This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Cocktail bar.
Fun pharmacy themed bar with fantastic drinks. Each drink we had was $18, and well worth it. Super friendly bartenders sporting smocks. Small space with couch seating. We went shortly after opening and had no trouble getting a spot and served right away.
This place is so cool! The atmosphere, the music and of course the drinks are amazing. Worth waiting in line for.
go on monday nights for gabe cummins' band, he's awesome! good cocktails, good music, what's better?!
Good cocktails, nice local and easy going people
Next time I'll be back with my relatives. The place has a good feel to it.
This was one of my favorite cocktail bars. On any work night, the drinks and ambiance are wonderful. Then I tried going on a Friday night, when at the strike of 10:00 the bar transforms Cinderella-like to become douchey as all hell. The normally quiet interior now echoes with generic club music, booming so loud you can hear it on the street. Prepare for a night of screaming things into your date’s face if you’d like to communicate. Of course, if you can make it into the interior, you are among the lucky ones. If you want the privilege of paying $16 for a cocktail, expect to be made to stand in line for an arbitrary amount of time, independent of the bar’s occupancy, while a surly bouncer frowns at you. Then expect to be turned away because your shoes do not match their dress code. Unless your friends or partner are of the painfully basic sort who are impressed by loud music and disdain for customers, I recommend spending your Friday night elsewhere.
Incredible cocktails: thoughtfully constructed. The flavours blend well and complement one another without ever risking that "what have I just ordered" cocktail downside. It's an exciting menu to explore, with interesting combinations you won't find anywhere else.
Ok, I get it that this place is going for the mysterious apothecary theme. The entrance is really "hidden" and barely noticeable. Cool. When you enter, all the drinks are something that feels magical and mysterious. I had 3 different drinks that sounded great in description, and all tasted horrible. Cucumber licorice... oh gosh. Perhaps it fits some pallets, but ruined my night. To make matters worse, the bar desperately needs more seats. The entire cozy mystery and witchcraft theme works when you have about half the place full. But when everyone is practically shoulder to shoulder, just a barely bearable bar in Lower Manhattan.
Cool small place in china town.. great crowd
Very interesting cocktail bars, with plenty interesting choices and beautiful decors. Also they have live jazz band on Tuesday night, quite a gainer. The overall phenomenon is good, just some moments can get super noisy and hard to listen to your pals.
Great ambiance and cocktails. The bartender was extremely nice and gave good tips for enhancing your palette. I ordered an old fashioned to test out the waters, but my partner ordered penicillin, and the royal Hawaiian. There's also games for you to enjoy as you get buzzed.
Very great area to enjoy a drink with some friends and met new people .
Cozy venue with an intriguing aesthetic. Make sure you try a few of their mixed drinks. Unique drinks meticulously mixed by skilled mixologists. Dress code in effect so don't dress like a bum.
Incredible drinks. Absint, please!
3 stars for the cool atmosphere. None of us liked our drinks. Maybe we just picked the wrong things. Mine tasted like licorice. For the prices, I would expect to love the drinks. We couldn't even finish them. Money down the drain. Maybe we'll try again some day...
Very original bar! Drinks 9/10 Service 9/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Price 3/10 Pretty expensive drinks however they are decent! The drinks are made by a bartender that looks like doctor with a lab coat haha! Overall nice atmosphere with comfortable seating with comfy pillows!
Interesting place to have a drink
Definitely a trendy hidden speakeasy vibe... Good drinks but they have a door policy which can be good or bad depending on the night... It has been alittle while since I have returned but the cocktails and the vibe is worth it if your into that sort of thing...
My go-to recommendation for anyone visiting china town at night! I've never brought someone here who was disappointed with the drinks. Creativity and variety at its finest. Highly recommended for those willing to explore off the beaten path.
Was there last night for a friends birthday celebration and this place has great vibes! We arrived at 10:30 and there was no cover, great drinks and mixed crowd. Culture vibes are very positive and music was on point with the best old school hip hop and current hip hop. Definitely will be back!
Good vibes!
Nice dungeon type atmosphere, good music
Excellent craft cocktails in a hip and cozy atmosphere.
For being such a well talked about and bespoke cocktail bar, the 2 drinks i had were not that good. Or maybe i chose wrong, but the service (bartender) was overly pretentious and not really customer experience centric. Felt more like 'take your drink and leave'., which is what we did. Ill give it another try when in manhattan, it deserves it. The decoration of the place (antique pharmacy) is absolutely epic.
