Food is good but the service is hit or miss...this can dramatically impact your whole experience
The best tacos I have had ! Carne asada, grilled shrimp, and coconut shrimp. Delicious! Can't wait to come back.
The place serves large dishes and for affordable pricing. friendly employees. Will visit again.
We reserved a table through OpenTable and had a fantastic time. Food was great, prices were reasonable, and our waitress was super considerate. I'd definitely come here again!
Tacos were amazing! Even better: the wait staff were super friendly the entire time. Love it!
Great amazing drinks!
Great place. Food and service were truly amazing. One comment though is ordering the fahita comes with burn risk. The pan comes extremely hot and the handle is uncovered. Barely touching it caused a severe burn to my hand. Everyone there was helpful but I can’t imagine I’m the first to experience this.
Really great breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos.
Not the best day in miti miti the food was ok not good like always the service was not good the drinks and food take for ever to came a lady our waitress was lost and given free drinks the the table she was nasty better places in the area to spend your money
Fun and tasty food. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere borders on 'party' on a quiet day. FRESH Latin (modern mexican) food with specials (food and bar) during the week
The best food excellent
I've been supporting this place ever since it opened, and have brought many friends to try and retry their food and drinks. But lately it has been extremely disappointing. The food and drinks aren't as good as they used to be, and the service is just terrible. During our latest dining experience, we had to ask the waiter 3 times for each item before they show up at our table. When we received the bill, I was overcharged by $3 for happy hour drinks because I couldn't have ice in them for medical reasons. They never informed me of the difference in price when I ordered them. Had they told me the price would be different, I would have chosen wine. When we complained after getting the bill, server explained that my drinks cost more because they contained more alcohol. This was a blatant lie - my glasses were only half full and contained mostly juice! Additionally, when we received the bill, there was no gratuity added. But after we gave them our credit card for processing, they added an automatic gratuity of 20% simply because we had complained about the overcharged drinks. This whole experience had been very disappointing, and I'm sad to see that a neighborhood joint could be so shady in its operations. We definitely will not be supporting Miti Miti or Bogota, its sister location, in the future. I hope the extra $3 and 20% tip was worth the loss of future business.
Great Atmosphere and the food is phenomenal!
The design of the place was great! Bright fun artwork. The street corn is not to be missed, we ordered it when we did our drinks, perfect timing. One of our mates is GF and she had a ton of options. Abigail was our waitress and she was awesome.
The drinks were ok. Plain mac and cheese was terrible. There wasn't enough salt and pepper to fix it. Just a runny mess.
My go-to Mexican place when their sister restaurant across the street is just too busy. Service is friendly and and attentive. Brunch is delicious. Drinks are spot on. Can get loud. Good food, strong drinks, friendly staff, and fare prices make this place popular with the locals.
Went on a Sunday for brunch. Took part in the bottomless drinks option. The server was fast in replacing the drinks which was great. The food was well worth it. I had the eggs Benny, very good. Would recommend this place for brunch.
Good food nice music awesome drinks a little pricey.
Excellent chips and tacos, just wish they had a larger wine and drink menu. If you don't like mojitos or margaritas and you want a drink they don't offer many other options. Even their wine menu isn't that great, and not many options to choose from.
Good food and good happy hour
When in doubt I come here!! They always have great food and awesome drinks. I’m giving 4 stars only because my cousin was allergic to avocado ordered another taco and they brought it back again with avocado. But! Besides this I would def come back here.
Love the drinks here, my husband took me here on a Wednesday ! Let’s just say I called out of work the very next day
I constantly come purchasing some food here. I love the quick service and well prepared food. Keep up the good work.
The decor and atmosphere is popping
Great brunch, great cocktails, beautiful decor. IG friendly.
If you like Mexican food you'll enjoy this place.
Great staff, great food! Took my wife here a couple weeks ago she really enjoyed herself
Brunch is great ! Delicious food and two hours bottomless of good mimosas with different tastes ! Recommended ! Average price $60 per person
Great food and service!
Miti Miti consistently delivers great flavors everytime we come here. I have a local spot I got to for amazing cheap tacos BUT when I want elevated flavors Miti Miti is the go to spot. This picture doesn’t do the food justice
Really bad service. We ended up having lunch in a differnt place.
Very good food and service. Young crowd. Popular bar.
A bit pricey but one of the best boozy brunches in Brooklyn. The frozen sangria is great. Breakfast burritos were good.
Excellent food, and drinks. Just needs to me a little more space for a party or event. Other then that. Highly recommend
One of my favorite places in Park Slope!! Delicious modern Mexican food with vibrant decor. The drinks are great, the food is fantastic and my favorite waiter is Ezekiel.
