Great service and fabulous food. Was my first time going and with a party of 7.. kids ranging from 7yrs-13yrs and two 70+ grandparents. Everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend the cellophane noodles for kids, we got it with beef and vegetables. Shumai was delicious too and of course the BBQ which we got in chicken, beef and shrimp. They have a karaoke bar too... did not try that out.

My only complaint was the soondabu(not sure how to spell it) soup seemed a bit too mild in flavor. I ordered a 3 meat meal with pork belly, chicken, some beef and the soondabu. Everything(minus the soup) was great. I enjoyed the little dishes, the fresh lettuce and the meat. I just wished the soup was better although that won't stop me from coming back. I did enjoy the staff. They cooked well and consistent and once the meat was done they plated it for us which not everywhere does.

Foods were good and served very quick. But, I ordered soft tofu stew with seafood and I received literally just one single prawn, instead of quiet a few more! I am not sure if that's how it is supposed to be served. Also, there was a very unpleasant sound (some construction work or kitchen pipe leak; not sure) coming out from the back of the building making it super noisy!

Amazing food. My two sons can be picky eaters when eating out at new places but loved most of what was on the table! Large portions, endless sides served with our ribeye, chicken and pork belly BBQ. We will be back!!!!! Delicious.

this place is amazing. the food is authentic and excellent. just hsd the spicy pork belly and duck grill bbq with a friend. lots of little side dishes to sample and the staff are friendly and very helpful. cant say enough good things about this place. wish it were a little cheaper but its a place meant for going and sharing so between 2 or 4 people its not bad. 5 stars definitely.

This place had the most disgusting korean food around. Literally got appetizers tasting like it was diluted with tap water. The quality of food has dropped drastically since just last year, and won't be going back. Disappointed. It's now worse than my best friend's mom's cooking. Insane

Koko Korean BBQ in North Wales is the best in the area. Definitely worth the trip. They have the grills in the table if you want to cook the bulgogi and galbi yourself, or they can do it for you in the kitchen. Best authentic Korean in the Philadelphia area. The quality of their meat and ingredients is above par. It's great for carnivores and vegetarians.

I ordered Galbi for $32.95. They cooked in the kitchen. Then it unbelievable, $32.95 for just 6 pcs, 2 of them with big bone in, 4 of them really small. Too expensive here. Don’t worth. We can cook at home for less than $10 total.

I have to say I wasn’t expecting much for a Korean BBQ joint in the burbs but I was pleasantly surprised. We went with a large group of people and ordered a ton of food and of course Soju! The food was fresh and seasoned well (albeit a bit Americanized!). The sides were abundant and had plenty of variety amongst them. I was disappointed with the gas cooking opposed to real charcoal of other Korean restaurants I’ve visited. The staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced at taking care of a large party.

I am no Korean expert, but this was a delightful meal. They give you a ton of appetizers that I couldnt really tell you what was what, other then the best green beans I have ever eaten. The hot stone short ribs were so good. I would go back often, but it is a tad pricey for lunch, but you do get a lot of food.

Awesome service from the waiter and they made an excellent Fresh Soju recommendation. The meat cuts such as the marinaded duck and pork belly were absolutely perfect. Worth every penny. I wouldn’t go by yourself for the in table bbq unless you bring a friend or eat a considerable amount yourself. If you eat lightly there are other options in the menu. Great atmosphere and I’ve been going for a few years now. Lots of side dishes for the bbq options. You won’t leave hungry.

been here several times, only to get galbi (marinated beef ribs) and naengmyun (cold noodles in broth.) the service is friendly, typically young adults or students, and its clean, but chilly. the food, although not out of this world, does its job as one of the few korean food spots in north wales. it's decent for a pinch, but nothing impressive. nevertheless, i'll still probably be back. if you're interested in karaoke, ask about their deals, as koko kbbq is partnered with the koko's bar.

This is the second Korean BBQ we went to in the area and definitely the better of the two. The food was delicious and our servers (one was a trainee) actually took the time to explain what everything was and recommendations on what to do as far as preparing our food (which we did not get at the last Korean BBQ we went to despite advising them we had never been to a Korean BBQ before). The Korean fruit wine was very tasty but be aware it comes in a shareable size bottle. And for those interested, the restaurant is split into two sections: one for typical quiet dining and karaoke bar.

