Here you have the opinions of real people like you who are buying the products of Gabriel Kreuther (Restaurant) in New Jersey.
At the present the firm gets a rating of 4.6 over 5 and this rating was based on 471 reviews.
As you can see its rating is virtually the best one, and it's based on a high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the evaluation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to put reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Modern French restaurant.
This restaurant would get five stars if for the amazing staff! They were incredible, nice and very knowledgeable about the food. However, the meal was absolute garbage. Just because it’s made in bite sized 10-course pieces doesn’t make it good. We can only remember a few out of all the many courses that were delicious, including the cheeses and desserts (thank you pastry chef for saving the dinner!). Everything else was awful, and I cannot stress that enough. We spent $1,455 and regret the whole meal, except the wine and dessert. The sommelier was knowledgeable and outstanding—the food not so much. We ordered pizza afterward. Go somewhere else.
Fine dining at it's best. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. One of the best birthday dinners I've had. Loved that the chef goes to 14th street for the menu items. Tomato dish (cant remember the name) was the best as well as the meat course. We had the nine course meal and by the end of it we were so satisfied. Chocolate dishes were amazing. Loved it. :)
From start to finish the absolute best meal ever. Chef Anthony and his team are remarkable at crafting a dining experience to be remembered. You simply must try the trout and pork belly. Simply stunning.
Totally disappointed. Some of the dishes were pretty mediocre, nothing impressed me. The service was horrible for a Michelin two star restaurant. There were too much time in between dishes throughout the course and none of the staff was attentive. Our wine glasses were empty most of the time and no one cared about it. We barely finished that bottle because they never properly served it. When the main dish (lamb chop) was served, they even forgot to serve the sauce together. What a shame!

Great modern french cuisine. Foie gras is awesome and sturgeon tart also very delicious. The dessert looks and taste great.
There needs to be more stars. You haven't had food until you have eaten there. The small plates with drinks are to die for. They are so proud of their product.
Great food. Good service
Had a lunch menu. Excellent restaurant and great food with attentive service. Must go back for a dinner.
This is a truly wonderful restaurant, with a warm and welcoming staff, exquisite food and delightful atmosphere. Each dish is unique and beautifully presented. This will be our go-to restaurant for special occasions.
Very delicious, nice service
Went for a dinner with friends as four of us on a Sunday night. As expected as for one star Michelin Star restaurant which you would not be disappointed with the food. Quite variety food for the tasting menu and a wide selection of wines. Breads offered at the beginning and during the courses, a bit of salty for all the dishes that night as four of us felt the same. The manager or the owner (I believed he was) came out to greet each table except our table.....oh well....Service was standard, no complaint. Worth a try but not necessary will coming back.
Liked it a lot and would recommend having the experience at 3 star Michelin restaurant.
Service is exceptional. I was really impressed woth their wine menu. There is a type of red wine I usually don't find on wine lists. They had 5 different versions of it. Food definitely comes is smaller portions, but they also serve "fillers" along(e.g.mini-baguettes) so you can adjust to your kind of appetite. I love the food there.
Very disappointing experience. High dollar with sub par food and very average service. Not worthy of a Michelin Star.
Awesome dishes, kind service and fabulous environment!! Really good experience!!
Simply sublime! The food... the service... superb!
“A True Foodie Experience” Dining experiences will come and go, but Gabriel Kreuther will remain embedded in your mind for a very long time. A true dining experience. The venue is beautiful with an interesting combination of modern, contemporary and traditional decor mixed together, providing a comfortable yet beautiful surrounding. The team at Gabriel are warm and professional, providing service beyond expectation.

Sui generis. I have dined here solo, before a Live at the NYPL conversation. Otherwise, I have reserved the dining room for those business lunches and dinners, where the brilliance of specific colleagues needs to be channeled to solve a complex problem with open-minded critical thinking. The excellence of the beautifully plated offerings and the professionalism of the team seems to bring out the best in everyone.
When it's time for a special occasion, you should definitely to come here to celebrate. Every single aspect of the experience was great. The flavors were so distinct and well-balanced, picking favorites is not easy. I'm hungry just thinking about it. My favorites included the truffles in a mason jar, the sturgeon and sauerkraut tart, and the duck. The wine pairings were amazing and made each dish.
Treating my daughter to a mother daughter trip to NYC wouldn't have been the same if we hadn't eaten at Gabriel Kreuther's restaurant! If you have the opportunity and the money for fine dining the kitchen table easy extraordinary! In fact when we needed to make our Broadway show but had not yet finished our exquisite meal they told us to go and cone back they would be waiting to serve us dessert. And that the did! Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be making sure this is a stop in future visits to the city!
