I got the Dolsot Bibimbap and it’s great and i totally recco it. But these five stars belong to the person taking orders. Who noticed I was out of kimchi (I didn’t even realize I was out of kimchi) and brought me more without saying a word. What’s extra special about this is that this is a buy and sit place w/o table service. What a next level employee

Excellent quick spot in the neighborhood. Don't let the lack of crowds fool you, this is legit. The stone pot is exceptional, we had with spicy chicken and the outrageously good short ribs. We had sweet and spicy chicken wings for an app. Tasty and fresh. Enjoy!

Great food, really liked the Jae Yuk taco, definitely give it a try. My boyfriend who also enjoys Korean food loved it as well; and he's not even Korean haha. I would also recommend this place for people who want more of a smaller and cozy, intimate atmosphere, and it is very forgiving for those who have a more delicate palate while still getting the authentic taste of Korean cuisine. The workers are great as well and I found the owner/manager is very interactive with not only the customers but his workers as well, which is always very pleasant to see, especially as a former waitress/bartender. Although they do not do delivery yet, you should definitely try take out! I was very impressed over the fact this place was only open for two weeks at the time of my visit...I look forward to watching this place grow and will definitely add it to my list of favorite restaurants in greepoint! Good tasty food, nice staff. 4 stars because I dont like being lied to, and that is what happened during lunch. If a waitress make a mistake,have guts to admit, dont tell me that kitchen changes meal every time they cook it without telling everyone. When one orders from tge menu, one should get exactly what was ordered. Besides that one incident all was great.

So so good! My mouth waters each time I walk past this place now. I've had the chicken tacos, fish tacos, vegetarian dumplings, and the chicken wings. All were amazing. Also, have the ginger-honey drink. You won't be disappointed. Staff are really friendly as well.

we accidentally found this spot as we were walking around greenpoint. it was noon and we were a little hungry. have to say that the burrito we got was SUPER YUMMY and the various sauces made it amazing! my only complaint... THERE AREN'T ANY BULBAP GRILLS in los angeles...

Taco was ok, nothing to write home about but the wings were excellent. Some gochujang/soy sesame garlic flavored wings fried up and perfectly crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside.

I had the bimbap. I was one of the few people in the restaurant on a low key weekday afternoon. I like that the service was quick and the staff was accommodating. The meat had some parts that tasted undercooked, but the vegetables tasted okay.

I had the chicken taco, they warned me "extra spicy"! being Latina from California of course I didn't mind, and they were right it was super spicy and very hot and delicious! I'm very picky about my food being very hot and both of that and the Galbi burger were unexpectedly yummy! Annnd for both, under $13!!!

I'm pained to give 2 stars here, cause I think they are trying, but just not hitting the mark on a menu focused item, tacos. The tortillas used were bleh, and the meats were off or tasted burnt. I'm a fan for Korean Tacos. Bulbap has some growing pains in the recipe still. Note to restaurant: All the lights hanging are pretty cool, but as incandescent bulbs, you're burning electricity, literally, especially with the ACs running full blast to keep cool in the summer. Swap em out with LEDs and I'd bet you save a good sum on electricity.

Food is good and authentic but meat was expensive for a small portion. We had kimchee jjigae also which was delicious. The shaved ice was tasty. Would recommend and go back but prob not for meat. Definitely for weeknight dinners though. Oh, also wish there was more banchan! Service was friendly and the manager was very nice and checked up on us more than once.

Stumbled across this spot on our first real visit to Brooklyn. After having spent 4 hours on a bus and walked across the bridge from Manhattan in desperate need of a good meal, casual Korean cuisine with a squeeze of fusion was the perfect find! Fast casual Korean. The fusion dishes like burritos and burgers are a wonderful surprise. The more typically Korean items I've tried were good, but not great. Overall it's an excellent value, and a nice neighborhood option.

I love the food here, the waitress is nice and the food is good. I ordered a Bulgogi burger along with a Bulgogi Burrito(pictured) the sauces that it comes with are delicious and the burritos are my go to. Check it out!

Tofu soup had cheap taste, a lot of tofu but very oily. The kimchi inside was nothing special. Ingredients haven’t been cooked all together. I ate few spoons and left most of the soup. Chicken was ok but kinda salty but I guess it matches the taste of Americans. I’m a French grew up in Paris with Korean background. I had such better Korean fried chickens in Korea. I was disappointed. Maybe I will try the bibimbap to have a more accurate opinion.

Great athmosphere, amazing staff. Portions are quite big and filling. I fell in love with the yangyum sauce that the nuggets came with- it was absolutely phenomenal. Also my bulgogi bowl was really good. I didn’t like the iced tea, probably because it was really sweet.

Dear Bulbap grill: there is a ghostly dread infused in your food and now it is inside me. May we both be cleansed. Left with a feeling of despair and although I was still hungry, I did not want to finish my oddly sticky burrito. Even the mayonnaise dip tasted a little off. Come to think of it every aspect of this place is slightly off. The bathroom is strange too. The sink handles are hidden from view by a shelf that maybe has birds and candles on it. The hinges of the door are spaced very oddly- two close together at the top and then one at the bottom with no center hinge. The sink is a maybe made from the bottom of a 50 gallon steel drum. That's kind of neat, but in the unnerving shadow world of Bulbap grill its unusual dimension only added to my feeling of confusion. I will never return, but I wish you the best, and hope the specter is lifted.
