Overall my experience at KPot was satisfactory. Service was great, they really worked hard irrelevant to assigned stations. Though somehow I quietly didn't felt I dined at Korean BBQ. Maybe it had something to do with not one single Korean employees existed at the KPot.

The food & service was 5 stars. Great menu options, great quality, fast and friendly service, and left full and happy. However, since this is a soft opening, I would like to recommend that the hot pot & bbq options should NOT apply to the entire table. We dined with a party of 6 and only 2 people wanted both hot pot and bbq, while the rest wanted only hot pot or only bbq. However, our kind server informed us that wasn't allowed. We would either, as an entire party, get one or the other OR the entire party get BOTH. It was just too much going on, but nonetheless, very tasteful.

I’ve been to this place twice already and I freaking love it. If you come here to eat you have to get both the hot pot & bbq grill. Perfect combo and very very delicious food. Love it here

The food was great even though we had to cook for ourselves. It was a great experience to eat here. The staff are also great. The food choices are more then you can choose, so go hungry and eat all you can eat for less then $30.00 per person.

This spot is worth visiting if you're a fan of K-BBQ and Hot Pot. My party and I got both the hot pot and bbq which. was. AMAZING. I can't remember off the top of my head but they have some house special seasoned bbq meat that was amazing. If I could get the secret recipe my life would be complete. Prices are really good compared to spots I've been in Jersey and NYC. Service was beyond exceptional, good job crew! Check it out.

Most important thing that I have not read is that this location is BYOB. We had the all you can eat for $28/person which was great. Service, food quality and pricing was all on point- will be returning

I just came from chengdu, china (sichuan) home of the hotpot. It's pretty close to the authentic one in china (spicier in china). I am so happy they are so close to me. The inside is very nice, fast and Great service. Loved their hotpot!!! MUST TRY!! Going again today can't get enough.

First time having Korean BBQ and this place did not disappoint. We had both the hot pot and the BBQ. Both were amazing. We will be coming back. Thank you Icy, you were a great waitress .

I ate there twice already with a group of two and a group of 6, here’s my opinion: (Keep in mind this was during their “soft opening” with a 20% off promotion) Prices are average for Downtown area, but anywhere else they’d be a bit too steep. However they have a pretty decent lunch special. Service was surprisingly great. The staff were really friendly, greeted with smiles, and always checked up on us making sure we were okay. The veggies, meat, and seafood all tasted fresh (both the KBBQ and HOTPOT). Selection is medium sized, I’ve been to other places with bigger selection of meat, but those were also more expensive so I believe this place is a sweet spot. My only two strifes: 1. There is no proper ventilation to contain the smoke from the KBBQ so on a hot day it can get a little stuffy in there. 2. Please lower the music. With the sizzling of the BBQ, it’s already too loud to hear what the person next to you is saying - The music makes it too difficult to hear anything.

The staff here is so friendly that I have to write a review of this place. We went here on a Monday night and was taken care with the staff helped us cook our food (we went for BBQ). The meat selection was great and they are planning to expand their options. They have a sauce bar where you can try out different things. They also seem to have a virtual line (phone app) incase if it gets packed. Over all I would go here again

There's finally a place in Jersey City where you can eat BOTH kBBQ AND HOT POT style meals. What more can you ask for if you're fickle between those two choices. Also, this beats traveling down to East Brunswick for kpot, saving you toll money in the process. And you like saving money, don't ya?
