Somewhat disappointing The restaurant has an engaging presence from the street. Sadly, the food was edible, ordinary at best. We ordered 2 salads: Nicoise and Caesar, with a side of Brie. The quality of the greens on both salads did not appear to be very fresh and the dressing had little flavor. I've purchased tastier Brie at my local cheese shop.

Akin was our waiter today and he was wonderful. We got caught in the rain earlier and had a chill. He and a fellow waiter climbed up on a chair to adjust the fan over our table. This kind of attention makes a meal all the more enjoyable. T

Today we went to eat at this fabulous restaurant and we had a great time!!! Our waiter Leo was a great waiter and I really enjoyed the service. The food was exquisite and I enjoyed the abundance of options the menu obtained. Leo helped us pick out exceptional food options and I picked the fillet au boeuf. Delicious. We ordered the duck confit & the steak frites (medium rare). Both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. Although I’ve had better fries, the steak was so perfect it did not require any additions. The duck confit was soft and tender, it fell right out of the bone. My advice is to book in advance as this restaurant is very busy. We enjoyed a pleasant evening. Special thanks to Akin for his great service!!

Started off great, but went downhill fast. We were seated right away with our Open Table reservation. First impression was what a great atmosphere. Very upbeat and warm environment. We placed our order right away. The waiter seemed annoyed by our presence from the start. Our soup came out about 10 minutes after ordering. After that, it was about 20 minutes until our main course meals arrived. Those waits did not bother us since we knew everything would be freshly made. The food itself was pretty good but the prices are definitely quite high. Our waiter did not check in on us one time during our meal. No offers to refill our beverages the entire meal. We had not seen our waiter since we placed our original order. After the meal we were presented with a dessert menu. It was almost 20 minutes before our waiter came back to take our order for that. After dessert he dropped the bill off and took another 15 minutes to come back to get it. We constantly saw our waiter chatting with other staff rather than checking in on the tables. Each time he came back I could see the “oh crap” look on his face because he realized we were waiting for a while for the dessert order and the bill payment. All in all it was a two hour meal that should have been just over an hour. By the end of the meal we were just annoyed and felt like we were ripped off by the poor service considering the money we were paying. Whether you’re paying $200 for a meal for 2 or $500 for a meal for 2, the service should be the same. We didn’t feel like that was the case.

The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance with beautiful decor, good music, excellent service from the hostess to our attentive and friendly waiter Leo who took very good care of us. The food was excellent from appetizers, with great bread, entree and deserts. There are plenty of drinks to choose from to satisfy a variety of tastes. It’s a very lively place that still provides the comfort of coziness. Will definitely return (don’t forget to make a reservation, we have been trying to get into this place several times but it’s gets packed quickly).

What a lovely afternoon my daughter and I have experienced dining on mushroom ravioli with truffles and Farro Salad with fresh salmon. Dado was the absolute best at customer service!!! We hung out way too long but the staff was so gracious and never made us feel like we had to hurry. Kind of a true French experience I guess.

What a find! This is a fun, very elegant French Bistrot with tasty food and fabulous service. There are large mirrors over the bar which make the place feel bright and air. It also has a colorful authentic tile floor with a piano in one corner of the room for late night song and dance! This is an excellent restaurant and one I hope to return to very soon. Julia W

Went with a friend for a weekday lunch and it was great! The atmosphere is really nice with the natural light and all the glass tablewares. Had the Boucherie Burger and it was done very well, juicy, thick patty and buttery bun. Our serve Manu was super nice and offered to swap the fries with salad when asked. Highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this chill spot on a Saturday night. The hostesses greeted us warmly and were lucky enough to find seats at the bar because it was busy (but didn’t feel crowded). Our 3 wonderful bartenders, including a charming Dusan, engaged with us quickly and kept us laughing and drinking throughout the evening. Definitely a spot this New Yorker will be returning too.

