Great food. Kid friendly atmosphere. Very nice server. Beware the "upsell" - when they ask "would you like soup or salad with your entree?" They are asking if you want to pay an extra 2.99 for it. Not that it comes with the entree! lol. But we have a great time there.

Yes the food is delicious and the service is excellent. My praise is because I went there to eat, during the third day of a power outage, electronics in tow. I decided I would eat wherever they let me power up. The hostess barely let me finish the question before with a broad smile said she'd be happy to help! The bartender was equally as welcoming and kind. The manager said he had lived through a hurricane power outage for months in Florida. He introduced himself and welcomed me with service and kindness that almost brought me to tears. At this moment in our country when we wonder where kindness has gone, know that you can find it here!

Now this place looks Amazing, love the open space and how your able to see the cooking team at work. Service was ok, my waiter made a few recommendations. Which was very helpful. I recommend eating, and hosting your next function at bertuccio. Would of gotten a 5 out of 5 stars but I wasn't greeted by the hosts. So bertucci get a 4 out of 5 for good tasting food.

We went here on Mother's Day and the food was outstanding! Even though they were very busy the food was done well and came out quickly. They have a new lobster menu for summer which was So delicious. I got the lobster pizza and another person ordered the lobster cobb salad. I would highly recommend checking out Bertucci's in North Attleboro.

Price wasn't bad overall. Service was very good, friendly and on time (very on top of it). The food was very good, but the portions weren't that good (price for the amount of the only knock). The atmosphere was great, not too fancy, but adequate for a nice evening out. Party of 5 plus a 4yo, everyone was satisfied.

We went to Bertrucci's yesterday sat at the bar and ordered 2 espressos and 2 Grand Marniers. Brittney was our server, the worst customer service we've ever had. She brought over the coffees, no spoons, no sugar and walked near the couple 2 chairs down and engaged in conversation, not that they called her or were ordering anything. We waited hopping she was going to eventually bring us spoons and sugar and when she didn't, we called her and she looked at us and said "yeah". Eventually she brought the sugar and dropped it in front of us and said "we only had 1 spoon " and walk away. She was very rude. Obviously Britney should not be working with the public since she has no customer service skills and should know how to serve coffee. We love the restaurant and the food, unfortunately this was our first bad experience.

This location is consistent, with fresh ingredients, and plenty of hot bread to greet you. Overall tastiness of dishes varies, however. You can't go wrong with the pizzas, calzones, soups, and salads, but some of the entrees could use more TLC in the kitchen. If you stick to their strengths, you are assured a tasty meal. The servers are always friendly, and don't forget about take out, which is also an excellent option. Lastly, the lunch specials before 3 pm on weekdays are an outstanding value with lots of options and generous portions.

Not sure if they have new rules. We were there on Saturday at 1:30 and just wanted to order from the lunch menu since we were not going immediately home and didn't want left overs sitting in the car. Was told we couldn't have any of the lunch size portions. The menu did note that lunch menu was only Monday thru Friday but I didn't notice the restrictions until the waitress told us. So at that point we felt like we should leave and go somewhere else where we could get exactly what we wanted to order. But we stayed and tried to find something we could share. Doesn't all restaurants serve lunch at lunch time? I am pretty sure we had been there on the weekend before on several occasions and ordered a sandwich and lunch size pasta dishes. So my suggestion would be to hand out a menu of only what we could order or to include lunch menu on the weekends. I didn't like the limitations. Usually the parking lot is so busy and today there were hardly any body there. Plenty of parking. We ended up getting a dinner and splitting it which was very good and they brought it to us split up into two dishes which was nice. Usually restaurants want your business, but my opinion is they are losing business with these no lunch menu on weekends restrictions.

There are good points & problems at this Bertucci restaurant. I'd loved to give it 5 stars but I just can't because it doesn't deserve then. Here's the good & not so good. First, $10 for a glass of "house" cabernet wine! Are you kidding me? Second, Tables whose wood finish is worn out. Third, Carpets that are frayed. Fourth, Restrooms that are dark & a little seedy looking. Fifth, the room noise was verging on the overwhelming, making it very difficult to have a conversation. The good points are obviously the restaurant big strengths. Our server was excellent. He was there whenever I looked for him. Knowledgeable about the menu, quick to bring us drinks & bread and very polite as well as on top of just about all of our requests. The food was hot & tasty. Both of our meals were spot in. We enjoyed them and would recommend this menu from top to bottom. However, we were not pleased by this visit because of so many negatives beside the food.

This place is great. I don't always gravitate toward chain restaurants, but Bertucci's is different. We come here almost weekly and maybe that's why there's this family atmosphere to it. It's the only place I look forward to the same meal, the bertucci special pie. It's loaded with different meats and it fills me up without spending 20-30 bucks on an entree. The staff is always great. I look forward to going back.

