Excellent food! Friendly staff, food came out surprisingly fast for how busy it was. Eggplant parm and Sausage Abruzzi were amazing! The garden salad was good, tasted fresh. Prices are just right.

Food good, service meh. We had a 10 person party so by no means an easy table, but multiple parts of our order ended up never coming out. Their Malbec was amazing though, probably the reason I gave a 4 instead of a 3.

Bland food, bad wine selection. They could at least use San Mariano tomatoes but this place is all about cutting corners to make money. Sadly, I hear it used to be good.

So my company gave us a choice of restaurants for our Christmas bonus, and we chose this place. I have to say the service was very nice, and they were also very quick. They definitely check id's so if you want an alcoholic drink, no matter the age bring your id. All in all we had a great time.

Food was not as good as we remembered. Haven't been there in about a year and a half. Onion rings were not good and the waitress was even worse. We wanted separate checks and she told us it was against company policy with a huff. My friend wanted sauce with her take home leftovers and was told the kitchen would not do that. Then asked if we could pay our check since she was at the end of her shift.

Food and service were great, but matradi with the bun hairdew just looked like he didn't care to be there. Just walked around with out a smile, but all the other staff were happy to be there.

I was very disappointed. Went for a business lunch and the service was OK but we both ordered salads at $15.95 each. It was a plate full of iceberg lettuce 1 cherry tomatoe cut in half and almost no grilled chicken. With the 2 salads an iced tea and soft drink it was $39.00. We could have gotten a better salad from McDonald's.

I would give them 0 stars if I could . Terrible customer service. I found a BUG IN MY DRINK . They didn’t even say sorry. The manager was just as bad as the bar tender. The food is sub par and not as big as it used to be . I will never go back.

This was my first visit here. I wasn't impressed. I came for a convention with about 50-60 other people. To be completely honest the only thing I liked was the scali bread they served. My haddock dinner was not great. The carrots and mashed potatoes were cold & the fish was supposed to be in a cream sauce. It was more like the consistency of skim milk. Dessert was ice cream cake, just ok. The decor was to outdated for me. The waitstaff was friendly thou. Seems like people enjoyed getting takeout pizza from here. Perhaps I'll give that a try some day. Not a place I would revisit with so many other great restaurants.

We went on a very busy day. Food was good and the time it took was great considering how busy it was . Parking is easy and free. The only down side I can say is that the chicken parmesan was a bit small compared to others . All and all some of the best food and service. Bread is also amazing

Excellent food, service, and ambience. Huge dining room and bar area. Amazing menu choices with classic Italian family favorites. Good sized portions. Our favorites are the mussels over linguine, stuffed shells, kids chicken fingers, and of course the fried ravioli! The word search for the kids is really challenging, too, and will certainly keep the young ones occupied. Great dessert choices, as well.

Had a great time with family and ordered a number of the classic Italian dishes - all of them very good. Prices were reasonable and we had a fantastic server - very friendly, attentive and made some great recommendations. Location is easy to get to right off the highway as well.

I truly expected more from this location the quality of the food was okay the flavors we're all right say marinara sauce was very good but I did go in there expecting more and it's not the cleanest restaurant and our waiters were constantly distracted

The food tastes old. The veal was chewy. The sauce was decent however. Wait staff dropped food and never returned. My water ran out. Near the end of the meal our waitress asked how is everything and then walked away without an answer. The are in no danger of us returning anytime soon. The good was fast initial service and the food came out relatively quick. The bad. Food taste like a frozen dinner you get at the grocery store. No return service. We drink water with our meals and I had an empty glass.

For what this place is called, I was expecting so much. I love Italian food. This place can easily make me hate Italian food. That's how unhappy I was with their food. I give it 2 stars because the waitress provided good service.

The food was good. I got a fried seafood platter and I had to take half home. My husband got the sirloin steak because they didn't have any prime rib. He said it was ok but nothing special. The prices were a little higher than we typically spend too.