This restaurant is an NYC gem. Everyone on the team contributes to making a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend the chef’s tasting with wine pairing. The pace of the dishes and wine are excellent. This pace point is not a small issue: many tastings move quickly, and don’t allow for thorough enjoyment of a wine pairing and its dish.
Nice upscale French restaurant with great drinks, good vibes, and good delicious French food. Get dessert you won’t regret it
Absolutely Amazing. The place is gorgeous. The food is excellent. The plating and presentation, just wow. And service consistently connected with you.
Very nice dinner, and i am very picky, we had the 9 course dinner tasting. Service was great the wine list impressive. The only remarks i can make are the deserts they were not amazing it s a treat when that happens also the home made baguette wasn't like in paris. And i would have liked to see the chef himself coming to the tables to exchange with his customers abour the meat.
This place is worth EVERY $$$ and you will spend a lot at this fine dining establishment. This two Michelin star restaurant lives up to its rating and then some. We came for lunch and did the 4 course tasting. It was phenomenal. The Sommelier, Sarah was wonderful and so helpful helping us pick an excellent bottle of wine that would go well with every course we had. If you enjoy treating yourself to a good meal, do it here.
One of my favourite restaurants. A must go restaurant for Italian food lovers like me. They make sure you are catered well by their knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their food is spectacular and desserts were delightful! 5 stars from me!
It was an incredible dining experience for me and my husband. The meals are carefully selected and the presentation is outstanding. Wine pairing only elevated the dishes.
The food is superb...exquisite by all means! Every plate will exceed your expectations. The amuse-bouche, the langoustine, the risotto, the trout...all superb! I deducted a star because we got seated at 830pm( reservation time) but got our first course at 10pm! This shouldn’t have happened and I would have deducted another star if the staff hadn’t expedited the service when we voiced our complaint! A restaurant of this caliber shouldn’t do such a thing
We were sat within minutes without a reservation. Friendly and fast service. Food was delicious! I really love dessert, so they made my day with all the sweet stuff.
The food is great and the atmosphere is elegant. I will be back here definitely. I also love their chocolate nextdoor.
Had the most wonderful New Year's Eve dinner there last night. They were firing on all cylinders. Their two stars from the Michelin Guide were well-deserved, and could easily be on the path to a third. Farro-crusted bass was a true highlight, as was their foie gras terrine.
Our meal was phenomenal, our server Michael was superb. The food was amazing, Michael suggested awesome wines. Everything was great until we asked about the $100 credit provided by our hotel. The manager, Paul, came by our table to say they wouldn’t honor it because we ate in the bar side and not the dining room (despite having ordered a full meal). He blamed it on the POS system. In 5 minutes he destroyed our wonderful experience. It was a huge let down and a reminder of why awesome places like Meyer restaurants shine so bright. Despite the valiant efforts of the kitchen, our server, and the bartender, the manager wrecked it for us.
Fabulous restaurant.
Lovely restaurant with a nice vibe and on the whole lovely staff. But when you compare this restaurant with others of a similar cost it just does not compare and it's mainly the small things that were not up to scratch. The Extra Brut Extra Old glass of champagne my wife had to start was almost flat and there was no apology. Almost all the wines by the glass had been open to long in fact.
Awesome meal, perfect in every way. Surprising unexpected and intense flavors, impeccable service, and everything I expect in a high end restaurant!
Loved every minute here. Everything was the best, the food was perfect and the service was amazing.
Had an impeccable evening here trying out the tasting menu and some drinks. Elaborately thought out dishes and extremely attentive service, above and beyond.
Gabriel Kreuther is one the best, if not the best, restaurant I’ve been to in NY. We were there this evening, my wife and I, to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it has been a top event. The cuisine is one of the most authentic French cuisine in NY, according to us. Perfectly balanced, exquisite, we’d say. Service is is attentive and not intrusive. The wine list is largely adequate. What else can I say ... Great place, good value for money. AG
Very good and great looking dining room and bar. A bit pricey but great spot for a refined drink or fancier meal.

Fantastic. Thank you for your commitment to phenomenal food and service. I will be back soon!
Thoroughly enjoyed our prix fixe dinner at Gabriel Kreuther. The food was breathtaking, creative and delicious. Our host Luis went above and beyond to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!
