Gotta say, for a relatively busy White Castle, this location has above average, excellent service. Drive thru wait times are reasonable, and usually pretty speedy. Staff is usually excellent. Inside eating area is clean and well stocked. Great Castle to get your fix, at least as of June 2019. Keep it up.

I tried the Impossible Burger which is supposed to be plant based and 13 g protein....i don't know. It's okay...weird looking /tasting...what is it? Their take on a Veggie burger I guess. But I also got 2 regular cheeseburgers just in case...still smells the same- funky and just about same licking good taste.

This White Castle is the best one I've been too. It has a little gift shelf. You can buy hats , cups , t shirts ect. The workers were very nice. I wish I had one and it looks like that one. My sister wanted White Castle to take back home with her. An I found her one.

The burgers are as good as White Castle gets... Not great but filling. This time, it was way too hot in restaurant. Also, a lot of people complaining about length of time to get orders. I waited a while myself, made worse by heat and humidity. And one sandwich ordered was wrong so had to reorder. But I'll go back someday when feeling masochistic again.

Friendly staff, but I made the mistake of ordering 5 craves in advance. They did not taste fresh, I was disappointed, my family and friends were equally disappointed. The hamburgers taste like supermarket freezer section burgers. Never again, I will just have to watch, as each crave is prepared fresh next time.

I used to live in North Jersey and I couldn't believe of a White Castle, went to them everyday for lunch even sometimes supper. it's been a long time since I've seen one as I Live Now in southern Jersey they don't have one. I go at least 54 and a half miles just to get some White Castles, I couldn't believe they still have them. I love them years ago and I still love him now they are a nice little bite. They need more of them.

I saw White Castle for the first time when I first arrived in New York City 3 years ago. I had never actually eaten at this place before. I had only seen it in the Harold and Kumar movies. Totally worth it. The burgers are as good as the movie makes them seem.

It delivers what one expects from white castle but it is no match for the Toms river branch. This branch does not have the originality of white castle,not even the environment reflects the white castle experience. If you haven't been to the Toms River branch then you will be happy visiting this one but if you are a regular of Toms River, the you are better off going there.

We have been eating White Castle for as long as I can remember. They don't have any near us so we only get it when we're passing through town on trips. This time, we were taking a friend there for the first time. The burgers were very soggy, the fries were not fresh, they definitely didn't leave the impression we were trying to make. He didn't like it and said he would probably never eat there again. I've never had a problem at a White Castle before, I'm assuming it was just this location. But generally their stuff is good.

The addition of the Impossible Burger has made for some very happy customers in both my friends and myself. Most of us are vegan or vegetarian. Pictured is their burger and loaded fries. The plant-based meat is so convincing we all thought we had eaten real meat at first. The burgers are just as good as I remember the original sliders being before I went plant-based. This location was clean and the staff were very efficient. They had our mobile order ready early.

The staff for ordering is consistently pleasant. The food takes a bit long for fast food (5-7 minutes). There is a drive thru and a parking lot in front. Impossible burger with jalapeno cheese is a good option for vegetarians. The fries are consistently warm and crispy.

I usually love going to the White Castle even it's a little bit of a trip for us and this time was a little disappointing.... because first there were know any customers and the counter wait was about 6 or more minutes to order as the young ladies were gabbing about school. Then the soda machine was empty completely of all the flavors which is like changing the ink cartridge in a printer, you just the open the soda machine door ,pull out an empty flavour cartridge out , and stick a new one in ! Mind the customer is my job now to get your own soda when you pick a flavour . All a W. C. worker has to do each every day is check and fill the soda machine. It's not hard to do and not rocket science,when it's the customer helps by waiting on its self. Is it too much to ask with your high prices ?

My experience here was AWFUL to say the least. The supervisor was horrible n inpatient with an employee named Jamie. Clearly Jamie has developmental disabilities n did a good job taking our order. I asked a young man for ketchup n he literally threw them on my tray. ALL the tables were dirty. Jamie came out to clean them n the other employees were noticeably upset n her supervisor was yelling for her to come back to the register. Jamie would not stop cleaning the tables until they were clean. Good Job Jamie!!!! As if they couldn't take an order while she facilitated her customers. Ridiculous. I will never go back to this particular white castle.