Came here with a group. Happy with the set-up and they were well ready for us. Salad was good. Not the rest of the food. Very obvious food was prepared well ahead of our arrival. Several folks in our group reported pasta was not cooked enough, and obvious to the sight chicken in chicken piccata very dry and overcooked. Felt insulted when we were handed a chocolate chip cookie wrapped in saran wrap as our dessert. I for the most part like Bertucci's; not so happy with this dining experience.

I use to love Bertucci’s but this brick over pizza just wasn’t it. I ordered the lunch Sporkie brick over pizza which is smaller. The sweet Italian sausage wasn’t even sweet, the ricotta cheese was so tasteless and the pizza itself did not have a crispy bottom it was floppy. I was really disappointed that it was so bland because it was one of my favorites

The men's room was disgusting! It smelled like urine. Come on guys it was 1:00 pm not 1:00 am the day is just starting not ending. Corporate definitely has to really think about updating this restaurant.

This restaurant honors veterans! The complimentary meal this restaurant provided is outstanding. The meal included a personal pizza (enough for two!), salad, and two (hot) knots w/dipping oil. The brick oven fired pizza was fantastic, the salad was fresh and the knots were tasty. The restaurant is located in the East Gate Square next the Moorestown Mall, clearly visible from the road. There is plenty of free handicap friendly parking. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant. Reservations are accepted. Enjoy.

Best Pizza anywhere. Love the roasted veggie options. Super nice and efficient staff. Took one star off for decor. A little drab dated shabby. The one in Huntingdon Valley is so much prettier and nicer. This one must be old.

Service is never good at the bar. The server always has tables and is never near by when you need something which can be annoying and take away from the overall experience. The food was just ok at our visit although the margerita pizza is always great.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and how pleasant the staff was. The food was delicious the manager was engaged and it’s rare that you find that anymore we ate with a larger party so sometimes it can be hard to accommodate us but we will definitely be bit back as we were impressed

The bread was really good...fresh and warm. The bruschetta appetizer was also extremely delicious. Food was so good, we went back again the next day. Some thing we typically don't do. Had the 4 cheese ravioli the first time then came back for the lasagna the next day. Both we great!

Ordered Broccoli, Chicken, and Rigatoni as take out. Chicken was extremely burnt beyond edible. Once open the container you could smell the burned food. Everything had black charcoal pieces. Thanks for ruining Valentines dinner.

Always great service and great food. I usually bring a group of friends (people I worked with for many years). We meet at a restaurant every Friday. Bertucci’s is one of our favorites. I have been asking for the same waitress for at least 29 years now. She is so great, she can read my mind. We love the great hot rolls (made from pizza dough & served with a plate of olive oil & Italian seasoning) along with the Italian house salad. Today I had Grilled Chicken Marsala (with potatoes and broccoli). Our waitress always accommodates me so that my Entrée is made the way I like it. If you have never rated at Bertucci’s before then it is certainly worth a try.

I used to Live this restaurant- 2 years ago I would order 1x week from there- tonight was a disaster- the food quality is poor- I ordered 5 meatballs and ate 2 of them- the gravy tasted sour and the meatballs were so over cooked that the server even noticed and took them off the bill. I ordered to go the Chicken Picante which were 3 breaded chicken with fettuccine in a lemon butter sauce- again the chicken was so over cooked and burnt on the breading and all I tasted was the lemon seed sauce- I just literally just threw away $20.00 in the trash. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE- food quality and preparation was HORRID!!!!

Pizza was pretty disappointing compared to the way it used to be. The appetizer sampler was okay. The meatballs were delicious but were only room temperature, like warm at best. Service was okay, waitress was friendly enough, but wasn't very attentive.

The food has always been delicious, but today our server Jason was very inappropriate and not thorough enough to receive a tip from me. My background for the past 30 years has been in the food service industry and I have trained thousands of people and his actions were border line on the edge of termination. My wife is battling an allergic reaction to a face cream she tried and is very self conscious of blemishes and Jason made a comment about her complextion and it made her very uncomfortable. As for his service he didn't fill our beverages, bring our food, or check in on us but once. Luckily for him I was getting ready to seek out the manager and my wife pleaded for me to just leave. We love Bertuccis, but we will never go back to the location in North Attleboro.

We have always loved the brick oven pizza here and the large Marengo my wife and I shared did not disappoint. The rolls we're superb; fresh, hot and steaming from the oven. It's enjoyable to sit with a view of the wood fires in the brick ovens. It adds to the ambience.

I love this location the wings are incredible grilled and also the food is decent proportions I never had any issues only thing not enough booths for a bit more privacy. But definitely give them a try
