Enjoyed my meal. I ordered the Luckys famous chicken sandwich combo. Which included the fries and a medium drink. Reasonable for 13.55 with taxes. If you have small appetite just the hamburger will fill you up. Also for college student they have a discount. There's space for you to eat on your own or for a small group of friends.

Wow, this was my first experience at a Lucky's Famous Burgers, and it was excellent! I had the impossible burger, my wife had the beyond burger- both were great. The fries were amazing! They also have a few different types of sauce available for you to try, and self-serve too. The ambience was a little dark and overwhelmingly red, but overall, we were very satisfied. I will definitely be going back, and recommend it!

Love this place serves juicy well done turkey burgers that are grass fed. I love that they also have an option to choose from no corn syrup sodas. They have different fruit flavors and the Root beer is delicious. The fries are always fresh never stale under the light heat basking in an overly salted tray. Very affordable too I might add..... 12 bucks for good quality meat fries and a soda, my money spent was well deserved.

W23 store is my favorite between Chelsea × Hell's Kitchen. Food is fresh service could be a little better specially when you are ordering over the phone...many times there's a mistake with your order. But Chelsea store at least is able to remember to add special sauces to your delivery bag...something that HK store can't do it...seriously they can't remember or they can't be bother...even after you called3x to try to fix your delivered order and ask for sauces....they never make it to your home...so a frustrating....

You’re getting the experience and eating the goodness. One of the only places in town right now with the Impossible Burger. Cheese fries for my wife, Lucky Sauce for me, pickles please, no onions, shame me into lettuce even though I don’t want it, and slice a tomato for good measure, wrap it in a potato bun, hun. I got the cheddar burger with bbq sauce and sweet potato fries both were very yummy. My boyfriend got the regular crinkle cut fries with his burger which was also very good. Customer service was good and service was pretty quick and the place only had a couple of people so we were able to get a seat. My only thing is the tables could've been cleaner considering the amount of down time they had while there.

The food is very good. I stopped in when I read they carry the Impossible Burger and they do it very well. I take out as the seating area isn't great. I recomend it for take over and a great burger at home when you don't feel like cooking.

Had it once, then had it another 3 times that week. During the middle of a health kick too. It's just so good. I'd highly recommend trying all the sauces too. The chilli cheese fries are also fantastic.

The burger and fries were on point and really hit the spot. The chicken salad was good too and was portioned generously, although it took a good 20 minutes to prepare it. Price was fair -- we paid $26 for the food and fountain soda. Service was pleasant and the dining area has a nice, retro diner feel to it. Restroom was clean.

Lucky burgers is one of the best burger restaurants in Manhattan. The burgers are truly amazing. I always order the number one combo, which is a Lucky's famous cheddar burger with fries and a drink and every time it tastes amazing. Another thing I enjoy about Lucky's Famous Burger is the fact you get a lot for your money there. The size of the burgers is large, and the other of fries is well-sized as well.

Wow! The food and people were awesome. The cashier was a breathe of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of the NYC crowds and sad and depressed faces of other establishments. The burgers were fantastic. Vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike will enjoy the many burger options. We all built our own. The shakes were creamy and light. The fountain drinks were also not standard pepsi or coke products. Highly recommend!

Lucky's is a solid burger spot in NYC. There French fries are on point too. They have 2 sauces you can dip(chipotle mayo and Chelsea sauce). They have cookies on the menu which are solid. I havent tried them but hot dogs are also on the menu. My main con is the price of the food. It can get pretty expensive.

It's a delicious burger joint. Like a Whataburger, you will have to wait a little bit for your food as it's made to order, not precooked siting in a warming bin. If it's your first time visiting, I would suggest ordering the original burger? I find them very tasty.

The burgers here are quite good. The fries are the reason to visit. They have the crinkly cut ones and serve them crisp just like they should be. They also have Birch beer, which I adore since I'm from Buffalo originally. There is nothing special about the seating or the staff, just your standard fast food service.

