Bland experience from start to finish. This place doesn't know what it wants to be. The aesthetic seems built for children, but the centerpiece is a huge bar. It feels like it belongs in an arcade, but there aren't any games. I went to compare the burgers to some of the other great burger spots around town and was a little let down. While they were pretty good, they were on the fat side. If you like a leaner burger this ain't your place. To top it off the waitress / bartender that served me acted like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world. And the music (generic radio hits) was played so loudly I can't imagine trying to hold a conversation. One and done for me.

Carla was an amazing server/bartender/food runner. The manager, Amber, is useless. I watched the manager do nothing to help Carla as she was swamped with a 12 top, a 4 top, and 2, 2 tops. The manager does not deserve the position she is in, however I have had manager experience for over 10 years and would love to have Carla on my team. If I decide to return, it will be solely to have Carla serve me and not for the rest of the team that stood around doing nothing.

I was so excited to visit this restaurant. My boyfriend and I love going and trying burger places and after seeing the milkshakes we just had to visit. When we first got there we were in love with the all of the artistic aspects. We sat down and after 5 minutes our waiter was ready to take our we weren’t sure yet so we asked for a another minute. 25-30 minutes later she finally came back to take our order. Another 20 minutes later we got our appetizer and our informed us that she would put our burger order in shortly. After an hour of being there our order wasnt even in yet and our waiter definitely didn’t seem as if she was in a rush. Once our burgers came out they went to the table behind that had literally just sat down which we then had to wait for our food to be remade. The food was good but the wait and our service ruined it. Even though we weren’t having the best time we still got $9 milkshakes that took another 30 minutes and when we got them they were melted and warm. Never in my life have a had a warm milkshake we were literally disgusted. We were there from 4pm-6:15pm for 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes... good burgers worse service I’ve had in my life!!!

I really wanted to give this restaurant five stars but the TV where my family sat was not working however everything else was superb. There was no wait to be seated, our waitress got our drinks and food request promptly, the food came hot and timely, and the manager visited our table twice. I truly only had one complaint the I'm sure in the very near future will get fixed.

When this restaurant opened it was fantastic. The decor was fun and the food was unique. It was never cheap but it was worth the cost because it was an experience. We went recently and it was horrid. The restaurant looked dirty, the staff did their best NOT to make eye contact so they wouldnt acknowledge we were there thus avoiding having to wait on us. Even when it wasnt very busy. We ordered food to go and it seemed to take forever so finally I asked and it was already made and waiting and looked like it had been for a long while. I was really disappointed.

Very cool decor. My kids loved it. Food was great. Staff was friendly and patient. The prices are the only thing I didn't like. 60 dollars for a family of four to eat at a burger place. As much as I liked it, we probably won't go back because of the prices. A Japanese show restaurant or a good steakhouse is in the same price range.

This was my second time going. I enjoyed my food and the service was great. The only issue I have is that they messed up my managers order and charged her for fries and didn't take them off. She only wanted a build your own burger with one patty, which she found out afterwards was for $7.99 with cheese from the correct website and a drink, which they forgot to give, but took off the ticket. I still believe she was charged incorrectly. Build your own burgers does not come with fries, Battle Tested Burgers does. Also please be careful because there is a second website in their name with incorrect pricing. Always use the website that has their photo.

I placed a call for a to go order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes to be told "they are working on it". Which took another 10 minutes. Then as I'm given my food I'm told that my extra warfare sauce is in the bag. I get back to work and open my bag and its the standard 1 sauce in the bag. I being really generous with the 3 stars. But at least the food was fresh right!

Great burgers and drinks, with wide selection of good craft beers! Friendly and efficient service, and we liked the clean visible kitchen design. Stopped after day of birthday festivities, and received free custard desert when I mentioned it was my birthday. Will be going again!

They have a gluten free menu. I was really excited that they had go sweet potato fries...but they were incredibly salty and not in an exciting way. My son said the toys were crazy salty too. Food was just 'good'. Nothing more.

