This Restaurant is included in the category of Asian restaurant.
Food is fresh, good. Place is clean. Workers are friendly and polite. Cheap. Sitting area small.
Delicious .great place for a quick bite
stopped by for a quick bite to eat before a concert. the flavors were really good staff was friendly. it may not look that large cause of the packaging but i was very satisfied with the portion size and had a bit left over.
Will be back again liked the food really much. Took my wife with me after work and she loved it
Great food, quick service
Great for cheap, on the go, meat or veggies eaters. Lots of flavor, but not the healthiest option.
I got the Jasmin rice with salmon and pineapple with the Hong Kong sauce. Excellent !
This place is great, the stir fry is good. I haven't given it five stars, because I find it can get very expensive very quickly for what should be essentially take away food. I've often gotten up to 18 dollars on a single order.
Very nice people. Clean area with wheelchair/ lower seats. The food is made on the spot and you can see how it's made through a glass wall in the kitchen. Prices start at 5.95 and comes with some veggies (no meat). Meats and extra veggies cost more.
not worth ten buxx
One of my favorite place to eat. The place is little small but staffs are friendly. Careful when adding spice to your noddles.
For good, quick, reasonably priced fast food this place is great. Portion size is good and lots of ingredients to choose from.
Yeah amazing place. When i was living at union sq i used to go there almost everyday. One of the best Chinese food in nyc
Absolutely brillykins
decent food for lunch
Good food. Cute in there, places to sit.. A little pricey. But That's new york 4 u
The food hee is extremely good. N doesn't take long
Good food, fast, really great price.
So I ordered my meal on the AllSet app and chose a time to pick it up. Upon walking in I showed the cashier my thing and thought everything was fine. But then I waited, and waited, and waited. Eventually after 15 mins I went back up to her and she looked confused and had to grab someone because she couldn't find my order. I guess the printer had run out of paper so I though everything was fine. Then I still had to wait another 10 minutes after that because they were making other peoples meals first. It literally took 30 mins to get my food and honestly it wasn't that good. Not sure what people see in this place but I won't be back. I understand the appeal, that you get to pick whatever you want in it, but I'd rather just order from a normal restaurant and get a much better meal.
It says it's very cheap which is not quite accurate, has potential of being very expensive. The speedy staff is not very mindful if you ordered a drink so remember to check your order.
Food is ok, service is super quick, kitchen is in the front you can experience the Wokhei up close.
The food is simply amazing and the service is friendly. They get pretty busy sometimes. I personally love the salmon with the rice noodles and teriyaki sauce. They have several differed toppings. I've even tried the steak, it's delicious. I would give it 5 stars but every time I go there pretty much every empty table is dirty from the customers that have left earlier, and I have to clean a table myself if I want to sit down and eat. Otherwise this place is great if you want some great food and they stay open late too.
Tasty food. Friendly staff. Good price. Convenient location. Highly recommended.
Great food, a nice range of choices. The staff is very friendly and efficient, sometimes crowded but defiantly worth the wait. This options are very healthy, I call it healthy stir fry, there are also options for vegetarians and keto. My only issue was the brown rice was a bit hard, could just be a persona thing but will try again soon and update.
Food always fresh staff asks questions and makes sure you'll be satisfied with order. One of my favorites!
One of my favorite spots I just love this place is quite an the food is pretty decent it's open until late
Friendly staff.good food
Very tasty. It's an ideal place to get lunch to go but they do have some tables and stools for dine in experience (not recommend).
I treated my son here last week. We love it here! Do you #WalktoWok. #AmazingFood #Vegetariandishes #Vegandishes #available
This spot was average Chinese food but the price was cool. It's like a quick spot to go to when you have a 30 minute break from work.
Was okay. Steak was tough, a little pricey for what it is. Quick service
Awesome asian noodle (w chik, shrimp, etc) w interesting sauces franchise located in perfect Union SQ location. Close to all transportation. Super helpful friendly staff w nicely lit seating. Better inside space location compared to their east 42nd and Times SQ location.
I recommend the egg and rice noodles here. The Saigon sauce is the best if you like sweet and not too spicy. Great portions, great environment. Best noodle place in Union Square.