Went in late on Thursday evening. Good service and food. Yummy tacos and good drinks. A bit strong, but definitely worth the visit! P.S. I don't eat bacon, but the bacon wrapped dates taste like heaven!
Best tacos ever
Good drinks/ quality food.
Great spot for some Latin cuisine in a fun and lively environment. The drinks are tasty and the food is great quality. High noise level so be prepared to shout for larger groups. The decor is a festive take on sugar skulls and other Latin American themed accents. Call before you go to limit wait time.
Food was great. Drink were yummy. Atmosphere was cute and lively. Our waitress Abbe was INCREDIBLE. She was the kind of waitress who asked you if you wanted another drink right when you needed her to at the tail end of your last one! I had the breakfast burrito with fries and it was so much food! The guacamole was tasty. Could have used a bit more kick. Full disclosure we were starving and hungover, so, take that as you will!
So many flavor choices for margaritas. I tried the pineapple frozen (favorite), tamarind on the rocks, hibiscus on the rocks. Great price, great flavor. Also had two tacos: one crispy fish, one shrimp. That shrimp taco was so delicious I almost ordered a second. Two bad I was already stuffed. Great homemade tortillas and salsa as well. And the waitress with the short blonde hair was so nice.
I like the place. The food was good. The waiters were friendly. The only thing I did not like was the drinks. The 3 drinks we got were extremely watered down. Do not recommend this for drinks and it's a shame because they have a good cocktail menu
Horrible experience, overheated food, dirty seats, dirty tables. My food was served 1 hr later. I do not recommend this place.
Looks fun from the outside, but the food and drink is disappointing. I ordered the Arepa Benedict with sauteed kale, and the kale was literally just steamed lightly with no seasoning whatsoever. The eggs were hard and overcooked, and the chorizo sauce barely had any meat in it. Finally, the iced coffee was just hot coffee poured over ice with a ton of milk in it.
Great food, but Margaritas are kinda small.
DE...LI...CIOUS!! Was great food, drinks and reasonably priced
Very nice staff in the stress thinks on everything. Free wifi. Food good quality, prices ok. Decoration Dias de los muertes, original. Clean toilet. Gay friendly.
Enjoyed our food, Enjoyable surroundings. The drink selections are pretty good. I had a black cherry margarita, I think. It was interesting. I liked my 2nd drink which wasn't as eccentric. lol 2017 pic
The food is alright. Twice I’ve order & the server forgot to give me pico de Gallo for my quesadillas. Pro- Happy hours all day from Mon-Thurs Con-Food overprice, not the best service.
Miti Miti has such great gluten free and vegan options on their menu. It always takes me a long time to decide what I'm going to eat. Too many great selections! I especially like their Sangrita drink.
Amazing vibes! Great selection of vegan food and insanely delicious.
Nice surprise in the neighborhood! Shrimp tacos are delicious. Good prices and mojito
Yummy food and boozy brunch was great. Margaritas had a lack of salt rim.. but will definitely return
Excellent food ,excellent service
Food was great, drinks were even better! I was there 4/1/19 around 2pm..( details because I forgot his name). I was so impressed how the waiter was the host and server, covering all the tables, the front and the phone making it all look so EASY! Didn’t need to write anything down and helped our indecisive choices when it came to the drinks. The kids meal was great, however my kid likes to eat a lot! He had no problem fulfilling my request of Mac and cheese WITH grilled chicken; not only did he make it happen, the chef himself served it and made it into an exceptional dish for my four year old! The environment is welcoming, pleasant and comfortable. Thank you Miti Miti for an exceptional experience as my last meal before traveling back home to Florida!
Took a minute to seat us, but it was well worth it! Probably the best guacamole and chips I've ever eaten. The server was extra nice, and totally attentive to all out needs. The burrito I ordered was on par with what youd expect from a place like this. I highly recommend trying this place if your ever in brooklyn.
Got there at 8pm on a Saturday. We were told by the wait staff that there would be an under 30 minute wait. They took our cell number and number in our party (3.) 45+ min later and they still hadn’t called us, despite multiple large parties leaving and we were the only ones waiting that we could tell. We asked about our table and was told it would be a few more minutes for a party of four. We reminded them that we were a party of three, not four. Finally, we were seated in a cute little table. Unfortunately, the music so loud, it made it difficult to talk at all. The guacamole was ON POINT, but the quesadillas that I ordered were tiny for the price. Our waitress was friendly and tried her best but unfortunately it didn’t make up for the bad experience we had already had. The food was great but there’s definitely some improvements that could be made. We also thought it was weird that they automatically put a tip on 20% bill.