Awful delivery tried to shove old food on us at 9:30 when they close at 10. Old raviolis. Cold chicken parmigiana. And pasta that had been reheated from 4 days ago was the absolute disrespected worst service I've ever had

Well known chain of restaurants north of Boston Excellent service and very good food. My group ordered toasted ravioli, salads, soup, pizza, and s couple of Italian entrees. All were very good. Waitress offered extra plates for sharing and let us linger although most seats were taken.

Food is great and always really consistent. Their staff is really friendly always polite especially in the dining room in the bar area. Lots of locals and low key calm environment. Feels like you walked into an Italian kitchen. All the food is good there raviolis are something you should probably try!!!

The food was very good but the service was not. At first the waitress was attentive and then the food came and we never saw her until we were done. We were never offered a refill on the sodas so a great experience was made average to poor. I do not plan on coming back.

Had the fried haddock sandwich for lunch. So fresh! My husband got the pastrami. They were so delicious we ordered two meals to have for dinner. Brianna was our amazing server! Our meals 'to go' came out as soon as we were finished lunch

This is a great place to have southern style Italian cooking. I love to have the chicken Parmigiana with angel hair pasta. You can play the lottery if you are in the bar area.i would definitely recommend The Chateau.. I would also recommend making reservations for a Friday night.

I don't understand this place. The food on the menu is extremely average, at best. It has gotten so trite, that I am always reluctant to have a regular meal. The customer service is adequate to good. The settings is divided to bar, bar tables and booths. The other side looks a dining area. There is take out. The bar setting and bar tenders are good. It is visible from the road, rte 93, but to get to the free parking lot is a little complicated. I only wish they would upgrade the quality of the food. The fish dish and the lasagna with meat ball were very good. The sour apple martini was way too sweet, and not very good. Some people like it since it is crowded I'm not a strong advocate. It was a decent meal with an excellent waitress. Not too crowded. The quality of the food is still average. Comfortable seating. Good drink. Stop serving white bread or add wheat bread

Semi upscale dining with both a lounge option or a quieter "restaurant" option. Wine by the glass or bottle, decent selection. Super food choices. My wife picked stuffed shrimp & I went with veal & chicken on pasta. We both cleaned our plates. Appetizer bread was delicious.

Minestrone was flavorless and loaded with oversized potatoe chunks. Pasta sauce was loaded with oil. Bread appetizer is the top of a sub roll with melted deli cheese slice. Not Italian at all. This is a place more promoted for lottery tickets and Keno. Sad.

Bad food. Bad service. Spoke with the manager about the food quality but he didn't seem to be too concerned. Maybe he is used to hearing such feedback. The chef does not believe in cutting vegetables well for the vegetarian pasta. Chunks of veges in bland and favorless sauce. Pasta is dry and seems old. I had to return my dish. Moreover long wait for any service makes it worse.

Great service. Cod Picatta excellent. Lobster roll filling was tasty and generous but the roll itself was stale and had neither been toasted or buttered. Waitstaff apologetic and reported to management. Zilch response from management even with a nearly empty dining room. This place may be past its prime.

When you walk in it's the bar area to the left, dinning to the right. Walking to the dinning area, the smell of seafood was strong. I am not a seafood fan. A quick turn around and dinner at the bar was my solution. The bartender, quick and personable. In spite of it being busy it was not overly loud sitting at the bar with spacious. It was $7.00 pizza special night. On a side note, I feel that I may have missed out. The pizzas that came out to other customers looked absolutely delicious. Anyhow I ordered the fettuccine alfredo, with grilled chicken. my food arrived at a decent temperature not too hot to burn my mouth and had to sit to cool, but not room temperature. The Alfredo sauce was definitely made on the premises it was not the jarred stuff that some places use, thick and delicious, just how it should have been.

Don't let a Parking lot full of cars scare you away from wonderful Italian restaurant! It's big and roomy with cozy booths and friendly service. Their sauce is delicioso and I want to pack those meatballs and bring them back to Texas. They're sooo good. Plates run about $17, but you will leave with a smile and a box, cuz portions are big! I've become a repeat customer