Really yummy and cool
Great, healthy, and quick stir fry made fresh to order. If you are vegetarian, this place is a pleasant surprise to your wallet! Recommend egg noodles, brocoli, onion, mushroom and peanut sauce!
Great atmosphere for a quick bite. Will have you full halfway through the food. Defintely worth your money.
My favorite place to eat. Service is fast , food taste great and its priced really well and I always am very satisfied with my order . I take everyone I know here when I'm around it.
Good food at a good price
Food is excellent and so is service. Nyima was working the cashier and she was great. Lots of people in line with a lot of requests and she handled it like a champ. There were some very rude people in front of me and she handled it with ease and a smile on her face. Also great vegetarian options here as well as great meat options.
When hungry - like really hungry. And you want lots of food that you can carry in a small box for cheap. This is your place. Good folks work here.
Food is Very good and you tailor it to your specific taste.
They were fast and polite. The establishment is small and clean. They also have clearly labled recycling bins.
One of our favorite Union Square eats! This is a small place with no restroom and few seats (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but the food is tasty and the atmosphere is funky. You place your order by steps: choose a base (rice or noodles of various kinds), then meats and/or veggies, then a sauce, and last toppings. They combine your fresh ingredients in a cute takeout box and slide it over to the cooks behind the glass where you can watch them cook your meal. Large portions. Try the coconut curry sauce (yum!). So fun!
Love the place. Food made to order in front of you. Nice and healthy. Spicy too, not that cheesey spicy either that need a glass of water spicy!
Great place if you want to get your food quickly. Vegetarians also get to choose from a decent number of veggies. Be mindful of the sauces though, they may change the taste completely. Overall, it's a great place and I'd recommend it to others.
The food is tasty and easy to eat on the go.
Not bad for a quick bite
Good only if you are hungry on a late night, otherwise I don't recommend. Wok is so so.
Good healthy fast food with a sprinkle of culture.
Cheap fast noodles. Exactly what you crave for work lunch, and their spicy chili paste you can get from the tables is spot on. No one else in this neighborhood does this for this amount of money. Run, don't walk.
So sad. I used to love this place! The customer service has gone down so much i probably wont come back. I ordered some noodle dish no egg. Of course got egg plus no apology then they forgot to remake my food! So going to work with no food, a bad attitude from the cashier and upset since i used to really like them.
Used to really like this place and would visit the midtown location a few years ago but after seeing the light with some fast casual places popping up with really good ingredients this place has become average in my eyes. The meat is pretty low quality. I don't think I'd come back here.
Every wok to wok is the same, and that's not a bad thing. I don't have to worry about the food or service being bad. For some reason it's always a reliable place to go to no matter which location you end up choosing.
Easy and Tasty ! Can be healthy too if you choose right
I had high expectations, but the food and sauce was soggy and felt like water like what the hell! Not worth freaking $10. And the wait are long like 20 min. Three cookers duh, it going to take forever. Not coming back, so disappointing
The food was cold and soggy. Not worth $10. Not even worth $5. I barely ate anything. Staff was rude. Definitely not coming back. Don't waste your time or money.
Yummy food and helpful staff .
Food is good. One should get more for your money though.
Great location for a quick meal. They offer a variety of sauces, proteins and bases (noodles, veggies, rice) that are cooked to perfection and rapidly via their woks.
Delicious! One of my favorite places to eat. Friendly staff, clean bright warm and inviting atmosphere.
Ate here alot. Food was delicious and filling. Very quick service. Great for quick lunch
Great food with great service, what else could you ask for.
Okay I live wok to walk, but the wait time for your meal to come is a little longer than I like and there is no space to really stand while you wait. Great selections and good prices
These ppl have no customer service at all their website has “errors” and unfortunately they can’t help you which is ridiculous! Their site says you can can and order and they refused to take my order which is absurd! Never spending money at this establishment, just disgusting all they want is money !
Wok to Walk is a different kind of fast food experience. Menu is simple, everything is delicious, and they are open late to hit that carb craving whenever it strikes.
This needs to come to the Bronx.
Nostalgic "remember when we used to go here studying abroad" in Europe for late night food may be your first reaction to Wok to Walk, but it's great to have them here in NYC. This particular location is great - busy, but not crowded. They crank out great food and have industrial style seat your self for a casual bit to eat. Go for the garlic sauce. Just wish they delivered!