The food is good, but the way they treat costumers who made delivery order is insane! Detail: I leave 4min way from the restaurant by walk. The first time I call my order was already late and Ricardo was super rude with me and told me the delivery was out 20min ago, hang up the phone without checking if my order was on the way. I called a second time, after saying for how long I was waiting and he finally check my order and told me that "any minute" my food would arrive. Well, it is almost 2 hours since I order. I just want my money back.
The drinks were awesome. Very friendly staff
Nice music, good cocktails and food. I love to it on the bar. They give you complimentary tortillas and salsa.
Incredibly slow service and the place was mostly empty. The steak was well cooked and delicious.
They offer many different tacos on their menu. I tried the steak taco and octopus taco. They were delicious. They came out quickly as well.
Great food, drinks, and atmosphere
Service was good.. Mac N Cheese was excellent.. Passion fruit Margarita was good..could be a lil stronger. Place does get crowded
Octopus tacos. Passion fruit margarita. So good it a must stop even if having dinner elsewhere.
One of the best brunches in park slope. Fun place with great decorations and friendly staff. Food is delicious and they will let you try all the different types of mimosas during their boozy brunch deal
Miti Miti was like a kid who has so much potential but, fails at the last step. The restaurant is colorful and vibrant and that’s definitely a plus because it adds to the atmosphere. They have a wide array of options to pick from on their Mexican menu. They also play great lively music. On the down side the staff is not super friendly and the seating is too tight. You can tell the owner decided to cram as much seating as possible. The food is average and the drinks are okay. In conclusion, the wide array of options and the energetic atmosphere of the restaurant makes up for its lack luster food and uncomfortable seating. This is a place you should try but, not a place you would go out of your way to go to.
Amazing food and staff! It can get a bit crowded on the weekends but during the week it’s decent. The drinks are awesome. Definitely try any of the Sangritas, they’re delicious.
Staff was very friendly, but kitchen a bit slow and drinks pretty weak..a bit overpriced for what they serve
Love Miti Miti! Brunch deal is great, and the regular menu is awesome! The drinks are interesting and delicious, and there are so many food options. The decor is colorful and the staff are attentive and friendly. I recommend tacos and margaritas!!
Cinqo burros has better steak fajitas but I enjoyed my drink, embiance and wait staff!
Nice busy ambience and good Tex Mex food. Staff is very friendly. Drinks could be stronger and staff seem a little overwhelmed so service suffered. Good for groups with advance reservation.
Great food, the attention is good, good atmosphere.
Ordered my food. Waiting 1.5 hours, only to see a text from my delivery driver that my food is being sent back to the store. Did not follow calling instructions, and then manager refused to send me the food back or even refund me my order. TERRIBLE service. STAY AWAY!
Generous portions, relatively quick service. The location is fun and vibrant, and fun for dinner and drinks with friends or a date. They're considerate of food allergies, too. Their sister restaurant, Bogota, is also great. If you are looking for modern fare, try Miti Miti. For more traditional, check out Bogota.
I just can't believe how cold it was the food we have like bunch of tacos but evething. Was cold
Gone 3 times too enjoy brunch
Nice atmosphere, small. On a beautiful day probably nice t sit out front. Personally the food I had was ok the crispy fish tacos. Could have definitely used some seasoning! I would still recommend if you're hanging with friends.
My favorite go to spot when I need good music and amazing food. Looking for a refreshing margarita? This is a place that you need to look into.
Meal started out with waters for everybody. We didn't order the extra ingredients floating around in the water though. Server was happy to replace waters and cups. My food came out great, two in my party had issues. This is when the …
Waiter was attentive. Food was good. Good drink prices
Great food. Drinks are even better
Loved the vibe, food and drinks. Great atmosphere and good music, definitely going back soon.
I live in DC and everytime I go to NY this place is a must stop. Best Margaritas!!
Always a great vibe!
This is my boujie taco spot! Taco Tuesday Happy Hour is literally everyday except brunch time.
This is definitely one of my favorite spots! I’ve always had nothing but outgoing servers.Food has always been great!! Lobster quesadilla is to die for
The mojitos are outstanding. Friendly staff.
Fav huevos rancheros and bottomless brunch in Brooklyn
The fish tacos were delicious and I highly recommend the coconut mimosas. We went for bottomless brunch and it was good value for money.
Fruity pebbles pancakes taste good. But the pancakes were dry & thick
Overwhelmingly hot BUT such good food and super fun stuff to look at. Just be prepared with cool clothes!