Excellent food, cooked perfectly and a great menu. We visited for lunch and there was a nice pleasant atmosphere, not too deathly quiet, peaceful with some light noise. The sommelier knew the wine list extensively and made some great recommendations, it’s hard to pick when you’re presented with so much choice! The lunch menu is a set price, with a choice of different starters, mains and dessert. My only regret was not going for dinner!
My wife and I enjoyed the friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious! Job well done!
I was in NY for a business dinner, and ended up here. The food was outstanding: incredible flavors and beautiful presentation. The service was attentive, but did not get in the way: the sommelier in particular was very helpful without being intimidating -- quite lovely.. The most memorable part of the entire experience, through, was the sheet luxury of having dinner in a room where the nearest table was at least 5 or 6 feet away; we could actually hear one another, without even an attempt at straining. It was a lovely evening. I would recommend for a special occasion, and will go back.
Prepare to be “wowed by” this French “standout” opposite Bryant Park, where chef Gabriel Kreuther produces “inspired” tasting menus with his signature “Alsatian twists”, served by a “seamless staff” in an “impressive” setting with “snazzy” “rustic” accents; though it’s “costly”, there’s also an à la carte bar menu if you’re “mindful of your pocketbook.”
Me and my partner had Such an amazing meal here . We had the bar menu and it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff - I can't praise them enough! Michael (our waiter) and Nancy (operations director) where fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. One thing I won't forget is meeting Gabriel himself. Thank you all for looking after us both (to all the staff at Gabriel Kreuther) We will be back soon to try the tasting menu!! 5 stars well deserved!! Thank you again....
Besides the tablecloth not being replaced after my colleague spilled a full drink on the table it was great food and atmosphere.
Came here for my birthday dinner with three friends. We had the chefs tasting and the kitchen was incredibly accommodating to my special diet (I’m a vegan) the food was still INCREDIBLE. I won’t spoil the amazing surprises they have there but I will tell you the “grape ball” at the end was truly one of the most surprisingly delicious things I have EVER eaten.
Update: tried the prix fixe dinner, very good. They're really considerate, offering bread between each course. Overall this is an elegant place in a good location. It would be nice going to their bar from time to time. Bar experience: I stumbled into this beautiful restaurant, sitting at bar. The interior design alone is worth experiencing. $30 something for a entree serve as the right gateway drug for such exquisite restaurants. The fish is really good. I'm less impressed with its desert and cocktails, perhaps I should order something else. Will try its prix fixe menu next time.
One of my favourite restaurants. A must go restaurant for Italian food lovers like me. They make sure you are catered well by their knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their food is spectacular and desserts were delightful! 5 stars from me!
Service was great food was even better. Highly recommend. Had a 3 course meal, loved everything.
Perfectly place for my anniversary.
We went to Gabriel Kreuther to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect place to celebrate it! The interiors of the restaurant have the perfect balance of traditional and modern with a touch of glam. The food was delicious! What made the whole evening a standout was the level of service at the restaurant. We received a Happy Anniversary card signed by Chef Gabriel Kreuther himself and we received a beautiful chocolate cake at the conclusion of the meal. Also, throughout the evening, the servers were attentive, without being intrusive. Thank you for making our evening so special!!
I really liked their food. I always get awesome service here. The place is neat and the staff members are always very kind. Keep up the good work.
What an amazing restaurant food is outstanding and service is second to none. Great for a special occasion and chocolates are yummy
This place can't be beat! They pay attention down to every last detail, even providing left handed utensils and keeping plates warm when someone has to get up to use the bathroom. Such an array of creative approaches towards their food, too - we must have had three different takes on foie gras during our meal. Unforgettable!
Though this place was quite pricy, it is an upscale price and considering the quality of the food, the price for my meal was just right. Dinner here was really delicious and creatively thought out, it was original and unlike other dinner meals. The design of the restaurant was really elegant as well, making it a really nice place to enjoy dinner.
The hotel has been beautifully updated and the friendly helpful staff could not be nicer to guests. The smaller size of the hotel provides a pleasant feeling of home. The breakfast provided is the perfect start to your day with the staff providing personal service to each guest in the bright first floor sitting area. Late afternoon wine, cheese and
We had a course menu and their seafood and desserts were delicious. Their chicken was okay. Good wine. Nice staff. Saw some famous celebrities including Martha Stewart when I came. Nice bar and chocolate selections. Pro: - nice decor - great location in midtown - good food - wine bar
Hard to describe, as the flavours, textures, colours are there to challenge and inspire. The foie gras terrine and the Green-Walk Hatchery trout were standouts. Not everything was perfect - had to chivvy the staff along at the beginning as they were a little slow. The two sort of pizza snacks at the start were a bit incongruous considering what followed. But that’s it. The rest was amazing. Go and be wowed by Gabriel and his team. You won’t be disappointed. Yes it’s expensive, so if you’re price sensitive then best go for a burger!