Nice place with a great selection of strange but tasty cocktails
We were in NYC for the week and wanted to come here on our last night for drinks in a unique spot. When we arrived, we along with others spent a bit of time looking for the entrance, and we eventually had to ask a bouncer next door for help. He looked in through the window and informed us that it looked like there was a private event going on, and that the doors would not be opened until around 10pm. Disappointing to say the least, as there was no mention of a private event anywhere online. We didn't have the time to wait two hours, and unfortunately we were not able to experience Apotheke. Still giving 4-stars as I'm more than sure this place is deserving of a full five had we been able to try some drinks.
DO NOT MISS this hole in the wall cocktail bar. No obvious signage out front, but there’s usually a line and a bouncer which you can spot.
A cool place to enjoy your self, and great live music, check it out.
Awesome music. Great atmosphere.
A really fun speakeasy located in Chinatown which serves some excellent cocktails. The concoctionsare unique and constantly updated. Lovely ambience, dim lighting and jazz music playing in the background . Went here on a Wednesday which happened to be the burlesque dancing night. Had so much fun! Highly recommend.
Nice atmosphere but marked 1* because we were asked to put a card behind the bar after receiving our drinks. We didn't see any reason why and no one else was asked. Very unwelcoming.
Fantastic drink! Don’t wear sneakers otherwise cannot get in
Bar is nice but cocktails taste like soups with lots of pepper, salt, and red pepper.
Love The Victor Bar. Great atmosphere, awesome cocktails, professional yet friendly staff. Only wish it was a little bigger to handle the customers. Hope their new space doesn't affect this North Center gem!
Great unique themed drinks. The vibe was very cool. Great to sit down and talk with friends. Place might get very busy and run out of seats.
5 stars for multiple reasons. First, the drinks are are phenomenal. Well crafted and well thought out. My suggestion is the dead poet If your a fan of bourbon. Espresso beans are fired to smoke the glass with a beautiful bourbon mix added. Great drink, with awesome presentation. 2nd. Tuesday’s is the day to go! The HIGH AND MIGHTY BRASS BAND PLAYS, every Tuesday night at 1030-1. They take modern covers and R&B classics and transform them into a wonderful funky brass set. No cover charge! The performance deserves a huge tip. Do yourself a huge favor and bust this place every Tuesday Night.
“The Devil’s Playground” is one of the best drinks in Manhattan. This cocktail bar’s atmosphere is both underground and luxurious. Highly recommend!
Amazing cocktails and atmoshpere. Greatest doorman ive ever met - and there was surprise burlesque on the bar!!
Best cocktail in town
Loved the speakeasy feel of the bar. It's not well marked from the street and the lights inside are dim. The bar tenders and bar backs make fresh cocktails to order all while wearing white coats. The decor is set up to make it feel like an old time pharmacy. The drinks are delicious for the palette and the eyes. My pro tip is be careful of the step in the middle of the bar, I saw a couple people almost spill their drink because they missed it
Awesome Concept. The drink menu is creative. The staff are engaging and entertaining. They even have a coat check. If you are looking for a unique experience... you gotta check this place out!!!
Amazing concept - feels like a speakeasy, dark (maybe a little too dark) and eclectic ambiance, incredible variety of creative cocktails. As many have said before me, the cocktails are pricier than usual even for Manhattan (these are $18-22 range) but the creativity and freshly sourced ingredients and the environment make it worth it. Note there's no food on the menu so don't come hungry. Strictly cocktails, wine and beer (but go for the cocktails). Opens roughly at 6:30pm on weeknights, and you should go early if you want to be able to grab a couch and sit down.
Amazing cocktails! Correct proportion, perfect chemistry.
Amazing place with beautiful atmosphere to hang out with friends and just enjoy interesting cocktails)) I recommend this hidden place.
Very fancy, kinda pricey cocktails. Get there early as once 6pm hits, it gets packed.
Very small, lively place with a young, cool wannabe crowd. Slightly overrated but it was well worth it.
Well this a quite cool place that you can go to but the menu could use a bit of an upgrade as there aren’t any price available so wait for the surprise at the end of the night! Try not to get too wasted to understand what is written there!
