Delicious, quality food!!! And, the service rendered is great, too! Sometimes orders do have preparation errors (only noticed due to this being a family favorite place). But, managers and staff quickly do what's necessary to correct the error, and do so quickly and apologetically.

Phenomenal place to eat. Clean, modern location with outstanding service. All this means nothing if the food is not good. Fortunately that is not the case, and the food is as good as the service. Hamburgers are delicious- especially when paired with one of the hand scooped, thick milkshakes. Try out the honey mustard sauce, seriously the best I’ve ever had. I know how random that is, but it’s how good it is.

Awsome burgers, Awsome chili, Awsome salads (large!). Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating! Milk shakes are to die for even though I try not to ever order them lol, try being key word. OH almost forgot thier fries are shue string cut which i love!

Love this place! We just moved in the Village (Modern Pet Salon) and we frequently eat here weekly. Their Tuna Burgers are awesome, sweet potato fries are great and their Milkshakes are so refreshing!!! Definitely recommend

I would love to rate this place on the food but bottom of the line is that we’ve waited for 30 minutes and haven’t gotten our food...to sit here and watch people that came after us get food is maddening. We aren’t the only ones either. Another couple got one burger but not the other...35 minutes ago. And the little teens working here are heavy on eye rolls. This place is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Very good burgers and friendly service. The quick-serve burger restaurant space has a lot of competition and each concept needs something to differentiate it from the others. Burger 21 has a couple of unique factors - 1)sauce bar with several condiments, 2)lots of protein options (chicken/turkey/beef burgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs), and 3)sweet potato fries, cheese fries, and regular fries as side options. Does this make it stand out compared to Burger-Fi, Smash Burger, Bang Bang, and the others? Not really. But it was very good food and worth the trip for an easy lunch.

B21 is definitely the pinnacle of counter-service burger joints. It EASILY defeats 5guys, and all the other burger joints when it comes to the burger. The meat is quality and can be cooked medium rare and taste like it should. They've got a lot of preconfigured burger selections, too, and whatever you do your burger is going to be the best in the < $15 category. The shoestring potato fries are not so great. This isn't a location specific problem, but a corporate decision. They're better than fast food, but that's about it.

Unique and tasty burgers. I've tried the black and bleu burger and the cinco. Both were prepared well juicy and flavorful. It is a perfect place to go to lunch with some buddies since it is always pretty busy and things are going on. Both times the service was excellent.

First time in. Family had a great time tonight with burgers and shakes. Kids had hot dogs, grilled cheese and burgers and all were thrilled. Wife had a buffalo chicken salad that she said was fantastic, and I had the best turkey burger I’ve ever had. Service was fast and friendly, and they didn’t seem to mind the noise or the mess from our group of rowdy boys. Thanks guys, we’ll be back for sure!

Burger 21 has something for everyone! From the black bean burger (delicious!), to burgers loaded with anything you can imagine. Decent prices and great service. The only drawback for this particular location is that the condiment area/drink station gets really overcrowded when the place is busy. A minor inconvenience for a great place to eat.

This place is the best you can get for Gluten free Burgers and Fries. You can even get their sweet potato fries Gluten free. They have an amazing sauce bar where everything is labeled. The employees are very helpful and they are all amazing!! I recommend this place for anyone especially if you have to eat gluten free.

Absolutely phenomenal food. Kinda pricey, but you get your money's worth. Had a young lady who seemed kinda grumpy when we came in and decided to dine-in about 45 mins before closing, but she warmed up after a bit. Very good experience overall. Found this place about a month ago and we've eaten here 3 times since. Lightened the wallet and put some weight on our tummies but still happy nonetheless

Perhaps my favorite burger joint in all of Charlotte. The burgers at this restaurant are cooked to order and taste very good. The only downside is that the fries must be order separately, but they are well worth it because they have a perfect balance of crunch and saltiness. Even the tenders and shakes are very good. Of course, I find the customer service to be very good, as they are always walking around making sure the food tastes good. They even go above and beyond by cleaning up trash even if I offer to. For those looking for a place that serves everything well, I would highly recommend Burger 21.

Two Bacon Cheesy burgers and a basket of shareable fries. Love that they bring the fries out first almost like an appetizer to munch on while we waited for our burgers...but not so far in advance that they were gone before the burgers arrived. The fries were hot and fresh. Their many sauces are fantastic, but my favorite is "Ragin' Cajun". Finished off our meal with a refreshing seasonal milkshake: Orange Dreamsicle. B21 is always a great choice!

Very good food, and the service is great. An order of fries is huge. We normally will get one and split it between two people. It's a great place to take the family for a quick dinner. They have Gluten free Burgers and Fries.

