The restaurant is a clean, well lit place! When you walk through the door, you pass a seating area and then walk down a few stairs to get to the main seating area and counter. I arrived around 6 PM on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty much empty. More patrons rolled in around 6:30 PM. The menu was simple but still had enough variety in its options. I ordered the the Maple Bacon burger, becasue it's a seasonal item with a side order of sweet potato fries. The burger was a fair size and was very tasty. I enjoyed the spicy slaw that came on the burger! The fries were not greasy, for me, had the right amount of salt. Even though I had a burger, I would like to visit here again to try another menu item.

Update: I tried this place again despite my better judgement. I put "please make sure dressing is full" under "special instructions", and that worked! I got a full dressing and even an additional dressing, although it was a different kind than I ordered (I assume someone is missing their balsamic right now). But today, they forgot my CHICKEN on the Southwestern Chicken Salad that costs $10! I paid $10 for lettuce, corn, beans, and dressing. This place clearly doesn't have it together, and I will no longer be ordering from them because they are so unreliable. They cannot fulfill a simple order for a menu item as it comes. The Southwest Chicken Salad is delicious, but they ALWAYS short me on dressing. Since I am ordering through Foodsby, I am unable to check whether my dressing is full before receiving it. The first time ordering, I received less than 1oz of dressing and was unable to eat 1/2 of my salad. Today, I received 1 oz of dressing out of the 2oz I should be receiving. I used to work in restaurants, and I know this is an employee being lazy. Please fix this! I just want to eat my salad with no complications.

This place has never let me down. I always go for the Southwestern chicken salad with an added egg. It's always fresh and tastes really good, compared to nearby Monty Qs Salad. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because it is a bit more pricier than Monty Qs. Monty Qs also has a salad card (think of it like frequent customer care) that gives you a free salad (well upto $10 value) after buying 10 salads. Burgers at b.good are also really delicious and not as greasy as nearby eateries.

We dropped in for a quick bite at lunchtime on a slow Sunday. We were the only customers in the place yet the server gave us extreme attitude when we walked in. She grunted at us when we politely asked for a menu, she looked sullen when we asked to order food and she sneered at us that we weren't allowed to order from the kids' menu (the options for vegetarians are very poor indeed so I didn't have a lot of choice - what difference does it make to her what we eat?). Both members of staff were standing around doing nothing when we walked in, yet we were treated as if we were interrupting them. Very poor menu, very rude staff. We left without purchasing anything and won't be going back.

I can't believe how good this place is. The staff is always so friendly and attentive and the food is AMAZING. I've gotten the spicy kale and lime bowl (I think that's what it's called) both times and I highly recommend it. The flavors are so delicious and so fresh. I work around the corner from B good ! As a vegetarian, I love the veggie burger and salad bowl options that they have along with the sweet potato fries. I have tried all the bowls since most of them are vegetarian options. However, I went for lunch last week and I ordered power bow without egg and the portion was so small. I didn’t understand how the employee that made the bowl didn’t realize that the portion was so small and the bowl was not even half full. I know their portion sizes are perfect but last week I was not pleased to pay $11 and change for a small portion bowl that did not fill me up. Hopefully they are mindful the next time they are giving half full bowl to someone for lunch .

It is the second time we used your delivery service and it sucks. The issue was the same as the first time. The portion size. Normally we order our food in the restaurant and I know your normal portion size but when you deliver the portions are reduced by 50%. From this portion maybe a small kid can get full but not an adult. For 10$ i can get bigger and better lunch somewhere else. For the second meal we put in the instructions please replace kale with a normal salad and what do we get as side? Of course kale. Sorry your food is not worth the money. Never again we will order lunch with you!

As great as this place is in theory, every single time I've been there, the order is either wrong or takes 20 minutes or more to receive. When I stumbled across this restaurant for the first time it was great! At the moment it was quiet so ordering and receiving the food was nice and easy. The chicken sandwich I got was good and presented very well. However the next time that I visited it wasn’t so quiet, in fact the place was very busy. I ordered two burgers and two shakes for my girlfriend and I (which was now her first time) at 12:10. I did not receive my food until 12:56 and even notice that people who came after me got their food first. On top of the wait the order was slightly wrong and presented very sloppy, my bun was hard and my girlfriends was soggy. Keep in mind it looked as if they had a short handed staff, especially compared to the customers that they attract. My advice: It ultimately is a fine restaurant with good food and styling, as long as there is no line. If there is a line expect a long wait and rushed service.

