This Restaurant is included in the category of French restaurant.
Incredible food, the staff is friendly and professional, and treated us like we were reviewing them... Which I am!!!! Yum.
Always a favorite of mine in Santa Fe. Love the bar and on Tuesday half off bottles of wine...on a decent list
Absolutely amazing experience! The food is simply to die for. Every single dish was spectacular, imaginative, and delectable. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly servers/staffs. Wonderful food and terrific staff. It made me feel so lucky to be Santa Fean. Recommend highly.
The 3 course meal was fantastic
Perfect birthday dinner. Great food wine and service.
Great service and mellow atmosphere.
Unpretentious atmosphere with wonderful service and food. Lovely garden patio for warm seasons.
Disappointing for the price. My “grilled” branzino was mushy and much too salty, almost as if it had been brined. It was piled on top of some decent if unremarkable haricot vert and fingerling potatoes. My partners steak frites was a good steak but the shoestring potatoes were soggy with little taste. We sat in the rear in a small room with a low metal ceiling. It looked cozy but a loud foursome at the next table made it a poor choice of location.
I had Not been to the bistro in about 10 years and was very pleasantly surprised. Their French game is on top of Santa Fe, while their prices remain below $30 for entrees. Add in some great appetizers and desserts and happy hour specials that rival the best in town, and you have a really great combination. Doesn't hurt that it's two blocks from the big hotels
Excellent service and food
Love the atmosphere and the food. The staff is great and Louis is a wonderful chef and host.
The food was really good however service was garbage and took nearly 20 minutes just to get a drink. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Not sure if it was just a bad day, but ended up leaving because the server never showed up and we were told it’d take just as long to try to get appetizers at the bar. We were told they were short staffed, but it’s just bad management to have people come in and wait indefinitely... it was a Monday night, so you’d think not super busy.
The very best service experience I have ever had. It seems like some places have forgotten how to show the customer respect and provide a rewarding experience. This is far from the case with 315. You will not regret eating here and this is a promise. Just went her again after a very long time and yes it is still amazing. Staff is imeasureably supportive and the food is to die for.
Delicious!
They had venison scaloppini on the menu the night I was there. I had to go for it. Fabulous. This is a gem of a restaurant.
We were visiting Santa Fe for my husband's 50th birthday and he chose 315 as the place for his birthday dinner. We were very pleased with the food and service, and were pleasantly surprised to find out that Tuesday nights are half price off bottles of wine. They even gave my husband a pair of etched wine glasses to take home as a birthday gift. The bar tender made an excellent chocolate martini to end the night. We would highly recommend.
Good service and food.
Wonderful ambience, friendly staff and great food and wine list
Very nice place to eat
Sometimes you just hanker for nice French dishes without a lot of unnecessary variations. Classic preparation, familiar choices. 315 delivers in spades with tasty food, excellent service in a charming space. The Happy Hour deals on drinks and food are worth a visit alone.
The 315 Restaurant is the closest to France as you can get from NM. Atmosphere, service and, of course, the food and wine. If you want to impress someone or just have an excellent meal... This is the place. We highly recommend it.
The food was tasty. The restaurant accommodating. However, the service was very slow and confused.
Great happy hour and small plates
Amazingly delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. One of the best places to eat in the area, and that is HIGH praise, as almost every meal we've had in this area of Santa Fe has exceeded expectations. Excellent!
Liked this place; food and service good. Intimate atmosphere in dining, more open in bar area. Lack of windows make it feel tight, but if you enjoy your company you won't mind!
I took my girlfriend out for her birthday dinner, we live in Santa Fe and had not been to 315 in years so we thought we try it. Well, the atmosphere and place is lovely and the wait staff friendly. the food is a mixed bag, We started wit oysters at $3 a piece we did 6 ! and 4 was ok but 2 was so small we could hardly find them! I had the pork belly appetizer, it was very good , my friend had the pork snitzel , do NOT order this meal it is $25 and taste like you are at a cheap diner, bad oil, and tough !! our dessert was very good But I will not ever go back
I had a nice light dinner on the patio. They welcome pets so my dog Spirit joined me. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lovely waitress, Alex, took great care of us. Santa Fe is famous for excellent cuisine and great atmosphere and Bistro 315 does not disappoint. Highly recommended.
Great food
What a wonderful evening at 315 last night. People from Santa Fe as well as visitors from other states were so gracious. The food and wine were fabulous and the owner is a great community member. Once a year the restaurant allows a non profit that serves meals to home bound santa feans to tell its story to guests. The restaurant contributes 25% of what it brings in that evening to Kitchen Angels. The 25 tables were at capacity throughout the evening and it was a joyous and lively evening we all enjoyed. We had the halibut and it was exquisite. their wine offerings are outstanding.