We actually had this White Castle delivered to our room by Uber Eats after being out at a bar until a little after two. I had never had White Castle except for the burgers you pop in the microwave from the grocery store. We received our food still hot, it was so good and we got 10 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cheesecakes on a stick and 2 drinks for around $20. Can't beat it!

White Castle gets four stars because it's the same run of the mill experience you'd expect from any typical White Castle. The cashier was friendly, the place was clean, the infinite Coke machine is always fun, and we even made a friend! I try to stay away from White Castle and fast food, but sometimes you have to feed the beast - and this White Castle is a good choice to do so.

I’m from the AC area so this is the closest one to me which is 45 mins away. . I get the same thing every time I go to WC. At this location the food always seems to be over cooked. The fish usually almost as dark as a burger and the onion rings are usually near burnt. It’s not worth the trip anymore.

This legendary meme-worthy regional slider chain is now a go-to spot for non-meat eaters. Who would have thought? This is a great sign for things to come at other chains as well. When I went to this White Castle on a drizzly Friday midnight, it was packed with people, and every person there was ordering Impossible Sliders, White Castle's new vegan option. The staff here is super friendly and the place overall provides a cool fast food dining experience. There is a parking lot there which is really convenient, and a busy drive thru. The Impossible Slider is a plant-based vegan patty that allows vegans and curious carnivores to enjoy the experience of late-night White Castle indulgence sans carcass. At 220 calories per slider (without cheese), these things are a great option for on the go vegans in NYC. For a snack, have 2 sliders. For a meal, have 5. If you want to go the traditional route, go there at 1 am and order 20. Just like their classic meat counterparts, these sliders go down easy and no matter how many you eat, there will always be room for more. The Impossible Slider has a unique taste and texture compared to other veggie patties. I'm sure many carnivores would not flinch while eating it if you never told them it was plant-based. The sliders are fun to eat and taste pretty good. The buns are fluffy, and the pickle and onion add a nice crunch and flavor kick. I don't like ketchup, so I replaced it with barbecue sauce and/or honey mustard, which was good. Some sort of special sauce or some more veggies or some vegan cheese would improve the slider in the future, but I'm just so happy White Castle has provided this option at all. Vegans must remember to order the slider without cheese. I applaud White Castle for their exciting plant-based contribution to the fast food world, making budget-friendly plant-based food available to the masses. Other fast food chains take note!

This is a review of the impossible burger slider. I have had the beyond burger at tgi friday. I think the impossible has an after taste that the beyond does not have and I don't like that white castle doesn't put onions on the impossible slider. It was still pretty good but not as a real slider

I honestly don't have any complaints. This is a regular stop for us, and even with the coke machine down today, they still get 5 stars. Friendly, professional, none of the employees sit idly by! They've been here for a really LONG time, their burgers are always tasty and fresh. The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean most of the time. If you are craving for burgers late at night you should definitely try them out, their combos are awesome and their prices have been the same for years. Very recommended

I wish I could have option for no star. I went there at night and night service people were gross and disgusting. On my order they gave me really dirty look. It looked like they don’t want me to buy anything , so they can chill rather than working . They should fire Amy. She is the worst and disrespectful lady I have ever seen in my life .. I went there to eat after work. She made me feel really bad . First of all she gave me garbage sandwich then she laughed at me , just because I accidentally dropped my food . I learnt my lesson never going there again. Not only me I would tell my all friends and relatives to not to go there. Thanks White Castle for making my day .. I would never forget this date and experience.

Went there at 1 AM when they are open till 3AM and the employee yelled at me through the speaker when I placed my order saying “are you kidding me” cause I ordered a lot. Then proceeded to the window and after waiting 20 minutes the person told me to leave because it would take to long. How does a place with these kind of employees stay in business?

Had three sliders there since I hadn't had one in a year. My first reaction is that the lady at the counter was so busy tabulating something, I was ignore like the untouchables rather than expecting an order. I rather feel a little bit more welcomed. The store was otherwise empty.

What can I say? I believe this is only one of two White Castles in Queens. I never grew up with White Castle, so when I realized this was a few blocks from mom, I decided to try it out. There's a decent amount of food traffic as well as drive through. The food is typical fast food, but for the nostalgia, this can't be beat.

Great location. Always clean and having the televisions in there are great when it's late at night. Keeps it from being too quiet. Never had any issues with the staff, and orders have always been accurate. Good location too. It's helpful when working late because the Walmart is nearby, so I can get stuff I need then stop for a snack.

