I walked into this hole in the wall near South Park and I almost walked out because of the prices. I was hungry and there so I decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did because this may be the best burger I’ve ever eaten. $12 buys you the combo but the portions are huge, the food is fresh. I have no clue how anyone can eat a double or larger, that blows my mind. Great place, well worth the money! I’ll be back.

No question here, but the employee that picked up the phone has terrible customer service when understanding what to say on rectifying a situation! The young lady should not answer if she can not communicate with people in general. The food is always good however the low customer service turned me off completely. I've been in food service for 23 years. In pretty sure as an employee and even a manager, I would know exactly how to fix any situation at hand. I would have left it alone all together but again, I can not believe the lack of knowledge in a simple situation. To do better is to know better.

Quick and convenient place to get a takeout burger, delicious sweet potato fries as well. They tend to be friendly and pretty quick, and food is overall pretty solid. I’d come here over shake shack any day of the week.

This is the absolute worst burger place I have ever ordered from. 1. Burger was VOID OF ANY FLAVOR what so ever. It also appears as if they use some sort of pre made burger. Ordered medium, got it rare. Took 1 bite and it went to the TRASH. 2. Fried pickles had more salt than any 1 person should ever consume...TRASH. 3. Mac-N-Cheese: Watery and again completely void of any flavor what so ever...1 bite and TRASH Only good part of my meal was the sweet tea and the doughnut holes were ok. Almost $30 on TRASH...thanks alot And they obviously do not care about their customers who have a bad experience; or someone would have responded to this review.

Don't get the chicken it's ground up chicken form into the shape of strips the fries were cold taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours will not be going back.

Not so great. The food was most definitely nothing like we expected it to be. Tasted more like frozen cafeteria food than fresh made. Our service was fantastic, though, and the restaurant was decently clean. The high chair we were stick with was a tad broken, though.

Great gluten free service and food, asking if it was an allergy or preference. The burger is moist enough for the obviously slightly sad gluten free bun, but the bun was still good. The staff is awesome there and the atmosphere is nice with the TVs on various sports coverage channels. Nice selection of toppings and options for your meal

My burger was cooked to perfection (mushroom & Swiss) and has fair amount of mushrooms which is always appreciated. The fries were shoe string style which I don't love but didn't have any deficiency in teens of quality. Parking is easy though doing the business week that may be different.

Avoid at all costs. I went with a friend about a month ago for carry out. Surly and incompetent staff and kitchen crew. Got both orders wrong and cooked incorrectly. We went back and were told we would have to pay almost $9 for the correct order. No apologies. And both orders were incorrect the second time. I gave up.

First- I’ll forever be a fan of any restaurants that Exclusively provides Dukes Mayonnaise- I know that it’s not coming out of a large tub from a mass merchant!! These burgers were absolutely incredible. They were cooked exactly the way I asked, my friend ordered a Nathan‘s hotdog it came out to perfection and actually more than he expected. and they got my egg on top perfect- cracking and cooking the yolk. The onion rings were thick but not overly breaded. The staff were witty and friendly. All in all- it exceeded my expectations- a must try. I was impressed with the utensil dispensers- only have ever seen those in hospital cafeterias!

Ok enough is enough!! The world has clearly lost it's mind when you pay $8 for a Chicken Club made with 2 finger size fake chicken patties!! So I can't even get REAL CHICKEN for $8. No sides. No drink. I won't even start on the fake burger patty for the kid's meal for $6..... I'm just wondering is anything worth what you pay for it anymore!!!! Nope! Not at American Burger anyway!! They should be ashamed. They are too expensive to have such poor quality of food!!

Over the top service! The burgers had just the right amount of smoke. Even though well done, the burgers had plenty of juice and flavor. The fries were hot and crispy. We had the "lug nuts" for desert, hot and tasty! Check this place out, you WON'T be disappointed!

It was a pretty good burger but definitely not quite worth the $20.00 price tag for a Hamburger no cheese LT n grilled onions only, and a plain cheeseburger 1 small order of shared fried 1small drink & 1 water. They were supposed to be 1/3 lb. But looked n felt more like a 1/4 Lb.

Nice atmosphere, but very low quality food. If you are a burger place i would at least expect you to have options of how well your burger is cooked. Mine was too cooked and just very bland. They also forgot one of my toppings. The staff is very friendly but the food is really bad. Better off finding another place to eat a burger.