Great street style stir fried noodles place.
Super good food amd they have outlets!!!
Asian Oriental street food mimicked at affordable price.lunch paradise!!!!
Authentic Wok to Walk Food! All the dishes have generous portions for decent price and most importantly all the dishes are so yummy! Come and try it out!
Good food, made quickly, and exactly how you want it. No surprises here. Just lacking a bathroom for customers.
Was introduced to this place in Amsterdam. I ate there almost everyday on vacation because it was so good and fresh. The GYM RAT in me goes for The Veggie Dish with Salmon and the Saigon Sauce (garlic & black pepper). Absolutely amazing! I could eat here EVERYDAY.
My noodles were tasty and fresh. A little small on the portion size considering the price. But I'd come back here if I lived in the area.
Similar to going to a salad bar not overly seasoned. Lived the fact i can get a nice amout of veggies.
Affordable build-your-own style menu is easy and quick to read. Walk in environment is high energy and bright
Have you ever wanted an Asian fusion version of Chipotle where they make stir-fry instead of burritos? Look no further, let your inner picky eater rejoice. I always enjoy myself here, very friendly staff, Shanghai sauce highly recommended.
Went to this restaurant on a whim with my boyfriend and a friend and it was an amazing find. Essentially you get to personalize a dope box of noodles with your favorite meats, vegetables, sauces, and toppings. I got rice noodles with chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and Tokyo sauce, and it was amazing. If you don't add anything besides sauce to the base noodles and vegetables it's $4.95 before tax, which is dirt cheap for the amount of food you get. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Awesome taste with exact taste and flavour. Tummy filling and relishing
The food was slopped together. Me and my guest ate it because it was expensive. 30 bucks for noodles, chicken, spices and herbs.
Bangkok sauce's too dry. I think it would be better if it's more juicy.
I love this place. They have good options for the main ingredient(s) and the toppings. The variety of sauces they offer is great. I always go for Hot Asia, and it tastes delicious. They are pretty quick even at busiest hours. The portion is big for the money you pay in NYC. I take out and don't dine in generally, but they do have a fair number of seats. The decor is lovely. I go to this place once a week or so. I would recommend it.
Really great quick service, large portions and everything is chosen not preset.
Its a good fast option for fried rice or lo mein. One of the only fast-food chinese places that didnt put me in the bathroom right after, so its a decent quality for the price. A little bit of a limited menu, but there is a good amount of customization withim those few options. May do again if im looking for a cheap option and Xi'an has too long of a line.
The food here is just fantastic fantastic! The ability to customize your order makes it such that you can have a different meal every time you go. It is super tasty and very filling, not to mention the staff is JUST LOVELY!
this place was disgusting do not go there. The pricing is ridiculous and the flavor is only salt. There's absolutely no flavor to this food except overwhelming saltiness!!!! YUCK
Great spot for quick take out stir fry
The sauces we had were delicious! Definitely a must try if you’re in the area
Hard to justify eating here with so many authentic and significantly tastier Asian spots nearby
It was really unimpressed. It was actually very expensive and not that good. Wish I wouldve enjoyed eating my noodles for the price I paid. It actually tastes like card board and I wish I wouldn't have had spent $30 on this. Chinatown has way better noodles for way cheaper. I wouldn't reccomend this place not even to tourists.
Always my late night dinner .Good healthy noodles with delicious add-in
When you want some re food just go and enjoy their dinners...
Great food, it's well seasoned and there was plenty of shrimp for the price. I ate Odon noodles which were the perfect texture. It's about a medium portion for under $10.
Cute little place in the corner near union square with tasty noodles
Very good food. Generous helping. Value for money.
Tasty food, great flavor, quick service.
Very delicious and cheap and fast. I love this place. You can easily eat a lot of good food with only $11
Food is great if you are looking for that extra spicy
Wonderful food very quick and convenient for on the go eats
Honestly, the first time I had this food, it was amazing, and tasted great. Now, it has degraded immensely. The food is pre-cooked and they just reheat it in the wok. It's also absolutely flavorless. Ultimate buyer's remorse. Bought a Thai ICED tea, I capitalized "iced" because it was supposed to be cold. This "iced tea" was as lukewarm as idek what. Asked the guy if they had any ice, answer was obviously no. What on Earth. How do you serve a warm Thai ICED tea. You're better off supporting your local Chinese restaurant by purchasing a Chicken and broccoli meal than wasting $14 here.
