The wholeceiling is awkwardly painted salmon. It was slow but they forgot my drink. Server said there is a new owner and things are changing. Hopefully they repaint the ceiling and train staff. Looking forward to update I ng this review in the future.

Pros, the food here is outstanding. Good place to bring a date. Cons, the portions are really small and really pricey. Easy to rack up a bill over $50 for one person with a drink and still leave hungry, and I am not a big guy either. Staff has always been friendly but unprofessional at times for the price you pay.

Great place to go when you are looking to drink and have some great food. Craft beer selection is not the best but they do have some local beers. Cocktails are amazing and so is the wine selection. Parking is an issue but worth it.

2019: I forgot to read my own review before we ordered, and we ordered scallops again, and again thought they were not good, again 16 dollars wasted as neither one of us could eat more then a bite. Calamari were good, as we're the sliders. A couple of other tapas we're fine as well. For desert we got donuts, and we got a generous serving of five donuts. Service was friendly, fast, and excellent. 2017: Out of 6 tapas we loved four, one was just OK, and one we both disliked and did not finish ($callops,which we normally love). The service was excellent. We did not feel rushed, the dinner took 2 hours.

Tried Stella Blu for the first time tonight and was not disappointed at all. The tapas style was something new to me and my wife and we enjoyed all the different foods we were able to try and not over do it on any one thing. All the food had deep and vibrant flavors. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and attractive. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend to others!

Being a busy business traveler I was really pleased to have discovered this Awesome Americano Tapa's restaurant via TripAdvisor. Located in the heart of Nashua NH where it's easy to park and walk to various dining locations.Was greeted by the owner Jim who's an extremely nice host and friendly person.Strongly suggest the Hanger Steak taco's and the Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings they are incredible. This was a fun place to go, lively ambiance, large bar contributes to that. High tops around bar tables in the other side. Friendly wait staff - but for a busy Saturday, with a full bar, there was not enough staff on. Food was very nice, we has wings, steamed dumplings, brussel sprouts (these were some of the most "correctly" prepared sprouts I've had), Spanish meatballs (loved these), and fish and chips (homemade chips stood out over the friend haddock). We also had drinks. Style is eclectic tapas, so expect your food to come out randomly and it may not "go together" at all. When we left at about 8:30 a musician was just starting to set up. I'd go back for a drinks and apps experience but not to have "dinner".

One of our go-to restaurants for quality food and drinks. I love tapas (small plates) dining for the variety and sharing with each other. Pay attention to when they have live music if you like to listen to it or if you have sensitive ears and want to avoid it, as it's a small venue and will be loud. You can make reservations, but we generally haven't needed to.

There were 6 of us so we were able to try quite a few of the dishes on the tapas menu....chicken wings, meatballs, ravioli, thai chicken lettuce wraps, buffalo chicken dip, beef sliders, scallops, seasonal vegetables...and we enjoyed everything!!! Would definitely go back! This was our first time at a tapas restaurant...sharing small plates of food is a lot of fun. What's also wonderful is that they have a great gluten free selection!

Stella's is our favorite spot to grab a great wine and dinner when we want to stay local. They always have great music on the weekends and create a perfect date night environment. Gluten Free: Their staff is well trained on what is and is not GF as well as a dedicated menu. Their "lava cake" is our favorite Gluten Free dessert in town.

Great unique drinks, saw lots of martinis being served at the bar. They had 4 beers on tap and a nice selection of canned beers. Stoneface DDH, mmm. We tried the lettuce wraps, Kobe sliders, and flatbread BLT which all delicious. Nice atmosphere and wait staff was perfect. Gluten Free items were clearly marked and staff was knowledgeable about the subject. They told us chefs would change gloves so they were careful about cross contamination. Will visit again!

A great place for a date night. It has a great menu of small plates to share. They have an excellent bar that can provide a multitude of different drinks. As with other bars/restaurants in downtown Nashua it gets busy on the weekends. Make a reservation.

WOW! Hands down the best tapas restaurant EVER. My new go to spot. First time there tonight. Got right in, no wait. It was the perfect amount of people there, not too noisy. Our waiter was great. I think his name was Dan? He made us feel really comfortable and gave us a lot of great suggestions. Highly recommend. Skip all the other chain's in Nashua. Very decently priced also. $50 for two people, 2 tapas each, a dessert, and drinks. Well worth it. Give it a try!

The restaurant is tucked away on a side street off the main drag in Nashua, and is much larger inside than you might think from outside appearances. The ambience is warm and inviting, and is good for a date night. The food is generally excellent, though to call it "tapas" is stretching the meaning of that term: this is an American Bistro version of tapas, not to be confused with the usually more diminutive Spanish dishes. Sliders, tacos, and waffle fries are examples of what you might expect from the menu, with a little twist.

