Sauce katsu don was really tasty, the sauces tasted great with the crispy chicken. Served with white rice this dish is pretty simple and recommended if you wanna play it safe. Other than that the place is pretty small, so seating is the only thing I could complain about. But service was good!

My family just went for dinner. My husband and i started to feel sick with the first couple of pieces of sushi. We decided to leave (mind you no one ate a plate of food maybe half a plate). When i went up to the front to let someone know i got an extremely rude response. I was told i was a liar and all their food was fresh. Which it was not. Then when i asked what they were gonna do the man reluctantly gave me 15% off (they have a 30%off coupon online) Worst customer service ever. I do not suggest going here. My family will never again.

It's a buffet, so don't expect knock-your-stocks-off gourmet. That said, as far as buffets go, this place is awesome. Food is great, decent and varied selection, great sushi and salads. Love this place.

They should have an attendant at the front from the time they open. The staff were eating as we were and attended us as they finished. It felt weird waiting and then just grabbing food and sitting. It felt like we were rude. Food was great though.

Chinese buffet with the typical foods you find at a buffet but a few authentic Chinese dishes thrown in like the Taro bun. Wide selection of sushi comes unlimited with normal meal. Desert selections included green tea Ice cream,coconut Jello and various other things. Staff was nice throughout. The spare ribs and Mac and cheese need help though. Lunch runs about 13$ each.

When I went to this Buffet on Friday June 29, I was greeted with open arms by the young lady at the front because this was my first time coming in to their establishment since I first heard about it. They have a good selections, but none of them had names on it to tell you what it was. Unfortunately, my mother wasn’t able to eat any of it because she’s allergic to shellfish. We thought they have a huge selection, but the girl in the front told us that there selections do change where they favor people who can’t eat shellfish. Great experience...so I thought. The next day I went again for my coworkers since my job isn’t that far from here. 30th of June which was the next day was not so pleasant at all. My coworkers and my boss also who I told about this place asked me can I get a tray of sushi to share with my co workers and him. As I entered the place, I was not greeted with a hello like Friday. It was more like “Hello why are you here” kind of thing because of his tone and attitude. I didn’t let it get to me because well it was hot and a long day so I took that in consideration. As I’m there getting some of the selections with no name again, I’m being watched by the guy in the front. He literally came around the front just to see what I’m doing. Like really you think I’m going to taste or take the food? And then what made my experience even worst, some girl with her child came from the front and started following me around with her child. Really??? Enough was enough. I hurried up and got what I needed so I can leave and as I was paying , he was so rude throwing my receipt and debit card. Like I don’t understand how you think it’s ok to treat people that’s making your establishment richer. My boss told me to don’t bother going back there again nor will my co workers. And he will be doing a follow up with this place. Like I said the food is great but the workers (not all) are very rude.

Went to Koki Buffet with the family today and was EXTREMELY disappointed! This used to be our go to spot for brunch and dinner but I am sorry to say that we will not be returning here again! We used to come here all the way from New York because that is how much we liked their food but lately their quality and quantity has been going downhill. Sunday is supposed to be an all day dinner buffet yet they barely restock the food items. There were empty trays of food just lying around. I nicely asked the gentleman at the front desk about when they will be restocking the lobster and shrimp (seafood items) and his response was “those are expensive items so don’t expect us to restock them anytime soon.” I was SHOCKED beyond belief! How can you say something like that to a customer?? Also, so what am I paying $20 per person for?? Also, why does Koki Buffet always advertise about their lobster and seafood all over social media if they do not want to serve such items? This is fradulent and wrong on their end. Sorry to say this but Koki Buffet, you have lost a very loyal and frequent customer. I was planning on having a family party here too but after today’s experience, I will never even think about that ever again! There are plenty of amazing buffet restaurants out there to chose from. My advice is if you want your money’s worth of good quantity and quality of food, go elsewhere. There is no reason why you should have to keep begging the management for them to bring food out. The whole purpose of a buffet is to have a variety of food products restocked and ready to eat.