I am a local who frequents 315 often. The food is always delicious, and the waitstaff is always professional and friendly. The wine list is extensive; I love their selection of half bottles! I also enjoy a number of their cocktails. The old fashioned is perfection, and the whiskey selection is impressive. Tuesdays they have 1/2 price oysters and bottles of wine. If you've never been, you must give it a try!
Very delicious. Mussels were great.
Excellent meal in every detail. Great service, too.
(Translated by Google) It is difficult to find a but, perhaps when it is full the service may fail a little. The rhubarb dessert is deliciously sinful. Take money. (Original) Es dificil encontrarle un pero, quizas cuando esta lleno el servicio puede fallar un poco. El postre de ruibarbo esta deliciosamente pecaminoso. Lleva dinero.
The food and bartender were amazing! Steak cooked to perfection, salmon was flavorful and the dessert (creme brulee & Pote of Chocolate) was absolutely delicious. Definitely a must visit again place even though the table was very small and we were in a crowded corner.
Slow, unorganized service, with mediocre food. Alaskan halibut was nicely done, but the fettuccine was overdone and sticky.
i was there early on a friday night, and chose the 3-course prix fix dinner. while the appetizer was pleasant (house cured salmon) but in no way imaginative...i believe it was served with mayonaisse! the main course was lamb, and it arrived tasting like it had been around for a week at least. we needed to get to a show, so i didn't send it back. the dessert (tiramisu) was delicious.
Don't expect good service or your meal prepared properly. Also, no manager on duty.
Good food but.. people come around for donations for wheel on meals. If you don't donate you are insulted and insulted. I donate every month to St Joe's
We had a great time during happy hour, with a great bar menu. Super great staff.
Great service. Good food. Happy people.
Eyes rolling in the back of our heads delicious. Romantic. Lively, attentive service, scrumptious fare. Everything was sublime.
OMG! One of Santa Fe's finest. Absolutely fantastic restaurant here in Santa Fe. 5 stars!
The selection of oysters were good. There were different choices with very good price point (especially during happy hour). However, the waiter was rude and acted differently to other customers who was seated near our table. We got bottled water but the waiter actually poured tap water into a glass that was half full with bottled water. We just had "???" moment. Also not a fan of butcher's paper over tablecloth at establishment that charges premium price. I don't just go to restaurant for food but also for the ambiance, service and the expertise of the staff. I did not feel that the service nor expertise were there and ruined it. We left without ordering more food and went to another location to reboot.
One of the best meals I've had in years. Fantastic on a levels. Food, wine, service, all a 10+
Best staff, lovely environment, good food.
Bistro 315 (as in 315 Old Santa Fe Trail) has a lovely menu with varied selections and great tastes. Service was excellent. We sat on the patio, surrounded by beautiful lights strung all around. It was very romantic indeed. I had a special which was angel hair pasta in a porcini mushroom sauce. Dessert was also good. The prices are on par with those similar to the bistro. Highly recommend.
Good food and nice wine list
Absolutely amazing!
Great evening
My wife and I are Santa fe locals, and dine or do apps at 315 a couple times a year. Food selection, flavors and preparation are usually very good. Prices a little high, but usually worth it. Last visit was disappointing both with service and food prep. Service was slow, forgot settings, didn't bring bread/nibbles until food came.... and got the order wrong, bringing an extra dish we didn't order. Worse was my Shrimp Scampi; good flavor on the shrimp, but marginal risotto and full shells left on the shrimp made it a real mess to eat.

This place was amazing! John Paul was our waiter and the best waiter I have ever had. He knew everything about the food and which wines to pair with dinner. It wasn't pushy service, it was relaxed, take your time, and enjoy every single moment. If you are looking to splurge on a meal and love wine, this is the place for you!
Had reservations last night. Called the restaurant because parking was a challenge and was told their kitchen had closed, despite my reservation. Horrible service and horrible way to treat visitors. Will never try to come here again.
Wonderful food, wine selection, and exceptional service!
Such a yummy nar menu steak with peppercorn sauce. Creamy and not too sweet creme brulee with perfect texture. Great wine and oysters.
Great food, atmosphere and service
Stopped in after exploring the Plaza area and we were enticed by a happy hour sign out front. Once inside we had to press on the happy hour and show the bartender the actual time. Not a friendly place and service was slow. Craft beers were mediocre and happy hour wine selection was limited to only two choices. I'd suggest other places to stop in for a beer or glass of wine. Not much ambience either.
Outstanding meal Outstanding service $1.50 oysters at Happy Hour delicious 1/2 pound mussels fat & juicy. Broth was amazing. Would love to stay longer in Santa Fe so I could go back for another meal.
Fabulous place to celebrate Bastille Day good happy hour and lovely patio the band was terrific
A ONE OUNCE portion of fois gras for $24? What a joke. Service was poor, our beverages were empty most of the meal. Bread and butter were cold. The chef was either not working or not caring. We will not be returning. Still in search of good fine dining in NM!
I’m not religious
The food is fabulous!! Best in Santa fe.
Delicious!