Superb dining experience all around; we had the 9-course tasting menu with 'prestige' wine pairings. Service was a notch above other restaurants we've visited in this category; the servers went out of their way to explain each dish, the sommelier the detail of each wine paring in a conversational and warm manner.
Amazing food
Wow! What a lunch to kick off my weekend. From the beautiful dining area with stunning wooden beams, to the care and attention put into each component of the meal Gabriel Kreuther is an absolutely delight. We each enjoyed their four-course offering with paired wine selection. By far the Pino Noir they had paired with my pasta course was the best! Make sure you save room for a little cheese and dessert as well; their pastry chef Priscilla makes chocolate magic! The staff were kind, knowledgable and inviting. Ironically, one of their managers, Nancy Schulman, grew up in my hometown! Small world! I look forward to dining here again to enjoy their dinner service! Thank you for such a memorable experience!
Highly recommended!!
Excellent food and service. Not your typical fare. Is pricey.
We had a absolutely sublime dinner last night that I will be thinking about for a long time. Each staff member we encountered cared very much about their role and seemed delighted to be working in such proximity to food that inhabits this level of craft and taste. The service style was French in the sense of being precise and yet warm, with an excellent sense of pacing, which can be rare even in great restaurants, especially in New York. The imagination behind the food was exquisite.
Exceptional service exceptional food. Very much deserving two Michelin stars
Had a corporate event here, everything ran smoothly thanks to event planner Camille and our captain, Colby! The food and service were perfectly executed. Not a guest could find fault. A truly classy place to amaze.
Chocolate you can make love to. Expensive but arguably worth it.
I had a memorable experience here. My business partner and I had a 6 course menu and everything was superb. Highly recommend it!
Totally disappointed. Private dining experience was sub par. Food was boring and service sloppy.
was extremely happy with the food and the service
Over-priced and under-whelming. Pretentious, to boot. Random attempts at uniqueness, resulting in a hodge-podge of unusual tastes, but nothing special. Staff failed to adhere to our solicited allergy concerns. Plus, they messed up the credit card charges. Will not return. If you want an exceptional dining experience, seek out one of the many outstanding alternatives offered in NYC.
I really liked their food. I always get awesome service here. The place is neat and the staff members are always very kind. Keep up the good work.
Wow!!! This is an amazing restaurant! Probably, the most beautifully decorated one I have been to. Service impeccable. Food spectacular. The lamb chops were memorable. Was given a tour of the kitchen..organized, impressive, spotless. Can't wait to return.
Amazing experience, great food, served by awesome staff! Must do when in NYC. On the pricy end of the spectrum though.
We had an impressive meal here for lunch at the kitchen table. Having meal while watching the whole kitchen runs, such an enjoyable dining experience. Food presentation and tools here are interesting. Good combination and creative menu using chocolate in some dishes! Good quality and mouthwatering. Active and nice staffs. Easy access just opposite to the bryant park. If interesting in kitchen table, reccomend to reserve in advance.
An absolute must if Dining in NY! World class cuisine in a beautiful room with perfect service !!
Wonderful experience .The chef prepared a vegans menu for me and it was sublime. Very efficient, relaxed and smooth meal. Sharp, fresh flavours. Highly recommended
Flawless. If you had shown me the menu in advance I'd have claimed I wouldn't like anything. Instead, it was all fantastic. I always thought I had the palate of a 5 year-old but it turns out I had just never been here. Seriously, it's an event. Go now.
A fine dining experience. Better than most of the top establishments in NYC or elsewhere. We were treated like royalty.
My family and friends went to GK last night to celebrate my birthday. The food was very good and the presentation was impeccable, even though the food took a long time. However, what made the experience negative was that the head waiter and the sommelier gave us a cheap hard sell on their more expensive wines and foods/ extras. It was very unelegant and made my company and I feel very uncomfortable to the point that I’ll never be back, or recommend it to anyone else.
It was such a great experience for me. The black angus beef, was one of the best meals i ever had!
Visited this place and enjoyed my time here. very nice and cool environment and food was awesome. Loved it.
Absolutely stunning interior. The kind of place you go to impress the client on that business deal you're working on. Desserts are out of this world.
