Vacations can be expensive, therefore we were looking for somewhere affordable. We chose the Hard Rock Cafe because of the simple yet diverse menu. I have never eaten at a Hard Rock Cafe personally but my friends had. Upon entrance I was happily greeted by good rock music and a fun atmosphere, yet the room was dark as the pits of hell. We expected a long wait because of the high volume nature of such restaurants, but we were seemingly forgotten and watched multiple tables get seated before we did (although we had reservations at 7 and were asked to come inside.) The service itself was slow, but acceptable given the busy nature of the evening. Our meals came out fresh and hot, and other than missing my fries (which was rectified) everything was great. Affordable, fun, and delicious, but dark and could be forgotten upon seating. P.S.- it’s the HARD ROCK cafe- stop playing “Watch Me Whip.”

My server was very perky and seemed to be the manager/owner of this hard rock. I wrote this review just to say, how nice the building is and how tasty the food is. 5 stars!!

Best thing about this Hard Rock is the memorabilia. The waiter was rude and distracted. NEVER made us feel like he wanted us there. The food is overpriced for the quality. I've been to many Hard Rock Cafes before but this is the worst. Don't waste your time.

This is smaller than some hard rocks but food was great and so was the service. Wings were amazing! Burger was delicious, almost didnt even need ketchup or sauce. Grilled chicken sandwich was also good. It was a little overcooked and could have used a bit more sauce but ok.

Our waiter Tremenous was awesome! Very professional pleasant great attitude and knew the menu not so much for Nicole (hostess) she came over to our table to say that they called him "Captain save a Hoe" which was very unprofessional and not appropriate for our kids (party of 6) sitting at the table, we really don't even know why she was over at the table but nevertheless Love the guy with the blue/green hair (not sure of his name) but was very patient with us being that we didn't like our pic he let us retake and we loved it! Food was great! Service was great! Would have given 5 stars but the comment from Nicole was sooooooo uncalled for

I was really upset on the service and handling of our table, that I immediately had to post this. Several issues here at the Hard Rock Cafe Myrtle Beach location occurred and it's extremely unfortunate. We were seated at our table and noticed that we didn't receive any silverware and had to notify our server. A small apology was mentioned for the mistake. Then we order a few items.The twisted Mac and cheese was not prepared the way we requested, that is without red peppers.... Instead it included hot red pepper flakes. If this was an error on the kitchen then it's on them, if the server knew I was having the red pepper removed I would hope that he would be a little aware of the red pepper flakes contained in the dish that made it spicy and zesty. Not what I wanted. Also, my wife ordered a ceasar salad with chicken and had to turn her dish away due to the croutons tasting like rotten fish. When our server came to us we told him of our concerns and he did offer to remake the pasta. I didn't want to wait the 15 minutes he said it would take. He did not ask if I would like anything else, and he didn't bother asking me if I would like a menu. We said we'll just take a burger and he didn't ask me what kind of burger or how I would like it cooked. It wasn't till 5 minutes later he checked in on us and that was because we had to stop him and ask how they planned on making the burger. He said they were going to make it well done. I told him to just forget it and that I did't want to have to wait any longer and to just take our check for my daughter's two meals and appetizer. There was a minimal apology, little to no sincerity and almost robot like. No discount or deduction of the appetizer. Extremely disappointed so much that this might be the longest review I've ever done for a place and it's unfortunate that it's a negative one. I usually post nothing but positive reviews. We really miss the old Hard Rock, and won't be returning to this location.

We are locals. Growing up and traveling we’d stop at different HRs. Never cared for the food. Anyway, times have changed. We love it and go here regularly. The severs and even people in the store/ hostess people are amazing.

It's a great place to go, and pretty cool to see all the stuff- but I liked the old location better. I feel like this one the memorabilia just isnt as accessible- maybe because of the layout. Also, I wish their menu was a bit more diverse. It's pretty much burgers only- I think there was only 1 salad option and 1 pasta dish- but the burgers are really good. The gift shop is kind of crowded but friendly staff and great servers.

