At the present this firm gets a rating of 4.3 over 5 and that score has been calculated on 336 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is quite good, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the valuation is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are happy, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Italian restaurant.

Being a frequent traveler to Italy, I was so happy to stumble onto this neighborhood gem. I had ricotta and spinach pasta cooked to perfection. The wine selection is terrific.

Very nice place nice food.

Staple Italian place, convenient to Union square

Decent Italian restaurant with great service.

Authentic Italian tratoria. Food and service was excellent and there selection of wines was spectacular.

This spot knows how to please their customers. Constantly with a very welcoming attitude. The food is reasonably priced, regularly delicious and clean.

Always great specials! Can't go wrong with any dishes from the menu either!

Fabulous meal... Highly recommended

Wonderfully un-fussy authentic Italian food.

So lovely and cozy place. Probably one of the most tasty breakfast in the district. Service is great and coffee too ;)

We had the lunch menu and it was fine. The quality-price ratio was good. Nothing extraordinary but a good place to have a work lunch :)

Service was excellent. The cheesecake was good. The SPAGHETTI AL POMODORO was ok. The Capari Spritz was terrible. Would definitely go again because I tasted the chicken and potatoes of my friend and they were very good. A little salty but good.

The food was beautiful

Great food, wine and service.

One of my favorite places to go when I'm in NY, there are a couple locations and I've been to all of them! Do yourself a favor and get a bombolinni, you won't be disappointed.

Great meal with great service, authentic and not too trendy. Charming interior and outdoor seating. The antipasti were superb, an eggplant and anchovy dish and the beet and burrata salad. The pasta with spicy sausage was outstanding, as was the duck pasta. Would go back.

Great Italian restaurant with a good selection of wines. Usually a spot is available at the bar

Great food. Lovely ambience. Friendly service.

Really delicious and tasty breakfast. we had the French toast and asparagus skillet. Coffee is also great. Portions are small

Amazing place if you need a private room. All of the food is delicious and the service is always top notch.

Good spot for groups. The team accommodated us for a super last minute group lunch with well priced set menu.

Enjoyed i

Walked out as soon as they sat us next to the bathroom in an empty resturant. Racism at it's best!

I go here often with friends because we really like the atmosphere and the food. Had one disappointing experience here once - their wine director somewhat rudely tried to move us from a table to the bar because someone complained about 3 people sharing a table meant for two. Since then the owner reached out to apologize and make up for that incident, which I do appreciate. When we came back, everyone was very courteous, and the restaurant itself was lovely as always. It's a great neighborhood spot - and I like to come here even though I don't even live nearby!

Good authentic Italian that at times slides a few degrees across the italian-hybrid scale. That night, the tiramisu was short on ladies fingers and long on cocoa powder and the pasito and anise cookies were too stale to allow the 2 to properly interact. Regardless, the overall experience was satisfying.

Great happy hour!

Always reliably accurate Italian style coffee. Others have other needs, and the food is similarly on point, but I go for the coffee. It's great for catching up with friends or meeting for business

Have walked by this place many times and finally ventured in on a whim on a winter weeknight when it wasn’t crowded at all. We got a table for two easily and loved everything we had. The complimentary focaccia and olive breads to start are better than average, and we ordered two mains to share - the gnocchi with butternut squash and sage and pumpkin seeds, and the seared scallops with brussel sprouts, apples, and mashed potatoes. Both dishes were AMAZING and I highly recommend them! Portions for the scallops were decent at $32, and the gnocchi was $25 for a decent portion. You’ll be pleasantly full or possibly want to order a side veggie / appetizer to round out the meal. Great service and quiet ambiance, good for talking and conversation.

We were at the upper west side location, and had an excellent experience. The pastries, the coffee, and the service were all great, were back many times and will definitely go back there in future trips.

Way over priced. Dishes decribed as if by an Italian chef but seemingly prepared by 12 year old playing in the kitchen. RISOTTO CON GAMBERI was over cooked shrimp and white rice drowning in a kraft-esce cheese sauce.

Full service restaurant with great little takeaway coffee bar at the entry. Design is a bit expected and 'crunchy' but overall nice vibe. Coffee is quite good.

Great food, was there for a work thing (2nd floor private room with bar). THe bartender was awesome--lots of tequila shots.