Food is very fresh. Better to try their salad selections than their burgers first. Meat is usually a bit more cooked than needed. They still taste really good, just order down from what you usually get (say medium if you want medium-well for example). Salads are delicious. They also have an informative chalkboard telling where they are getting their food from. In this day and age, that is a welcomed exception to the norm.

I can see this as part of my typical lunch rotation. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad. It was good, but could have used more lettuce. The chicken was fine and I liked the dressing (though it wasn't Caesar dressing which makes it odd that it's a Caesar Salad...). It's clean and the service was quick. Plenty of seating.

September 18th; 4:45 pm; the only guest. I ordered a seasonal burger Sal Bacado for over 8$ and a soda. The root beer was without concentrate and my question if she could refill it? No it's not possible! I was the only customer. Then dark cherry and coke both were warm so it contained no carbon dioxide. Giving the serving girl this and again , I'm so sorry, unfortunately this wasn't an excuse it is incompetent behavior. I'm really disappointed!

First time visiting and had high hopes because of the good reviews. I ordered the burger kid's meal. It was so small...and dry... a slider is much bigger. The fries were so old, hard and stale, my toddler who eats just about anything cried and said "eww" after trying to take a bite from it. I also got an "Adopted Luke", that was more like a sloppy joe. It was DRENCHED in BBQ sauce I had to wipe so much off, undercooked onions, burnt bun and the patty so small it only covered half of the bun. I noticed this because I took a few bites and saw that the taste and texture was off, so halfway I opened it and saw that I had only been eating sauce, bread and mushrooms, and that the patty hadn't even been bitten into, because it was so small and fit in only half of the whole bun. The only thing I really liked were the Brussels sprouts, they were delicious and they tasted fresh. Based on my first visit, I would not be going back. I can just get a side of Brussels sprouts from Tupelo Honey to-go and it comes with the most delicious ranch.

Do not go here if you are looking for something cheap but healthy. The food was extremely overpriced for what you get. The guy at the register asked me what kind of bread I wanted, listing low carb as one of my options, so I chose that thinking I was getting a healthier, lighter option to a typical bun. Instead when the burger came to me, it was just a burger laying on a bed of raw kale and "cooked" vegetables. Oh, not to mention..the "low carb bun" was 3 extra dollars which I didn't know until I got the receipt. For 2 burgers, a small fry, a smoothie and the "low carb bun" was $29.00. Not only was the food overpriced and not that great, but the service was terrible. The guy at the register mumbled the whole time I was ordering and was not at all helpful when I asked questions. The whole staff, except the cook who I didn't interact with, was rude and not very friendly. Which when you're paying that much for a meal, you would expect at least a "hello, how are you? Anything I can help you with?" Etc. Etc. Some guy did come to our table and asked how our food was, but that was after being rude to me when I picked up the meal from the kitchen. Oh yeah, they don't even bring the food to you. You have to go get it. Which wouldn't be so bad if the staff was nice when you went to pick it up. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here, and I will not go here again. Do not recommend. There are a lot more tasty, healthy restaurant options that cost a lot less with friendlier service.

Signed up for the app through instagram and got a free meal! It was great! Everything was freshly made. Vegan and Vegetarian options. Lots of space and the workers are nice! They have affordable prices. Smoothies are good! Overall a good environment to eat in.

Ordered 2 veggie burgers and 2 chocolate shakes.Happy to see grill used only for veg foods, not meat. Milkshakes made with real dipped ice cream but small in size especially for the price charged. Burgers handmade to order and delicious. Did not come with any chips. All in all food was good but too expensive. Building finishes made for a noisy atmosphere especially if you wear hearing aides. B.good is fine. It’s a healthier twist on junky fast food and they do a good job on some of their food items. But it is kind of confusing because they will have a pure healthy quinoa salad as well as a local organic burger with buttery white bread. It’s as if some stuff is super healthy (not really a twist on any fast food) and other stuff is a nice twist like the burger. However even though the burger is a good offering, it didn’t taste very good and the burger was much smaller than the bun. The quinoa salad was surprisingly better and a much bigger portion.

