I thought this place was all hype but it was so good! I had the Baja grilled chicken sandwich & it was delicious! It was so flavorful. My favorite was the dill sauce. Wow! That sauce with fries I can eat every day. For dessert we had the fruity pebbles milkshake. It was good too! I didn't eat any of the whip cream on top or the pop tart because it would have been too much but just drinking it was perfect.

I was not impressed at all with this restaurant. They had no children's menu, so we were left trying to figure out something for my 4 year old to eat. Every option we talked about we were told wasn't possible. I'm talking we wanted just a bun with cheese. We were willing to pay full burger price for just the bun and cheese. I told them they could even put the meat on the side if that made life easier, but I was told that wasn't possible because it was too difficult for the kitchen. I ended up having to leave to find food for my daughter to bring back in since we had already ordered the rest of our food. Then they messed up the orders that we had placed, mixing up the toppings between our orders. It was overpriced, and not that impressive quality. What a disappointing meal.

Did takeout. Burger wasn't dressed with any condiments, and nothing came on the side. Way overpriced at over $18 for a non-specialty burger plus fries. Staff not friendly either. In a city were (great) burger places are ubiquitous, more care should be employed.

Major downside was their rigid policy of not seating any single individual at a table and only at the bar despite multiple two tops being available throughout the entire time I was there for lunch. The Best vegetarian burger I have ever had in USA. I never understood the concept of adding rice or quinoa to the patty, so I never find a good burger. Their veggie patty actually has good amount of vegetables in it and tastes amazing. They have just one option for vegetarians but they nailed it. You can choose your own burger toppings and they have a lot of options to choose from. Do not forget to order their herb garlic fries, just fantastic. Will be back for this burger whenever I am in NYC.

My Amazing Husband insisted on the Ai-Oli Fries and they absolutely didn't disappoint. We sat at the bar and service was spot on.

A small joint that unfortunately doesn't take reservations because one NEEDS to go here. Such flavorful burgers and intense fries with a large variety of toppings such as bacon and Ali oli. Great staff and cool decor. Very busy with close tables though so if you need your space, not the place for you.

Was walking by trying to decide what to eat when we were walking by and looked like there was not much customers right before the dinner rush... The burgers were good but just like any other place. A little on the expensive side considering it’s still burgers... and there’s no sides lokefries that come with the burger. Just burgers... we ordered a black iron burger and another one with the mushrooms and wings as appetizers. The wings... was not that great. But the burgers in compare was much better. Nice and juicy and well cooked. A decent place to go to for some. Urges and beers.

Great service and awesome burgers. I had the signature black iron, and although the burger seemed a bit small, it was good enough to fill me up. The double patty was especially satisfying and I would say that the patties here are one of the best I've had in NYC. The only thing I didn't really like were the herb garlic fries which tasted no different from regular fries. Nonetheless, the burgers here are very reasonably priced for their quality, and I would definitely come back again.

Super cramped and was very busy. We pre ordered our food and it was ready for pick up within the 10mina period he gave us. Fries were delicious burger was ok but it was because we ate it a later on nothing beats a fresh burger off the grill. Will def be going back.

An OK Burger, But I Have Had Better They push that they are the best burger and no one beats their meat. Not in my experience. A thin patty burger with good options for different toppings to dress it up, but nothing I would go out of my way for again. The high price of the burger did not align to the quality or presentation. The fries were a let down also. Thin wispy shoestring fries for another big cost. Fills the plate, not your stomach.

Went here for lunch, packed spot but it's expected since it's lunch hour in midtown. I spent around 23 dollars for a burger and fries and it was a good burger but in New York where the average person spends 36 dollars on food daily (12 on each meal) 23 is a crazy number to spend as cost to taste ratio doesn't measure up. Come here if you feel like spending extra bread for food basically.

A place I certainly want to revisit once again. Burgers are definitely on the pricey side, but the burger I had, the Black Iron burger, was one I consumed in a matter of seconds. The meat oozed juice, and the caramelized onions added a little bit of that subtle sweet flavor that made the overall taste even better. I have to come back, and you do too. The service was great. The food was okay. The prices were very midtown. For having horseradish cheese and horseradish mayo the signature burger didn't taste much like horseradish. The grey poupon had more horseradish flavor to it. The fries were plentiful, but the chimchurri was likely not the best option. The hot sauce on the table should just be called red sauce.

Visiting NYC we had quite a few different Burgers in the city. These were the best ones we had. BIB is a small place but feels nice to sit. Not too fancy, suitable for families, too. The Burgers and sides are on the more expensive side but meat quality and taste is certainly up there even for our European taste buds.

Fall apart in your hand moist, cooked right and super tasty. Also you the truffle fries. Which were also really good. Delicious burger craving satisfied.

A burger place can get five stars right? I had the masterpiece burger medium rare and it was exactly as the name says. This burger is the perfect size. You don't walk out feeling like you have had a pound of bread with a piece of meat mixed in. The truffle cheese fries were cooled well but not hot. The flavors of the burger and fries make for a great meal. This place can get full very quickly but the wait didn't appear to be very long.