Great ambiance and delicious food! The skylight and the decors created a pleasant dining experience. However the food is overpriced. Service was attentive but a bit forceful and weird. Our server offered us free desserts if we left google reviews. Then he insisted on us mentioning his name in the reviews a few times. I felt awkward and didn’t agree to his request. Finally he even wrote down his name for us... We noticed that a few other reviews mentioned the server’s names too. It might be a restaurant policy but I personally didn’t enjoy the awkward and artificial interactions.

My steak was cooked phenomenally, which I was extremely please about. This special cut was also as tender of a piece of steak that I've ever had. Since filets typically have less flavor than other cuts, I was tempted to order a sauce, but forewent that notion because this dish came with truffle butter. I will say I could've used more truffle flavor and a tad more salt, but all-in-all this was a wonderful steak. Did I love paying $120 for it? Maybe not so much.

Excellent place. So much taste. The service was great with Akim, he’s the man. There were other servers coming and going as well, didn’t get their names, but very attentive and considerate as well. Try the tomahawk, it’s meant for 2 or 3 people, or come hungry and try finishing it yourself. The addition of the bone marrow was a nice touch too. The decor is very chic and nice, great for night out with a few close friends or date night or to bring parents or special company company to. Overall it’s an excellent place for a great dining experience.

We came to Boucherie to celebrate an occasion and were not let down! Our steaks came out amazing and the service is on point. Our waiter was even kind enough to bring us extra bread. Excellent french food. The ambiance is lovely, the service is impeccable. The waiters are attentive and very professional. Don't expect more than 2 bathrooms though for this establishment, that's the only drawback. Try the steak menu with the various aged stakes. Meat lovers heaven. There is a bone marrow dish, that is pretty large and I keep hearing that it is delicious.

To sum up my experience in two words - overpriced and underwhelming. In a city with so many amazing steakhouses, there’s really no reason to bother with Boucherie. The steak is mediocre. The fat on the steak was chewy and not rendered properly. Probably owing to the grilling technique they use. Service was slow and inattentive, and when we did have the waiter’s attention his demeanor was quite curt. There was also a long line to use the restroom throughout the night. Just really subpar for the price point. The cocktails were good though.

Takes French bistro feel to the next level. We made a reservation for 5 and were pleased with an edge side spot on the 2nd floor with a perfect view of the floor. Akin was a great server and tended to our every need. Try to get a spot by the walk-in closet of wine, which augmented the flair.

First let me say the service was great. Waiter and support very professional and attentive. Now the reason we won’t be coming back - horrible value for money. There are plenty of other places nearby that offer a $50 steak that is prepared and tastes much better. Even the fries, though they looked beautiful, had little flavor. And the peppercorn sauce was basically all pepper and very little other flavor. Plus, the $20 watered martini just sealed the deal. I don’t mind paying $20 for a great martini. But not one that is mixed with water.

This place is amazing. We celebrated our 11 year old son’s birthday here and had the butcher block and tomahawk steak. They were both cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic. The waiter guided us through all the items on the menu and recommended a really nice selection of entrees. Very friendly and upbeat atmosphere.

Absolutely loved eating outside. What an experience. Was fortunate to be able to get a seat outside without a reservation... We were shocked and a bit lucky especially on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend. We had the wagyu truffle burger and it was delicious as well as rigatoni bolognese which we all, my 18 month old included, loved as well.

Had a good time, though left disappointed. First, the service wasn't good, the waiter was not a professional. Second, my table is not suited for eating since it is swinging. Moreover, I didn't get any napkin or towel, and the knife and glass were not clean. As for the food, had the steak with French fries. This one is supposed to be a flagship meal of theirs, but beside the peppercorn which I do not know how to make, I believe I could make a better stake at home. The stake was good, though over cooked and also too lean. It cut easily and the meat is soft. House red wine is nice. Believe that some other dish could have been great!

Have been wanting to go to this place for a long time because they have a beautiful patio that’s always packed on weekends. Pricey but ultimately the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Akin was wonderful and very attentive. Perfect brunch spot for a sunny day!