The tacos are AWESOME and the drinks are to die for. My favorite BK place
Hip spot that stayed busy the entire time we were there. We had the mango coconut wings and lobster quesadilla. They both were good however the wings came out 1st so by the time the quesadilla came we were almost done. I know it's a quesadilla but it was so much cheese I couldn't taste the flavor of the lobster we only shared one though since we ready to leave by then. The drinks were AMAZING we had the Mezcal and a Gin Mojito. Our server Saretta was SUPER helpful. We'll be come back for her or maybe just sit at the bar. Good date night.
ALWAYS delicious and the service is kind and joyful.
Just OK!... So, the food was decent... Nothing to rave about. I can even understand the slower service because it was full. My issue was that we do an annual birthday dinner with the family, and it was extremely difficult to catch up and talk. The music at this joint is ridiculously loud... Like blasting! This... on top of the place being packed to the brim (fighting to hear over music and the crowd), made the experience mostly disappointing. I do commend the servers on doing the best they can with what could work with as far as service.
Shrimp tacos are great!! Happy hour
It was my first time and it was great. Very nice atmosphere and vibe. The sticks and good was excellent and the staff were friendly and uber cool.
Great lunch specials and all day happy hour. Their tacos are bomb. Awesome vegan options.
Food was delicious. The service was a little.....slow. We made a reservation one day in advance and we ended dup waiting an extra 10 minutes for our table (felt like there wasn't even a point to our reservation then). We had a group of 6 and the food took over 45 minutes to come. We also only saw our waiter 3 times during the whole 2 hours we ended up being there.
Good food!
Drinks were weak, Food was Eh. The only thing nice was our waitress and the decor. Oh and they played good loud latin music
Comfortable chill vibe. Pleasant staff.
Great food, great ambient, great service. Everything we tried in Miti Miti tasted amazing. Great job Cheff!
Excellent Mexican food. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast burrito. It was phenomenal. The shrimp tacos were also delicious and they serve the best (red) sangria I've ever had. Cool, fun atmosphere inside with colorful decorations.
Drink were good food was also very good
Great atmosphere, delicious food with lots of vegan and veggie only options. Our waitress was very helpful. The place is a little loud but not in a bad way. It's not a place for quiet, intimate conversation. It's a lively and fun place!
Omg I had such a good time for my friends birthday. I did the unlimited drink brunch thing....normally margaritas are not my thing but their passionfruit margarita was absolutely AMAZING. It’s time for me to go back
It was cool, I enjoyed my food, but my date was not too fond of her bacon and French toast.
Super chill place to come hangout. Happy hour drinks were delicious!! (Mojito & hibiscus margarita) & the food was exceptional!! The tacos were yummy (not authentic Mexican tacos) but still really good. Try to make a reservation on Friday &weekends to avoid waiting. Overall the decor/atmosphere was attractive, food &drinks good and the price was reasonable.
Nice Mexican spot and the food is very good. the portion size is enough for two. the music and the cozy atmosphere is a win.
Worst dining experience in my 17 years of living in New York. I wanted to come here for a long time and finally we came. The sitting down process was good. That was the only reason this is 1 star rating the rest was downhill. Then the waitress came with an attitude and asked our order as if she was doing us a favor. The whole time she never filled up water, didn’t bring us lemon as we asked for the water, which tasted terrible, never asked how we were doing or if we disliked anything. She didn’t even warn us the plates was burning hot. The food took forever and once it finally arrived it was sure disappointment. It arrived in portion and we had to wait for the rice & beans for the fajita for an extra 15 minutes. Also we ordered chicken quesadilla and empanadas and both came unprepared. The whole experience was horrible but it got worse when the check came. Apparently they have mandatory tipping of 20%!!! I asked to have it removed and told them the service and food was truly disappointing. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip, even a little for bad service but this was just unacceptable. I always leave at least 18% but this truly deserved 0%. Hope they change their ways because obviously the mandatory tipping allows for this horrible service to continue.
Always good food and drinks
They have really good margaritas and we love the food!!! And what a friendly staff!!! Thank you for every time
So good! Margaritas... great, tacos mmmm.
A lovely local spot for brunch, lunch or dinner. An abundance of delicious options to choose from and plenty of vegetarian/vegan options available as well. If you’re in the mood for something other than tacos, be sure to check out their sister restaurant, Bogota Latin Bistro, across the street.
If you like margaritas then you definitely need to give this place a visit.
Unbelievably bad considering how much they charge. Doesn’t even deserve a witty review.