I love this restaurant, it's one of my favorite go-to's for important celebrations and occasions. While previous visits were solid five star experiences, this time I feel like our wait staff wasn't as attentive as usual, nor did they seem to be comfortable with explaining the dishes. That said, it's such a small complaint compared to the overall consistency of this place. Would highly recommend the Chef's Menu if you budget allows.
We loved this restaurant , nice memories about evening
I had the pleasure of attending a milestone anniversary party held at Gabriel Kreuther last night. The party took over the the entire restaurant. Both the food and the service were incredible. Everything was absolutely perfect. The entire restaurant team were wonderful. Everyone had the most lovely and memorable time.
Good place eat while visiting New York City. Amazing food and service. Don't forget to pay attention to their desserts. Wide spectrum of fantastic choices. It is an important restaurant that figures in the Michelin Guide as one of the top places in NYC.
What a great restaurant. Amazing food, beautiful Sommeliers and attentive service professionals.
Dinner at the bar/lounge. Lovely service, and great food. Interesting flavors presented beautifully
Superb dining experience. I think Michelin believes this to be the best restaurant in New York. Seems possible.
Amazing!!!!! They shocked us because usually I hate blind tasting menus. But every course was on point. It was interesting that it was different items for me and my boyfriend each!
One of the best restaurant I've ever been to! Really nice and knowledgeable staff, amazing food, super atmosphere, highly recommend ! :D
Extraordinary and unique !
1. Impressive service: A. We came here for anniversary celebration. We made our reservation 2 hours before our dinner, but when we arrived at the restaurant, everyone says "Happy anniversary" to us, even during our whole dinner---their memory is impressive. B. They also prepared a special menu for us, I keep it as a gift. C. They gave us a small beautiful cake as an anniversary gift. Nice. 2. Delicious food: Dishes are creative, beautiful and delicious. 3. Modern romantic decoration: The whole restaurant could become a classroom for learning modern art, great sense!
I have followed the New York restaurant scene for years - when I saw the name Gabriel Kreuther a few years ago - I knew nothing about this person. We decided to give his restaurant a try - the experience was wonderful. We have dined at many great restaurants in New York. Sometimes at these temples of food worship the experience can be overly fussy and theatrical - while the food is good but not truly delicious. At Gabriel Kreuther the most striking aspect to me was the food: delicious at every turn. Beautifully presented. Flavors were always balanced, interesting and - most importantly - delicious. At some restaurants I believe flavor has been pushed down the priority list in favor of other concepts. This is an expensive dinner, but this time - it was truly worth it. Service was excellent but still personable and welcoming. We needed to get out the door at a certain time and the waiter made it happen. The room is beautiful but not intimidating.
This place is beautiful and everything is delicious but it's pricey so I only drop in once in a while. I guess if you have a corporate card (lucky you), you can go all the time. The lunch tasting menu is a great way to try the food, which is incredible.
Great service (which I suppose is part of the $387 per head that I spent). Nevertheless happy with the food and the experience. Will come back after I make more money.

I was disappointed in the overall experience, most probably because of the dysfunctional service. I believe this was a tapas night (from what I had seen on the website) but the waiters failed to mention this and how the service would roll. We had different people bring our plates out but NONE of them explained what was in it. To make matters worse, in some instances, two of us got one dish, and the other two got another. This was intentional and happened three times! Not cool.
This restaurant is amazing! The service is top notch from the second you enter until you leave. The entire staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The food is outstanding and the presentation is flawless. Each and every course was delicious. I recommend this restaurant without any hesitation. It is truly an amazing experience.
Wonderful restaurant . Great service. Thoughtful . Not too present . Delicious food : the pizzas to share . The duck . The monk fish . The pate. Totally worth the money .
Quality meals and the setting at this place is super good. Thank you Gabriel Kreuther!
State of the art experience. 4 course menu is actually 9 course menu which includes in-between-regular-courses different type of breads with toppings. The most tender meat I've ever experienced. Worth every penny.
