Was excited to make a Breaking Bad stop on our way through Albuquerque. Nice management, okay food, but slow service and filthy restrooms. Disappointed there wasn't any merchandise for sale.

Los Pollos Hermanos! Huge amount of food with low cost. I had their famous Twister Burrito and I was stuffed (also crying from the spicy green chilies). They also had Breaking Bad playing 24/7 which is great.

I came here because I was being a Breaking Bad fanboy & wanted to see where Los Pollos Hermanos scenes were filmed. I did eat there for lunch & had a smothered burrito that was decent, and decently priced too. The staff is very friendly & they insisted I don't clear off my own plate. There's a TV on the back wall that plays Breaking Bad episodes & there is a large Los Pollos Hermanos logo by the front door that's good for selfies. Definitely worth a stop if you're a fan!

Good, quality breakfast. Good menu-options for lunch/dinner. Fast service. For breakfast, I ordered the Southwest or South Valley Burrito, chorizo, with red chile. It was very good. I also enjoy getting the ground beef Twister Burritos with red or green chile and the carne adovada Twister Burritos with red chile.

I love the twister burrito that has a pile of curly fries, melted cheese, and green chili on top. I could finish a half, but I normally just order a forth. When I still lived at home my Mom and I would go and order a whole and then split it. A Whole Twister is actually two burritos, A Half Twister is one burrito, A Forth Twister is half a burrito, and An Eighth Twister is actually a fourth of a burrito... ...AND they are always covered in a pile of curly fries, melted cheese, and your choice of red chili, green chili, or both.

Only reason I gave it 3 stars is simply because I haven't tried everything. I can vouch for their breakfast burritos, beef soft tacos, huevos rancheros, and their sugar cinnamon sopapillas. Not very big fan of the shredded cheese they use, but oh well. I keep going back

Had to get my burrito remade. It was cold and had ingredients I didn't want. Told her a bud your own and she gave me a #4. When I went in the manager wasn't happy to be there it seemed and was upset with me that I brought my burrito back. After letting him know what I wanted in my burrito (three ingredients) he still told the kitchen staff the wrong ones. Let him know, rolled his eyes at me. So I let the kitchen staff know, had to tell them 4 more times because they couldn't seem to understand. The girl in the front wasn't pleasant either. Then when the kitchen staff brought me my burrito, he named off the wrong ingredients! It was the worst experience at a twisters I have ever had. The Rio Rancho one is way better. At least they smile at you and tell you to have a good day.

What a delicious finale to my Breaking Bad tour of the ABQ in the summer of 2018. So, is Twisters delicious? As Walter White would say (if he cleaned up his language), you're gosh-darn right.

Syntax Error

Didnt dine in the restaurant, but for any Breaking Bad fan this is a must see place. The signage inside is still up on the walls, Breaking Bad tours stop in the parking lot, people unload and come in to snap photos. I will probably return to try the fast food, but being from South Texas where Mexican food is everywhere I decided to just take in the scenery while there. Was a fun place to visit, and Im looking forward to visiting again and trying to food.

I'm a huge fan of breaking bad and would be rude not to not stop here. The staff were really friendly and happy to take our photo. They don't do fried chicken like from the tv show which is fine. We had some food here which was good. There was also plenty of free parking

Last time we were in town we came to eat here as part of the breaking bad tour. The site was awesome, but sadly the food was lacking. Again we had friends in town who really wanted to go. We were very happy to see that the food has got a lot better. We were there a day after filming so we saw some of the set coming down which was an added bonus.

For the price, you cant beat the portions this place gives. I ordered a HALF burrito and it was larger than 2 regular burritos put together, in fact i ate so much and was so full and still could not finish is. Plus, you get to see all the decor from breaking bad which was super cool. They also play breaking bad on the tv's which i thought was a cool touch.

A good quick stop if you are a Breaking Bad fan and you happen to be out this way. The food was relatively fast and of good quality. Some of the Los Pollos Hermanos decals were still up (at least when I was there). Overall, a good quick stop to have in your road trip.

We have been to this location a few times over the past few months, and I prefer this location over multiple others. The staff are always friendly, and they always get our order correct! I called yesterday to order a combo hamburger. The woman asked me when I wanted to pick up my order, so I told her in 5 minutes since I live close by. Her voice begins to get louder & she tells me that's not possible because she has 10 orders ahead of me. I tell her ok, how about 15 minutes or so. Her voice gets louder & she says that she told me that she has 10 orders ahead of mine. I said ok, when can it be ready? She tells me at least 30 minutes. I said ok, just cancel my order then. She promptly hangs up on me. I decided to call Blake's which is 10 minutes away. I drive over there, wait a few minutes in the drive up, the young man apologizes for the wait, offers me a sample of their new tea, changes my diet Pepsi order that he had already filled to tea, and hands me my order. I drive home 15 minutes sooner than Twisters would have had made it. What happened to customer service Twisters?

I understand this is a fast food "restaurant" so it must be a challenge to find and employ people with actual useful skills and manners, however the service here was pitiful. The girl working behind the counter had a terrible attitude and must have forgotten that she is a fast food restaurant employee because she was condescending to boot, towards both the adults and children in our group. Do yourself a favor, take your Breaking Bad pictures and eat somewhere else.

We've been coming here almost 7 years, and have seen this place have it's ups and downs, going through management changes and various Breaking Bad up dos, but after this last visit, I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere. The food has gone down hill and seems to have stuck for good, and service is lacking at best. The manager could care less. Used to be best Twisters in town. Sad

Came here like most other people because I’m a huge breaking bad fan! It was a very cool experience. There’s even a make-shift guest book you can sign if you want! They do not have fried chicken, however they do have a few options for grilled chicken sandwiches. It’s a little disappointing but still fine. They are known for their burrito, but I went with a chicken sandwich because I thought that was appropriate. The chili’s were a little more spicy than some other places we went, but were still good. It was around noon on a Thursday when we arrived and there was barely anyone there. There is a nice wall art of the Los Pollos Hermanos as you walk inside. The food is good. You can get meals for under $10 which is good if you are on a budget. Overall, if you are a Breaking Bad fan, or in the area, I would recommend stopping in for some good cheap food!

This Twisters store was used to film the "Los Pollos Hermanos" restaurant scenes in "Breaking Bad." As shown in the photo, they celebrate this with a painted wall, but unlike the TV restaurant, the menu is definitely New Mexican-slanted. Having sought out the store, I wanted to try the food, which was pretty good. The fish tacos I ordered tasted good, and the side dish of beans was good, too.

I'm sorry for this restaurant being a major tourist attraction, it was very disappointing. The place was not very clean most of the tables were dirty and the floors were also dirty and sticky. The chairs at the boths were also dirty and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in days!!! Very sad. Food could have been tastier.

First, Breaking Bad is one of the best, all-timetelevision shows. So, when I drove a friend from Palm Beach to Los Angeles to Seattle, we had to make the short drive from I-10 to the reservation where the Los Pollos Hermanos scenes were filmed. If you’re a fan, just go. It’s worth the experience, and it makes you feel like you drove up as an extra. The food? Well, next to an In-And-Out burger after the torrid drive from Barstow to Lake Havasu, which I’ll never, ever do again, it was the best food on the cross-continent trip.