Good food , helpful staff

Great pasta

Food and staff are too good.

I have been craving for oysters and luckily I found Tarallucci E Vino. Inside the restaurant you can sit on the bar to order the food or sit in the back of the restaurant. During the happy hour the oysters are $1.50 and they are from Oyster Bay Long Island. Make sure you order the Campari drink! You can't beat the price for $6 its a steal!

Average food and uneven service - not recommended given the large number of options in this area.

We had the restaurant week brunch and it was absolutely superb. The shrimp was beautiful and the total dish was light and fresh but with a real depth of flavour A fantastic meal

Their service is hit or miss from my experience. Some have been polite and proactive and some have been negligent and cold.

Very good food and service, we celebrated a 50th family anniversary. Very pleased woth everything.

Excellent! Great place to eat! Stop in for coffee and a Danish or a sit down meal.

Great food and the ambiance is very pretty. Their salads are delicious and their gnocchi is memorable - I really like their pesto gnocchi. The service however can be sub par as the waiters take their time and are quite clumsy.

Not the best food but service was great.

Great food and drink. Like most New York City restaurants, it can get noisy.

Authentic Italian dishes and great wine value

Great food, rude hostess, wonderful staff

Love this place

Call in for special events and arrange a chefs tasting with wine pairing

While walking in NY, we decided to have breakfast at this place. Wow! What a surprise. The best almond croissant ever! Everything we had was delicious to include chocolate croissant and French toast with marscapone.

Really nice pasta and service here - the cheesecake was disappointing though.

Fine but not great.

Every time I go to this place they are rude and the food is mediocre. I’m Done with these guy

Very good place and food is delicious

Loved it, very fresh food, friendly staff. Was a little hot in there though

7/31/2017 Nothing special about this place , not really that great . Food and service were ok , place is not truly appealing. Just tried for restaurant week and will not go back .

Great brunch option with coffee, cocktail, pasty, and brunch item for $24! Have outdoor seating so it's nice to enjoy the weather during brunch.

Overall good lunch spot to bring a bigger group. We have 8 in our party and the staff treated us well. Food was well presented and in reasonable quantity.

Amazing food. A little bit of a crowded/ loud atmosphere.

Great food and hospitality. The salumi and cheese were awesome and have good selection of wine to go with them. Needless to say the pasta were delicious too.

Fantastic food and beautiful venue.

Great ambiance, delicious desserts, and incredible cocktails.

Nice restaurant and chef, you ll find really good food there, ask for the special pork iberico meat.

The waiters are outstanding with their attention and give great recommendations.

As soon as you get in you feel like in Italy... the staff is super friendly and yet with an outstanding service, and the coffee is always the best ! Food is great and the menu is various and simply for everyone ! A very prepared bartender is never missing ensuring your drink will always come out perfect! It’s just simply great! At any time.

Over priced, small portions. I ordered spaghetti, paid $25 for a small scoop and the noodles were hard/undercooked. Will not go back.

Nice place with great food and helpful staff

One of the best pastas in the city and a great scene

Everything was delicious! We did their restaurant week special for $49.99 a person and it was well worth it. Service was also wonderful. It is my new favorite restaurant in the Union SQ area!

We stopped here for a wuickly bite to eat . Good service and simple dishes which was exactly what we needed.

Great Italian food

Food and service are fabulous. Some of the best fresh pasta I've ever had. The outside patio is gorgeous and comfy. Cocktails are perfect. We were seated last time in a booth inside, and it was in need of some "freshening up" and the sound system was not quite tuned in all the way so we listened to a lot of loud static. Not a huge deal, we will be back for the food and fabulous service again and soon. Can't wait to enjoy this place in the summer on the patio.

Great food and service!

Great ambiance and service. Perfect for a work breakfast or an afterwork dinner/drink with a friend.

