Was there yesterday and had the worst experience with flys. They were dive bombing our food to the point we couldn't eat And had to take our food home just ended up tossing it out. We were told they have an open air policy but this was just disgusting they really need to get it under control . Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Manager took our entres off was apologetic but we still paid for our Appetizer and tea. Will not return

Super popular place. It was packed on a Saturday night but no wait time. They have good food. Burgers I think the their hot item. I had fish and chips last time and it was good. Lots of TV's with sports on. They have a lot of alcohol choices. The staff was really polite and nice. The waiter was attentive but not to attentive.

I had the hamburger with blue cheese. Food was good but, it took a very long time for food to come out. They werent busy, and seemed like a lot of employees were hanging out while paying customers were waiting long wait times for there food. There service and wait time isn't really worth the experience. I'd rather go somewhere they care about that. Next time I will.

My Friend turned me into this place. They make really good speciality drinks and the food quality was perfect. Since the portions were large, I had some of it the next day and it still tasted great. I would definitely come back to this place. They also have live music at night with all the classic cover songs. Keep on Rocking 'Rock and Brews'

Burger was great and the place was very busy would have given it 5 stars but their were issues with appetizer came after our burgers and our waiter was MIA most of the time but other wait staff were always around helping their customers. All in all my first time in Rock and Brews could have been better.

I had the fish tacos and my friend had the fish and chips. They were the same fish. I liked the tacos, but the fish was a little on the spicy side for my friend. Food came out in a timely manner, and the waitress checked on us often. I didn't have a bad experience, but I will probably not go back for a while. They played mostly 80s music on the TVs above. So, if you like this type of music, you will like this place.

The food and service used to be on point, but tonight they failed so hard. We changed wait staff 3 times because NOBODY knew who's table was ours and so i had to order my drinks twice. Then they lost my order, but it got comped. The manager did send over a bunch of free appetizers to apologize. I hope they go back to the good old days

Great balcony with its own bar - this is a great improvement! I love the couches, but there are also bar tables and a picnic-style table. Good bands play here, good atmosphere. Just a plain fun place. Food is good and reasonably priced. There's also a place to sit away from the band if you want it a little quieter. Good for groups or couples.

Food took a very long time to arrive and the quality wasn't great. My child's burger was overcooked hardcore, and the fruits on the side looked old and dry. The mango mojito I had was weak. I've eaten better for less, faster. We won't be returning.

This place is definitely different during the weekday for lunch versus anytime on the weekend. We went on a Saturday at 2pm and discovered the menu was completely different. When we asked the server about an appetizer and sandwich which is on the menu for lunch, we were told it was on a different menu so we couldn't order it. When the meal finally came the fries tasted like fish, the sweet potato fries were so salty, and the meat was so dry it was disgusting. The server never asked if we wanted a beverage other than the water we first got while we browsed the menu. Once the food was served the server didn't come back to ask how it was. To top things off, there were 3 managers in the place who never stopped by the tables to see how things are. This place might be really good while intoxicated, but as a sober customer it's better to go somewhere else. The only plus side to this place was the atmosphere of an 80s rock environment.

This place is fun to have a happy hour after work or to sit down and have a good meal. I really like how they've pulled the rock theme into the spirit of the place. If your looking to kick back after work they've got a nice patio outside that's covered and has sofas which are comfy and great. But if you are looking for a more traditional lunch or dinner they've also got you covered with large booths for bigger parties or high top bar tables...and of course you can always sit at the bar and hang out. My go to order is the caprese and a tri tip sandwich or the ribs.

Everything about the place is a 10/10 from the decor, to beer selection, to the food, doggy menu and the amount of wait time. Only reason why i rated 4 stars is because of my waiter. He was nice and friendly but he didnt check up on us enough. (He was to busy flirting or possibly talking with friends.) Which is not the case but at the end we had to wait 15 minutes for our checks because he wouldn't stop talking to a female at the bar. Once he came back with a detailed receipt I saw he charged me something I never recieved (for my dog). I tried to wait for him to explain but while knows where he went. I just proceeded to not leave a tip judge. Since what he wrongly charged me would've been the tip. I while be back I loved this place and the atmosphere. I will be sure to get a different waiter or waitress. At least someone who seems to care about what they're doing and being attentive.

It’s an alright establishment for some greasy bar food. It’s nothing like a Hard a Rock cafe though. I didn’t see any quality rock memorabilia. You would think that with the owner being a member of KISS they could afford to put up some artwork that wasn’t all printed BS. But they serve big beers so that helps. It’s very loud inside. Just a place to go once a year or so.

