Fantastic short rib with rigatoni dinner tonight. It was so good there was nothing left in my bowl. Also had the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. They were outrageously delicious.

NJ Bar & Grill is a fantastic local spot where everyone feels right at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and there's always something fun going on! Whether it's a great band, trivia night, or a brewery tap takeover - it's the best place around! Their menu covers a variety of tastes but you'll find yourself coming back again and again for your favorite dish. They frequently have drink and dinner specials which are fun to try as well. We recently hosted a party at NJ BAG and have enjoyed their catering for at-home family parties as well. The people are wonderful and service is phenomenal - why go anywhere else?!

Very bad night for NJ Bar and Grill. Service was very slow! Had to ask twice for their famous chips. Received food after waiting an hour. Asked to take home leftovers, and never got them, we realized it halfway home. Seafood paella was full of small pieces of clam shells that weren’t seen but chewed on!! Very very small portions!! Will not be returning!!

NJ Bar & Grill is decent local watering hole. They consistently have good beers on draft and ball games on TV. Their food is inconsistent and the traditional bar food is much better than the upscale menu items. If you are looking for a place to hang with friends and have a few this might be your spot.

From the impressions of my first time here it was ok. The bartender was definitely inexperienced because when I asked what was on tap she only named common beers like Guinness and Budweiser and gave me an ambiguous response, another customer actually ended up pointing out the tap menu. A nice lady (someone else working there) briefly told me about the history of the building; it apparently is from the 1800s but it is definitely modern inside. Atmosphere is ok if quaint, there are TV's, a jukebox, hunting themed and golf arcade machines and a spattering of advertisment signs. Didn't order any food so I don't know how that fairs but they had a decent selection of beers (I don't know about the liquor or mixed drinks either). The service was polite and the customers looked like they were having a good time. I normally don't go to bars but for a nice place to hangout this place can be host for a pleasant evening depending on one's tastes. I had one beer around midnight and I left after twenty minutes or so, I had a decent time considering I usually don't like most bars.

Food was terrible. Everything tasted like it had taco seasoning in it. Not bad for tacos, horrible for meatballs and burgers. We had two bad experiences from them (delivery) and others we talked to said everything from, "just ok" to "we got sick from their food". In a limited area for delivery/grub hub, this is a place my wife and I will avoid all together.

This is a great place with a nice bar and excellent food. The staff is always friendly and knows the menu well. Everything I tried here has been excellent and fair prices. There is a parking lot so parking is never an issue.

I love this place because it has video games for kids and a great atmosphere. The food is very good with large portions. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. I think it has one of the best burgers in Morris County.

Terrible. I ordered one thing off the menu, and got something almost completely different. The staff apologized, saying they didn't have all the ingredients they needed, and the chef didn't know how to make it. I also complained to the manager, and they still didn't make good on it. Will never go back

Went for Trivia and tacos for my brother's birthday. Great food (the buffalo cauliflower bites were incredible), the beer selection is great. Entire party enjoyed their food, service was friendly and speedy. Looking forward to returning.

Great neighborhood bar like we don't have in Texas. Friendly service, great beer selection, good cocktails, and a solid menu. A bit loud but that's expected on a Friday night. Not necessarily kid-friendly at least in the bar area. Recommend the fried cauliflower appetizer with BAG sauce. We just stopped for appetizers and drinks - thoroughly enjoyed the stop.

Place is nice and clean for local bar. This is the only bar in Mine Hill town. Food is good. Nothing crazy but you get ok quality. Ordered several times from here. Wings were good. To go packaging was nice and proper as well. I think prices are high for a local bar.

Had a bag burger with short ribs.. asked for my fries to be well done crispy.. had about 1/2 oz. of short rib and fries were warm and soggy..my daughter had grilled cheese which was made with rye bread... ps..if your going to make your grilled cheese with rye bread.. say it!! My son had chicken fingers which actually were well done and crispy.. other then that the beer was good
