Brilliant value for money. The food is pretty good, the price is low (especially for New York). Couldn't recommend more for breakfast on the go.

James Martinez

Sandwiches here are really good. They give you a free pickle if you ask at the register. Not sure if many people know that.

I absolutely loved this place and I would go a few times a month since I work around the corner. The food is great and the staff is always friendly, but sadly I will not return after what I saw today. Next to the cashier there is a large glass display where muffins are kept. While on line today to pay for my food, I saw a relatively large cockroach crawling around on the muffins inside this large glass display. I notified the cashier and the staff, who were quick to remove the food - which I hope they threw out. They seemed a bit hesitant to dispose the contaminated food as I stood there watching which definitely shocked me. I paid for my order and left, but threw out the food I had just ordered once I got outside.

Fast, delicious, appears very clean.

Horrible place, really crowded and dirty. Most items during lunch they ran out of. They also ignore customers. Never going there again.

Bagels are full to the brim and are so delicious. I am not a huge eater so it took me most of the morning to finish, at least 2 hours. I definitely recommend for breakfast if you are super hungry and need to fuel up before travelling or on your way to work.

This is a popular lunch place for all the financial firms around. Great sandwiches at affordable prices! I suggest the E-Z hot sandwich.

Good breakfast. Good prices. Not much of a seating area. Much cheaper than any other local places.

Chris

This establishment offers great food with fresh ingredients. Please be aware that the restaurant does not have a lot of seating available, so there may be times when you will have to find somewhere else to eat when you did not intend to do so. My only complaint is that I ordered the chicken cutlet (along with other orders from my party) and was not told that the chicken cutlet was not available until they called my number to pick up my party's food; I addressed my missing sandwich, so they substituted the cutlet with grilled chicken (which took another 10 minutes after they broke the news that there was no chicken cutlet available). Overall, I would eat at this establishment again, but would hope for better service next time.

I ended up here on a weekday in the middle of their lunch rush. The place was packed with local business people. I was worried that the large crowd would hold things up, but they had it down to a system! The process was fast and smooth and well run. On top of that, it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! I ordered the "Emily Waits" and was so pleasantly surprised. The combination of smoked Turkey, tomatoes, and apple butter blended perfectly. Just remember to grab some extra napkins! There was limited space to eat in the restaurant, but that's okay. Take your sandwich and walk directly across the street and you'll find a little urban concrete park with plenty of places to sit and enjoy your delicious sandwich!

Great food and very friendly service plus fun ambience. A little pricey for sandwiches but well worth it (also not huge servings). We ordered the roast beef one, Toasties steak, pastrami and the Toasties steak French fries. All fantastic and had no complaints! Definitely will come back and keep in mind.

I simply list it: Absolutely great tasting food, good ingredients and choices. Affordable in NYC midtown than any other shop. Very Clean. Excellent customer service. Customer friendly atmosphere . Crowded in the morning and lunch, but they manager it pretty well and wait is not long at all. Enjoy your next meal there...! I'm a very happy customer there.

11am on Sunday. Bagel sandwiches and coffee, cheap, fast, excellent! Will come back for sure.

Great spot for lunch although it does get busy they are super fast. Sandwhiches are bomb

Alfredo Correa

Delicious breakfast at an excellent price!

Ersin Zeybek

Their spinach rolly sandwich has been good, so I wanted to try the only other vegeterian sandwich option on the menu: mozzarella supreme.. There is nothing supreme about this sandwich - actually it was blend and disappointing. very thin slices of cheese and tomatoes topped with basil and capers made me feel like I was eating flavored bread for $9.50

Fast, affordable, and right around the corner from Times Square. We stopped in for breakfast and had their Healthy Wrap and their Veggie Wrap. Both were cooked right then and there, came out hot, and were super delicious!

A Busy spot for great sandwiches!

They have a credit card minimum of $5, but the girl let me get by with a $3.25 charge

Monday thru Friday this place gets 10 stars. On the weekends, I give a 3. The food is still good but being there is no managment on the weekends, they open and close when they feel like it. Take right now for instance. According to the sign on the door and the internet, they close at 1700. Its 1530 and the door locked lights out.in the am they dont serve anyone until 90 minutes after they are supposed to open.

Anthony Obiegbulem

Nice and good food

Alejandra Huertas

Tried going for some food today and I can understand changing hours. However it was well before 3pm and the associates yelled that they were closed. Chamge your hours whatever but stay true to them.

This family owned & operated NYC gourmet delicatessen serves fresh and tasty food daily. This has become my go to spot for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. It's also one of my favorite lunch spots in the midtown neighborhood since their lunch options on the menu, including salads, is consistently delicious and tasty. At times there are long lines to get your food, but it's definitely worth it. I recommend this spot anytime you're in Times Square or midtown.