I eat here a few times a month. It's a Buffet with pretty good food. After 4 O'clock in the Afternoon, the sit-down price goes up to $15 from $11, but the menu improves to more expensive foods, like Crab Legs and Sashimi at that point as well. I often go for lunch and get a tray of Sushi to go; only about $7 for the equivalent of 4 whole rolls.

Today was the most disappointing visit ever!! We have been a regular customer to this place since it opened. But today we took my mom n my niece who is 10 but very tall. When the bill came they charged me for her as an adult! They told me that they go by size and not age. Really?? Well, hello today children are very big and sorry but we are not all Asian. This was very upsetting to me and my husband. Especially because the owner know us and gives us the discount card. Than my mom who has only been there one time before asked for a container to bring her dessert that she (began to eat ) so she can put it in. Well, the waitress said that you have to pay for the that if we put it in a container.they go by the pound..meanwhile I paid for all four of us 87.00. So, being we know the owner we approached her..she said the same thing..well, as of now they will never get my business again!! I noticed that they have been cutting back on the lobster claws, crab claws..sushi has gone down a bit also. But because we know it is clean and never had any issues with being sick from the food..we continued to go.it was close, and quick. But I think they need to change their menu a bit. They same old stuff. One other thing they need to change is that the waitress just bring you the check without asking if you have any coupons.they kinda rush you to get out. Whether you are eating or just enjoying a few glasses of wine...very, very, very disappointed.....there is a way to handle this..the owner could have said okay let your mom take it..quietly..since she knows us . The funny part is her husband shook my husbands hand when we first got there...

They charge children $16 if they are over 4 foot tall I was very disappointed I'll bring my grandbaby and because she's tall but she's only 9 years old I paid close to $40 for the two of us one adult and one child all other buffets surrounding at Buffet does not charge $16 for a child the worst experience ever I have

Welcomed by great ambiance, easy to access buffet set up, and pleasantly surprised to note how good the mackerel was (at a buffet!). They have various sushi roll options. But, then the lack of overall food items showed. The make your own Udon noodle soup was a nice touch, and matcha ice cream, and some good select meat items. But, the #1 reason for 3 stars is obviously MSG or whatever equivalent to it. Had all of us feeling full immediately after just 1.5 plates. Unacceptable, as the bloating and stomach rumbling prolonged throughout the night, and still present now in the late morning. Certainly was not to the standards of a 18.99 per person weekend price, with the MSG, should have been a steady 13.99.

I have been this place few years ago, and went there on this Friday for lunch. I didn't have any complain at all for the price I paid. The food is good and the service as well. I have been different Japanese buffet, the rest of them always gave me tea bag of hot tea, however they gave me the real tea leaf , to a person who love tea, it taste totally different. By the way, the real tea leaf of course cost more, but they only charged me $1. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will be there more often.

The foods are good. They have great selections of sushi and Chinese foods. I love taking my time with my husband here. The staff are nice, except the server. The server are rude. She took my plate while I still eating with my food. I was like “excuse me”, but she left over me. The management should teach their server to be polite to customer.

Not sure if it’s because it’s a childhood memory but this place was always my favorite buffet, It had a nice range of deserts, lots of different varieties of Sushi, it had some Hot and Sour soup or Udon Noodles, they also had Pork Buns, Also 6 different varieties of ice cream and last time I was hear in summer they had Lobster which was filled every 30 minutes and at the end they have this little bowl of candy at the front which was not too much guava giving it a nice sweetness so you end your breakfast, lunch, or dinner with some sweet candy.

Horrible! Three of us went on a holiday during lunch so they charged us for the dinner price. The food wasn’t that fresh and with limited selections. My husband didn’t feel well for his stomach immediately after the meal. My mum started diarrhea after 1-2 days. The worst happened to me. Totally food poisoned. Vomiting and diarrhea at midnight which eventually lead to a fever. Would not recommend at all.