A hidden gem in China town. Can be hard to find but there is a small sign over the door. Drinks about 16$ . Toilets okay
Loud but bumping music. Friendly and speedy bartenders that make awesome-tasting-but-weak drinks that will run you $18 per. A surprisingly amoung of lounge chair and space -- not much of a dance vibe as most people are standing and awkwardly bobbing. I'd recommend the Daisy, although all their drinks look crazy interesting.
Very cool bar with excellent cocktail selections. I love the old apothecary theme. Has live music and overall a nice vibe
I usually shy away from hipster things, but I wanted to really try this after seeing the pictures on Google. There's a cocktail that comes with a candy Pearl. I'm obsessed with this place because of the theme and the cocktails were definitely unique and delicious. They played old school and new hip hop while I was there. I really love that they play the same artist for multiple songs before changing it up. They also played some Spanish music. Come early if you want a place to sit. The restroom looks janky AF but I guess it adds to the rustic ambiance. Nonetheless, I am a fan! I'll see you next time Apotheke!
Awesome bar and great cocktails, most of coarse are a spin on a classic but great atmosphere and crowd here!
Their is a lot of artistry to the cocktails made hers, really cool speak easy vibe and the drinks run you about $14. Tried with a group a friends, I believe it's much better for a date night it's a dope intimate space.
great "speak easy" bar! good cocktails and awesome atmosphere ...
Great speakeasy ambiance. Awesome cocktails. Pricey but potent. Place fills up as soon as it opens.
Very nice n cozy spot. Crowd is mature n da music is great all around. Woud visit again.....
Fun cocktail bar with a lot of effort in appearance. Really unique cocktail menu but more of a standing / night out bar than a sit down place.
A fave and on replay when in NY! The whole experience feels adventurous, since the place is in an alley with no overt markings etc. Fantastic cocktails and cozy atmosphere. Great for bffs or any date night. It also serves as a great spot to close out and throw a party. They will cater and create a special themes/ themed cocktails for you and your guests. Enjoyed it very much and looking forward to next time. Highly recommend it, go and make a great night of it.
Come here a bit early ..fill up fast even o. Weekdays... Amazing cocktails, vibes.. Wednesday burlesque night was amazing!
Interesting setting.
Such a classy and intimate little bar in Chinatown. They’ve got great selections of drinks with cool names and the atmosphere of this place overall is lovely. Do come dressed up because everyone was when I visited! Pricey but that’s to be expected of a speakeasy like this one.
Very nice staff. Caesar salad with chicken was delicious. Great local beers and good wine selection by the glass.
Such a lovely spot for drinks- perfectly tucked away and the bartenders make magical cocktail creations. Get there early to snag one of the comfy loveseats!
Another great cocktail bar in a town with a bunch of them. Came here on a Sunday afternoon not to busy. Our servers were real nice, and gave some great recommendations Got a couple drinks and then left. The place is not that big, but the drinks are pretty good, and vibe is chill. Wish I got to try some of the food though, maybe next time.
One of the best prohibition era peakeasy you'll find... Cocktails and vibe ... burlesque night on Wednesdays. We'll be back !
Wide variety of excellent cocktails. Very helpful and friendly staff. The cocktails are not cheap, but I wouldn’t expect them to be in this area. Highly recommend!
They judge in clothing. Rediculous
Nice cool place but crowded
Nice spot in the cut in Chinatown
Loved the atmosphere and drinks with tip top service
Best Cocktails i ever had . The place was superb and the drinks were mind blowing . Price was reasonable and music was awesome.Must visit place
Super cool atmosphere. Awesome drinks. Talented bartenders.
Absolutely incredible bar. Watching the bartenders mixing drinks was a treat and each drink was a work of art. Perfect for a drink before dinner or a night cap.
I absolutely loved this place! Great atmosphere and good drinks. Feels very Gatsby like
The pharmaceutical bartenders know exactly what to prescribe. The music is not bad but too much disco music... the highlight of the night was the guy with the spaghetti arms!
Nice place but loud so it's hard to talk to friends.
The live music and show on Prohibition Wednesdays are definitely worth the price of the $18+ cocktails.
Great Place
Amazing drinks, and atmosphere! I recommend the “Huntsman”!
Great drinks. Extremely pricey, and extremely small place. It's good for just the one time experience and for the theme. But it is not a place to go and have a talk with friends and enjoy a few drinks, its extremely pricey.
