Best tacos hands down. I got 1 chipotle chicken and 2 carne asada tacos. They were tasty and very flavorful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is nearby and feels like eating some tacos !!! They have a wide range of options. The order comes out within minutes. I'll be returning definitely !

Great true American restaurant!! Anyone visiting America needs to go to a Jackson Hole. The decor will have you gazing at some of the history America has to offer. Food is oversize. Staff are friendly. Very good experience all in all. Highly recommended.

Thankfully we don't have to go all the way to Wyoming to find this place. Solid service and a burger that doesn't quit. This place is popular at lunch for good reason. Strangely, there aren't as many good burger joints in Midtown as you'd think, but this one I'd come back to.

The place is deceiving from the entrance bar area. The back room is cozy and relaxed with old fashioned real juke box that plays the song you pick. Burger was good salad was large and the cocktail was just right

Excellent burger and fries. If your looking for a huge tasty burger, Jackson Hole Burgers is my go to spot. The waffle fries were excellent too and they had a decent beer selection. The staff was friendly and prompt. The prices are reasonable for New York City and I'm looking forward to trying something new on each visit. So far, I've had the beef burger and the bison burger and neither disappointed.

Chicken strips were horribly over cooked, ranch tasted like sour cream with dill, BBQ tasted like ketchup, Chipotle mayo was too sweet and had almost no vinegar. Burger had no color and was so wet the brioche bun dissolved. Curly fries were good.

The burgers are good. They charge you 3.5 for fries and barely give any. The salads are bland and chooped up where its hard to eat. Very loud cheap blaring speakers or sound system. Wobbly tables and dirty utensils they leave at the tables. No towels in bathrooms or the air dryer not working.

Huge burgers, sounds expensive until you get your meal. I managed maybe half the burger before giving up & getting it to go, and that without sides. Boozy milkshake was also excellent, pretty strong too. Word to the wise, I usually order my burgers rare in an attempt to get people to get me a properly medium rare burger, this place went full rare, exactly as I ordered. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a lovely meal today a grilled chicken sandwich in a garlic bun with bacon and swiss cheese. It was magnificent and had to cut the edges off the chicken just to have a reasonable sandwich. The chicken was lovely lady, bacon made perfectly and cheese melted just right. The curly fries were nice. The Reese's milkshake was most excellent and tasty. I will return again and again to try all the shakes they provide and more of the sandwiches. 5 stars and more great ratings to come.

This is a nice place. The food was good and price was not too bad. About $40.00 for burger, fries, salad, an order of bacon and home fries + a milk shake. I like that they give you pickles as a free starter where as some restaurants may give you free bread or free chips and dip. We were able to be seated in the early afternoon on a Saturday without having to wait.

Usually visit this place a couple times a year when I’m in the mood for a solid, juicy burger, food isn’t as creative as a lot of other options but they are very consistent in delivering a good meal at a reasonable price. Only reason I bump this down to 4 stars is the service, it can be tough to track down your server after ordering for refills & condiments, I’m not complaining based on one trip, but have had issues regardless of how busy the restaurant is.

Jackson Hole Burger was really good. Ordered the Mac and Cheese Burger Deluxe and it was fantastic! Topped with truffle mac and cheese, chopped bacon, cheddar and onion ring. Served on a brioche bun. It was a lot of burger but tasted really good. Good flavor. Juicy. The Mac and Cheese was delicious. It was overall a good burger. The service was good too. The restaurant had a nice vibe to it too. Highly recommended.

I had a birthday celebration for my daughter downstairs. The room size is perfect for 30 people. The arrangements were discussed with Peter. He's a master at his craft. When u feel lost he guides u. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The day came and everything went smoothly. Peter jumped in and helped out BIG TIME!! I screwed up on transporting the cake 80 miles. Peter helped me and the cake look flawless!! His waitress is a GEM!!!! NO SCREW UPS AT ALL!!! Peter and his staff made it happen for us. The 2hr drive was worth it. 80 miles out. Many Thanks. I'll definitely swing by when in N.Y.!!!

This place is an institution when it comes to a monster size great tasting burger. You can't beat their guacamole burger, their BBQ burger, their pizza burger and it just goes on and on. Even their pickles are darn good. Everyone I know always enjoys eating there whether it's my grandma, my toddler or a group of friends. The location is great, the service is excellent and the taste can't be beat.