My family and I have become frequent visitors, as this is a good buffet restaurant. They have a nice fountain right in the entrance of the restaurant (great for the kids). Its a lovely and calm place. The sushi choices are tasty and seem fresh. Salad bar is ok (the only green salad is the Cesar dressed salad). They also have Mango salad, seaweed salad, pasta salad... The self serve ice cream selection is good (they have green tea ice cream, chocolate, strawberry, chocolate chip, vanilla and what I believe was cherry ice cream). The craw fish is good. Nice place.

By far the worse place I ever ate at and they charge $19 per person but they don't have any seafood dishes other then coconut shrimp that was probably sitting there all day. Went there with family and it didn't live up to expectations we saw in the pictures, wasn't the worst food ever but lacked lots of much needed flavor the only decent part of the day was the sushi and ice cream for the price (dinner with rib/lobster) it was slightly disappointing the rib was a bit overcooked and I never saw the lobster tray refilled. TL;DR it was pricey food that looked better than it tasted but the sushi and ice cream were good

This place used to be really good a couple of years ago; not sure what happened. All the fish and meat is dry and looks like it has been sitting all day. The eel is definitely past its date. I do not recommend coming here for lunch, I only had 1 plate and had to go somewhere else to get decent food. Maybe their dinner service is better? I will never know because I am not going back - 1.5 stars

This is a go to spot for those who love sushi & even for those who don't. This buffet offers your traditional comfort foods but the show stopper is the sushi. Highly recomended because of their great service & their flavorful selection of foods & salads.

The restaurant itself is already amazingly designed and furthermore, the sushi was amazing and so was the food. In the entrance, there is a fountain where the fish are and sometimes, they let you feed the fish! It is sometimes crowded there but that is most likely when there are a lot of parties coming. I suppose you won't have a seat when this happens but I recommend you go back another time to give the restaurant a cool down. Sometimes the food labels aren't there and you don't know what you're eating and some food are gone from the tray. Most of the time, they are refilling. I would strongly recommend this place :)!!!

I used to come here often with my family. I liked this place and variety. Recently they changed their pricing structure to "height" - under 4ft (9.99), over 4ft (14.99) and over 5 ft (19.99). I will much rather go to a la carte restaurant next time with my family.

Buffet options are always changing and food is fresh every single time. Sushi is made on the spot, never stale and has a variety of vegetarian and regular sushi options. Staff is quick and your drink is always full! One my favorite places to go and reasonably priced for lunch options all week long.

Inasmuch as I thought the place was beautiful, I felt slightly deceived by some of the other reviews. It was alright, but nothing out of this world. The food was little too much on the greasy, fried side. Some of the food felt, and tasted, like it might have been sitting outside for a little too long. The sushi seemed alright, although, from sitting out, the sashimi had a tough texture to it. Maybe because it was closer to the end of the day, not everything was as fresh as it could have been, and, maybe, earlier on in the day it's a different experience, but I didn't think so, unfortunately. However, if you're looking for a quick fix in between studying or getting work done, this isn't a bad place to stop and take care of that fix before heading back to it.

One of my go to places for fresh sushi and steamed pork buns. They have a thai mango salad that is one of my favorite dishes along with red bean and matcha green tea ice cream. Service is great, as soon as you come in they seat you and ask your drink order.

The food had no taste, sushi was not fresh, food was not moist ,it was rather dried for being exposed to the heat for a long time. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place. But ,reviews are based on individual experiences, so good luck if you decide to give it a shot.

Interesting place. I don't think I've ever been to a Chinese/Japanese buffet before. A bunch of us went as sort of a goof, but I came away impressed. This place is really great for a group! There's so much to choose from, anybody can find something good. The decor is really nice and inviting. Variety is pretty incredible. And for the variety to be good and tasty - that was a surprise. Lots of vegetarian choices. Lots of meat choices, prepared a variety of ways. Good soups and noodles. Some of what's offered is a little odd - mac and cheese and fries next to tempura veggies? Odd but fun. Very impressed that the sushi was being made live during lunch hour. Nice assortment of rolls. Ok assortment of pieces. All good and fresh. Also lots of desert choices! A tip: Look over the entire buffet before you dive in. There's so much to choose from, you'll overlook some goodies if you don't spend a couple min looking the whole place over.