Excellent date night experience. Best to arrive 15 mins before opening and really enjoy it.
Had a great time! It is not a dancing type place but i definitely turned it into one for 1 night. Great drinks, expensive but elaborate.
Quite possibly the best cocktails I’ve ever had.
The drinks were overpriced but treasury and I loved the atmosphere. I'm so glad simone rolls me about this spoy because you would never find it otherwise.
Pretty decent cocktail bar with a cool vibe and novelty factor, tucked away in the alleys of China town. There’s a couple of place around it that are also good, each different. Apotheke can get quite crowded and there’s limited seating/leaning space so if you want to be comfortable get in early and find a nook.
Lousy bar in a crack infested area of Chinatown.
Nice Place
This is a speak easy or hidden bar that only needs a door with a slot and to say the password. It has a cool vibe.. Be patience bar tenders make the perfect drink each time. It is a place to chill and pay for the great bar atmosphere. The creative drink menu give you the healthy experience fresh ingredients. While you get your drink on. If your close you need to check off your hip nyc nights spots
Door staff were aggressive and rude when I asked a question, comepletely unnecessary. Doesn't matter how good the bar is inside, if it's a horrible experience just standing in line and trying to get in then spending a fortune on drinks isn't worth it.
Great drinks, but outrageously expensive, even by New York Standards. Big, loud space with a lot people there to be seen.
The place is very hidden at night. However, drinks and atmosphere were amazing. Happened to go there on a Thursday night and catch some live Salsa music. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.
Different but great cocktails! When I told the bartender that one was too sweet (after drinking it), he offered to make the next one to be not so sweet. Good service and great drinks!!
Lots of fun. Great drinks and a cool environment. I'll definitely be going back!
We spent an hour in a line to learn they do not let in people in uggs
Beautiful cocktails lovely atmosphere cool music
It was so worth the trip coming here. I might have to make another and soon. The atmosphere is amazing. The drinks blew my expectations and obviously the price tag was higher but nothing outrageous for what I've seen. So. Amazing.
Just go there to get wasted. Good place. Good music. God drinks. Good chics. Awful prices
Killer vibe, live music, awesome menu
This is a real cool place. The atmospheric environment puts you in some sort of psychedelic, surreal mindstate. The prices of the drinks are pretty outrageous and aren't shown on the menu, most likely for the deterrent effect they could have. The absinthe drink I had was really great and just may have been worth its price -- but I definitely would have liked to have been mentally prepared for the shock the bill delivered.
Love this cute bar! The drinks are delicious and strong! The painkiller was strong but not overly sweet.I loved it. They also have two TVs for when sports games are on. The bartenders are super friendly also! I also love that the menu includes what kind of cup your drink will come in as well as if it will be shaken, stirred or pour.
Great drinks and good vibes. The brass band on Tuesday is just amazing
My favorite bar in the city. Great atmosphere and even better drinks! If possible definitely go check out the jazz night!
Excellent cocktails in a „speakeasy“ style bar. Not exactly a secret anymore but awesome quality.
Unique and memorable experience. This place is an unexpected jewel in Manhattan's Chinatown. We came by it completly by chance, a fortuitous twist of fate. I most say I was intrigue and we all decided to stay in the area just to make it back at opening, even if just for a quick drink. As we made it back and stepped pass the valvet curtain entrance, all 12 of us knew we weren't leaving any time soon. The decor, a low, but just bright enough, lighting, a faint smell of incense, lavender and herbs used in the drinks mixes, brick walls on a side, while the other side has a more intricate, elegant pattern, comfortable sofas and seating areas, white coated mixologists and apothecary wall displaying bottles, chemistry sets and herbs behind them, all transport us to a different place in time. Then comes the drinks, with their unique presentations, well made and full of flavor, all making this a place that definitely engages all your senses, at least it did for me. This review can't be complete without thanking our beautiful host, who answered all our questions, provided excellent service and made sure we had an excellent time.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The bill was fair for the quality of food.
My friend led us here on a Wednesday night. We had no clue where we were or where we were going, but we loved what we found. Bar staff was courteous. The drinks were on point, and the atmosphere couldn't be beat. I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting to impress out-of-towners or an intimate bar to take a date.
Cozy, great music, great service. The cocktail Catcher in the Rye is really good!
