There was a live cockroach that came from underbeath my table, I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care. He even ignored me when I went to the register where he was standing. The food was good, on the bright side. Very good.

This was our first visit as Rio China Buffet, I believe it had a different name before though. Place is same as before, it was clean in general, clean tables, clean restrooms and the management friendly. The food, for a buffet, was great, it was well prepared and cooked, at least what we (4 people) tried. That is soups, seafood, chicken, fish and beef plates. All the vegetables were fresh, crunchy and tasty!! An so the dessert, fresh fruit and so on, the ice cream as well. Our waiter was polite, friendly and really helpful. This experience was very good for us, this occasion. We are looking forward to go some other time, so I recommend this place for casual lunch or dinner. Either on your own, loved one a friend or with family. Give it a try.

Before arriving to the buffet I called to ask prices and a girl answered in english and I asked in spanish, she remained silent and hanged up. I called again and asked this time in english and she responded back. When my family and I got there the same lady charged us and my mom was trying to talk to her in english because we asumed she doesnt know any spanish but later we heard her talking spanish to her friend. Tiene la cara de nopalera & según no habla español Se cree gringa nomas por que tiene sus contactos azules chafas Our waiter was very friendly though :)

First time I went to this restaurant and last time because they allow people to eat from the bankquaet. NASTY restrooms dont even clean them. Food was HORRIBLE it made me and my family have stomach problems. NEVER go there unless your wishing to get sick.

Selection is pretty good for lunch. The place is very dirty though. Every where I look there's food on walls, the condiments, cracked cups, and seats don't get a good wipe down. It grosses me out that the restroom is worse! This place could be very nice.

The food is alright. It's nothing bad but not particularly great either. Also it's not expensive which is good. Normally I would be looking at a 3 star rating on this but the service was genuinely good and it's what bumped it to 4. Drinks were refilled pretty quick and finished plates were picked up fast. So all in all it was alright

They close at 9 p.m. they should have fresh food until then, but at 8 p.m. already the food is dry, old and looks like scraps or left overs! With that quality and variety it should be 1/2 off the price! It's not fair that late diners have to eat that old, dried up food, they should get the same quality as earlier dinner hours. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the above reasons. On earlier hours the food is great!

Unfortunately the food is not good. It's all cooked in the same grease and so everything just tastes the same. The fruit selection was good. I don't eat sudhi si I can't rate it but my companion who loves sushi left most of it on the plate. The desserts were mostly tasteless. This was very disappointing. We went on a Sunday so even with the senior and military discount it was $25.00 before the tip with only water to drink.. Not worth it at all. If we had gone for a weekday lunch it would have only been $17.00 , still not worth it.I tried a lot of different food but couldn't eat any of it except the fruit. The salad bar was not good. Very limited and the lettuce was not fresh. It was very noisy. The booth seats were torn and ripped and uncomfortable. The waitresses serve the drinks and clear the plates. They were nice. The buffet had a lot variety but it all tasted the same. I suppose if you just want to dump mass quantities of tasteless calories into your body it would suffice.

Price is pretty much standard for a buffet. Military discount which is great too. Unfortunately the food isn't that great. It seems like the food had been sitting there for hours and was only being kept warm by the heat lamps. Tables and chairs seemed "grimmy" to the touch. I would not recommend this place.

Rude costomer service. I went there today and asked as i do at Chinese food places if any alcohol is used in the making of the food after finally getting this large Asian gentleman to check i buy my ticket and am taken to my seat while i am filling my plate he finally comes out and tells me alcohol is used as a base for most of the food. To which i hand him my plate and ask for refund because i am allergic to alcohol. While refunding me the money he doesnt apologize or anything in fact i apologize to him for the inconvenience to him and his business and he says nothing to me. Rude man.

My son and I were up all night vomiting. They said it was not possible because their food is frozen... I don't know if they think frozen food is magic or are refreezing and reheating the same food. But I still feel horrible after being sick all night. My poor son was crying.

Love the variety including the cute little buns with filling, don't see that at many buffets. Past few years though hard to find good orange chicken, General Tso's, etc., it's just leftover bits of chicken stuck together with breading and kinda overcooked. They were so good when I was a kid. Now buffets, Walmart, everywhere they are just eh or some pieces are flat out inedible. Panda Express is pretty much the only place I can eat those items. So I just avoid and go for the stuff where I can actually see a whole piece of meat. The coconut shrimp is delicious, for example. And I liked the sushi.

Worst service I have experienced. Too expensive, over $15 per person. The waitress ignored me the whole time after I asked her to clean my table twice. I even had to serve my own drink in their waitress area. Never again, I hope they go broke.

Food is great! Service is horrible! Ordered iced tea, got water. No silverware on the table or at the buffet to pick up. 3 servers rolling silverware staring at you and don't bother to ask if you need a refill. Server picked up our plates, looked directly at our empty glasses and walked off.

Just left here so disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite buffets but they've seriously lost all charm. The service was terrible and the food was worse. There was no freah food even though we went in at 8pm. Almost everything was inedible so my money went to waste. I 10/10 don't recommend.

For the expensive prices the food was sub par at best. The create your own from the Mongolian grill was the only thing worth it. Over 50 dollars for 2 adults and 2 young children. Definitely will not be going back.
