Wasn't pleased. Food was good but waitress was a little hesitant about having to make cream for my coffee as they had none. Was charged for a seltzer water. Just wasn't completely a warm visit.

Hate to be harsh but I was disappointed. Meh food, meh service. Red sauce canny, Cannoli grainy. Takeout from a pizzeria is better. Asked several times for lemon, finally came. Loud cramped dining in a cold room. People wearing coats, old men blowing their nose our way - had to get up to pay our bill. First & last visit.

It's hard to believe we've lived practically around the corner from this place for over two years without eating here. The food is amazing with generous portions. The service was also excellent. We will be regulars from now on. We're both vegetarian and there are plenty of meat free options. I had eggplant rollatini and it was delicious.

The place has a rustic contemporary feel to it, I was greeted and seated immediately. The service was timely, and the staff was pleasantly helpful, through the night. The restaurant is BYOB, but you have the option of a few select wines, they have in house. Provided by a local winery, called working dog. I ordered a bottle of thier Pinot grigio, and it was excellent. I ordered the lentil and split pea soup, it was good and perfectly seasoned. For my entree, I had the seafood fra diavolo, which paired wonderfully with the Pinot. Overall great food in a cozy place. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian dinner. !

Good food and all, we had a party there and three people couldn't make it so we paid for those dinners which I have no problem with. BUT they wouldn't let us take the dinners home, you pay for it but you don't get it. I think something is wrong there. Just beware if you have a Party, other places don't do that.

loved it, food was bomb, kid had meatballs, sooootender, I had a tortellini with basil cream sauce and my dad had a veal cutlet with shrimp and broiled mozzarella on top with a sauce for a special sooo good, relaxing environment, clean and friendly staff, dessert menu was nice, I got the dark side of the moon cake, yum though do not believe it was made on premise, very nice evening

We came for my uncles funeral the owner was nasty got into a fight with my other uncle and the food was bland and watery if I could give them a zero I would . I hope they shut the doors on this place soon it’s absolutely awful.

Went for dinner with friends. The service was terrible - the waitress didn't even offer us water, never came to ask if we needed anything, didn't pay attention to our table at all. They had tuna on the special menu - I asked for rare - the tuna was fully cooked and not a good quality. I asked to replace it with something else. The waitress was not happy about it and was talking about our table to other waitresses and they kept looking at our table and making faces and laughing. At the end when we asked to split the bill between 4 credit cards - the waitress said that next time we should pay cash as "the owner has to pay 3% from each credit card" - which would be the same as if we paid the total bill with one credit card - 3% of the total amount is the same as the sum of 4 payments 3% each - simple math - and it doesn't say that it should be "cash only" so I don't understand her issue with our credit cards. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this place - at least we are not going back there.

Absolutely love Basiles. They have takeout available, but I've always ate in. Bread is amazing, and salad is included with most entrees. Food is always delicious and staff is incredibly nice.

Great food but poor management. All I asked for was garlic & oil on my pasta. Was told that would be a extra $7. My two year old had a kids pasta with butter for $9.99, I dont mind paying for a good meal but $10 for a cup of macaroni with butter?

I used to go to this restaurant as a kid with my parents, then as a teenager and young adult. Sadly, I moved away from the area... went back tonight with my husband and kids and it was just as delicious as I remembered it. Had the shrimp marinara! Hubby had the penne vodka with prosciutto and loved it.