It was fun to watch the bartenders mixing their overpriced drinks, but the music was better.
Expensive so be ready for that but amazing drinks and I'm not really the mixed drink type. I highly recommend the Dragonfly. My friends loved the Dr. Ruth.
Can't go wrong with this spot. Drinks are so tasty and they vary widely. The vibe is chill and perfect for a group of you to hang and talk. Not pretentious at all.
A nice place to have a drink with friends
What an amazing hidden spot! Definitely worth it!!
Loved that it looked foreboding and closed from the outside when I arrived. Inside, a whole transformation to an inviting apothecary-esque interior. Servers decked in lab coats adds to the feel of this excellent venue serving mixology wonders.
small space but the best drinks I ever had. You know what makes a good cocktail? If you are not tempting to finish them within a few minutes like a sweet coke, instead you take the time and enjoy the drink with small sips. That evening was a live music band present playing nice songs. They set up their equipment right in the middle of the room surrounded by the guests. Really awesome!
Great cocktails. Speak-easy like atmosphere
One of the best bars I’ve experienced in NYC ! Great tunes and vibes and the drinks / cocktails are amazing
One of my favourite cocktail bars. The room is small, but with some patience it is possible to secure a seat. The cocktails are interesting and tastefull and the ambiance and vibe of the place is wonderful. They have live entertainment most days of the week. Live Footage on Sundays is especially recommendable.
I loooove this place!!! Unique craft cocktails great ambiance! Worth every dollar spent!
A “secret gem” on a “random” Chinatown side street, this “fancy” lounge tricked out like an “old pharmacy” features “talented mixologists” in “cool lab coats” showing off “mad scientist” skills as they “serve up your medicine” via “serious” designer cocktails; if you can swallow the “premium cost”, it's a “really sweet spot” to "drop the dollars.
Love this cozy speakeasy and their drinks. Romantic and relaxing vibe here with the low lighting, antique furniture and decor, and elegant music. Loved coming here for a drink and soaking up the atmosphere. Very cool place, super elegant as well.
This was a fun, hip place. It was a little challenging to find, but worth the trip. I had Tainted Love. Couldn’t taste the booze, but I could taste the beet. Is it wrong that I love drinking something “healthy” and alcoholic? If I had a little more stamina, I would have tried their kale cocktail. I hate to admit it, but living the “millennial” way — making simple things incredibly complicated — is so much fun. Definitely worth trying if you’re down in lower Manhattan.
Love the atmosphere of this bar! It is not what you expect for China Town, but it’s amazing. My favorite drink is the “Sitting Buddha” it tastes like cilantro and is soooo refreshing, you can’t go wrong. We were lucky enough to snag a table and Jennifer the waitress was so sweet and friendly. Great place!
Traveled all the way to Chinatown to check out this hole in the wall bar. What a waste of my time. Not worth it. Bald headed douche nozzle with some queer looking hat wouldn’t let me in because I had a tiny Nike logo on my shorts. He kept saying no logo shorts in my club. Looked like he wanted to fight. That aside the place looked run down and the area was covered with drug addicts. Lots of obvious fake 5 star reviews on here.
So packed on Saturday night. Could not even get to the front of bar to order. Had to borrow menu from people far away. I wish the bartending staff looked up more and got our orders. We had to put on a show to get their attention. Two drinks cost $35. But the atmosphere is cool and bartenders wear labcoats. The "prescriptions" are very interesting cocktails and I had never had something like those before. So I suppose it's worth the price.
Great drinks and live band
THE best bar in nyc. I can't tell you. Just go
Cool Place to visit with friends for party. Place is cool . All flavor of cocktails weer available. The style of their serving is really great.
Great atmosphere, make sure you are properly dressed as there is a dress code. The bartenders were nice and taught us how to properly pronouce the name of the bar. Music was a bit loud though.
Unique but pricey cocktails. I ordered the “Deal Closer” which was very good. Cool, low light atmosphere.
Great cocktails, fantastic atmosphere and seriously good music. Place is a gem.
Beautiful bar with amazing cocktails! It's hidden in alley in China town so happy hunting. The bar staff is incredible and they have a great knowledge of the drinks they serve. The air has incense so be prepared for that. My guess is it was myrrh. The cocktails are pricey but for the ingredients fair.