Don’t believe the hype. The food was straight trash. I sent mine back because the pork sandwich was swimming in liquid from the coleslaw. Don’t ever order the nachos because it comes with slice cheese on it and you can do that at home. The service was at a one because they brought us food and then realized they brought it to the wrong table and it was for the table next to us that ordered after us

Very good as always just seems like they are getting more expensive! The staff seems to be great. But they were very busy so make sure you come at a good time or not starving because that’s going to make a long experience.... but other then that all in all good just like any other hard rock

Me and my fiancé drove down hear from Pittsburgh. Worst service I’ve had in long time having to ask for silverware 3 time as I used my fingers to build fiquitas not ranch for wings. So I asked 3 times. Food out before sides can go on and on but the power of google love it

Went here on a Wednesday evening, expecting it to be wonderful, given the reputation of Hard Rock Cafe. It was anything but! The food was mediocre and WAY overpriced, the music was blaring and the service was horrid! We both got steaks, and they were full of fat and gristle. I’ve never had a New York strip with tough/chewy spots. I couldn’t eat about 1/4 of it. And the broccoli and mashed potatoes were flavorless. The server was too busy taking and giggling with another table to tend to us. I had the signature hurricane, and it was not what was pictured in the menu. In the menu, it’s in a hurricane glass that looks about 20oz, but it came out in a short thin glass, about 12oz, and tasted watered down. The music was so loud, we couldn’t talk over it. We paid $80 for the two of us, and it was miserable. What a waste!!! Won’t be going back to Hard Rock again.

He knew everything on the menu by heart, he was energetic,personable and was always smiling.He never wrote down our orders; we had a party of seven and everything was right when our food and drinks came out! That man deserves a raise! I will definitely return because of his wonderful service and the hot wings lol

Well well well hard rock cafe in Myrtle Beach S.C. All I have to say is get your act together. The waitress takes my wife's and my order without writing it down. Mind you it was only two burgers. They said I'll bring out the ingredients and you can fix it yourself I'm sorry I forgot what you ordered. That was after I asked for lemons for my tea and the bartender grabs two wedges with his hands no gloves on after wiping down the bar with a nasty rag.

Hard Rock has been a tradition of my family for years that I wanted to share with my children. Unfortunately, today’s experience was terrible. First off...we were told 20min wait. 45 min later I walk up to the hostess and ask for how much longer. She told me that our table was ready to go inside. We go inside and are asked if we received a text. Nope. But your friends out front told us we were ready. So another 10 minute wait then we are finally seated. So then another 20 min later someone takes our drink order. So my family went to order and oddly 4 of the 5 wanted the Mac n cheese only to find out it isn’t available. On a good note, what food did come out was good and so was my Hurricane.

Hard rock cafe at Myrtle Beach, is most definitely one of the most far away from where I come from.. which is Greece!! Since I am a huge fan of these places this one was as great as all the others I've ever been. Very nicely decorated, as always, with great music, food and drinks. A plus is the location, which is great. Don't forget to visit it. If I ever go back there I will most certainly pay my respects again!!

I came here when I was on vacation, and it was a nice, chill restaurant with a lot of excellent dishes to choose from, but I just got a virgin pina colada (I’m not an alcoholic), and the guy there was super laid back, and sold me a souvenir glass. It was really nice there and It had a shop inside, too. I loved it, deserves a 5 star indeed.

The Hard Rock Cafe is one of my absolute favorite places to dine when visiting Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand! If you find yourself at Broadway at the Beach make sure and check it out!!! Great memorabilia scattered throughout the building and great music! Also i STRONGLY suggest you request a server named Miles!!! He is the absolute best server i have ever encountered!!

Our experience for lunch was nothing short of perfect! Our waitress/bar tender Becca was friendly and quick! She answered all of the questions that we had about the menu and events going on in the area. To top that off, the food was great! The chicken fingers were moist and seasoned amazingly and the burger was the best we’ve had. I’ve also posted a photo of all the food for left overs! There was so much bang for your buck! Typical Hard Rock dinning food. The staff was great. We took a group of over 20 soccer players and they handled everything very smoothly. It is a little loud for group conversations, but once again that is what you would expected. We had a great team dinner and would come back next time we are playing in town.

Went for lunch and it was a disappointment. They weren’t busy at all and we were seated away from everyone else for some reason. Our drinks took 20 minutes to get, our food took even longer and our waitress kept forgetting about us because we were secluded. The food was good though but not worth the price. Let's talk about the good first. The wait staff was very helpful and courteous. Our bartender had our drinks and orders taken promptly and had a positive attitude. Now with the bad. The food is cheap. No other way to explain it. A 17 dollar burger should at least taste like it cost them a tenth of that to make it. I do not mind paying top dollar but I expect top food as well. Drinks were good but once again over priced. But the biggest pet peeve I had with the entire experience is that they played pop music in a place called "Hard Rock" Cafe. Not a bad experience but not one I'll experience again.