Had an experience tonight with a super nice worker. He misheard my order at first and I ended up with something slightly wrong. Which is super understandable, the headsets at these places often leave a lot to be desired. When I went back through to alert them, he was nothing but kind and patient with me, even going as far as to compensate for the mistake. This was probably the most human experience that I have ever had through a drive through. Employee number 1106 has exemplary customer service skills.

It's a White Castle so you should know what to expect regarding menu items. The staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean enough. I received my order in a timely manner. My only complaint was during my last visit, they did not have the menu item I ordered and did not mention this until my order was nearly prepared. When I asked for a different item, they had not placed the item in my bag. I was still charged but should've checked my order for accuracy before leaving. I suppose I'd return.

I never thought to see great service at a fast food location but you'll see that at this White Castle. The food is what you would expect and late at night, I found the bathroom and dining area to be very clean. My only complaint from the visit is that the diet sodas from the fountain tasted more bland than it should be, like a slightly flavoured seltzer water. (Noticeably different than other Coca Cola machines which do not have this issue for the same flavoured soft beverages.)

This white castle has been here for over 25 years and always one of my favorite to go to and when I'm in the area, it has seating outside for this nice summer days and many seats inside to sit and relax in the AC or Heat , fast friendly service and you can't ever have enough of those small burgers and those great fries, I like the new soda machine giving you the apotion for many different flavors of sodas and juices.

I went here on a recent trip to NYC, like I do everytime I go there. They have never disappointed. The sliders are of course the best and man do they do them well. I recommend the classic cheese slider, but don't sleep on the other offerings either. The variety of alternative sliders will keep your taste buds busy. Prices are very reasonable. The fries are good, but nothing to write home about. I get the 30 pack for the family and everybody is satisfied at the end. Try one or two of the originals to see if they suite your liking and change as necessary. But careful, this place is addictive!

Prices are much too high for the amount of food you get. Wrap products in paper and you will save a lot of money and pass the savings on to the customers. Boxes and the printing on them is very expensive.

I find to difficult to be objective regarding White Castle, as I have eaten them for nearly half a century. Regarding this particular location, the staff often seem harried and unprepared for customers. Workers wait as long as possible to clean the dining area, which is small and cramped. Clientele are made up of mostly drive-thru and the occasional sketchy individual looking to use the restroom or beg. Mostly. My family still eats there because, have I mentioned the food? We called them "Murder Burgers" when I was a boy but that doesn't stop me from eating 6-8 at one sitting, with Mozzarella sticks. Like I need more fat. Go To White Castle.

I've been going to White Castle for over 60 years since when I originally lived in The Bronx, NY! I went to the original one on Fordham Rd in The Bronx, especially so while I attended Fordham University Evening School Division between 1969 to 1974, after school, whereby our last classes let us out at 9:15 PM Monday thru Thursday. White Castle, while being a unique place to eat with those delicious hamburgers, which each person could eat a minimum of four or more, was extremely affordable for us evening school classmates who had to work during the day to pay for our educations at night school, in order to get ahead in whatever careers or profession we choose at that time. I was privileged to attend school with many Vets who were " lucky" enough to make back from The Vietnam War, and after school we looked forward to a place we could sit down together and have a welcomed and delicious bite to eat with warm conversation about our classes and professors, who for the most part, we're just grand! White Castle was one of the very few places who stayed opened late in the evening and Welcomed our patronage. I've had my house in Forked River, NJ for nearly 25 years now and live here permanently for the last 8 years. When White Castle built their new fast food restaurant just over a year ago in Forked River, I was happy as a lark and one of the first to go there on opening day and ever since at least once or twice a week! I called everyone of my friends in NY and NJ to let them know what a wonderful thrill this was for me!!! White Castle has THE BEST SHAKES EVER, and I've tried all the competition, and they don't hold a candle to White Castle! Your menu offers a great selection of items to choose from as well . My very favorite promotional item is the crab sliders! Boy are they G-O-O-D!!!! But you can NEVER go wrong with their old but trusty regular hamburger, with or without cheese with a side of fries or onion rings, or BOTH! . You just can't go wrong!!! I've always found your service people to be very respectful and upbeat and make you feel right at home. I can't say enough about White Castle as an old but familiar " good friend" to ALL who continue to par take of their wonderful establishments, which is now all over in many states!
