Best burger I’ve ever had hands down. I’ve tried a lot of things on the menu including the hot dogs, wings, and salad and the food is amazing every time. I love how it’s always consistent. I eat here at least once a week! They really put a lot of love into their food. Love comet grill!!

Great service at the bar, very reasonable prices for beer and shots. Staff were all very nice and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Didn't order food but the menu looks great and made fresh to order, I also liked seeing the grill area which was extremely clean. The live band was great and the crowd was laid back. Liked the upstairs seating area. We'll definitely be back.

I LOVE COMET GRILL! It's a regular spot for me on the weekends. Everything on their menu is amazing. I highly recommend. Very cool "Hole in the wall" feel to the place. They always have good craft beer on tap too.

Comet Grill is a cozy venue nestled just outside the central business district in Charlotte. They have amazing fries and pretty good wings. They also have open mic opportunities. I attended as a performer apart of the rap group TG3, who opened for Jazzology. The sound system was pretty good and the space is really intimate for performances.

A must stop while in Charlotte! Especially on a Tuesday evening, great blue grass band. Very rarely do I give 5 stars for a bar however the Comet is the exception, great food, great service, and great music and suoer friendly locals. But maybe the most impressive is the unbelievably thorough clean down of the place every night. The equipment is essentially returned to like new condition every night. First Class Dive Bar!

Been here on a Saturday night see them deep cleaning; here now on a Thursday same thing! Should have a 200% sanitation rating.

This was my kind of juke joint or "dive". We listened to some local bluegrass band while enjoying some local beer. I really enjoyed sitting in the perch or loft area as the view and acoustics were great. My friends enjoyed their meals, but I had already eaten. I will definitely return if I am ever in Charlotte again.