Visit hard rocks all over the US and really enjoy them. This was our second trip here. We enjoyed the first so much that we decided to come again. The first trip was excellent. We came when they first opened so there was no wait and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The waiter and food were awesome. Onto visit #2: At 6pm we figured it would be busy but gave it a try. There were around 20 empty outside tables and with 2 babies and the 75+ degree weather we requested to sit outside, but they said they were no servers serving outside. We checked in and were told there was a half hour wait. After waiting for 50 minutes the babies were not having it and we walked away. We ended up getting a text 59 minutes after checking in saying our table was ready. I know wait times are estimates, but if we were told it would be an hour from the beginning we would not have waited and were annoyed. We were just visiting the area so would have rather spent that time looking at the rest of the boardwalk (if you're not familiar this hard rock is located at the Boardwalk at the Beach which is an outdoor shopping mall with tons of restaurants/shops/activities). We ended up not being able to go to much stuff at the boardwalk after wasting so much time waiting. If we come back, it will be at a less busy time like our first visit.

A co-worker and I came here for dinner one night while in town on business. The restaurant had a really cool set up and had plenty of musical memorabilia on the walls. The staff was super friendly and attentive, but the food was not so good. The waiter noticed I wasnt eating and asked if everything tasted ok and if they could bring me something else. Without even asking the manager came to our table and issued a refund on my meal.

My server looks and acts like she is high as a kite. I believe it was a manager who comes and takes away my kids plate. We asked for a to go box. It's been 10 mins and still no box. However, I have watched her have a personal conversation with someone. I have watched her dance around as well. My steak was over done while my child's was under cooked and over seasoned. My other child's food was brought out with only half of the order. My child had ordered a fajita. My child got the meat on top of the vegetables but the tortillas and toppings wasnt brought out for about 5 mins giving time for the meat to get cold. Very dissatisfied and will not return.

Called at 11a.m. to make reservations for a party of 6 people at 6 p.m. The girl who answered the phone sounded as if she had been woken up to take the call. After repeating our last name three times we were told reservation was set. Planned the whole day around these dinner reservations. Our party got to the restaurant at 5 minutes to 6 only to be told there was no reservation for our party. We were told that we could wait for another 40 minutes for a table. Very disappointed

We always go to the Hard Rock when we visit Mrytel Beach. We went on Saturday evening and there was no wait. Kinda odd but ok we will take it. Our server Stacy took our order and we got some onion rings to snack on wait on our food. So first strike was we had to get some ketchup from a different table because our server was no where to be found. When we got our food it was not that good compared to past visits. I usually get the chicken club. It was so bland no seasoning or flavor. I let the people at table taste my sandwich. They all thought is was plain. They said their food was not seasoned either. If that was not bad enough we could not even get our drinks refilled. We was done and just wanted to leave. Of course we could not get our check. Had to ask a manager to our check. It still took almost 20 minutes to get it. Very disappointed and we will not be back. Over priced food terrible service. Atmosphere was good though.

We come down to myrtle beach 3 times a year! Yea even Thanksgiving break. We always go to Hard Rock Cafe! My absolute favorite place to go! I love everything about it.. the history of the bands. The food is great, anything you order your gonna love, huge quantities of your favorites, with there own twist on it! The Atmosphere is laid back. The waiters, waitress, Bartenders cooks are friendly, courteous they got it down! If that's not enough. I love the displays of the past present and future bands history and memorabilia. Also I love the to shop before and on the way out they have so much to choose from clothes jewelry and so much more. This will always be my first stop at Myrtle Beach, Orlando Florida and any other state I go.!!