B. Good serves up healthy and tasty meals that are fresh and true to the original flavors. My favorites are the bowls, which are deceptively large, full of roasted veggies, grains, and greens, but very lightly dressed. Third time's a charm. My experience thus far with B Good has been rather interesting. Their food is quite delicious, when you've actually received everything your order comes with. I heard about B Good from my coworkers, and I love being able to get healthy food at a convenience so I thought I'd give them a try. For my first visit I decided to stop in, check out the menu board and place a to-go order. I was really hungry, and opted for the southwest chicken salad. It sounded terrific on the menu board. My order came up very quickly, and I headed back to my place of work so I could enjoy my lunch. To my dismay, there was no chicken on the salad. I was very hungry and ate it anyway. A few moments later I decided to call them and ask what all comes on the salad, for I wondered if maybe I was confused and the salad didn't actually come with chicken. Turns out, they forgot my chicken. I wasn't upset or angry, but the manager generously gave me two free meals. I told him it was my first time and he really wanted to make it up to me and give me a better experience the next time. I appreciated the kindness and gave them another try a few weeks later. So, for my second experience I ordered the same salad. I was really excited to get it this time, for I was certain it would have everything on it and taste amazing. Unfortunately, this time they forgot the avocado that comes with it. And it being a free meal, I felt it would be petty to call and inform them of their mistake so I ate it and said nothing. I came in today for a third order. I ordered the same thing, for the third time- a southwest chicken salad. I got there a little early and this time actually got to watch them create this tasty meal. Three different people read the order, one of them put it together. I was asked if I was the person who ordered the salad to-go, and I replied "Yes." The woman who asked then put a lid on y salad, and was about to bag it before I kindly asked, "Would you mind putting avocado on there for me?" She obliged and handed me the finished product. I wasn't about to eat another mistake, and I'm happy to say that the southwest chicken salad is delicious and very filling with everything that comes on it. My only grievance with this restaurant is the accuracy of orders being made. Third time really is a charm.

Good food, bad service recently. I usually call in orders so putting up with employees on the phone can be challenging. Typically put on hold, sometimes never picked up. I placed a call in order, the young lady told me 15 mins for pick up. I sent a coworker to pay for the order and when she didn't return after 20 mins, I walked over to see what the hold up was. She paid for the food and was waiting on the food. I sent her back to the job and i waited an additional 10 mins before being asked if i was helped. Explained the situation and found out the food had been sitting since my coworker paid for the order. My food was cold and 30 mins of my work day was wasted. Very leary of ordering again.

This is the second time I have visited this location. I work nearby so decided take my lunch there. First time I ordered the butter nut soup and a chocolate peppermint smoothie and a burger to go for my hubby. The soup was yummy but only filled halfway. They also took forever to make the smoothie and burger. No one in there not sur why it took so long. I visited for a second time today to give them another chance. I ordered same smoothie and a side of fries with jalapeno ranch. The cashier was charging full price for the smoothie when I had to remind its half price after 2. Then once again, food was taking way too long. There was only 2 other customers in there. The people that work here have no sense urgency. I am on a luch so don't have a lot of time. The food is good but portions too skimpy. Will not be back to this location.

B. Good zucchini spaghetti with eggplant meatballs was exceptionally tasty. Being served on a bed of kale was an added bonus. The Adopted Luke burger was incredible! My husband has wanted to try this place for quite a while. I typically equate "super healthy" food with a lack of flavor. Boy was I wrong! Tried the west side burger with fries....DELICIOUS. super fresh ingredients, bursting with flavor. It took a bit to actually get our food but it was worth the wait. I'm obsessed with the lemonade infused with rosemary. Looking forward to going back.