I came because someone told me the black bean burger were pretty good. As soon as I walked in to the food joint, I was captivated by the decor. It's very unique. As for the food, the black bean patty was not a patty at all it was black beans mashed together and placed on a burger. It instantly fell apart before I even took a bite out if it. And it was not just my burger i had 2 other people hear me have the same problem. It was like a mashed Bean mix between 2 pieces of bread. The bean "patty" needs to have some kind of binder to keep it together, preferably a vegan binder in order to keep the burger vegan. The food was good, just had to eat my burger with a fork. So I rate this place 3 stars.

Dude. This place is so neat! The detail inside is amazing without being gaudy like, say, Cracker Barrel. Then the food. First off the shakes look amazing, but we didn't try one. I love the options for premade burger combinations, but you can also creat your own from some great options. They have alternatives too: homemade black bean, beyond burger, turkey burger, etc. Try the dank BBQ sauce!

Burgers and sides are delish. Staff was quick and attentive. But the one thing that pushed a 4 to a 5 are their desert shakes! (I eat mine as a desert but you can have it as a drink) very thick you need a spoon and good portion sizes

This restaurant is simply the best place to go for gluten free food. Not only do they have an entire gluten free menu that allows you to eat the same things as everyone else but they also cook everything in a dedicated space/fryer/etc. The food is amazing and the staff is highly knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly. They make you feel welcome and do not act inconvenienced at all by your condition. I highly recommend Burger Warfare!

Very interesting place! Remarkable craft burgers, hand cut fries. Both burgers and sides are complimented by two great sauces prepared on site. Numerous custards available as well. Great service and staff. A must try if you are in or visiting Greensboro.

To start with the onion rings were super greasy, then the burgers came out and they were dripping with grease as well. The tots were also super greasy. On the plus side everything had a good flavor once you patted it down with paper towels to remove the grease. And the tea was good.

Never order delivery from them. They got my order wrong two times in a row and the second time I called them. They said that since they were closing, they would just give me a free meal. All i had to do was order online and then call them and they would give me a free meal. But they changed up when I called and said they would just give me free wings since they got that's what they got wrong before. But they didnt even do that and charged my account for everything anyway. Never ordering from here again

Last night we waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers. Upon receiving them... they were slightly warm and the fries were cold. My fathers burger was not assembled correctly and he repeated this is not real Angus beef. I ordered the beyond meat vegetarian burger. It was not cooked thoroughly. We both ordered American cheese on our sandwiches. For a gourmet burger the cheese tasted cheap and it was yellow, not white. The lemonade is pink...not even real lemonade. For what we paid..$28.00 + gratuity...I was greatly disappointed. Dad says...save yourself a few bucks and go get a great hot fresh burger and fries at 5 GUYS. We will not be returning. Also we are unsure how they received such high ratings??

Food is delicious but last night I ordered this from Postmates. It took over an hour so i Called to ask if it had been picked up. The guy on the phone was super rude and kept saying "we don't work with postmates, I never signed a contract with them, you're wrong and didn't submit an order bc we don't do that" and kept saying I was wrong. I tried to explain that isn't how Postmates works and I already placed the order so it definitely ihad been made and he was just super rude and insisting I was wrong so i Gaveup and hung up. No reason to be rude, just listen when people try to explain Postmates tk you.

We had never tried Burger Warfare, so after trying all of the top burger places in Greensboro, we decided to stop in for lunch. We were greeted and seated quickly for a Saturday. The server was friendly and took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. I ordered The Beast and my wife got the Memphis Belle. We both got sweet potato fries, as recommended by the server. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. The food was AMAZING! The burgers were the absolute best in Greensboro, beating out the big, bad burger and brew places. The meat was cooked to perfection and was not even slightly greasy. The sweet potato fries were also incredible. The were ever so slightly breaded, making the crunchy on the outside and succulent inside. Burgers in a fun environment with robots and chairs made from vehicle seats. You have to try this outstanding place.

Very unique burger spot with gaint robots everywhere. It's also unique in the fact that it is 100% vet owned & operated. The food is great with the occasional speaking robots that caught me off guard but the kids loved it. It reminds of my love for the autobots back in my youth!