I went to visit my friend in NYC and we choose to have lunch at Gabriel due to their reviews and his debut with a 2 stars Michelin. Unfortunately we arrived late for our lunch in the main restaurant (we were with a baby. Note the kitchen should not close so early in lunch week time. So we had to accepted the Bar Lunch Menu. At first we weren’t convinced about the option most as we had already looked the main menu and decided what we wanted to eat, but we gave a try. And it was Amazing. Totally worthy and NOTE is cheaper 3 course meal for USD 50 it is amazing for the experience. I started with the leek and beef soup, so creamy. It makes the beef melt on my mouth. Main course the grill fluke, perfect made, as I don’t like mushrooms I asked to the sauce come by side, but I have a tried and it Was delicious. My friend got the sausage and sauerkraut it feels u are eating a traditional German food (the Alsatian routes of Gabriel are clear here). For dessert the option were great (here I should point that the main menu I haven’t like any of it, but from the bar I wanted all. My friend and I got the apple-strudel recommendation of the Maitre and it was divine. I must say the best I ever ate. The cross was crunch and the filling so melting. The apples were perfect cooking. A heaven’s pie. The service and environment is great. I definitely want to come back for the main restaurant. The only thing I don’t recommend is the coffee. I even wrote on my review at the restaurant. They should chose a different farm to provide their beans and make the full experience of food and coffee after.
This place is beautiful and everything is delicious but it's pricey so I only drop in once in a while. I guess if you have a corporate card (lucky you), you can go all the time. The lunch tasting menu is a great way to try the food, which is incredible.
Amazing cocktails ... some of the best martinis I have had in years. We only tried their bar menu, but it was a perfect complement to the drinks.
Great experience. Tried squab, pictured, for the first time. It was a tasty dish but the bird is quite small. Foie gras, also pictured, for an appetiser was very satisfying. Had a selection of 4 ice creams for dessert. There was this one banana pineapple ice cream, which was delicious. All great though. Complimentary truffles were a nice ending.
This was my second time there, for a special occasion. As good as any high-end restaurant can be. Outstanding food, wine, dessert, with a very friendly, highly competent, professional staff. Outstanding. Bravo.
Solid, but not overwhelmingly exceptional dining experience. Wine pairing with tasting menu was delightful.
absolutely amazing! the most exciting experience so far in NY. the staff is really prepared and the reception and treatment were impeccable. the food was really delicious, the whole route exceeded expectations. it would also deserve the second Michelin star. Grazie
Excellent food, highly coordinated sit down dinner for 80 went without a hitch, chic setting.
Nice food .Had a business lunch and ordered chicken soup and hamachi salad, also had dinner once a week back , What stood out was the impeccable service.I can say the service routine was better than other restaurants.
Excellent food and service. Attractive place. Very expensive.
The most beautiful, dinner I ever had! Tankyou Nancy, everything was incredible! Food, service, ambience, cocktails.
Great food, great service, hostess needs work. Thoroughly enjoyed new 9 course tasting.
I was so excited by the time I got ready to taken the juice. It was very flavorful.I ordered two and was more than satisfied.Thank You!!
What a surprising experience! Discovering the culinary treasures of Alsace in NY...! For a French food amateur, it was really refreshing to discover a French Chef who offers a different angle. Service was great and intellectually exciting, teaching us so much about the region's traditions. The wines, the tastes and the designs on the plates took us to a peculiar experience to recommend strongly.
Great restaurant with lovely atmosphere. My family had a great dining experience. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great a suggestion for the wine and the food. Chef Anthony is amazing!
Top notch in every conceivable way.
A really lovely place for special occasions. We dined here for our 2nd anniversary. At the beginning of the meal, we received a handwritten welcome letter from the chef to congrat us. We dined at the main dining room which is well decorated. We opted for the longer experience in the evening which lasted from 9pm -1230am. It cost us about 350 dollars each including bottled water and couple cocktails. I highly recommended this place for anyone who wants to spend quality time with his/her special ones. I think it has the potential to be a Michelin three star establishment.
My new favorite restaurant. Exceptional service. Food was outstanding. One of my favorite nights out in a long time. it will not disappoint.
Went for our wedding anniversary - a fantastic dining experience! Exciting flavors and impeccable service.
Truly an exceptional evening! The food was extraordinary and the service was outstanding. I cannot recommend enough and will be going back as often as able.
Great service (which I suppose is part of the $387 per head that I spent). Nevertheless happy with the food and the experience. Will come back after I make more money.
Normal, not so good
I heard about this place from a friend who praised it as one of the best restaurants that he has been to. I agree that the dessert (actually just the ice cream) was amazing, and the appetizers were good, but the main course was average. I probably won't come back again given that there are many other options available in NYC.
Intense flavors, perfect portions. Amazingly smooth sazerac.
A magical experience. Impeccable tasting menu. Warm and welcoming service. The cocktails were also perfection.
Simply amazing, beautiful environment
Awesome food and great staff. Had lunch for 20th anniversary. A first class experience!
Great drinks and food.