Needed a quick dinner last night and thought I would try it out. We ordered a burger, salad, and vegetables and 2 beers. $36 bucks a little sticker shock but thought maybe the food would be high quality. The experience started to turn bad right after paying. We had ordered 2 beers with our meals and when I asked for my beer i was told to find a seat and they would bring them to me? After time one beer was brought out and we were told the keg has to much pressure to pour another one and they would be back. After about another five minutes they return with a glass of beer. Our name was called and we picked up our food,. The food presentation was poor at best and no tray to carry the food to the table so 2 trips. The burger I ordered was charcoal burnt not medium rare as ordered. the burger was also the size of a slider. The burger was served on a stone hard bun that was a day old. When I brought the burger back up to the cash register I was told they had no more meat and they used the last "bit" of meat to make that one. It was 6:30 PM or so (dinnertime) and they ran out of food? Vegetables were oil grilled nothing special, Salad was okay but still nothing to talk about. Cashier did credit us back after we asked but no apology was given. I wonder what this place will be next?

I popped in around 6:40 PM and both of the employees I engaged with were very friendly. I had a buy one entree get the 2nd free.. So I opted for the Roasted Root & Mushroom Greens & Grains bowl and a Veggie burger. The bowl had faro, beets (which I did not like in this- they had a soft and slippery consistency), kale, sweet potatos, brussel sprouts, fresh and ripe cranberries, a couple of different mushroom varieties, lentils and a nice vinaigrette. The greens were very fresh and tasty and the lentils hearty. I ate it almost immediately. By the time my bowl was 3/4 gone, I was full and saved my burger for later. Eventually I ate it. I had avocado, cilantro, tomato salsa and chipotle puree atop a homemade veggie burger.. It had a nice spicy kick to it. Overall I liked the bowl best. Upon my return, I'll try a smoothie!

Went x2. Both times the food was colder and overcooked. The fries were burnt to a crisp when I got back to my office and opened the package. The next time I went I nicely mentioned it and they said they would give me something better. That time the fries were cold and soggy.

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and regret it. The caesar salad had the most dry and bland chicken I've ever tasted, in addition to having NO romaine lettuce. Despite the rave reviews, I'm extremely disappointed. Update - I emailed them as requested and never received a response back. No worries, I'll never return as they clearly don't truly value customer service.

On this visit we tried the Veggie burger with Real Fries as this is what we had a craving for. We will have to go back and try all the other delicious items on their menu. If you have not given this place a try I certainly recommend it. Be sure to have the Beetroot Lemonade.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that the wheat bun on my veggie Patty was not vegan, nor were the eggplant meetless balls. I went here during a small break I had from a class. I ordered a soda and avacado toast. There were 4 employees in the kitchen and a manager on the floor. There was on customer present who had already received their food. The employees made no attempt to completed the order in an efficient manor. I waited my full 10 minute break for my order at which it was not complete. I left without my food as I couldn't be late for my class. However I was incredibly dissapointed with the lack of motivation of the staff, and the overall apathy they expressed in regards to their job. I mean it's sliced avocado on toast... jeeze

From the moment i walked through the door, i experienced an amazing expression of "Welcome!" i had no idea what to try first but, the cashiers were very helpful in explaining the menu selection. Good Vibes! My first time in was so relaxing & i noticed that there was enough room inside for a small party or even an casual yet intimate dinner. i strolled on over to the juice section and to my surprise they had 4 different kinds of lemonade. Rosemary, Strawberry, Beetjuice (which is now my favorite) and unsweetened tea. They call out ur name when ur order is up & i couldn't wait! The hamburgers are out of this world!!!! i was totally blown away! So tasty!!!! i can't wait to try the salads and the smoothies. Definitely a trip worth making!

Extremely overrated. Service was horrible, and we waited over 30 minutes for our food because they were making catering orders or something. The guy that ordered before us got his food after we were done eating, which is rediculous. When I got my food, the burger was small and wasn't very flavorful. It was OK, but no where near the best burger I've ever had. The real fries (their version of French fries) are bad. Not only did they not have any ready to serve and I had to wait an additional 10 mins to get them, when I got them they were soggy and not very good. They also don't have any real drinks in their machines, it's all house made drinks and juices that are pretty good. Im not going here again probably ever, if I want a salad I'd go to chopped and if I wanted a burger I'd go to five guys. For the very high price the food should be amazing along with the service, but they both weren't very good.

This place was great! I had the El Guapo with a chicken breast, and sweet potato fries. The chicken was a bit over cooked, but the sandwich was still on point. The fries were on point! Best part was the Stubborn soda on tap. That pineapple cream flavor was top notch.