Pricey, bland food. Upscale aires, low quality food. Service was great, but the food could be compared to Olive Garden, or similar chain restaurants.
Contemporary space
Snobby waiters.
Wonderful food. We went during restaurant week and between the three of us, we sampled much of the menu and nothing disappointed. Atmosphere was very quaint and romantic. I only took a star off because the service was a bit slow.
Lovely setting in a house with character just a block or two off the plaza. Excellent happy hour and bartender, making luscious drinks. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Great food and easily accommodated a few special requests (vegan). Despite being a busy night, our group of 8 didn't feel rushed and were able to linger and the pacing was perfect.
We sat at a a high top in the bar. JP, who was bartending served us. He was personable, warm, and attentive. He made our dining experience enjoyable. Thanks JP!
Good oysters and wine !
Cozy, sexy, intimate and excellent. But the stools at the tables are just a little too high. Go there. You will make a memory!
I would love to be able to review the restaurant based on actually dining there, but after successfully booking a reservation through Open Table I received a phone call from the restaurant saying that they were “overbooked” and had to cancel my reservation. All of this on Christmas dat none the less. I find this unacceptable for the restaurant for sure but also for Open Table which should protect its users against unreliable restaurants. Although we will be in Santa Fe for several days and likely have the opportunity to go another day we will pass on the restaurant.
Wow. Excellent food
I told my guests, “Trust me.” We had a special event dinner on the charming patio of this restaurant in an old adobe. A true cozy bistro feel with an elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. The chef and staff did everything to make the evening perfect, even though they were super busy this Friday. If you are wary of ordering oysters in Santa Fe, don’t be at Bistro 315. They are fabulous and a great way to start dinner. My guests were totally impressed and thrilled with dinner at 315. We’ve been twice this week. A favorite, for sure.
We had the best food and loved sitting at the bar chatting. Super friendly bartender, waiter and owner made us feel like regulars though it was our first time. This place was more than just a restaurant; we really had fun!
Dinner at 315 tonight was a memorable experience. I especially appreciate the professionalism of the staff who were attentive and gracious. They really made the evening special. Kudos to the chef for our entree, an exquisite cassoulet. The menu selections are outstanding matching an equally impressive wine list. 315 is never disappointing.
I ate here 2 years ago and was impressed, this time, I had a lady friend with me and the results were less than stellar. It took a while for the bread to arrive, they said "it's in the oven right now", but heard the waiter tell another table that the bread comes from a local bakery. Ok, no big deal. I ordered the Prix Fixe menu, and my friend ordered the Steak Frites, medium. The steak came out well done. She sent it back, the second time it was still medium well, but she decided not to push it. The asparagus soup was very good, the pea flan was the star of the show! The halibut, meh; the Financier, meh. Service was disjointed at the very least...
Fabulous as usual!
Great place with good service and outdoor seating. We had the seafood tower to start - crab claws, oysters and shrimp. Next time I would skip the crab claws- there wasn't much meat. The beet salad and fries were delicious. My steak was prepared correctly but was tough. Wonderful desserts- try the banana crepes!
Excellent food!
Had really high hopes for 315 and was profoundly disappointed. Short pours on the wine during Happpy Hour, and crab cakes were lukewarm and tasteless. Will give it another chance because the atmosphere is charming but am not optimistic.
exquisite food. Ate every bite
Great little place, park across the street at the state building. Our server was outstanding...reasonable happy hour prices and the oysters are fabulous..
My husband took me on 2014 for Valentine's day and it was the worst experience we ever had. Our food was mediocre and we do not recommend. Bad customer service by the way.
(Translated by Google) I recommend it. (Original) Lo recomiendo.
Just went for happy hour, a little over priced but nice atmosphere.
Great service lu is a bomb server she was very considerate and went out of her way to make us satisfied with the food and wine
The bar tender was lovely and the food melted in my mouth. Louis is a master..tho sly.
A great steak. Thank you for making us feel so welcome on our first night out in Santa Fe!
intimate and yummy
Morels on the menu! Delicious and friendly.
One of the best restaurants in town! Everything is stellar from the halibut & NY steak to the ambiance, décor and friendly service.
Great cocktails. Good oysters. Nice place!
Amazing food, even more amazing service. A truly amazing evening.
Good food, good service.
Never served or talked to in 25 min. Ended up going across the street
Amazing happy hours and Bar menu!
Best meal we have had in Santa Fe hands down. Mustard rack of lamb was cooked perfectly. Branzino was delicious. Extensive wine menu. Bartender and chef made the perfect dessert wine pairing with our dessert. Service was spot on. Highly recommend.
I have lived in Santa Fe for 20 years. Last night's meal was the best thing I have ever had here. The Boulibaise was exquisite!
Cozy atmosphere, lovely staff, and a wonderful meal. Don't forget to try their desserts....heavenly! We will be back!
Great menu and wine list and service was perfect.
Great oysters