I was extremely disappointed with how rude the service was here. I was out with a group of 5, casually looking for an Italian place. I walked in and asked if they had a table available. The hostess looked at me, asked if I had a reservation, then bluntly said “ABSOLUTELY not.” Not “that’ll be an X hour wait” or anything like that, she just simply shut me down, with no respect whatsoever. I walked back outside into 31 degree weather, pulled up OpenTable, only to see they had multiple reservations open, immediately. I walked back in to inquire further, and she said “I have a large reservation in an hour. So unless you want to eat your dinner in less time than that, we have nothing for you” I understand the predicament she was in. I do. It was the tone with which she turned me away. No apology. No empathy. Not a modicum of customer service. She was snotty. So I took my group to Bocca, had a DELICIOUS meal with a warm and welcoming staff, and will never be back to Taralucci e Vino again.

Close to Inion Square, randomly spotted by for lunch/brunch. The food was very pleasing. Fresh pasta, great eggs and panini was very satisfying.

The servers are attentive and the kale salad is delicious.

The food is delicious.

Very polite staff, great on customer service, and love the ambience!

Great food and great atmosphere!

Best coffee in NYC from an Australian's point of view.

Great fresh food, super personable waiter.

I was here for a wedding and had an amazing time. The food was so delicious and the room was beyond stunning.

Great food although I did find the potato leek soup disappointing, my main course more than made up for it. My favorite place for a relaxed long lunch.

Nice and good food . a bit too small portion and high price

Tasty and great service

I have business lunches here sometimes. Haven't tried much, but their paninis are good and the decor is nice.

The food especially the pastas are excellent. It's a little pricey but worth a visit

Went here for brunch on mothers day with my mom and had a really nice experience. The food was great and the service was really good as well. I can't say it was the BEST brunch I've ever had, but everything was good and had no complaints either. A solid neighborhood spot.

Went for drinks. Nice wine selection as great place to meet friends Great staff.

Great for coffee or food. The coffee bar up front is perfect for a quick pit stop!

Went to a party here, great food, great atmosphere.

Great food and service just too darn hot and loud.

Was a nice experience, friendly staff, and relatively broad menu without overwhelming. The duck Raghu was excellent but beware, the portions here are fairly small. An appetizer is a must for two- it took a very long time to get food as well

Good French toast and cappuccino. Decent pricing for the area

Wonderful wine and amazing cheeses. Knowledgeable and polite staff.

The place has very carefully crafted the meals that you order. It has a really good variety when it comes to flavors. I was immediately welcomed by the staff and they were very prompt with any questions we had. Our waiter was very personable. For appetizers, my girlfriend and I got the burrata. As for the main meal, I got the tagliatelle for myself while my girlfriend the ravioli. Finally for the desserts, we got a chocolate mousse and a cheesecake with a hot chocolate drink. The tagliatelle was amazing and I would highly recommend it if you are a fan of fish. They are very accommodating with any food restrictions too. Overall, all of the food was delicious. However, for any travellers on a budget it is a little pricey (my dish was 26 dollars with a total bill of 114). The meals are also on the smaller side of the portion size.

Fast service, friendly staff, great wine, and the house-made gnocchi was on point

Great food

Came here for NY Restaurant Week and ended up getting the $26 three course lunch. Super generous portions. Highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Space is super nice to catch up with a group of friends on a Sunday!

Dirty wine glass, Apple sticker was baked into our chicken and the table next to us sent their order back as well

We were here on a foodie tour. So we stopped for breakfast and had fantastic bomboloni and I had a fabulous cappuccino. The other pastries looked great and there were egg and French toast choices. The service was excellent and the ambiance very nice. I gave this four stars because the menus for lunch and dinner I find to be too ambitious, especially if you have dietary limitations. There should be some more basic foods on the menu. It is also too pricey. So I would stick to breakfast, brunch or happy hour.

Nice spot, decent food and good drinks.

Perfectly lovely not-Starbucks. Quiet, unpretentious despite incredibly expensive brewing equipment. OTOH, other than that not-Starbucks thing, nothing to really get excited about.

Kind of fancy, but needed a place to take a break. If you want to sit outside and watch the firefighters across the street ;) you have to order food too. The cheese selection was too fancy for me.

Great spot for meetings. Super decent Italian food and blends a fancy yet casual vibe pretty well. There is better Italian to be had in NY but certainly worth checking out.

Great food and great wait staff. We held a private event in their private dining room which was amazing!

Average food, average ambience, average service. Be aware of their Specials, we ended up paying $65 for an average ravioli. Probably not going to go back again.

Great Italian food, great service