Had the southwest chicken salad yesterday. It was amazing. The chicken was moist, the spices were there and the avocado tasted so fresh. But today I came back for a burger. The wait was long and it had no flavor. All the flavor from yesterday and all the excitement of coming back today resulted in disappointment. I recommend the salads and bowls, don't touch the burgers. Also the fries were burnt and soggy.

We love b.good and visit the Rea rd. Location from time to time. Everytime we where there the food was great and the service was exceptional. We decided to try the ballantyne location and we where disappointed. The location was pretty empty and quiet. We placed our order and waited. There were three people working and for some reason the food took extra long to make. The food came out and it was sad to say the least. The avacado salsa came with a small handful of chips and a big chunk of uncut avacado on top. I ordered my bowl with tofu but they forgot to put it in. The burger was ordered on greens and it was small. Our side order of carrots look wilted and soft. And the guacamole on top of the burger was sour and did not taste fresh. The drink fountain was broken but the manager apologized. Over all we felt that this was not b.good's standard and will not be coming back.

Amazing fresh salads. Great customer service. The menu has various food options. The juices taste so real with zero added sugar. Healthy place to dine in or take a to go anytime. They have happy hours from 2-5pm (mon-fri) where the juices are 1/2 priced. The quantity of salads/bowls are limited.. so buy some extra fries or shake/juice if you are hungry.

I wish I could tell you the gentleman's name, but he was a young man that made my veggie sandwich. I was a bit hesitant to tell him that I wanted hotter fries because I didn't want to be one of those complaining customers, but without attitude, he offered me a new bag with a smile! From the time I entered the store till I left, all of the employees showed me kindness and respect so shout out to the manager!!! The food was decent, I love the menue options since it offer not only burgers, but smoothies and salads! The point is, althought it wasn't my favorite veggie burger, I would highly recommended B.GOOD to all because of the service and the fact they will make it to your liking if you don't like it. Try it! I got the veggie burger, you may enjoy something else!!

NOT GOOD!. At least, not today. I usually order the Power Bowl, which is amazing. But today, I decided to try the burger. :-( Big Mistake. It was CHARRED all the way through. Even the fries were burnt. The burger itself isn't that large, and as you can see, I could only finish half before my mouth taste buds started rejecting the ash. Just horrible. I did give them 3 stars, because again, I love their Power Bowl. B. Good burgers should also taste Good too! Thanks but no thanks. Update #1: I should have looked at the reviews of their burgers before ordering. I know better. That being said, I did call them, and spoke with a nice young woman on the phone that was extremely apologetic. She is not only offering to remake, but to have it re-delivered. Which is awesome. I will update again once the food has arrived, and we'll see if they've cooled the grill off a bit! Thanks all! Update #2: So, The burger is not medium. It's done. But oh so much better than the grill kindling they sent me before. Therefore, I'll up the rating to a 4 star. Simply because they really tried to make the burger better for a dissatisfied customer. And I thank them for the. And the gentleman that delivered my meal, was so kind. He apologized again, and let me know that I can come in and get a free smoothie for this mistake. (Which it truly was.) Thanks all! And B. Good!

Orders are consistently wrong. Sometimes vanishing into non-existence. I thought it would have gotten better after opening, but it's still terrible. I think their ticketing process or kitchen line needs some serious work. The app sucks. I order via the app and go in and they have no record of anything. This has happened multiple times. Simple things like "sub white bun" on my burger, never happens. Side of fries with my burger forgotten multiple times. Sad because I'm a local and was excited for this new spot, but probably never eating here again, it's not worth the hassle. 1 star because on the rare occasion that the order is right and you get in and get out, the food is actually good.

Food was mediocre. Feels a bit overpriced considering the food. I got the beef el guapo over a bed of veggies and the paty was very dry, didn't have much of any flavor. Most of the flavor was concentrated in the sauce which they gave like a 1/2 teaspoon of. The veggies (carrots, broccoli, zucchini, kale) were salted, but again, there wasn't much any flavor going on there. This contrasts with the B.Goods in Massachusetts, which are usually pretty good about the sauce.