Very tasty, made to order food. The spicy sauce on the tables is actually frigging spicy, which is amazing. This place is a go-to.
Absolutely delicious
Been here a bunch with no issues- new cashier was super rude taking my order & serving me. Always order the same combination - ask for light oil & it literally was sitting in a half inch pool of oil at the bottom. When I asked her what happened, she said that’s what the Bali sauce is like. Mind you I always order the same thing. This has never happened before Will never be coming back to this location
Inexpensive, multiple choices of southeast Asian Street food. It's a very casual fun place to enjoy a simple meal. The flavors are robust and spicy, located right off of Union Square Park.
Great place for stir fry. My favorite is grain rice with chicken, mushroom and broccoli with mix of hot sauce.
Great food for lunch!
Easy to understand and easy to order. Plus, they use the LevelUp app which is great for racking up rewards!
The worst Asian food I ever had for twice the price . The steak pieces tasted like raw beef and my box was almost half filled with sauce which made the whole combination too watery. It was so bad that I throw my box out full and got food elsewhere. Definitely don’t recommend them.
Great place for a quick bite. They play the music too loud but the food makes up for it and stuff.
Amazing staff and food that's even better!! A health rating and it shows. Build your own meal.
Good food
This is the best spot for amazing quality inexpensive stir fry.
Awesome experience every time i go there. Food is delish and quiete filling. Its a build your own dish type of place which is awesome because you pick what you want to eat
A very tasty place with good size portions and quick service. There are a few tables with barstools for sitting down, but no hooks to hang up the jackets: a bit of an inconvenience in the winter. I will come back again though.
A staple for lunch in the Union Square area. Prepare for a wait, as it is very popular and everything is made to order. But it's a good meal and very filling. Watch what you order - cost adds up quickly! My standard of rice, 2 toppings, sauce and peanuts comes to about $12.50. If you get more then 2 toppings it will get pricy!! Staff has been consistent and the food is cooked consistently. Overall, excellent place.
Asian fusion cuisine. Seating is a bit cramped at times, no public restrooms.
Food is great but the place was uncomfortable for me due to the AC being too cold for everyone and the staff couldn't do anything about it. Perfect for takeaways.
Great service and best fast food. Very friendly worker. I had rice nooodle steak bokchoy and Saigon sauce.
Kid friendly because everyone can get exactly what they want in their order. I had the Bali sauce which was a little cloying for my taste so I might pick something else next time, but everything was so fresh and delicious!
I love the food there! There's outlets everywhere.
I love this place! First time I had it was in Amsterdam. I wish there was a location in Orlando (hint hint).
Great food this place brighter and cleaner.
Service and food is always good
The food is always good for such a low price. I love the option to sub veggies for noodles. Try the Thai Iced Tea!
Love the concept! Great variety. And is as expensive or cheap as you like depending on the ingredients you add! Food is delicious and filling. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique quick service restaurant!
Good meal and service
No offense to the other reviewers here but it's likely you all are tourists if this place impressed you . As a born and raised New Yorker, this place is over priced. I paid nearly 30 dollars since every little item added to your wok dish is like an extra few dollars. You are better off eating in Chinatown and get the real taste for literally 1/5 the price.
Love the food here. Reasonably priced and you get a decent amount of food.
Amazing between visits
I also tried this in Amsterdam and thought it was pretty delicious. I'm surprised by the high rating. My noodles and egg were burnt so it made the taste a little less enjoyable. But the teriyaki helped make up for the burnt flavor.
Food not cooked well. Overpriced.
Great food. I tried the Bangkok sauce with egg noodles. Fast service. Yummy yummy in my tummy.
Food is delicious... my only problem is I'm calling but nobody picks up, are you open ???
It’s that bomb noodles. Hot Asia is the way to go w/ steak
First time here i love it the food is great and quick positive environment
Luv it! Saigon sauce is the best...
Great loved it
Great spot for a quick bite. Small place but amazing food. Staff is friendly
