The quality of the food is outstanding. The prices are confusing. I ordered thai basil chicken with extra chicken. The total came to $13 and change. When it arrived via Gofer it was half a container of Thai Basil Chicken and half rice. When I contacted the restaurant I was told that it was the lunch portion. The cost for the dinner portion with extra chicken would've been $15 and change. Why in lords name would I pay $2 less for half a portion? In the future ask for clarification...and perhaps skip lunch at this establishment. Other than that they are amazing!

Although a bit pricey, you definitely get what you pay for! With cooked-to-order meals and fresh ingredients, the Thai House in Hampton boasts authentic cuisine from Thailand. Their Pad Thai GaiGrob is consistently crispy on the outside yet moist and tender on the inside. I also find their waitstaff to be friendly and attentive! Definitely a must-try when in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire.

The food here is always excellent. The sauces are not overly salty or processed tasting like other places I’ve tried. It tastes like they’ve invited you to their Sunday dinner. They have a large selection of dishes. My favorite so far is the basil duck, it’s spicy and the duck is crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. The veggies are crisp and fresh. Their pad Thai special is also amazing. Just the right amount of spice and not drowning in sauce. The owners are always very hospitable and friendly. I’m probably there almost once a week it’s so good!

Since you asked. I’m the person that a year ago had an important event with my daughter get turned upside down by your restaurant. We found MULTIPLE hairs in our food. Beyond that, we found the type of plastic tab you remove from the tops of cooking oil bottles. Your instinct was to deny either of these was possible. This was a huge mistake by you. Why on earth would I willingly undermine my daughters special day? So, beyond being disgusted, I felt like you wanted to deflect responsibility and plain lie. You had no reason to doubt my credibility. The types of oil bottles were openly visible in your kitchen. I’m glad you are getting mostly positive reviews now. But, my factual account must stand. I certainly won’t forget it. You’re welcome.

This restaurant was so quiet and serene. Our waiter was patient with me as I explained my dietary restrictions and had the kitchen mix a separate sauce for me that was gluten free. My date and I got an appetizer and 3 entrees to share, all were FANTASTIC especially the mango fried rice, that is a must try even if you aren't a huge fan of mangoes. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

Went for an early dinner after seeing my coworkers leftovers that looked delicious. I’m very picky about Asian food. Let me tell you this is the best Pad Thai I have ever had. So delicious and fresh. We ordered a few other dishes including the Thai rice and loved it all. So happy I decided to stop in. Service was great and owner was every personable and thankful for our business. I go to Kong Thai in seabrook once a week it's my absolute favorite place to go the food is beyond good and so fresh!!so I decided to try this place since I pass both places on my way to work everyday and didn't want to be bias to my "jewel"Kong Thai. So I stopped at Thai house and got my usual red curry with tofu off the lunch menu super small portion and lacking taste in every single aspect I was super turned off by it but the vegetable tempura was great but the red curry had no spice and no flavor and the white rice was pretty much mush with a weird taste to it so I wouldn't recommend red curry at this location

Amazing food and service! Everyone in my office loves it and we get a big order at least once a week! They are incredibly friendly and welcoming when you arrive. They often help me carry everything to my car :) The Pad Thai special and Panang Curry with chicken and shrimp are my favorites. The salads are amazing too! If you think you don't like Thai food, you haven't tried the Thai House restaurant in Hampton, New Hampshire. I had seen the restaurant in downtown Hampton for years before trying it. I sincerely wish I had gone in sooner. I almost never write reviews, but this restaurant deserves to be recognized. Thai House has all the qualities one looks for in a fine dining establishment. The atmosphere is relaxing, everything is clean, the food is always fresh and delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. There are so many scrumptious choices on the menu, and if something on the menu is to your liking except that you prefer scallops over shrimp, they will happily accommodate and make additional recommendations based on your preferences. So when you're wondering where to go for a lovely dinner, please keep Thai House in mind!

Too expensive for the type of food, if you're a vegetarian repeat at least 5X your order otherwise you'll end up with shrimp in your plate like i did and having to order your main course twice! My friend's daughter's was given a year old juice that had a horrible appearance! A good customer service would of give at least a discount if not the whole meal... so, I really don't think this will EVER be a place I would go again in my life time!