We tried the impossible Burger. I had mine with goat cheese on brioche and some sun-dried tomato aioli. The meat itself textually reminded me so much of ground beef. #impossibleburger This plant protein tastes like an amazing alternative for restaurants across the globe. I recently did take out and they forgot part of my order, I called when I got home and realized it and they replaced my meal! Great customer service. Definitely a 5 star for that portion. I had the spicy Thai shrimp burger. One of thekst delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten, and I love sandwiches. It was a deep fried patty, but that took nothing away from how good it tasted. A nice bite of spice, delicious shrimp taste. Actual shrimp in the patty. Top it all off with some awesome sweet potato fries with ragin Cajun sauce, and I was in heaven!

How this qualifies as a premium burger eatery is beyond me. The food here is no better than the lower end burger joints like Wendy’s etc. However, the service was very good. So at least they got that part right.

These guys have the basic burger joint concept down. HOT perfectly done fries every time we've been. Burgers are pretty good, on a good quality bun. Rich, thick, milkshakes, and plenty of options. Give them a try. Way better than some of the other burger only concepts I've been too.

If you are searching for a perfect burger that is easy on the digestion and is not a two day calorie count, then this is the place for you. They have good size juicy burgers, different flavors(all great! I have tried them all), AND consistently the best ever service we have got on any restaurant in the world! please keep it up! My wife loves the buffalo burger and I love the mexican haystack, the black and blue, and the OMG. We come here probably 3-4 times every month since we discovered it. Definetly recommend to try! And if you prefer bigger and higher calorie burgers go to another place nearby across the street... and good luck with your heart's health!...

It's a trendy feeling burger place. Parking in the area can be tricky. I did enjoy the variety and availability of sauces easily accessible. They have the impossible burger and I find that appealing. Also the option to get half/half regular fries and sweet potato fries. Try all the sauces before you commit to just one.

Me, my wife and a friend came here on a recomendation from a friend and we were not disappointed! The Entire Experience was Awesome! The atmosphere was bright and welcoming and we were able to order quickly, chose our favorite sauces from they're extensive sauce bar, my favorite was the rajun cajun sauce!, then sat down. Everthing was sparkling clean, and everyone, including the manager Dan, was working to clear tables as soon as people got up, if not before. Our food and milkshakes all came out fast even though they were pretty busy. I had the loaded spud burger with an extra patty and a chocolate malted milk ball milkshake. My wife had a bacon cheese burger(no extra patty) with smoked gouda and a chocolate milkshake. My friend had a black and blue burger with an extra patty and a salted caramel pretzel milkshake with peanut butter added, and we all shared the shareable side of fries! All three meals were 100% perfect! The manager and another employee stopped to check on us and also pre-bus our table. We all ate every single bite and I can honestly say this was the best burger I have eaten out in quite some time. Service was stellar, and even management impressed! We will be back!

I fell in love with the chicken tenders first but recently branched out to the burgers as I was a little wary that it was to good to be true...they were just as amazing, and juicy! Burger 21 in Ballantyne is the best burger and hotdog experience found in South Charlotte. The staff is friendly and inviting, making great recommendations and educating their customers on new products. Everything is cooked to perfection, and they will be sure to ask you what perfect means to you! If you haven’t tried the sweet potato fries, you need to! If you haven’t tried their classic chocolate malt, you need to! The black and bleu burger is phenomenal! Enjoy, and be sure to bring an appetite!

We had heard a lot about Burger 21 so we wanted to try it. I thought the burgers were okay, very tasty, but certainly not a '5'. The sweet potato fries were excellent. Maybe it was the burger choice I made, but I didn't like that it fell apart as I started to eat it. Maybe it is the bread they use here? The meat was cooked well. I also had a shake, which was great. The restaurant was dirty and tables had not been cleaned. There was also a bunch of trash on the floor. It took a while for someone to come by and clean-up. This is more of a high-end fast food place (rather than traditional restaurant and you have a server), so if you are okay with that, you will be happy. I would return and try it again.

The burgers are always served hot and ready to enjoy. Burger 21 offers a nice selection of burgers with toppings that are creative and come together with flavor. The thin cut fries are amazing and when paired with the beer cheese they are in the top of class. Burger 21 also has a great selection of sauces to take everything up a notch.

The best way to describe this place is the Chipotle of burger places. It is a fast casual burger joint. The burgers are really good. It was juicy burger and the bun stepped it up a notch. This place has lots of different dipping sauces. I like the Chipotle mayo. Solid place.

It's ok. Pretty much what you would expect from a place that feels like it's trying to be 5 Guys but doesnt hit the mark. It's a poorly laid out resteraunt it feels crowded and cluttered. The food was just ok and everything is a le carte.