I think I got more of my money’s worth paying for parking in the city. I went in there with my girlfriend. Thinking we would be getting decent sized burgers for the price stated and find out the $15 I paid for the burger could be eaten in 4 bites. Ridiculous prices, they don’t even offer fries with that without wanting to charge an eye ball for them. Ordered 2 burgers a side of cole slaw and a soft drink and the bill came out to $40. The food was not filling at all. Like majority of other things in the city this place was way too overpriced. Complete waste of money and time. I suggest you spend your money on shake shack or five guys to get your moneys worth.

The service and the atmosphere were excellent. The burgers were very tasty and the beer was good too. However, we had Coney Island Pilsner which I would have described as an IPA and not a Pilsner in the true European meaning of a beer from Pilsen such as Pilsner Urquell (original pilsner). Still 5 stars though.

So I get to the place and ask for a table for 2. The guy comes to me and says they don’t have any table available and tell me to sit at the bar. He doesn’t ask for my name or anything. While I’m there waiting I see they sit the women. I come to complain and he says the second person wasn’t here yet, that I can’t be seated until we are two. I tell him that wasn’t the information he gave me before, that he never said that and that I didn’t know about that. He says: Well, now you know! Excuse me?! Where the F did they learn how to treat a customer like that?! 1- be respectful, communicate properly. 2- give the proper information. New York is huge and there are thousands of places to eat, competition is gigantic. Careful the way you treat people.

I had the black iorn burger and it was delicious. Came with two patties and the onions were awesome. The burgers don't come with fries. We got the truffle cheese fries(shared between two of us), and I will agree with another user who said there was little truffle flavor. They were good and hot and I don't regret eating them but they could do with dialing up the truffle. They had some good looking salads too but I had my heart set on a burger that night. They had a good beer menu, but it did not come out ice cold. We arrived early (5pm), and around 6:30 the place was packed. Would come back again.

I stopped in because they offer a turkey burger (I avoid things with four legs). It was tasty enough. A bit overpriced (though it is NY and Times Square) and the service was weak. But, I ate the food and it was OK.

Wow. One of the best burgers I have ever had. The masterpiece was beautifully made. The meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was, for lack of a better word: amazing. So, why am I giving it only 4 stars? Because it is very expensive. For two burgers, a large platter of fries and a coke, I paid 55 dollars. It would be worth it if the portions were a little bit bigger. That is my only criticism.

The toppings were perfectly proportioned to the burger. My mother in law ordered the same burger well done and was also very pleased. My very picky daughter had a classic burger with bacon and ate every bite. We split an order of loaded fries. They were awesome. The staff was also great, very attentive and personable. The prices were also very reasonable.

Really good burgers. The Black Iron Burger is strong as is the Iberico. Fries are fine, beers are cold.

Stopped by for a quick bite on a Tuesday night in February. Although the food was delicious, the waiter seemed very unfriendly the whole time. In addition, they charged my credit card an extra $10 in tips. The bill came out to $50 and I tipped $10, but they charged me $70. I called them as soon as the charge was posted to my credit card account on March 1, and Miguel said he would call the company to fix it, after hanging up on me the first time I tried to explain my situation. Still, I haven’t gotten refunded my $10. This is very disappointing because I was willing to overlook this incident and go back regularly. Now, after having received no assistance for this situation, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you are paying with cash and don’t mind the mediocre service.

The first think is: There is no argument, they have great burgers!, my mom got the mushroom truffles burger which I think was the best one of the two we had on the table, that one was super tasty!, now the other one was The masterpiece, I want to be clear it was good too, I could totally get it again but I still think you should hive the mushrooms one a try.

Sat at the Bar. The restaurant was busy, and the bar but the service was great. Within a minute I had water and wine. When I wanted I ordered the Arugula Mexican Salad and added 2 rare 4oz patties. It was great! Meanwhile, I very comfortably made work calls (yes some background noise), worked on laptop and shut it all down to enjoy dinner!

One of our favorite dinners in New York. Burgers were somehow filling without feeling heavy, and couldn't agree more with their slogan - their beef is incredible. The flavours were just right. Plus, the fries were just as good as the burgers, and the price was good for the quality of food. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat.

Not nearly as good as the reviews would lead you to believe. Small portions, truffle flavor completely lacking, as well as the horseradish flavor. We were worried both would be overpowering in flavor based on the menu’s description, yet both were under flavored and underwhelming. Nice ambiance, if you don’t mind it loud.

Favorite burger in New York. Has a good choice of beers. Their fries are really good, always go for the spicy seasoning. Burgers are double stacked with a fried egg in, served pink and hugely satisfying. Sit at the bar for a super laid back vibe and pop over the road for a beer too.

Visited as a single person for lunch. Staff only wanted to seat me at the bar. In addition there was an overwhelming odor of cleaning product. I walked out on both accounts. Will not be going back

Tables are crowded, and very noisy with games playing on TVs. There are no substitutions and the meal is quite pricey; water glasses are very small. However, the food is exceptional; which almost makes up for the detractors. Sauces are unique and flavorable, and the menu is well thought out and creative. I recommend.