One of the best Thai options in New England. It was a busy Friday night. We luckily got a table at here before the whole dining room filled up. Their basil duck and avocado curry were incredibly flavorful. it's a wonderful place to satisfy your Thai cravings

We love Thai House! We have been returning, time and again because the food is consistently great and the owners are so hospitable and kind. Our older daughter loves their vegetarian Pad Thai. It is her favorite Pad Thai of all the Thai restaurants in the area. Her favorite appetizer is the Samosas. Our younger daughter enjoys their various soups, their fried rice, and loves the various appetizers, too, but her favorite may be the vegetarian summer rolls. My husband and I have always relished their curry dishes and recently branched out to try their salmon choo chee and loved that, too. Thai House is a family favorite because every time we have gone there we have had a wonderful experience. We even brought a car load of teen here last year for my daughter's birthday!

I lived in Thailand for 2 years and I can say this was the most authentic Thai food I've had anywhere in the states. Plus, they make Khao Soy (Northern Thai Noodle Soup) which you can't find anywhere. I highly recommend that. Service and atmosphere were great as well!

Love this restaurant! The owners are wonderful, kind, caring people and do their best to make everyone comfortable. They pay close attention to gluten free requests which is very important for some of us. Their curry dishes are all delicious! Drunken noodles heat is ideal and the steamed edamame are always done perfectly. So glad the Thai House is in Hampton!

I'm going to stick with the consensus here. This place is in fact five stars..... This place is located in downtown Hampton that is not too far from the Hampton beach. The food was great, we had Crab Rangoons which were real tasty, Samosa which my girl loved and for entrees we had Shrimp Sizzling Pot, Pad Thai Special and Basil Duck, the duck was crispy and amazing flavor I ever had, The prices are great, they have a full bar for the cocktails and the place is nice and clean. We entered in on a Saturday early evening and there were only a few people in here, the service was excellent and our server was nice and friendly. We had a good amount of food as the portions were great, and enough to have another meal out of it.

This restaurant is a Thai treasure!! The chef creates amazing layers of sweet, spicey, tangy, umami, and salty all in one fantastic bite. This is the best Thai food you can get outside of NYC and even then we have to say that is a challenge. If you want fantastic Thai you really need to treat yourself to the Thai House restaurant. Pan fried dumplings, Pad Thai, Crispy Duck and Peanut Curry all stellar! It is definately celiac friendly as well.

Don’t just drive by ! I did and now I’m sorry I missed out. Our family went last night and now Thai House is going to be in our rotation. Atmosphere: peaceful and romantic. Service: they treated us like family. Warm and efficient. Parking: in front. Food: fresh, hot, just right spices, beautiful. A hidden gem in the heart of Hampton. We had fresh rolls, mango curry, pad Thai, beef basil, and crab Rangoon. All were very well done and very fresh.

Their curry is watery and with their lunch they put rice in with the curry which makes it a mush. they do not understand how to make good curry and they charge more for rice which rice usually comes with curry so kinda stupid. i wouldn’t come back

Formerly Bai Cha Thai and now under new ownership, the Thai House is one of the best places in the area to get delicious, authentic Thai cuisine. On our first visit in since the change in ownership, the new owner took the time to talk to our table and recommend items based on our individual preferences and order history; he also gave us a brief history of some of the dishes, which was an exciting addition to the dining experience. My boyfriend and I come back on a regular basis now because we love the food and the incredible service. I would highly recommend the Thai House to anyone looking for a high quality Thai meal!

We had dinner here the other day and really enjoyed our experience. The server was helpful and made some great recommendations. This is by far my favorite restaurant I have ever been to and I go out to eat very often. Everyone at the thai house are very nice people that care so much about your dining experience. I have been coming to The Thai House for about three years now and I never had a bad experience. The food has only gotten better and better as the years go by. I love to dine in as I find it very relaxing almost like meditation at this restaurant. The music is very soothing, traditional, thai campfire tunes. It's a lovely change of pace from anywhere else. The pricing is incredibly fair considering the quality of the dishes are miles ahead of any restaurant outside of boston and even inside of it aswell. There are very few places in the world that operate this efficiently. I have been to many thai places around here and they all have their short comings except for the thai house. I still haven't tried everything on the menu yet but the half that I have was absolutely amazing. My favorite is the salmon its very difficult to have a better dish than what they serve and every single time its amazing.. The cocktails are very tasty aswell and I love the deserts. Please give this place a try you have been missing out on some of the best food in the world. It is very hard to get thai food this good even in Thailand. Cheers