Sabby Gakhal

Went to toasties due to good reviews. Was not disappointed. My French toast was tasty would definitely go back to try out other items on the menu. Service was good and friendly. This was definitely a no frills place but it very reasonable and a good place to eat or take out.

James Huber

Best place to eat near times square hands down. Their food is delicious! It is also very affordable. You can get a great breakfast for $6 - egg and bacon/sausage sandwiches for $4 and then throw in juice or milk, or a wrap/breakfast burrito is $5.50. Lunch is a little more expensive, but very filling and delicious. You are probably looking at about $10 a meal for lunch.

Maad Al-Owaifeer

Well, food was great. Specifically we took the egg roll. On the other hand, neither staff nor cleanliness was up to the food rate. Our table was dirty with some sticky stuff. Staff aren’t smiley at all. That doesn’t necessarily mean they’re rude, but it tells you something.

Tommy West

Breakfast is quick and efficient for your daily stop. Food is typical deli fare. Lunch sandwiches are good, hot buffet options are underwhelming.

Shanis Navas

For the non-cold cut lover, this is a great alternative sandwich spot! Plenty of hot sandwich options or just hot food (such as: stuffing, chicken, vegetables, mashed potatoes, fish and MORE!) It's also a great spot to grab a salad or even BREAKFAST - think coffee, fresh squeezed OJ, a bagel and/or sausage, egg and cheese! There's definitely something for everyone so it's a great place to order from for the office or go to with your friends and family if you're visiting Times Square or Rockefeller Center!

Michael Edmonds

Very good deli styled place, anything from salad to comfort food but their sandwiches are standout. Many good options on to menu to single out, does get busy around lunchtime.

Found this place on Google Maps during my stay in Times Square for work. I ended up going there every morning. Great NY bagels and reasonable prices. It can get quite busy in the morning but the are efficient in serving people quickly. I haven’t had the chance to try their lunch sandwiches but from what I saw, they looked good.

Joemichael Luciano

All of the ingredients at this place are so fresh and delicious! Very affordable prices for NYC as well. I had the Smoky Deluxe and it was awesome!

luke matarazzo

Food was excellent, but the inside of the place was a mess. There were only about 7 customers there and they barely had enough tables and chairs. I still recommend going just for the food though.

This is one of my favorite spots for lunch nowadays. The food there is cooked fresh and it always smells so good once you walk in. When you eat this food, it's almost like yo mama cooked it for you with homecooked love. I can't believe this gem is in this area -- not a lot of places make their food like this! I have had the roasted herb chicken and it's not overcooked or anything. The mashed potatoes are to die for and the gravy is real meaty flavored -- how it's SUPPOSED to be. If you eat stuff like boston market, forget that completely because this is what comfort food is. Their brussel sprouts are also cooked well and seasoned just right. I also ordered their bbq chicken sandwich another time and it was also very tasty. The bbq worked really well with the other flavors. What I was disappointed with was the weird seamless order when I got the sandwich, they didn't add spinach when I clicked to add spinach to the order -- so I got charged extra cents. They're lucky the food was good!!! I am a cheap woman! haha. Also they should let you pick a side when you're ordering on seamless... The place is spacious but there aren't actually enough seats for the amount of standing space there is - I am guessing a lot of people order out.

I loved this place. Food was great and reasonably priced.

I just got a delivery one hour and a half late! On top of that the delivery guy rang my bell twice in a hurry while I was opening the door he just threw the food at me and i checked my food and it was all wet and disgusting! It had onions when I wrote no onions! Come on!

Jonathan Somer

Usually here 2-3 times per week. Sandwiches are great and substantial in size. The smoked deluxe is a favorite, especially if you add pickles, Popeye and palta are awesome too.

Chelsey King

Fast service, good selection, friendly staff. Had a breakfast bagel which was delicious. Home style hashbrowns weren’t to my taste, soft and mushy but good flavour.

True to their name, whenever I ask for a toasted roll, it is always well toasted and ends up being delicious.

OLIVIA BRANNIGAN

It might be a good idea to update the store hours on the google search. I arrived at 7:35 am on Saturday expecting this establishment to be open for business. Instead there was a home made sign saying the store hours have changed to 7:30 am. Okay? It was 7:35 and they still werent open. Definitely not impressed.

Niv Shkolnik

Horrible place. Rude staff. No idea on how to make coffee. Milk is re-heated over and over. Cappuccino burnt my tongue. After waiting for it to cool down for 10-15 minutes it was still too hot to drink. When asked the girl at the counter to make another one that I can enjoy she gave me a face and told me “it’s so stupid” and that “this is how they make coffee”. Made me wait there until she finished doing everything she could think about doing. Just stay away!!