I enjoy Rock and Brew everytime I go. Their food is pretty good and the atmosphere is cool. They have bingo on some nights and also have a live band on other nights. I usually get seated right away however the service has taken long to get the food out on a couple occasions I have been. But the best part by far about Rock and Brew and the reason they get 5 stars is because the have a dog friendly patio! I love siting there even when I don't bring my dog because I enjoy watching other people bring their dogs I always get a good laugh. I hope they will always keep this awesome niche.

I love Rock N Brews just for the fact that is where my first date with my boyfriend occurred. Plus, they play some really cool music. I love the decor and overall atmosphere, but they need to play LESS sports. It's not a sports bar. They have a good amount of happy hour specials that are nice because their menu is kinda pricey in my opinion because the food isn't that wonderful.

Garbage, management really dropped the ball. The bartenders were running food orders to tables, so they fell super behind. Management was behind the bar, but just kinda stood around instead, and asked staff questions of helping out the bartenders. It took us twenty minutes to get our order taken at the bar in the first place. After that they were attentive for about thirty minutes then ignored us for another thirty when we didn't have any glasses in front of us. We never got to order food. We were there for over an hour without even asking for our food order, even though we had a menu out in front of us.

Excellent food, the chicken however is very much chicken, try their more intricate dishes to take full advantage of what the kitchen could dish out. If you don't like a loud and somewhat crowded, I would try and go before their dinner rush. But even in the chaos of how many customers they get during rush, all employees kept their composure and professionalism. We even received a free desert as a result of the slight delay on our food. But they were constantly reminding us that they were aware of how long the food was taking which I really appreciate and haven't seen before (our food only took 30 minutes to come out after ordering so the wait wasn't even that bad)

Big open restaurant with walls covered in pictures of classic rockstars and giant album covers. A lot of really great happy hour food options, I love the green chili cheese fries and pizzas. Best of all a huge beer selection, like 30 taps and a lot of bottles too.

I went there recently for some Rockn brews. The brews are excellent and so is the atmosphere! I love rock music and this is the place for you, if you do too! I don't know why it took me 4yrs to come here. I will not be going anywhere else, if I want a casual place to meet for great food and meeting friends. The best bar in town, that has great quality food, not bar food, it's sooo good! Come and support a great place in Albuquerque!

Wife and I went to see a friend play, and we were expecting some small place that sold less-than-good quality food, but with cold beer...to our surprise it was comfortable, clean, good quality food, and just a fun evening. We usually sit at the bar, where the service is almost always great. Food is very good but not outstanding and can be a little hit or miss. Great beer selection, though it was even better when they first opened. The beers, while good, tend to be a bit more mundane these days. Still, you're almost guaranteed to find something you like.

The beginning of the visit was awful, and if I wasnt waiting for someone who really wanted to eat there, I would have left. But there I sat and waited, and I'm happy I did. They quickly redeemed themselves by always refilling drinks, making sure we had enough ranch for our delicious wings...it was great. We were able to watch all the football games, drink all the beers, and eat all the treats we wanted. Happy Hour is all day on Sunday and we took full advantage. We stayed for hours and never felt like we needed to hurry and finish to leave. They remained attentive throughout our stay and even watched our table while we went outside to smoke. Food is delicious. Service ended up being great. TVs everywhere.

Great beer selection. Good and friendly service. The only critique I have is the food- it’s good but not great: pulled pork, ribs and blackened chicken pasta (slightly bland and/ or dry). Unless it’s a burger! Their burgers are AMAZING- juicy and with that great charbroil flavor. The kid pizza portions are small. Atmosphere is loud but not obnoxious and the music is great. We’ll be back a lot!

I love this place. The aesthetic mimics a hall of fame -- rock and roll thrives here. And you are instantly swept away into the music and the food. I usually get the rockin hot wings with fries on the side. Regular or sweet potato, both are fantastic. Such sweet service. And Friday and Saturday nights are accompanied by a live band. Whether you want ribs or a pork sandwich or even pizza -- Rock and Brews is where it's at!

Had lunch there today, it was okay. I haven’t been here in awhile but the food tasted a bit bland, and the service was poor, our server hardly checked on us the entire time. The other servers looked like they didn’t want to be there and irritated. I’m not sure what changed, but my experience the first time was way better. Also, this place needs another upgrade on the decor.

I really like this place. It is a good option, whether it's to meet for a big sporting event or catch a drink or two or a nice casual meal with some friends. I have been surprised by how good my meal was the last couple of times I came here. There are plenty of TVs, and they have good classic rock and roll playing all the time.

Fun place to go to for drinks and food. I went here for lunch while working out in Albuquerque. Try the BBQ chicken. It was fantastic! It's busy at lunch but not over crowded. Lots of rock memorabilia on the walls and they play rock music both recorded and live.
