This restaurant closes at 10pm, not 11pm. After I put an order through the Eat24 app and it said to pick up the order at 1025pm, they were closed. My card got charged and an employee had to give me the money back out of her own pocket.

I have been going to Korean restaurant for so long I haven't seen disrespected in my life, and the staff in here are the rudest human being I have met. One of them had the guts to come over to me to give her tip and i started questioning myself, anyways you so rude so I will not pay for your service is the worst service ever. We were an "anticipating Korean Food Experience" group of three. Extremely disappointed when told that if ONLY ONE person wants BULGOGI they won't fire up the grill at the table. What?! They require 2 people minimum. They said WE prepare it for you in the kitchen and bring it to you. The beef was NOT GRILLED, it was a brown boiled mess with a lot of liquid. All for the nice tag of $25/per serving. They should call it "Tasteless Expensive Beef Soup". No No No! Will never come back. **0 Stars**. Sorry, I wanted to like this place, but we will go somewhere else for the Korean Food Experience.

Best and most authentic Korean bbq I've ever had as a Korean American. Amazing food, lovely service. After becoming a regular, I've noticed the waitresses begin to make jokes and chat with you a lot more often. A very welcoming and wonderful place to eat!

Their selections of meats and proteins are delicious their meats like the kalbi is tender and delicious. Since there renovation, they upped the game with huge portions of BBQ. The banchan was overflowing, and they comped us up with free semi banchan like dishes. However my only problem I had was I found pieces of rice in the kimchi.

The waitresses here are extremely rude! I've never been to a restaurant where the service was this bad before. They reuse old food and give it to their customers. You are eating someone else's leftovers !!! I was walking from the bathroom and there’s an area that leads to the kitchen. As I was walking back to my table I saw the worker put someone else’s leftovers into a new plate to be served. We've came to this place many times over the years, and in the beginning the service wasn't always this bad. It gradually got worse and it started out as a clean place but now it’s infested with roaches and rats. I honestly didn’t even want to mention this but I felt like I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t let people know.

For many years, this was my go to spot for Korean BBQ. I have always recommended this spot to everyone I know and have given them a lot of business. We spend at least $100 every time we come here -- even for lunch and we always tip 30%. We travel all the way from astoria to eat at your establishment because we really enjoy your food. However, the servers are very rude and they REUSE THEIR BANCHAN (side dishes)!!!!!!!! That's DISGUSTING!!!!!

Great Korean bbq with great service. Highly recommend getting the marinated beef and eel. Parking near the rear. Service is really good. When coming during weekend or end of the week, reservation is highly recommend. Place is clean and well lit. The ventilation hoods are strong so you wouldn't have to worry about your clothes smelling like bbq after you're done eating and leave.

This is my go to Korea BBQ restaurant. Parking lot is in the back and you need to place two orders from the BBQ menu to use their grill. I was pleasantly surprised when we got everything pictured and felt too stuffed afterwards. The staffs speaks mostly Korean and they’re meticulous with helping you cook and keep the environment clean.
