Super nice guys and wish them the best, but the food lacks something, and it's disheartening to have to pay a good chunk extra for things kimchi. The lasting impression after eating a bowl was just "rice" Just not for me.

Great experience! First time trying Soo Bak, and loved the bibimbap - you get to choose your rice, toppings and sauce. Definitely give this place a try!

It was good (especially the eggroll), but the fried rice was a little boring. Kind of reminded me of those microwave fried rice dinners. The BBQ beef was amazing though. Nice employees and an interesting interior. Lots of drinks to choose from (alcoholic and non). About five beers on tap. Food comes out fairly quick. I will come again and will get the white rice next time, or the tacos.

Waited for my food for 40 minutes starting at 6:30 pm. Spent $14 for a smidge of the wrong kimchi, no egg that I paid for, dry beef, and dry rice. Never returning.

I could eat at this place every single day for every single meal literally for my entire life. Good music. Good peeps. Good vibes... but most importantly magical food.

I can vouch that the kimchi fire balls are not for the faint of heart (also super delicious!), the mushroom tacos are a toddler’s dream, and the beef bibimbap with red pepper sauce, broccoli, daikon, and napa cabbage kimchi will make you want to eat it everyday. Definitely recommend.

Fun atmosphere and menu. Food is kinda mushy, greasy and bland, definitely missing something. Kimchi was good, but extra. I'll try it again in a few months.

I have been trying to find these Korean BBQ tacos since they sat outside Marble on 1st St, years ago. I am ecstatic that it is a full blown restaurant now with an extensive menu. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Really good food and plenty of choices. I tried the Korean BBQ, mushroom, and teriyaki chicken tacos. All were very good. Lots of good kimchi and banchan too. The fried kimchi balls were good too. We will definitely be back

The food was good. But I feel a little overpriced for what you get. The utensils could have been cleaner. There were some water spots on them.

A delicious snack or a balanced dinner. I've had the tacos at the Soo Bak food truck and came to the restaurant with high expectations, wanting the physical location to serve up something tastier than what I had before. I was not disappointed, the Korean beef had a deeper sweet-salty-savory flavor from the marinade, the pork was tender and well cooked, and all of the banchan (salads and sides) tasted fresh and delicious. I had the taco salad and had some of my dinner mates' tacos. The taco salad is essentially a bibimbap on a fried tortilla. The tortilla was nice and crunchy and as I finished my bowl, the bottom of the tortilla soaked up the barbecue juices from the beef and the tangy pepper from the kimchi. Simply delicious! If you're on the fence about where to go for dinner, then come here.

Love the vibe and friendly staff. Have tried a number if items from the menu and I appreciate that everything is cooked to order and is fresh. I think that the portions are great and I love the different kimchi options. Kudos to the restaurant for also supporting other local businesses like Pop Fizz and area breweries.