Visited for the first time today. Has a cool eclectic vibe with a good atmosphere. Zoe, our waitress, was fantastic. She kept our drinks full and checked on us throughout our meal. She was pleasant with a great attitude. As far as food, my salad came out wrong, but I didn't say anything since I wasn't too worried about it. She came by and noticed with wasn't right and brought the additional toppings I requested without any prompting. We waited about 30 mins for our burgers, salad and fries, which seemed long for the type of meal we had. We aren't in Greensboro often, so wanted to try something different. We will probably look for different options the next time we visit the area, but this could be a good back up if you have the time to wait.

Ok so it's my first time at warfare burger I must say nice atmosphere when you walk in and very friendly staff... I ordered the onion rings, best onion rings ever very light non greasy and different. I also ordered the Glory burger which was also delicious. If you're looking for an above average burger you need to come here. Great food thanks to all the friendly staff

When we attended, we were treated like royalty! The management and our server were 10000% attentive to our table from beginning to end. Our kids absolutely loved the atmosphere and the decor and management even helped show them the robots. We can’t wait to return!

Been to Burger Warfare several times. The staff was good. The twins got a little confusing but both were nice. The WIngs are good. I love spicy and the thermonuclear were OK, But hurt the next day (if you know what I mean). WIsh there ranch dispoable bowls were larger. My son always gets the burger and fries. He seems to enjoy it. The decor is cool with a robot shouting at you about every 15 minutes. Might as well get your picture with the robot out front, everybody does.

- They have a menu devoted to gluten-free items, just ask for it! - The blackbean burger is yummy and has whole pieces of black beans in it! - My friend and I had an excellent waitress (very helpful and checked on us just the right amount) - We went on a Sunday evening, didn't have to wait for seating and not too crowded or noisy. I imagine a Fri. or Sat. night could be loud b/c the space is so open though.

Waiters and waitresses were extremely polite and patient with me. I use a cane and was going through a rough reaction to medication, and all of the staff were incredibly understanding and sweet, taking their time when I struggled with an order. Hands down, best mac and cheese I've ever had. Fruit is indeed fresh, not from a can or frozen. Burgers were cooked to perfection. I cannot reccomend this place enough♡.

The best burgers in Greensboro, and an amazing atmosphere in which to eat them. Really wanted to try one of their fantastic-looking shakes (all of which come in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions), but I had plans after eating there and had to turn down the inevitable food coma that would have followed. I'll absolutely be back for one though.

So I’ve been to burger warfare many times and everytime I’ve gone the staff has always treated me well and I’m in love with their gluten free options! As someone who is celiac knowing that I can go somewhere and FINALLY eat fried food without getting sick is important. If you’re gluten free or celiac I definitely recommend burger warfare!

I've only been to this place once but I must say my wife and I are planning on making another visit sooner than later later! Their menu is packed with unique items unlike any other burger place where been to before, their sorbet cocktails was the most interesting presentation of a drink we've ever seen but was probably one of the BEST LITs we've ever had, and we're anxious to get our hands on one of those shakes the next time we visit!

It tastes like cookie crumbs from cooked cookies. It's okay, just not cookie dough. The atmosphere is super cool! But, the prices are high.

The burgers are pretty good and the prices aren’t too out there. If you have a normal appetite, you’d likely be full with a burger, drink, and a side. I like the different ounces and the variety of meat that they provide. My favorite burger at the moment has to be Hell in the Pacific because of the sweet sauce and the slight heat. However, it could be spicier. I also recommend the strawberry shortcake shake because it’s not too sweet and doesn’t feel like a sugar overload like most shakes. It’s a good place to go to when it’s not busy because if it is, it takes a while for your server and food to come out. My dine in time could’ve been maybe 45-60 minutes but instead it was 1.5 hours and I had to go get someone to take out order 35 minutes in.

Won't be eating here again. In theory it's an awesome idea, but the execution is sorely lacking. The fries sit in a pool of grease, and the burgers are horribly greasy as well and just don't taste good enough for their overblown prices. (On a good note, their warfare sauce is pretty tasty with a nice zing, and the tater tots don't seem to suffer the same fate as the greasy namesake of the restaurant)

My lady and I went today for my birthday for the first time. Our waitress Ruby was super friendly and checked on us often,always with a smile. The manager on duty Amber was super helpful,and didn't mind when I asked a million questions. The beast burger was fantastic especially when you add a illuminati shake. I recommend going here for the food ,but the decor and friendly staff are a definite plus..and will bring us back for sure