This is one of the best burger places in NYC. It is a classic place with awesome Western (Wyoming) decorations. The burgers are HUGE. Not for the faint of heart. I love the pizza burger as it is something that you don't really see anywhere else. The place is empty on weekends but weekdays can get crouded . They also have other locations in Brooklyn and Queens. This is a must try .

Had an amazing meal per usual as I frequent the Astoria and ues location. Was just a bit turned off when I got auto gratuity of 18% added to my check, pay attention for that. I always tip more than 20% as I worked service industry for years... that’s a big no no in groups of 2-3 people... all aside Jackson hole makes one of the best burgers in the city

I always enjoy myself at Jackson Hole. The burgers are really amazing. I usually go with the Baldouni burger and fries. My girl also loves the place. I'm not sure if all of the locations have a bar, but some do. Great spot for a cool date. I'd recommend it.

I’ve found myself in this area frequently on Saturday mornings the last few months. Great breakfasts. Usu I end up there a few minutes after 11 and it is not too crowded yet w/brunchers. My fave is the Mexican omelette. All the omelettes are good (May want to specifically ask them to not over cook the eggs if you don’t want them brown). Have a range of brunch cocktails, something of importance to Manhattanites and many New Yorkers in general. Don’t be intimidated by the very “bar” looking facade and dark interior. As a Southerner I like the rustic, rugged Western motif, tho I think John’s weapons were not the real McCoys, but are real if you get my meaning.

Great burgers, they're really BIG and we'll made, although I missed some spice in the meat. The place is small, so it can turn crowded really quick. You can choose to play a music from their repertoire in the jukebox located on each table for $1. Definitely worth the price!

The Jackson Hole franchise consistently serves up properly cooked, juicy, "crumbly" patties, with a choice of sides. By "crumbly," I mean that if you need the patty to double as a scouring pad and hold itself together through the process, Jackson Hole's burgers are not for you. Squeeze hard, they'll fall apart, and you'll appreciate the fork provided. They taste too good to leave any behind. Service was attentive, cooperative, and polite. This has been our experience through the decades we have patronized the chain, and this location has been consistently fine throughout. Oh, yeah, there are other fine things on the menu, like entrees.

this place has a great atmosphere in all.. but the burgers aren't that great. I liked the mac & cheese and the fries but the burger didn't taste right and didnt sit well. the burger is too soft and chewy it would fall off the bun. I was excited to try it which it was ok in all but I was left upset about the burger. definitely ordering something else next time.

Burgers amazing. Must try the Fried pickles- it's worth a trip back just for those! Service was very very good. It was my daughter's birthday and without asking, they brought out a red velvet cupcakes with a candle- everyone in the restaurant (it was quite busy) joined in singing Happy Birthday. Very warm, memorable experience.

You best believe this is the best burger this side of the city. Massive burgers you can customize to your liking and the temperature is always cooked perfectly. Medium rare is never messed up. Great spot, good menu, and easy for a medium group size.

My husband had a bison burger with brie, bacon, and blueberry compote which was delicious. I had the burger with bacon, cheddar, and fried onions and I ate all of it. So good. We both had a side of sweet potato fries, also very good. The tables along the walls have mini jukeboxes. There's John Wayne memorabilia on the walls. There's a long bar in the front and tables in the back. Good spot off the street for lunch.

Been coming to this spot for 7 years and I cant ever get tired of it. The Sundae is served in a 16oz glass omg huge and delicious!!! I deffinently recommend this place. Group of all crowds welcomed!

I have to downgrade my previous review due to a bad experience, which the restaurant had no interest in correcting. I placed a $92 order for take out and had to wait close to an hour after the estimated pick up time. If that was all, sometimes things happen. However, they gave me part of my order with entree's missing, which took 20 min to correct, then forgot several sides which took another 15 min to correct, all while my order got cold and soggy. We had a couple drinks at the bar which we waited patiently for the kitchen to fumble around like it was opening night. No acknowledgement from the kitchen staff this was abnormal or an inconvenience. Take a look at the $7.50 side of curly fries and two sides of coleslaw in a single container looks like. Awesome huh?

Poor me. I went over here for a tasty burger, having read reviews that said it was very good. I got a burger and fries. But frankly, it was not very good. It looked great. And the service was fine. The place is nice enough... But the hamburger was lacking in flavor. It looked great on the plate, very promising. But I got nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, from eating that burger. Typical store-bought bun, completely flavorless tomato and meat. What a tease! Okay the raw onion did its thing. But that was it. Even the Pepsi (from the bar) was below par. I would not recommend it to anyone.