This is probably me and my husbands Go-To for date nights! We have not found Thai that's is as amazing as this place (we have tried quite a few)! The service is always amazing and the owners are so pleasant to see. We go so often they know us by name. We are huge fans of the fried rice and pad see ew. The favors are strong and I never feel the need to add additionally sauce and spices, unlike almost every other place I've gone. I recommend the Thai House to everyone as it is definitely my favorite place to eat!

Great restaurant, it is the best thai place I've been to in NH. Ranks among top 5 I've been to anywhere, to be honest. They can make everything vegetarian or vegan for you. I've only tried the red curry and peanut curry, and the sauces are excellent. Portion sizes could be a little larger, and the vegetables in the curry could be a better selection. Would rate 4.5, but 4.0 is definitely too low.

I work nearby and frequent Thai House for lunch. The food is consistently great and has become something of a standard for me to measure other thai restaurants. I usually order Kra Pow which is my lunch go-to, but my favorite is the duck noodles soup, such a delicate and flavorful soup! Do not pass this place by for wonderful, authentic dishes.

I must admit I judge a place by their pad thai. This was by far the best I have ever had. My husband had the crispy chicken pad thai (his first time ever having pad thai) and he is still dreaming about it. The staff is all so friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Also, their ginger sauce is to die for. Can't wait to go back for more!!

We eat here once a week. Great food haven’t had a bad plate yet. If you like spice try the Kra Pow. Also Basil duck is great too. Friendly staff husband and wife owned a operated. We have been eating thia for years and this is our go to place. They have some great soups too.

Absolutely love this place. The food is fresh, the kitchen is immaculate (you can see right back into the kitchen) and the service is super friendly. We have worked this into our weekly dinner cycle, and the owners quickly recognized us as “regulars” and really go out of their way to show you they appreciate the patronage. They talked me through their menu with my food allergies and advised on what I could have. Our faves are the chicken cashew and the pad Thai - both regular and crispy. We have ordered food with different groups of friends and they’ve ordered other dishes that I can’t recall... but never anything less than stellar reviews from them on anything. Generous portions (overall, but specifically they’re generous with the proteins and cashews where other places are clearly stingy) and fair prices. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

Dinner was FANTASTIC!! Although the place wasn't very crowded, the food was AMAZING!! We had the Pad Thai, as well as a chicken curry dish along with the Thai Fried Rice. All of it was incredible!! We can't wait to come back!!

Do not drive by this place for years as I did! I drove by doing my errands for years and finally stopped in. The food is fantastic, fresh and thou filling seems light at the same time. The staff is very friendly and will ask questions on what you like and should try. It is now my wife and I date night spot. Do not drive by!

Absolute must try in Hampton. Came for a second time on the cold Monday night. Great cocktails. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and perfectly place for our group of 6. We started with appetizers of fresh spring rolls, shrimp in blanket, crab rangoon and chicken tempura, all of which were delicious. We ordered the Garlic Jumbo Shrimp which was one of the tastiest I have ever had. Other items ordered were the new Pad Thai Special, Drunken Noodles, Chicken Manggo Curry and Beef Basil Fried rice. Everything was cooked to order and tasted great. I would highly recommend that anyone in the area or passing through, should stop here and enjoy the cuisine. I must say, the service was great and the restaurant was extremely clean. We will definitely come back to the Thai House Restaurant again.

While the food had great flavor the meat was a little chewy. However, my biggest problem is the customer service. The man ran my friends card for the full amount of the bill, then also ran my card for the full bill. When we complained he voided it and ran my card for the proper amount, and said he was sorry for the inconvenience and I’d be recieving my money back by Monday. It’s now Tuesday and I have to go back there to complain because my account is still short $71 and was never refunded even though they made sure to take the extra out for the tip and process that after running my card the second time. While the food was great they could have given me cash back to compensate for the money I lost. It’s close to the holidays, unfortunately for some of us $71 is a big deal. If I were to go back I’d order out and pay cash, that’s for sure.