Here is the email I sent to Hard Rock Corporate office. I haven't received an acknowledgement from anyone at Hard Rock. I did witness the manager disrespecting his staff and customers. I would avoid this location, unless Hard Rock is going to address their management issues. Your manager decided to have a drink class for the wait staff at 11am instead of opening the restaurant. This was done in front of myself and 10 other couples while we waited in the gift shop area 30 feet away. About 10 minutes later the cook came out to the bar and was serving food to the staff to try. The hostess approached the chef and manager and reminded them it was after 11am and the gift area was full of guest. The chef gave a rude gesture to the hostess and the manager smiled and walked away so the chef could continue. I approached the manager and asked what time the restaurant would open. He informed me that he had students at the bar training " but I would receive the great service I deserved when he was done" he then informed me that I should contact Hard Rock if I had an issue. I decided to stay and see how long the manager would continue to ignore the other customers. When he decided he had proven his point, I was the only party that still remained. The others had already walked out and went to Walburgers. I am a Hard Rock Loyalty Memeber and belong to the Hard Rock Vacation Club. Kudos to the staff and management here. The night we went there was a terrible thunderstorm that caused the power to go out for a little bit in the restaurant, but the staff remained calm and helped people stuck outside get in safely. The staff was patient, and let people hang out in the store area until the storm passed. They did a great job of putting safety first while also still managing to serve customers even after all the commotion and the power outage. Would definitely come back!

The food was delicious and delivered in under 15. Couldn’t believe we we waited , ate and left within 30 minutes. Enjoyed this restaurant a lot we were able to use a 20 percent off coupon as well.

Horrible service. Had to ask for refills on drinks every single time. That included water. Server got our order and brought food. That was about the extent that we saw him. Burgers were good, but don’t get Mac and cheese for your kids. They ate one bite and that was it. For $126 check, I expect a lot more. I don’t plan to come here again. Edit: I reached out to manager of this Hard Rock Cafe and they took a while to reply to my email. They did offer to make it right and wanted more information so they could prevent an experience such as mine in the future. I really respect when a business reaches out to fix an issue, so I changed my review.

I loved the interior and our waitress was the best, coukd not of asked for better. My only negative is the menu itself. Mainly burgers and a couple steak entrees and standard other menu items but to me the steaks were expensively priced for the size and sides included.

Horrid experience. We ordered nachos and they were tortilla chips with cheese on 4 chips. Spinach and artichoke dip was very oily and pretty vulgar. Would never reccomend. Staff was rude. Our waitress said she would split the check and left for 15 minutes...returned with the checks split wrong...and left for another 15 minutes. 0/10.

Me and my husband absolutely loved it. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was AMAZING. So friendly, constantly checked on us, him and my husband even rapped one of the songs that was on the radio together lol We bought two t shirts and the staff in their were very friendly and The women who checked us out was very informative and all the different stuff in the cafe. The food was PHENOMENAL. Best hamburger I have ever had in my entire life. Their food isn't cheap but it is 100000% worth it. I can't wait to go back to the beach and go again.

The customer service here was awesome. We sat outside of the restaurant. There was a lot of singing from neighboring restaurants which was a little annoying. Other than that, it was a fun dinner.

Not worth the trip. I use to LOVE going to hard rock at the beach when I was younger. The atmosphere was so pumped and lively! The food was delicious and the staff played the part. NOT ANYMORE. the new facility is less than exciting, you are told to "feel free to walk about and take in the memorabilia" however, all the items are on the wall above tables where people are eating. Uncomfortable to say the least. Staff not as engaged (nice but not "rock stars"). Food was no better than what you would expect at Applebees (I've had better at applebees). Had to send back dry chicken, the child's grilled chicken is so small that my daughter could eat in one bite. Smaller menu, not a lot of great options. Videos playing on the tv were provocative and not family friendly. Save your money.

4 hour drive well spent! We came to MB to take the kids to WonderWorks. But we ended up doing other things on the Boardwalk. It was getting late so I was researching places to eat. The place that I originally found had a high wait time. So I found the HardRock Cafe, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MISTAKE!!!!! Everything from service to the live singer, me and my family had a AMAZING TIME! Food was on point, drinks was on point. I just wish we had better seats to see the live entertainment. But I only want to come back when that singer is there. He can rock a crowd and play multiple instruments.

My favorite vacation restaurant came in to find that they discontinued my favorite coconut drink and discontinued cream cheese off the bruschetta I was gonna just walk out until the waitress offered me a drink of more my liking cause most of what I wanted was discontinued. I felt bad for her because I was mad but she done a fantastic job with me. Please bring the old menu back.

Hard Rock is definitely a tourist attraction here in Myrtle Beach...priced a little high. The burger was cooked to perfection...California salad was awesome...kids mac and cheese was excellent. They acknowledge the military with a discount.

The initial wait to be seated wasn't to bad, about 35 minutes. That being said we then waited about another 45 minutes until we actually got our food. In receiving our food our ordered medium rare stake was cooked well done and the sides were wrong. On the bright side, the kids loved the Mac and Cheese.
