Great burgers made with high quality ingredients. Has a modern industrial look to it. The "fries" are more of a thick coin cut but they're still delicious. The onion rings are amazing. All the shakes are good and worth a try.

I really expected better. I heard about this Halal burger joint near my house and got excited. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the Angus beef burger that I ordered. It was served at room temp and the quality was maybe slightly above a supermarket frozen beef patty. I mean the decor, the appeal of this place and the 'Gourmet" in the restaurant's name doesn't match the product at all. The side of cajun chips were ok . Can't believe I paid 11 bucks for a meal here.

Finally a place where the food is great! Customer Service is excellent! And you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a authentic halal burger. I've heard about this place for a while and I finally got to try it and it was absolutely worth the wait. Found a new go to burger spot!

AMAZING!! I just got food delivered from Burgerim by Uber eats I had seen a YouTube video of stevensushi trying out the food from here and it looked so good I wanted to try it out myself....and wow’!!! Burgers are so freshhhhh I got the duo the classic cheeseburger with all the fix in and the grilled chicken cowboy style sandwich with fries and onion rings!!! And it comes with a drink!! Now THIS is what I call a great business! Congrats guys!

I visited this location yesterday for lunch and it was amazing. The customer service was very pleasant and the food was really good. The burgers are medium size which allows you to truly enjoy the ingredients.

Ok so let’s start with the bad. Google and website says 11pm closed. I pulled up at 10:33pm and door sign said closed. Let’s continue now with the good. So I walk in anyway. Ask if there’s any chance I could grab something quick to go. The girl says yes sure one more. I ordered a Wagyu beef classic. Lamb cowboy. Merengue California. And fries Wow. Totally satisfied and great quality. I consider myself a picky eater but some of these reviews got me beat. Lmao Anyone who describes this as a White Castle burger has never been to White Castle. This is not a burger from Tao or some upscale joint. But this is not even in the same solar system as White Castle. They have beer milkshakes and every soda flavor possible. And the fries?! Do i even have to mention how great the fries are! All in all a cool experience. Miriam was awesome and I appreciate her help w my ordering as I had some trouble with some of the names. Will be back again!

Very disappointed! I've rated a few places here in there and rarely bother giving a negative review but this place claims to be gourmet fast food and that is most definitely not the case! I visited in the evening when there was almost no one there, the staff was nice and very welcoming. Unfortunately after spending $14 the food was very disappointing. I ordered the wagyu beef sliders expecting a tender fatty burger and what I got was like one of those frozen breakfast sausage patties. The burger was very dense and tough and seemed to be filled with tendons, even after being cooked it held it's shape with the smooth manufactured edges. This place is not gourmet at all and the price is not justifiable, honestly wish I went to McDonald's!

Just finished eating here at first I wasn't crazy about the size of the burgers ,but mix and matching them changing up the meat, and adding what you want, or going with their styles is fantastic. The food is cooked perfect and just leaves you feeling good. Definitely will return. Highly recommend and the staff is A+

Has variety of selections. Burgers are good, plump & juicy. But on the sweet potatoe fries, the take out are less than when you dine-in. The cuts are thicker, I prefer the skinny ones they're crispier.

As part of the Fresh Meadows community, I was looking forward to try this place out . My dear colleague brought burgers ,fries and a shake, telling us the place had opened. When we walked over to the burger place, the girl at the front was ready to take our order, but the manager turned us away, telling us it was only for "friends and family". I was confused just as much as their employees were. It also turns out that my colleague never knew anyone from the staff. Clear case of discrimination and terrible service.

I ordered two veggie mini burgers classic style and they were really tasty. They were a good size I liked it better than one big burger to be honest. I also ordered their fries and they were good but kind of soggy and a little tasteless. The resteraunt itself was very clean and had cute decor. There's also a frozen yogurt shop inside of the store which I have yet to try (I dont think it opened yet) but will try in the future. Pricing was moderate more expensive than other burger places but not bad. It reminds me very much of Buffalo Wild Wings but with burgers. They play sports on the tvs and offer beer.

I've stopped here many times since they've opened up, and it's genuinely one of the best burger spots/restaurants I've seen in a while. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, not to mention the food is to die for. So many options to choose from and the interior design makes it an even more amazing experience. Won't be surprised if they blow up even more than they already have. Highly recommend for families & friend groups looking for a low key & high quality food spot.

It was okay. Way too expensive, considering how average the food was. I got the dry/age beef and it didn’t have a lot of flavor. The chicken burgers we got barely had any chicken in it. Way better substitutes in the area. They do have free refills tho.

Our food was good but one item was missing. How annoying that the phone in the restaurant wasn't being answered and was picked up by a machine with no way to leave a message! Then I called our delivery guy (he had called us with an address question so I had his number.) He didn't answer his phone and the message said he hadn't set up his mailbox.

Amazing food & great service that's fast! You walk in, place your order, grab a seat and they bring the food to you! So many combinations to try. Fun atmosphere. Oreo milkshakes to die for. Burger are slightly bigger then sliders but 2 with sweet potato fries was enough to fill me up. The best part is you're not eating the same slider over and over if you dont want to. You can make each slider on your tray unique. Will definitely be back!