I want to compare this place to In-N-Out, it reminds me of their fresh cut fries and burgers. They have two vegan burgers. I shared both with a friend. I liked the mushroom burger better. Their fries are crinkly cut and they have several sauces to try. They also have Boylan rootbeer on fountain, so this is definitely better than In-N-Out. I really liked their crinkle fries. I like Shake Shack's fries too, but Lucky's is definitely comparable and it's also cheaper. Lucky's is open late and it's not crowded which is nice considering it is in a busy area. I'll definitely come back when I find myself in this area.

do not under any circumstance waste your money, at least not on delivery. 1) charged me for a burger I didn’t order 2) screwed up both burgers, so I didn’t get anything I wanted 3) order and paid for extra sauce, not only didn’t get it but they said I didn’t order it even when it shows I did on the receipt. 4) said they wouldn’t charge me for the extra burger, go to check my bank account and in fact they have charged me the full amount.

I just had the French fries. They're great hot. But, once cold, um... No bueno. There are 4 sauces: ketchup, chipotle, Chelsea & lucky special. One is a mild spicy mayo. And a creamy dipping sauce probably for chicken fingers but we dipped French fries in it. I like them all.

Very delicious, the burgers where a good size for the price, but could have been a little bigger. For NY fast-ish food it was definitely a step up for your usual fair. The Buffalo Onion Rings and the Chicken fingers where definitely the star of the meal. I would actually say that the chicken was better than the beef burger. Would most certainly go back to this place on my next NYC visit.

I've been going to this place ever since my girlfriend showed me about it, and ever since then I've been obsessed with this restaurant. There's so much good I can say about this lovely restaurant, I used to get their loaded fries, and I loved it (I still do), now I just order their chicken fingers and smokin' fries and my taste buds are TOO satisfied, their food is amazing from what I have eaten, I don't really come here for their burgers, but I'm pretty sure they're great too, the customer service is awesome here, they have been the nicest to me and knew I come there every day, they provide some great selections of music and I feel so at home when I'm here, it's great locally and many people come here to eat and relax, wish they had free Wi-Fi but that's not enough to bring back my stars, they deserve 5 stars for everything that they have done for that restaurant and given it love, I wish I can say the same for 52's streets Lucky's but so far this is probably my favorite restaurant

If I'm looking for a fresh tasting burger I usually go to 5 guys, but that has definitely changed after visiting Lucky's the burger had a great flavor and I loved the sauces available for customers to try out. Clean atmosphere and nice staff, I will be back.

This is my favorite lunch spot and the #4 Mini Cheddars combo is just the right balance between two fully dressed sliders and fresh crinkle cut fries along with a fountain drink. Apart from the fast and friendly service, Lucky's has a great variety of sides perfect for a quick bite and for those with a sweet tooth I suggest trying their signature "Lucky Charms" shake.

The server was friendly, and I happen to come at a time when they were not too busy. I have not eaten there in a while, but the burger was good and I like that they allow you to kind of customize it. Maybe it's the area it sits in, but the inside seems a bit drab and uninviting, which is weird because their theme colors seem to be mustard and ketchup. Maybe good cleaning of the chrome stools and the entire space and fresh paint would punch it up. All in all though a good experience.

Now I know why their burgers and fries are famous! I told my brother (spiritual) I wouldn't have gone inside had he not insisted because from the outside sign it looks like a cheapy type of fast food but I was wrong. Yes very affordable (especially in this area of Manhattan) I think just around $15 but with good quality meal. Kids will definitely love their French fries.

At first, this place did not seem like much. The interior was dimly lit with red shades stretching through the air. Your expectations are meet and exceeded by a burger deceptively crafted with flavor and creativity. I had the lower East side burger. THEY PUT BREAKFAST ON A BURGER. Truly only on the east side could a feat like this be accomplished. The sauces here compliment the fries well and the sodas made with cane sugar are phenomenal. Well played Lucky, well played