Food is good, the service is not so great! We had to wait forever for the food to come out and the waitress was not very friendly. We come here so often, but we will go some other place now. I think this BBQ place and the Sanghi next door have been changed. Especially at Sanghi, the service is terrible. All the old servers never come to your table to check on you. New hired server was friendly enough, but all the other servers were all talking within themselves and we had to go and find them to request something. They also never smile and we feel bad ordering and eating here.... If you want a pleasant restaurant time, do not go to Sanghi and BBQ. The owner is not around anymore and it seems like their service went horribly down. It wasn't the first time experience, it is now repeatedly happened. We will be very hesitant to go there because of bad or no service. More Korean restaurants are coming in near by...so, we will try other places now. Food is ok.

The server forgot to flip my chicken in the BBQ section and it got burnt. When I asked the other server about it, he said that's how its supposed to be. Burnt? Really??? They should have replaced it. 15 minutes after we left the restaurant, me and my wife had a bad stomach.

Honestly seems like the other negative reviews have ZERO idea what they are talking about. It's Korean BBQ not southern BBQ if you don't know the difference between the two you probably shouldn't rate places. Ive been to literally HUNDREDS of authentic Korean BBQ places all across the country and this is definitely up there in the top 10-15. HOT grills which is a GOOD thing great meat and good servers. Anyone here for a bad review is probably just ignorant to the type of food. This isn't a Chinese buffet guys and it surely isn't a "low and slow BBQ" type place. Good job KOKO and keep up the GREAT PLACE!!

Very nice place and the food was good. They will cook for you unless you ask to cook yourself. They also have an option for you to sit at tables without a grill. If you spend over $150 you get 50% off at the karaoke bar next door. I would definitely recommend coming here and will be going back.

First off I would like to make sure you know that this restaurant is certainly way too EXPENSIVE! Now normally that would not be a problem if the food matched the price point. This KBBQ requires you to order TWO meals before you can have it. So no quick lunches unless you can eat two portions or are okay with tons of to go boxes. In my humble opinion the bulgogi was not really worth it. The beef looked more like chicken (see my picture). The chicken & shrimp was way too dry for a KBBQ experience. I think this happened partly because the cook/server kept trying to manage two BBQ tables at once plus other tables as well. I tried to do it myself (take it off) but I think they frown on that. They also do not have every table with a BBQ pit (there are two types of BBQ pits here a square and a round), so you might have to wait. The side dishes were okay but I'm not sure why when you ask for more they take so much time (not just because they are busy either). Same goes for asking for lettuce to wrap your meat in. The parking lot is a minor issue. There are two restaurants here. Both owned by the same people. It can be crowded depending on the time of your visit. The service was decent. Friendly staff trying to juggle everything they can. I think the owner needs more people. I think traditional KBBQ places have the complete staff and the better price point (for what they offer) and experience is better. Here not so much. My go-to KBBQ is Seorabol in Philadelphia. The bulgogi there is definitely worth the price (all types of meat) the beef especially because it clearly looks marbled with fat so when cooked it tastes devine, like it should. The service, side dishes and experience are way better. You will not regret giving it a try. And NO I'm not getting paid for suggesting them. I just want customers to have the opportunity to have a way better food experience.

Grill on table gets hot too quickly which makes the meat dry out quickly. Not the best Korean BBQ restaurant. Gets 3 stars mostly because of friendly servers...

Probably the best experience I've had with an Asian cuisine/dining experience. The chef was attentive, constantly made sure our table was filled, and even made recommendations for the kids and brought a few extra things the kids liked! They did make an exception for us, wich was very nice, but chances are they will not make that same exception for you. We got the bibimbap, wich was very good as well as the beef Korean BBQ, Wich also comes highly recommend.

First time I've been here. Not the best seating but it did not bother me as it is family style, close quarters seating interaction. The food was fantastic. That didn't have bolgogi available at the time (bummer) but the combo dishes we got head a chicken version that was great. Horrible service. A short and chubby Asian guy at the bar (even shame to be called "Bartender") doesn't seem like knowing what he is doing. Extremely low level customer service. The music chart books in the karaoke rooms are really dirty and disgusting. Those seem to be never cleaned. If you are ready to pay your money for every single minute at a dirty karaoke with not very attentive waiters, KoKo Karaoke is a right place for you.

Finally! Excellent Korean BBQ in the Lansdale/Montgomeryville area. Really enjoyed a Saturday lunch here. My daughter introduced us to Korean BBQ in Los Angeles and I am so happy that I can enjoy it on a regular basis. We ordered both the beef and chicken Bul Go Gi - both were very good. They automatically bought our a large selection of sides to go with it - all were very tasty. Great meal!