THIS PLACE IS WORTH IT. Amazing drinks, atmosphere, service and vibe basically everything was great in my opinion. I get way too much happiness from good drinks. You have a chance to absorb and enjoy everything without it being too crowded or loud.
Beautiful, intimate ambiance. Creative, tasty, unique drinks. Great before it gets too crowded (weekdays before 10).
Great cocktails
Been living in NYC my whole life and never found this place. Wow! Nice decor, good amount of space, bathrooms are clean... The 2 cocktails I had could've been better so I definitely need to go back What a surprise to that Wednesdays are burlesque night
This place is awesome. Takes some skill to find, but all worth it. The pharmacy theme is cool. Staff wears labcoats while brewing your cocktails. Don't expect your regular mojito or old fashioned on the menu though. They serve their own unique recipes which are amazing. Met some awesome people here, shared our drinks to experience all the flavors. Live music finished off the setting... And... Yes, the guy in my picture was performing on the bar... So much for health and safety...
Crowded, but live music and good drinks.
RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE.Never going back again!Drinks were never worth it for their price anyway!
Not as billed - Don't get me wrong, it's not bad at all. It's just that it's publicity said there were mixologists in lab coats mixing cocktails and we were expecting a hybrid laboratory/bar type vibe. It's not! It's a bar pure and simple. Nice atmosphere and cocktails not bad..... Just not as billed
Super crafty, super hip, and purple pills was playing when I walked in!
The "Stolen from Eden" was one of the best cocktails I've ever had outside of my normal whisky based picks.
You are better off going to Duane Reade and buying a bottle of isopropyl. The DMV looks like a Kum-and-Go compared to Apotheke.
Great atmosphere and good (but not great) drinks. As a play on their name, they are absinthe-heavy if that’s your thing.
Amazing drinks and vibes
Amazing cocktails (a little expensive though $18 and up)! Really liked the place.
Good drinks, nice place to hangout if you are in for speakeasy experience .
Best cocktail place ever! Live music too. Will recommend as one of the best NYC places to see.
Interesting and unique drinks. Very crowded bar, so expect to wait. Would definitely come back.
One of my favorite speakeasy/cocktail bar. Stop by on Wednesday nights for the burlesque show.
Definitely the best cocktail place for me. I am especially fond of the Sitting Buddha, a must-taste. I’m trying to prepare it at home as well, not a great success so far! We’ve spent so many nights at the Apotheke, this is one of my fav places in New York. Live music a couple of nights per week with people dancing: great vibes in a cosy, "secret" place. Reminder: don’t wear sneakers. They will not let you in.
Totally lives up to the hype, cocktails were out of this world good. Amazing!!! Unique drinks that you cant believe taste so good.
A unique experience. The menu is one of a kind. It is pricey so we only went for one drink. The bartenders wear lab coats and the drinks are a mix between health superfoods & alcohol. If you’re looking for a unique experience you will have one here.
Not the best burlesque experience you'll get in the city. I'm not into having dancers perform for tips, it feels a little unfair and archaic. These performers should be paid well and given a proper platform and patrons like myself would happily pay a fee.
Not many places like this all the way downtown. Usually has a good DJ and the crowd is typically chill. Closer to the bar there is usually dancing, and if you get tired you can. grab a seat closer to the entrance. The cocktails here are great but about $4-$5 more expensive than the Manhattan average of about $15-$16. A plus though is they have cocktail packages which makes it slightly cheaper if you are with a group/heavy drinker.
The best drinks in Manhattan for sure! I liked the design of this place - it's an old pharmacy with bartenders dressed like pharmacists. The cocktail menu is exceptional. Very unusual yet delicious recipes.
Great place, cozy atmosphere. Music is different and very warm to the ears. The drinks are amazing, and great service. I will definitely go back.
It was beautiful-peaceful and relaxing. Staff was outstanding. The restaurant was exceptional along with the hosts and servers. I get way too much happiness from good drinks. Thank you so much for making my birthday evening so special. They have the best drinks.
I've been to so many places where they have the atmosphere, the vibe is good, and when you get to the cocktail menu all you think is why does this drink have so many ingredients? This bar had all the makings of a typical disappointment, but the difference here is that the cocktails are incredible. I was being cynical with my order and it all changed with my first sip. The cocktails are expensive $18+, but here you get what you pay for. Forget D & C. This is the spot to impress.
