for the price. Out of the 5 orders that we bought, no one finished their food. This was our first and last time dining at Kelly's since reopening. We would have been better off ordering convenient store breakfast.

I love their corn beef hash. I didn’t know it was available as a side order because it wasn’t listed on the menu but the staff accommodated me without question. They have a really good breakfast menu. And, it’s locally owned and operated. My only nit, and, hey, it’s the mountains, is that it is one steep climb when returning to your vehicle in the rear parking lot.
