This restaurant is AMAZING! I've had food from here twice so far and already can't wait to try more items on the menu. The food here is so flavorful and will keep you wanting more! I had the fresh lime soda with my meal tonight and it was such a tasty and refreshing drink to finish off a delicious meal. Can't say enough good things about this place, definitely the best Indian food I've ever had!

One of the best places I have had food from. I am an Indian. And I know what north Indian food should taste like. These people make the best food which represent north Indian flavors. They are so busy on weekends, it is crazy. But even with that their quality is always good. When you step in, the smell of the food itself will make you want to go in the kitchen and start eating. Order from here and you won't regret it.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for about 5-6 years and they are superb. The food quality, reasonableness of pricing and precision and diligence when asking for special requests (more spicy, more masala et cetera) is unparalleled. I must recommend for goat lovers their goat biryani and goat kheema. Everything else is really good too. Reminds me of my favorite places in India for these delicacies. This place rocks! Order several dishes and each one was fantastic! Stumble across it by accident. It is setup like a Chinese take out. In the 15 minutes I was there I saw at least 20 orders go out. That is telling you something. Order it and it will be neatly packaged and ready for you. The parking lot has a rear exit that is convenient on to the side street

It's mainly a take out place but they do have two tables outside where you can enjoy your authentic Indian meal. Veg Manchurian was very good at this place. Daal and sabzi were okayish. It's not very costly either. The owner is very polite and generous. You can surely try out this place if you are nearby.

This part of NJ has a lot of options for Indian food and this is one of the best, most consistent and well-priced. The restaurant itself is little more than a take-out counter, so don't expect a relaxing in-restuarant experience. The food is always above average and they are always busy. The chef has tweaked the menu and the preparations a few times and they've started to close one or two days a week (probably from exhaustion) but those are the only real downsides I've experienced in the past 6-7 years. The chicken tikka is great every time, big chunks of marinated, boneless chicken served with sliced raw peppers, onions and lemon and a fresh green sauce (maybe parsley-based) on the side.

Decided to get some takeout based on the stellar reviews, and we were so happy we were not disappointed. The first good sign was that they were super busy. The food is well packaged in proper paper bags and containers, and the presentation is pretty good for takeout. We ordered veggie kolhapuri, shahi paneer, veggie biryani, mango lassi, and garlic naan. Everything was very decent. My favorite was the kolhapuri. But the mango lassi was just okay, imho it seems like it needed some more fresh mango taste to it. But everything else was delish! We are so happy we found a place with good Indian food here. We tried a couple other places, but we were underwhelmed. Finally, we found something to ease the withdrawals from our favorite spot in Toronto. Good food for a good price, definitely a must try spot.

It's a hole in the wall location but they make some spectacular food! A must go if you're in the area. Go online, pick out your food and call ahead. LONG wait time since the food is made fresh, even the biryani is made fresh for each order so it takes awhile but definitely worth the wait, probably the best delhi-centric Indian food in NJ. Edit: People complaining about the lady's attitude have most likely never worked in the food business. This is not a sit down spot where you should expect some kind of service, it's a place to grab your food and go.

We drove 45 min to eat here based on the reviews. First, it’s not dine-in. But the incredible owner pulled two stools up to a table and made it dine-in for us! Masala Dosa! Hyderabad Biryani! Lamb, minced chicken kebabs! A 5 page menu! Packed with ppl picking up takeouts. Aroma from sidewalk mouthwatering. Lots of veg selections. Veg/nonveg selections from many Indian regions! Worth the drive!!! Come hungry (but take it home or eat in car or ask for my two stools :-)

The Delhi Garden, while small and unassuming, has great indian dishes with big flavors. The food is quick to get and very satisfying and spicy. They give you ample rice to eat with each dish. I highly recommend the okra and chicken dishes, and to round out your meal, the rasmalai is a great dessert to have - it's milky, not too sweet, and has great texture. We wanted a quick lunch take-out. Ordered ahead of time and picked when ready. Paneer Kathi Roll was out of this world. Also had Vegetable Pakora and Gajar ka Halwa. It is my new favorite place.

One of the best places for Indian food Loved their Bihari kabab along with lachcha paratha. Biryani : Lamb/Chicken/Vegetable all are amazing. Tried kadi pakora and chicken Kali mirch and they were quite Flavourful. I always order something to eat there and then take out 2-3 days worth of food.

This was my first time ever having Indian food and I will be having it again from here. The food was incredible, I had Tikka Masala and I was blown away. So I'm incredibly picky with Indian food. In my lifetime I've only been to 2 restaurants that I truly liked. This place is now number 3. The downside is you have to wait a while. So call an hour ahead of time! That said, the food was delicious and worth the wait. I have chicken korma, chicken samosas, and garlic naan.... the korma had a nice flavor and perfect amount of heat (not too spicy where it's too much but definitely a kick that balanced the flavor). Samosas were HUGE and delicious. Not greasy and lots of stuffing. The naan was delicious as well, chewy with a slight crisp. I dont endorse many places... but if you want Indian food. Go here. You'll thank me later.

This is one of only a few places I know that serves Pav Bhaji and they NAILED it. Palak paneer, butter chicken, bindhi masala, you name it, they have it and crush the competition. I've only been recently introduced to the chicken and rice plate and I think I could live off of it for the rest of my life. Super highly recommended!! These restaurant has limited seating, and has a high volume of take out orders during dinner time. I would recommend calling ahead to minimize wait time. Staff are nice. Chicken and rice platter with white sauce was DIVINE!!!

Most tasty authentic Indian food in the area. This is a take away restaurant but you will love the amazing taste specially for Paneer dishes and appetizers. If you are in New Jersey don't miss this taste. Owner is such a nice person.