The food is average and doesn't really live up to all the reviews. We ordered fish tacos and the shell they came in is the same thing you get from the grocery store. The tomatoes in the caprese salad were not ripe and the flatbread was soggy. The drinks were delicious and the staff was very friendly. Overall a disappointing experience and left us very unfulfilled.

Turned away at door at 10pm During holiday stroll, doormen said we needed a reservation for restaurant & bar. Pointed us to Thai restaurant and said come back later. Four people left and we asked if we could go in, he said no come back later We frequent this restaurant often but unfortunately this will Be our last time. As a small business owner myself having someone turn away business at 10pm when they close at 12:30 is pretty poor.

Can in for dinner tonight first I get a dirt drink menu then told "that sometimes they get dirt and it normal from bar staff" after I order sheperd pie it can to me with no taste need lot salt and pepper and on top that hair on my plate. After that no management or manager can over and if one did they didn't care to ask if any things could be done. So not eaten anything. Not even anything offer to me or try to make things better and less then 10% in restaurant on a Thursday night should got better service and pay for a crap night. As chef this not a place for people to go service was bad and food and still not one person from this restaurant try to make things better. Out 10 it get -1. Maybe next time a better job. Good portions for tapas. Spanish meatballs were very good. Chicken lettuce wraps fell short. You could not pick it up and eat it like a wrap. The donuts were definitely homemade, nice and warm, but not the best I have ever had (but we check out the donuts in every city we visit so there is a lot of competition. I would certainly go back.

First, I'm disappointed in Google maps for associating this boutique bar with fine dining. This is a Tapas bar. For those not familiar: it's appetizers. Pretend meals on "small plates". I arrived earlier than the reservation I had to account for no one ever is on time with reservations. I sat at the bar and waited for about 10 mins before I was addressed. I assume the owner was behind the bar having not been in a uniform and ignored us the whole time. Finally grandma showed up and took our orders. I got a mule. Or should I say 40 ice cubes and 2oz of liquids. After the place was half an hour late to seat us I had been addressed twice at the bar for drink orders. 45 mins I sat at a bar and was spoken to twice. We got to the table and sat down. Thankfully I figured out we were at a bar and not a fine dining establishment because 2 dudes were staged 2 feet away from my table shooting the breeze like they didn't care about being intrusive to others around them. I will say the flatbread prosciutto and fig jam was delicious! Of course Mama Celeste gives you more pizza for a dollar than this 14$ 8" disc but again..."Tapas" overall between the waits, lack of real meals and a stranglely snobby vibe I would not recommended this place for a date night. Pregame maybe, but that's it.

This place is great! Like G.R.E.A.T! The menu is small but offers plates worth sharing with the table and something for everyone. We ordered chicken sliders, fish and chips, fig flat bread, lemongrass dumplings, calamari, molten lava cake, and bc strawberry gelato. We started out with just a couple of dishes, but they were so good we just wanted to keep trying more of the delicious offerings. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. We cannot wait to return!

Made my return for the first time in treats during the "holiday stroll." Was warmly greeted, ushered straight to a waiting table, ordered our drinks and quietly imbibed within minutes of walking in. Best drinks and service around main Street during the entire event. Had deferral plates from the stroll menu and they were all very enjoyable, well executed, and promptly served. A very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to gracing the tables here again.

My first tapas restaurant was great! I came with some friends on a Saturday and had reserved a table. When we got there around 5:30 many tables were open, but things filled up soon after. The atmosphere was relaxing and the live music wasn't too loud (always an issue in restaurants with live music). The food was delicious. I had eggplant rollatini. I understand that tapas portions are small for sharing, however, I was hoping for at least two rolls as serving sizes for other foods specified two. I assumed mistakingly and feel that the price was too high for literally one slice of eggplant with sauce and cheese on it. But, to end on a high note, you must get the donuts for dessert, save room, they're worth it.

Stella blue is easily one of our top 3 date night spots. Such a fantastic place to hit if you want to try several things without committing to one big meal. Some of our absolute favorites include the calamari, Kobe sliders, waffle fries, Brussels sprouts, and tacos. Add one of their signature cocktails, and you just can't go wrong. Great ambience, friendly staff, and food and drink that's tough to beat....hit Stella blue next time you can't decide what to do in Nashua.

The staff are awesome, the look and feel of the restaurant is great for a romantic date or just kicking back and listening to the live music. Would definitely go there again and have recommended it to all our family and friends. The only reason I couldn't justify 5 stars is the prices on some of their dishes feels a touch too high especially considering the size of the portions.

Trendy place and soothing environment. The food....AMAZING! The staff....AMAZING! our experience...OUTSTANDING my husband and I couldn't decide what to choose so we ordered from each section. We had the Stella fries, chicken sliders, lemongrass chicken dumplings, prosciutto and fig flatbread and the eggplant dish. The variety of flavor and texture made our tastebuds VERY happy.
